73..SOCIALISM & PEOPLES DEMOCRACY

73.SOCIALISM AND PEOPLES DEMOCRACY. Karl Marx was born on 1818  May 5th and demised on March 14, 1883. (In Germany, Treer town of Pressia)  During his time,  British Empire was  a Sun never set Kingdom and which was formed by mainly English East India company; they came India and conquered India and brought under their control.  During 1857 the first Independence strike had happened and British Queen took over the control over India. At that time Marx was not in a position to evaluate Parliamentary Democracy. (Marx demised on March, 1883).  Considering the power of English East India company, he had came under a conclusion that British capitalism was ripe for revolution and he had opined that if a revolution is successfully conducted in England, the result will be a socialist world. Later he opined that British Working class were under the influence of colonial exploitation and they will not take up the risk to conduct a revolution there.   It is only unfortunate that when Marx considered about the growth of English East India Company; about the revolution in England; that will be a burden of Marxism to admit the target of Socialism later.  Lenin; in old Russia were not considered the words of Marx as a problem to admit SOCIALISM.
2. As the science is rapidly changing, there will not be "a complete developed" position of capitalism to decide "it is quite satisfactorily developed capitalism." No body is considering that nothing can be preserved for ever  even technologies because everything is changing day by day.  From the history and present circumstances, wherever a country is developed in capitalism, the power of CAPITAL is growing tremendously which ends in world war and global exploitation.  Understanding this fact, LENIN opined that "in a chain of imperialism, weak unit will fallen first.
3.  If old Russia was a developed stage, if a news paper like "Manorama" was there, the position would not was easy. At present in India; the peoples of India can change the GOVERNMENT in five years intervals. At the time of Marx; any body can even imagine to think so? Unfortunately; since 1950s the Communist movement of India decided to promote Indian capitalism. Anybody will vote for a Communist party for CAPITALISM?
4. We cannot follow what was done in other countries as such in India. If a "reliance" was in old Russia, what will happen there? No body is considering the power of money. While decided to promote CAPITALISM and to treat CAPITALIST DEMOCRACY (BOURGEOIS DEMOCRACY) as PEOPLES DEMOCRACY peoples were in confusion what are the differences between LEFT PARTIES AND RIGHT PARTIES. There is nothing to distinguish between left and right except red flag. The leaders not considered the existing facilities for bourgeois to tarnish the left movements and they are vigilant to prevent the growth of left movements with all their amenities such as money, medias etc. and organizing all kinds of organisations such as labourer, students, women, etc etc. as supporting organizations to their political parties as vote banks and exploiting themselves. Under the conception that scandals are common in capitalism, no gravity were given scandal issues of bourgeois parties. At present Lenin's words, "imperialism is the highest form of capitalism" is working all over the world. The Corproate forces are playing every countries according to their wishes neglecting the parliamentary systems prevailing in each countries. Narendra Modi is only an instrument to them. So, in India we should place the propaganda a "SOCIALIST INDIA THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" and educate the ordinary peoples about what is capitalism and socialism. .......(6th JANUARY, 2015)
