599. About the the "DRAFT POLITICAL RESOLUTIONS" of the CPI(M) 24th PARTY CONGRESS.
The "DRAFT POLITICAL RESOLUTIONS" intended to present in the 24th CPI(M) Party Congress is only proving the poor state of ideological position of the Communist Movements in India with the history of one CENTURY which is certainly due to the policy adopted for the last 75 years since 1950s to promote CAPITALISM. Any body who have any distant knowledge about Karl Marx and Marxism, knew that MARXISM introduced only to eliminate CAPITALISM, an exploitation based social system. Certainly, MARXISM IS A COMBINATION OF SO MANY IDEAS. It is too task to understand silly things to almost common man. And the ideology requires, only if we want to eliminate exploitation of bourgeois and the evilness of CAPITALISM including communalism. But, in India, it is promoting for nearing one century. That is the reason, the COMMUNAL FORCES getting the support of majority in society. Even though all religious organizations existing through the idea of "SOUL", which scientifically only foolishness, as nothing going out from a dead body, all religions getting wealth and strength, and they can rule the country with such foolishness. But MARXISM want to get rid of the clutches from religious grip with scientific base. Only the ideology MARXISM requires if the Communists want to eliminate economic and soul exploitation. and to establish a SOCIALIST SOCIETY. Unfortunately, COMMUNIST leaders itself showing green signal for communal forces, that have happened giving NON FACIST certificate to SANGHAPARIVAR, which also foolishness, while HINDUTHWA had done their massacre in Gujarat in 2002; Delhi in 2022 and at Manipur, the fire still burning. Due to the policy "PROMOTING CAPITALISM" going on for the past 75 years, the present state of affairs that there are no CLASS ENEMIES, and the leaders facing CLASS ENEMIES only with "development of the society" while all anti MARXIST, anti COMMUNIST forces getting together and using all their weapons to eliminate COMMUNIST POLITICS from Indian soil. Even now the CPI(M) P B not convinced the fact that MARXISM WITH SOCIALISM only can defend Communal forces in India.

Since the old Soviet Union that existed for three-quarters of a century has disappeared, the Communists in India have taken the position that SOCIALISM is not necessary in the future and that only capitalism is sufficient. The main reason for the collapse of the old Soviet Union was the lack of people's cooperation in the production of socialist goods. People's China is able to move forward because it decided to cooperate with the people. The private sector will help bring about new innovations and ideas as people's needs change frequently. It should also be taken into account that the vast majority of people are not stigmatized. The involvement of the private sector in commodity production without harming the society will only strengthen socialism. But when it becomes part of capitalism, there is universal corruption and with it all other evils. In China, the Communist Party there manages to carry it all beautifully. Vizhinjam port in Kerala was implemented through "Adani" but the administration of Kerala is being run efficiently without corruption as it is under the leadership of Communist Party. But all concerned must bear in mind that even there the work is done by the workers and the money belongs to the public The basic reason is the lack of knowledge that capitalism is all the social rules and superstitions they have set up for the rule of the exploiting class. The basis of spiritual exploitation and communal party politics is to make gods the biggest industrial product in capitalism. The main reason is lack of knowledge that capitalism always fools people and robs them. What the Indian National Congress, which ruled India for a very long time, proved and the Hindutvaists continue to prove is that capitalism will never lead to prosperity. Those who embrace the philosophy of humanity, Marxism, can bring about real country progress and people's prosperity. It is from that point of view that I submit Socialism In the "Indian model" to the party comrades. No one seems to have considered that. Because true democracy is impossible under capitalism, the party system must be "socialist economy; through people's democracy". I don't think anyone noticed that either.

CPI(M) NOT ADMITTING CONTRADICTORY MATERIALISM.

It means only that CPI(M) not admitting MARXISM as "CLASS CONTRADICTIONS" are inevitable part of CONTRADICTORY MATERIALISM. As long as the present CPI(M) Party Program based on to promote Indian CAPITALISM means only CPI(M) not admitting Class Contradictions. Remember the words of Polit Bureau Member and Kerala CPI(M) State Secretary Com. M V Govindan Master said during 2022, that CONTRADICTORY MATERIALISM will not affect to Indian situations. Com. S Ramachandran Pillai and other P B Members of CPI(M) also admitted the verses of Com. M V Govindan Master. The interest of the old slave and the interest of the slave owner are contradictory. A slave has to do work where he has no right to say he is hungry or thirsty. A slave has to do work where he has no right to say he is hungry or thirsty. The slave had no regard as a human being. The slave owner's interest is to maximize wealth by using the slave. The modern bourgeoisie is the predecessor of old slave owner. The party's "unchanged" position that CPI (M) Party Program; based on to promote capitalism means to promote exploitation of working class and the predecessors of old slaves; will not change meant that it would continue to promote the slave owners of the past. Certainly it is amalgamation with CLASS ENEMIES and the same is deadly against CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY OF MARXISM. The policy is following since 1950s and now have been continuing for the last 75 years. Party had almost lost its strength what it had in 1950s and now suffer too much to exist in India, but CPI(M) leaders are adamant in promoting capitalism. The name of the party should be changed to some thing else from the name "COMMUNIST PARTY" as a Communist Party have some image as against capitalism and only for SOCIALISM. I appeal to the comrades who are delegates to Party Congress to demand that the Party Congress stop using the names and pictures of Karl Marx,Engels and Lenin.

basis of class conflict is the conflict of interests between the slave
and the slave owner. It is the conflict between the capitalist and the
worker in modern times. The aim of the capitalist is to make maximum
profit out of the laborer. If the worker wants to live, he has to work
for the boss. Or he must die. The boss will try to pay as little as
possible and work as long as possible. India is currently trying to
maximize working hours. The reason for trying to eliminate permanent
employment for anyone is to eliminate all benefits. Even in the army
there should be no permanent job. Communism in India does not take into
account that promoting capitalism is class co---operation. All over
the world capitalists are one. They are united against socialism
throughout the world. But what is happening in India is that Communist
movements are also joining them. They are stern that SOCIALISM SHOULD
BE IMPLEMENTED ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. That is where class co--operation
is called. It is now firmly on the stand that there are no class
enemies. But among the capitalists there is no confusion about the
position against socialism. That is the reason for the harmony found in
the Indian National Congress and the Hindu Communalists.

In Kerala in 2019 and 2024 only one CPI(M) won to the Indian Parliament only because the opposite candidate was a woman. In the future that too cannot be confirmed.. Sitaram Yechury's statement that "Only the Indian National Congress can save India". was actually horrible cheating to Com.EMS, EK Nayanar; Jyoti Basu, etc. comrades, because the reason of the split in the Communist Party was the coalition with Indian National Congress under the leadership of S A Dqange. The actual meaning of the words of Yechuri was the CPI(M) haven't the capacity to save India and there are no necessity to exist the CPIM. During the 23rd CPIM Party Congress, Sitaram Yechuri again elected as General Secretary as a gesture of admitting his earlier statement of Yechuri that only INC can save India. In the 24th Party Congress, the Draft Political Resolution keeping as hidden tactics to place INC AS THE RULING FORCE OF INDA, defeating BJP.. The tactics were already failed during 2019 and 2024 and again trying to repeat the same tactics only handing over the ruling of India to BJP-HINDHUTHWA forces. And it is clear that by giving a "NON FACIST CERTIFICATE". either INC OR BJP can rule India.

The Communist Movements of INDIA HAVE THE HISTORY OF ONE CENTURY, but even now Party is not ready to place the ultimate target of a Communist Party, a SOCIALIST COUNTRY, an exploitation free socialist system. That means even after 75 years, since 1950s, following the policy which deadly against CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY, declining CLASS CONTRADICTIONS by supporting exploitation of bourgeois and predecessors of old slave owners. The fact that the party program will not change means that the CPI(M) politburo is not ready to appeal to the Indian people to vote for the Left, including the CPI(M) to save India. Not asking the Indian people to vote to save the Indian people is running away from the election. It is surrendering miserably to the Indian National Congress and the Hindu Communalists.

In 2005, I had published a book in the name of "Why SOCIALISM is not establishing in India" (in MALAYALAM) with criticism on Party Program that while promoting capitalism, the ideology in total will be out of field such as Surplus Value theory, Class struggle theory, Materialism and Dialectical Materialism. and requested the Communist Party of India (Marxist) to adopt a party program "SOCIALIST INDIA" according to Marxism for the consideration of the Party as a whoile. But, unfortunately, party declined my Party Membership. Only after 12 years, in 2017 I got again membership in the Party through"GROUP MEMBERSHIP". But now, when the Party being ZERO in India, CPI(M) Polit Bureau is not ready to admit MARXISM with an exploitation free social system, SOCIALISM rejecting the policy of "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM" which totally rejecting each and every words of Karl Marx, Engels and Lenin. I humbly request CPI(M) Polit Bureau and Central Commmittee to admit MARXISM with MATERIALISM AND DIALECTICAL MATERIALISM. Then only we can do justice to Karl Marx, the great man, who spent his life for emancipation of working class. Those who read this matter may also be requested to CPIM CENTRAL COMMITTEE to change the PARTY PROGRAM AND SAVE INDIA THROUGH THE IDEOLOGY MARXISM. I will not be a member of the CPI(M) after this PARTY CONGRESS unless the Party Program changes. I can't do anything but that.

If the party leadership does not understand what the theory of class struggle is, the people will have to bear the tragedy of it. No matter how convinced the failure is certain, hang in there. How can convince the CPI(M) Politburo that Marxism is not for promoting capitalism? Even if it is decided that it is foolishness, it should be corrected. Now CPIM asking for votes to implement globalization. Never presume that people will vote for anything. That is what gives full support to the privatization of public sector industries.

AND GAVE GREEN SIGNAL FOR BJP AS NON FACIST IGNORING THEIR EVERY ACTIONS IN TRIPURA AND MANIPUR VERY HARDLY AND THEY CAN CONTINUE IN POWER IN ANY WAY. EVERYTHING WILL CONTINUE AS SUCH AS WE WANT CAPITALISM AND A COMMUNIST PARTY IS UNNECESSARY FACT.

For the last 75 years since the 1950s, Communist parties in India have worked on the basis of a "party program" of promoting Indian capitalism. Even though there were split as CPI and CPI(M) there are no difference in economic policies in promoting capitalist exploitation. In 1950, if India's industrial growth was mainly intended, it gradually became corrupt; become capitalism in its full sense, including Communalism. That is whether India may ruled by the Indian National Congress or the Hindutvas; It has become a mindset that they have no responsibility for any of it. The position of independent growth of Indian capitalism means the complete abandonment of Marxism's goal of an exploitation-free social system. It means abandoning Marxism completely. The CPI(M) politburo is not ready to make any change in its 1950s stand even when the communist movement of hundred years has completely disappeared. Change in conditions in India and globally; The CPI(M) politburo is not ready to accept even the Indian Constitution has become accepting of socialism. If the party of Socialist India does not accept the "programme", please at least drop the name Communist Party and save the poor people from confusion. They don't know who was Karl Marx, nothing is understood about why that great man formulated the philosophy of Marxism. It only means that it does not accept "Marxism".
Communist Party of India (Marxist) is stern in its stand that "DIALECTICAL MATERIALISM" WILL NOT ADMIT IN INDIA". That is the stand adopted in "DRAFT POLITICAL RESOLUTIONS" that CPI (M) is deadly against SOCIALISM which stand following since 1950s and following for the last 75 years in India. It will not change its Party Program, based on to promote Indian CAPITALISM meas promote exploitation. That is the message given by the draft political resolution of the CPI(M). That gave another green flag to "Arsha Bharat".

Contradictory materialism is the scientific proof of Marxism. There is also unity between opposites; It means that there is also struggle. Our breathing is proof of that. Out is the opposite of in. CPI leader Pannin Ravindran said in 2017 in an interview with Rahul Eshwar on Asianet News Channel that "we should be proud of Arsha Bharat culture". I had thought the stand towards "ARSHA BHARATH only connected with CPI. But the attitude is also with CPIM and so giving green signal for SANGHAPARIVAR also as non FACIST. That is the indication, once Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan gave a "Ponnada" (golden cloth) to the Prime Minister along with a gift. And also remarked in another occasion that "Amit Shah" is an elected man through democracy and not got Minister through illegally. Thus he gave SANGHAPARIVAR clean image as "democratic " political party.

Exactly Com Pinarai Vijayan thus declared his ignorance of BJP. about SANGHAPARIVAR POLITICS. Does Pinarayi Vijayan not know that the target of Hindutva's "Rama Rajya" is a Brahminical monarchy? They are not ready to allow other political parties to work normally and they attacked CPIM TRIPURA STATE COMMITTEE OFFICE; AND DESTROYE3D EVERY THING. In Parliament also they are not following democratic method and they are only trying to kill democracy in any way. That is the decision of the five-judge bench of the Supreme Court; Narendra Modi has not hesitated to rule out that a Supreme Court judge should also be involved in deciding the Election Commission. Hindutvas cannot accept that the Election Commission should be impartial. Because in monarchy it is the "king" who decides everything; According to Manusmriti, what the king cannot decide, the "Brahmin Sabha" has to decide. The old Aryagotra attitude is to conquer others by attacking them. They had killed lakh of Dravidians and made others as slaves in ancient INDIA. Hindutvaists are still in it. Those are they had done at Gujarath and Tripura and waiting to repeat in anywhere in India. Those having ARSHA BHARATHA culture can't see anything and their ANTI SOCIALIST stand will show everywhere. It is only the reason most of CPIM P B Members are deadly against in accepting the Party Program of SOCIALIST INDIA. Their target is to complete the mission of Sitaram Yechuri, there should not see a RED FLAG in India. That will become true after the General Election of Indian Parliament in 2029.

If I say that we should accept the life goal of that great man Karl Marx, and not the words of him, no one will accept it so quickly because I am only an ordinary man but those P B Members are too high. The goal is a world where no one in the world experiences hunger or poverty. His words are meant to reach his goal. That is why it is called a socialist country. Since 1950s, the Communist Movement has been working in India under the concept of promoting Indian capitalism and so became very far away from the philosophy of Marxism due to its 75 years activity. That is what the party is going ahead with the concept that there are no enemies. There is no longer an ideological approach to confront class enemies other than development in electoral opportunities. The enemies, on the other hand, killing Party Comrades as much as possible; are continuously perpetrating outright lies to tarnish the image of the Communist movement. In over all India, CLASS ENEMIES are stern that there should not be the politics of WORKING CLASS any where in India.

I have worked in CPI politics for 16 years since 1969 and in CPI(M) politics for over forty years since 1985. I had worked in Government service and a worker of Kerala NGO Union from 1985-2005 as Kottayam District Council Member. Comrade Vaikom Viswan; Comrade VN Vasavan are aware of my activities in Kottayam district.
I had with the CPI politics since 1969 but withdraw as I could not agree with the CPI-Congress alliance. Since 2002, I am requesting that the CPI(M) must give up promoting capitalism and admit the policy of Socialist economy as Party Program. I had attended the party classes of K. Damodaran with "Marxist lessons"; Surplus value theory; Materialism and contradictory materialism etc. are being published through social media with the intention of indoctrinating party comrades. They may be prepared in book form with necessary amendments if the party agrees. Their contents are hereby submitting before the party for kind perusal. Now I am 75 years old and can only offer conceptual help. If the Party agrees, the topics of "Socialist Economy; Through People's Democracy" (Blog 135--English; 136 Malayalam) along with the contents "SOCIALISM IN INDIAN MODEL in Blog 500 English; 501 (Malayalam)) also submits to the Party Congress for the perusal of Party Comrades. Socialism in the Indian Model, which also accepts the Indian Constitution. I requests the Party Congress to examine them by removing the criticisms therein and adding necessary amendments.
