595. Discussion as part of "DRAFT POLITICAL RESOLUTION" for CPI(M) 24th Party Congress.
If the CPI(M) (Marxism) can handle the Sangh Parivar and the Indian National Congress in Kerala, it can do the same in India. All that is needed is for the CPI(M) to change its party program of promoting capitalism and accept the party program of Socialist India. Now the party is going SOUTH (capitalism). To the South of India lies the Indian Ocean and beyond it the Santa Ocean. To the North of India is the Mount Himalayas, followed by China and beyond that by Russia. The "Himalayas" can consider as the Congress-Sangh Parivar. Tunneling under a mountain is not a problem in modern times. To "Marxism" it is only a rotten-spider net.
//
The fact that the CPI(M) party program will not change means that it does not accept the federal system of Indian Constitution. All major revenues, including income tax, of a "STATE" go to the Central Government. The power of big industries like RAILWAY with Central Government. The "states" cannot do anything that the Center does not allow. Supreme Court is the supreme court of justice. CPI(M)Party programs do not go into this. According to the Constitution, the sovereignty of the Country is vested in the Indian Parliament and the Central Government. The current CPI(M) party program is not accepting the Indian Constitution . This was due the limitations of Com.EMS, which he had stressed in his book "SCIENCE AND ARTS OF WORKING CLASS POLITICS, PAGE 53 only considering the ruling of Kerala; which is only a "State" of India. Those who do not understand "Marxism" cannot understand the difference between socialism and capitalism and how it deals with the living of people. That is the "promoting capitalist" party program that will not change no matter how long it is demanded to change. "Politics" becomes a mere occupation and "humanity" becomes an unpleasant mere word. Karl Marx is just one person for them. How 130 crores people living, out of 140 crores is not a matter for them. No matter who rules the country "India"; it may either Indian National Congress or Hindutvadis will not make them trouble. They want only occasions to "INAUGURATE" as much as possible; using meaningless words. To them, RED FLAG is just a piece of cloth. One hundred years history of Indian Communist Movements is only just comedy to them, permitting any bourgeois political parties to rule INDIA will not insult them.
//
Anyone can decide if the CPI(M) party leaders are saying anywhere as part of the CPIM Party Congress that Party will "strengthen the party"; that there will be no change in the position of "free growth of capitalist society". Exactly they are saying so only as a routine work. The fact that the CPI(M) party program will not change means that it does not accept the federal system of Indian Constitution .According to the Constitution, the sovereignty of the Country is vested in the Indian Parliament and the Central Government. The current CPI(M) party program is not accepting the Indian Constitution . This was due the limitations of Com.EMS, which he had stressed in his book "SCIENCE AND ARTS OF WORKING CLASS POLITICS, PAGE 53. The last 23 Party Congresses have decided to strengthen the party for such a purpose. If the party decides to promote exploitation instead of the objective of Marxism, which is an exploitation-free social system, one must understand what Marxism is. That is impossible. On the contrary, if it says "the party will take up the goal of an exploitation-free social system", then it can be decided that things are changing. Then we will understand how the philosophy of Marxism will work in the working class. It will never happen. Unfortunately,
that is not the case. A Communist Party that has worked for a hundred
years despite defeat in 2019 and 2024; It is not ready to do its
liability to the proletariat. Despite the certainty of failure; even
when fully convinced that Hindutva rule will repeat itself, CPI(M) P B
not worried about what will be the political future of India; they want
only to complete their maximum age in the CPI(M) Polit Bureau.
//
Now the leaders of CPI and CPI(M) is doing very hard work to amend the Indian National Congress to defeat BJP on the contrary, Congress is killing Party Comrades as much as possible with a firm stand that there should be no red flag politics in India and also BJP should win everywhere in anyvway. That is the greatest proof that those who are not even remotely connected with the philosophy of Marxism think so the exploiting classes can be amended; and if so, there are no necessity of MARXISM. And it is the result of 75 long years since 1950 adopting a position of strengthening the exploiting classes. When the exploiting classes are trying to extend the working hours to eighteen hours for the purpose of exploiting the working class in any way possible, the party leaderships are still not aware of it. Whatever it may be, the position of strengthening them will continue. It is just proving that for the last 75 years, since 1950 Indian Communist Movements are not following MARXISM and in the way of CLASS COLLABORATION.
//
It is the firm stand of the Indian people that under no circumstances will the administration of India be allowed to the Indian National Congress in future. The BJP's position is that even if no one voted, it would create a majority in Parliament by using the electronic voting machine through fraud activities. Be that as it may, the CPI(M)'s position is that the Indian people will not be allowed to vote for a socialist system even after a hundred years of party activity. For that, the message of the draft political resolution for the 24th CPI(M) Party Congress is that there should be no party candidates anywhere in India. Even if they vote for CPI(M), it should be only for the "independent growth of capitalist society".
//
The ulterior motive of the draft political resolution for the 24th CPI(M) Party Congress is to somehow bring the Indian National Congress back to power in India. But YOU won't read anything like that anywhere. It is a strategy just like that promotes capitalism. Not telling the people honestly is discrediting a Communist Party. Those who have even a remote connection with the philosophy of Marxism, if they are in the leadership of the CPI(M), will not accept the position of handing over the ruling of India again to the Indian National Congress, which is of the position that there should not be a single red flag in India under any circumstances. CPI(M) should not decide what Congress is. CPI(M) does not even know what K. Sudhakaran is. But an average Indian citizen knows that. The face of "RAHUL GANDHI" is only another face of K SUDHAKARAN, KPCC President and also a model of Indian National Congress" itself. An average Indian citizen knows that. That is why they decide that all India will never vote for Congress. Otherwise they will be acute thieves. Congress contested in 403 seats in Uttar Pradesh and did not win a single seat. Delhi is just another example. CPI(M) can be on the path of true proletariat politics only when it accepts the goal of Socialist India--an exploitation-free social system as espoused by Marxism. The Indian working class will be with the party to achieve that goal. Only then will there be.
//
The CPI(M) politburo knows that the Indian people will not vote for the Indian National Congress. People also know that asking for votes in West Bengal is to repeat Nandigram again along with globalization. That's why no matter how hard try, party can't win any seat there. If the socialist state is presented to the people, things will change. It will never be allowed. Sitaram Yechury's real aim was that Hindutva rule should continue forever as "Brahmin blood" had in his veins. It is standing firmly in itself. The only shortcut found for that purpose is the draft political resolution. The only real objective is that India should not become a socialist state at any cost. The "Draft Political Resolution" will be released with maximum delay so as not to attract the attention of party comrades. One should at least show the decency to openly tell the people that one does not know how to manage working-class politics. Neither will. Relying on the Indian National Congress itself, even if the miserable failure of 2019 is repeated in 2024, is only a pathetic loss of understanding. Striving for deeper failures again and again. It would also deprive the party of its right to function.
//
Actually now in CPI(M) Polit Bureau, there are 17 "S A DANGE's" but in 1964, there were only one "DANGE". Action can be assumed than words, what are the actual target of CPIM PB. Now they are evidently proved from the experience from Bengal and Tripura that it is very easy way to eliminate COMMUNIST MOVEMENT from Indian soil through making coalition with Indian National Congress. And when following the same economic policy of BJP and INC, the continuation of BJP can be ensured as happened in 2019. "SOME" CPIM POLIT BUREAU MEMBERS ALSO HOLDING "SAFFRON" BLOOD WHICH CAN BE IDENTIFIED ONLY FROM THEIR ACTIONS, NOT FROM THEIR WORDS. THOSE WHO WANTS INC COALITION IS CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT THEIR BLOOD IS SAFFRON, BECAUSE THEY WANT HINDUTHWA RULING FOR EVER AND ZERO RED FLAG IN INDIA. THEIR GREEN SIGNAL FOR PRIVATIZATION OF ENTIRE PSUS ARE BASED ON THIS.
//
In 1964, when S A Dange and others decided to make coalition with Indian National Congress, neglecting the fact that INC representing the Bourgeois and Land Lords of India, the COMMUNIST PARTY OF INDIA (MARXIST) formed by Com. EMS, AKG, JYOTI BASU etc. The main cause of forming CPI(M) was making coalition with CLASS ENEMIES are deadly against CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY, WHICH IS THE MAIN STRUCTURE OF MARXISM. Due to declining the ideology MARXISM in total, CPI became isolated from Indian Working Class and common people in general. But under the leadership of Yechuri, now CPI(M) accepting the CLASS COLLABORATION and trying to INC again in power which will definitely make zero COMMUNIST PARTY IN INDIA. As a Communist Party, working under the ideology MARXISM, the CPI(M) ought to get the peoples verdict for establishing SOCIALIST SOCIETY, and it is more convenient the CONSTITUTION of the country itself admitting SOCIALISM.
//
The late Sitaram Yechury, General Secretary of the CPI(M) once said that only the Indian National Congress can save India and it was the total decision of the party which had proved while admitting him as General Secretary at the next 23rd Party Congress also. Now the draft political resolution for the CPI(M) 24th Party Congress is becoming more clearer. The "policy of silence" since Dange's time has been not say things outright. CPI Comrades will never admit that the reason for the split in 1964 was the issue of coalition with Indian National Congress. Now anyone who sees the draft political resolution can understand that the real aim of the draft political resolution is to hand over the ruling of India to the Indian National Congress. It also strategically bypasses the basis on which the CPI(M) came into being due to the split in the party in 1964. There will not even be a discussion on such matters in the party. The people will understand that from the fact that the party will contest in very few seats. Promoting capitalism is just as blatant a betrayal as not showing up in the party program. CPI(M) Central Committee and Politburo are trying through the draft political resolution to determine how long they can hold on to India through fraud and deception. This is due to the party leadership's insistence that only the Indian National Congress can save India; which preventing them to change the Party Program also. Obstacles to acceptance of "Socialist Economy; Through People's Democracy" as party program also proves so. If it is accepted, "Socialism in the Indian model" can be presented to the people of India. Surely Indian people will vote for it. The party leadership is adamant that this should not happen under any circumstances. Because Sitaram Yechury's position was that there was no need for a communist party in India. That was the position of the party at that time and the last 23rd Party Congress also accepted it. The Central Committee of the CPI(M) is standing there. There will no other discussion about it even in the agenda of the party congress. The CPI(M) has made it clear through its "Draft Political Resolution" that there is no need for a Communist Party to implement globalization. A Communist Party which has the history of one century and even now, not ready to accept SOCIALISM as Party Program.
//
It could heard as part of the Draft Political Resolutions of CPI(M) for the 24th Party Congress that would strengthen the party in Bengal and Tripura. The fact is that CPI(M) PB do not understand why the party did not exist there or why the party is not strong in any other state of India. No one would vote for the Communist Party if the Communist Party also adopted the economic policies of the Indian National Congress and other bourgeois parties like BJP etc. The party proceeds with the firm belief that the Communist Party has no political enemies due to its economic policy of promoting capitalism. Part of that is the whole of India, including Bengal, has been collaborating with the Indian National Congress since 2016 and trying to hand over the ruling of India to the Indian National Congress again. Since socialism is also a part of the Indian Constitution, taking the political position that socialism is on the "Indian model", the ruling of India should belong to the left parties under the leadership of the CPI(M). It is requested that the Central Committee of the CPI(M) should be prepared to accept such a political policy. It is because there is no basic understanding of the philosophy of Marxism, it is trying to entrust the ruling of India again to the Indian National Congress.
//
When the CPI(M) politburo says it will strengthen the party in Bengal and Tripura, without any change in the policy of "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM", it is clear with the intention to cheat poor party comrades. Now asking vote only to implement GLOBALIZATION with more intensity in globalization, as the basic stand in FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM.
Its first meaning is that no other states of India, need a party like CPIM, and the 2nd meaning is that the people of India will never be allowed to vote for SOCIALISM. If there are no left-wing candidates for that, no one can vote. Now the vote is being asked to implement globalization. It will continue. "K. Sudhakarans" will continue to grow in Kerala. Because what happened in the past is what is being said now; Party will be strengthened. Exploitative classes will continue to be strengthened. Class struggle is not accepted. K.Sudhakaran is a role model for all India Congress. That is to say that strengthening the party will continue to strengthen the exploiting classes as it has been doing since the 1950s. All support will be given to Ambani; Adani. etc. and thus it will also strengthen the growing Hindutva--BJP movement. In short, things are going that all support will be given to eliminate Public Sector industries. 2019 will repeat itself in the Indian Parliament elections for the entire future. In short, the people will never be allowed to vote for socialism, even the Indian Constitution is accepted. In a word in short; , "MARXISM" will not be accepted under any circumstances.
//
When the PEOPLES of India rejected the ruling of INC in India, it was not only the decision of Indian peoples, but also it was a RECOGNITION to the stand of those Comrades had taken a firm stand against the DANGE line of amalgamation with Indian bourgeois by the COMMUNIST MOVEMENT of India. When rejecting INC from power in India, it can see that the peoples of India that India should have admit the way of SOCIALIST COUNTRY and the clear evidence is the verdict of peoples given to INC with 4/5 majority when Indira Gandhi had taken a slight move towards the way of socialism. But when INC failed to implement the peoples verdict that INDIA SHOULD BE A SOCIALIST COUNTRY, CERTAINLY INDIAN COMMUNIST MOVEMENTS SHOULD HAVE TAKE UP THE RESPONSIBILITY THAT INDIA, SHOULD BE IN A SOCIALIST WAY OF PROGRESS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THE COMMUNIST LEADERS ARE FAR AWAY FROM MARXIAN IDEOLOGY, THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT AN EXPLOITATION FREE SOCIAL SYSTEM, AND THEY HAD TAKEN UP THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY IN IMPLEMENTING THE GLOBALIZATION, PRIVATIZATION AND LIBERALIZATION OF IMPERIALISM, AND GAVE WHOLE HEARTED CO-OPERATION FOR THE PRIVATISATION OF ENTIRE PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS OF INDIA.
