            245.  WHEN DECIDED TO PROMOTE INDIAN CAPITALISM; during 1950s; as a hidden agenda 
(As per Para 6.2 of the  cpim party program) all words in the program became vogue. By deciding to promote Indian capitalism indirectly; DANGEISTS was able to make bridges to exploitation of Indian W/C. That helped "DHEERUBHAI AMBANI" to make his assets from Rs.15,000/- to 65,000 crores when he demised. (Last week; Mukesh Ambani declared his only profit for the last ten years is Rs.15,000 Crores; (his own share; but the profit of the firm "RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE; was 36,000 Crores). Even from the experience of 69 years; and from the experience of Bengal  and Tripura;  they are not ready to convince the actual facts. (According to MARXISM it is impossible to promote CAPITA;LISM.  When deciding to promote CAPITALISM; MARXISM will automatically changed as DANGEYISM. ONLY DANGEYISTS can promote capitalism; it is deadly against SOCIALISM AND COMMUNISM.                          
..........Dangeyists could not understood even one word of Karl Marx; or Lenin; even though they called themselves as "COMMUNISTS". They should give up the mask of "COMMUNIST"; otherwise at least they should admit the target of "SOCIALIST INDIA" THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY". The word "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" derived from the name of "PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CHINA" where it is with SOCIALISM. When deciding to promote CAPITALISM; it is promoting all over India; not only when getting chance to rule in a State. They don't know the difference of a State ruling in India; when all decisions are taking by GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. 
..........DANGEYISTS don't know the difference between "CAPITALISM" and INDUSTRIALISATION.  INDUSTRIALISATION will continue in SOCIALISM also.  I think; perhaps; they had thought only to promote INDUSTRIALISATION; but they decided to promote "CAPITALISM".  CAPITALISM IS A SOCIAL SYSTEM; it is including all ill motivated intentions of the bourgeois; which is purely based on exploitation. Exploitation is going on not only in industrial sector; but also in all sectors of social life.
..........In India; the 4 caste system and BRAHMINISM is a major sector of exploitation; which are also promoting in the name of capitalism. Bourgeois will say for CAPITALISM only as "DEMOCRACY" which they intend to do legally or illegally which is including ugly  play they are conducting in politics also; which are also we are promoting.  
..........The ruling of BJP is only the after  effect of exploitation of "SOUL" (ATHMA) and they have nothing as other political subjects; but actually a weapon  of exploitation.  But they are  providing all  natural resources  as well as all PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS to CORPORATES  accepting huge amount  as scam. Actually, they are against even democracy; as their intention is to establish a RAM RAJ; which was only an imaginary story based on the supremacy of BRAHMINS.  In the absence of actual working class politics;  a large number of working class gathered under the banner of "HINDUTHWA" and they are merely cheating in the name of caste.  They don't know the basic politics of BJP  which are only exploitation of bourgeois.  THE RESULT OF BJP ruling is reducing wage of workers and increasing working hours. BJP considering politics only as business to earn money through illegal activities.  
..........When deciding to establish a SOCIALIST INDIA; that is only our target; we can convince the peoples what is capitalism and what is socialism. Now it is impossible; because there is decision to promote capitalism.   We cannot follow any other countries as such in India; because the "TIME" and situation is entirely different. When Lenin deciding to establish socialism in old Russia; there was no chance to say to the working class and poor peoples about MARXISM OR SOCIALISM in open space or in social medias and so they could only do how to implement SOCIALISM. But in India; since 1950s; there is no ban on COMMUNIST MOVEMENT; we can tell to the peoples and w/c about Marxism and Socialism.   Unfortunately; Dangeyists decided to promote capitalism. After the decision to promote capitalism; in all over India; Working Class movement going downwards only.

SO THEY THINKS THAT "POLITICAL TACTICS" CAN CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME; AS THERE IS NO PERMANENT ENMITY TO INDIAN BOURGEOIS. IT IS CLEAR THAT THERE IS NOT A TARGET OF SOCIALISM IN THEIR MINDS. .. "DANGEYISTS" USING THE WORD "MARXISM-LENINISM" ONLY TO CHEAT THE INDIAN WORKING CLASS. THEY ARE NOT ADMITTING EVEN ONE WORD OF KARL MARX AND LENIN. THERE IS NOT EVEN ONE WORD TO ADMIT CAPITALISM IN ANY WAY IN ANY BOOKS OF MARX OR LENIN. KARL MARX SPENT HIS WHOLE LIFE TO ERADICATE CAPITALISM; WHERE AS OLD DANGEY AND NEW DANGEYISTS SPENDING THEIR ENTIRE ENERGY TO PPROMOTE INDIAN CAPITALISM. THEY ARE CLOSING THEIR EYES TO THE ACTUAL FACTS OF INDIAN SITUATIONS SUCH AS MUKESH AMBANI AND OTHER BOURGEOIS DOING TO THE INDIAN PEOPLES. LAST WEEK (10th JUNE 2018) MUKESH AMBANI DECLARED HIS PROFIT FROM RELIANCE INDUSTRIES WAS 14,553 CRORES FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS (2007-08 TO 2017-18). THIS IS THE NET RESULT OF PRICE HIKES OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS OF INDIA RESULTING BLOOD SUCKING OF POOR PEOPLES. DANGEYISTS ARE CLOSING THEIR EYES AND EARS AND CONTINUING THE PROCESS OF PROMOTING INDIAN CAPITALISM. THEY CAN'T UNDERSTAND SUCH THINGS BECAUSE THEY ARE HAVING ONLY ZERO COMMON SENSE. THEY WILL CONTINUE THE PROCESS OF PROMOTING CAPITALISM TILL THE END OF THE WORLD.
          SO "SOMEBODY" WANTS COALITION WITH INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS EVEN THOUGH IN THE MAJORITY OF CPIM PB OR CENTRAL COMMITTEE IS NOT AGREEING WITH IT. BUT THE ENTIRE DISCUSSION IN THE PARTY CONGRESS BASED ONLY WITH REGARD TO COALITION ISSUE. THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT COMMUNAL FACISTS SHOULD BE DEFEATED; BUT IF THERE IS COALITION WITH INC; THAT SHOULD HAVE CONTINUED FOR AT LEAST 500 YEARS; AS THE THREAT OF BJP WILL NOT END WITHIN FIVE YEARS OR FIFTY YEARS. THEN CPIM SHOULD HAVE BECOME A TAIL OR WATCH DOG OF INDIAN BOURGEOIS TILL THE THREAT OF BJP ENDS. ACTUALLY, IN FACT THEY WANT PERMANENT COALITION WITH INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS AS SA DANGE HAD DESIRED. SO THE QUESTION OF CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY IS NOT ADMITTED BY DANGEYISTS. AND ALSO WHEN THERE IS DECISION TO PROMOTE CAPITALISM; HOW CAN WE SAY ABOUT "EXPLOITATION ON WORKING CLASS"? SO IT IS CLEAR THAT DANGEYISTS WANTS TO PROMOTE EXPLOITATION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO PROMOTE CAPITALISM. THIS IS THE CAUSE OF THE POOR POSITION OF THE COMMUNIST MOVEMENT IN INDIA. THEN WE CANNOT SAY ABOUT "SURPLUS VALUE THEORY" BECAUSE IT HAVE CONNECTION WITH SOCIALISM ONLY. AND ALSO THE MAIN INTENTION OF DIALECTICAL MATERIALISM IS TO DECLINE THE "FATE AND GOD DECISION" ARGUMENT OF BOURGEOIS; TO PROMOTE CAPITALISM; WE SHOULD SHOW IGNORANCE OF DIALECTICAL MATERIALISM. THESE ARE SOME IDEAS WHICH ARE FAR FAR ABOVE TO DANGEYISTS.

"taking into consideration the degree of economic development" (HERE WE MUST UNDERSTOOD THAT THE GROWTH OF CAPITALISM IN INDIA IS NOT MATURE TO ESTABLISH SOCIALISM AND WE SHOULD PROMOTE THE CAPITALISM OF INDIA".  If the actual intention to promote capitalism is placed here; those who drafted the "PROGRAMME" knew; it cannot be passed anywhere. So they tactically hidden the intention to promote capitalism. But in Party Classes; when the narration of "PROGRAM" will certainly say that our concept is to promote Indian Capitalism.  And also each and every action of the Party; it reflects that SOCIALISM IS NOT OUR AGENDA;  WE SHOULD HAVE  PROMOTE CAPITALISM.  SO WE ARE PROMOTING ALL EVILS OF CAPITALISM SUCH AS PRICE HIKES; CORRUPTION ETC. BECAUSE IN CAPITALISM IT IS A MUST.  WE ARE  NOT SEEING ANY FAULT TO BECOME IN COALITION WITH ANY BOURGEOIS POLITICAL PARTIES SUCH AS INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS IGNORING WHAT IS INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS. (THE STAND OF WEST BENGAL COMRADES). But in his book; (Arts and Science of Working Class Politics); Com. EMS had said that "we want "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM" through severe blow on "Feudalism". (in Page 21;  (Malayalam Book). Here Com EMS neglected the intention of Karl Marx for what purpose; Marx invented "MARXISM".   (When considering about capitalism; Marx considered only the growth of English East India Company; which grown up to establish a "SUN NEVER SET KINGDOM" of Great Britain).

. .By admitting "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM", certainly we are declining the ideology "MARXISM" in all its meaning. Anybody can admit any "name" to themselves for their "house", children, pet animals etc. But a political party declaring its name as it representing an idea, should be followed the same ideas, otherwise its intention is only to cheat the common peoples, and for some time, it can cheat the peoples; but for a long time, it is impossible. It is happening in "COMMUNIST PARTY OF INDIA (MARXIST)" and certainly without very long time, the party will have to close its all functions in India. Since 1950s, A "COMMUNIST PARTY" with the economic policy of FREE DEVFELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM can't cheat the whole country, and even from the experience of Bengal and Tripura, where ruled for considerable period is now become in ZERO effect. In Kerala also it cannot for go forward for a very long time with only the policy of "LOCAL DEVELOPMENT" as it is keeping too soft attitude against CLASS ENEMIES, only due to the policy PROMOTING BOURGEOIS AND LAND LORDS POLOITICAL PARTIES, INC, BJP etc. By permitting silently PRIVATISATION OF PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS are clear message to Indian Bourgeois and the economic policy is FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM. Even though the words used in the "PARTY PROGRAMME" (6.5) as "PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS WILL HAVE DOMINATING ROLE" PB and CC permitting to privatise PSUS only establishing their ignorance about the key summary of "SURPLUS VALUE THEORY" of MARXISM, because PUBLIC SECTOR will play the key role in SOCIALIST SOCIETY also. It is the main structure of "EXPLOITATION FREE SOCIAL SYSTEM also. The word "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" used for CAPITALISM is also stressing the poor common sense and ignorance of MARXSISM because "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" is possible only along with SOCIALIST ECONOMY, as in China, where the name admitted as "PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OFCHINA".

. .Actually the party programme is created without considering the "FEDERAL" nature of India, as it is following each and every views of Com. EMS and he hadn't the understandings about a "FEDERAL GOVERNMENT" as he stressing in his book "WORKING CLASS POLITICS, SCIENCE AND ART" (Malayalam book, Page 53). Com. EMS couldn't understood the difference of ruling in Central Government and in any "STATE GOVERNMENT" as he stated in the book "WORKING CLASS POLITICS, SCIENCE AND ART" (Malayalam book, Page 53). When comparing the ruling of Kerala, as Com.EMS as CM), in 1957 and in 1967, both ruling in Kerala could not completed the "five years term", he said that in future also, if getting ruling again, will also only for short period, and so "SOCIALISM, EVEN SOCIAL CHANGES ARE IMPOSSIBLE THROUGH PARLIAMENTARY METHOD". He had stressed two things in his statement that 1. Through "PARLIAMENTARY METHOD", socialism is impossible and 2. If getting continuous ruling in any "STATE GOVERNMENT", "SOCIALISM IS POSSIBLE".

..........Anybody those who are understanding that "CLASS STRUGGLE" is "WORKING CLASS Vs BOURGEOIS" will never admit to PROMOTE CAPITALISM. Those who are trying to implement the present PARTY PROGRAM only showing their ignorance of basic theories of MARXISM. This is the cause of the drawback of Indian Communist movement since 1950s as it is following since 1950s.
