         444. VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND VERY HARD TO OVERCOME IN INDIA BY A COMMUNIST PARTY.

. .For the last twenty years, since 2002, I am trying to invite the attention of CPI(M) PB, that while deciding to promote CAPITALISM, it is impossible to implement the Party Programme that to establish "PEOPLES' DEMOCRACY" as according to Karl Marx, only "ECONOMICAL BASE STRUCTURE WILL DECIDE ITS POLITICAL AND CULTURAL UPPER STRUCTURE" as most important base of MARXISM, and V I LENIN stressing it in his all books. Even "CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY" is based on this and I had wrote about 22 leters to the then Party General Secretary, Com. Harkishan Singh Surjith, in English and Malayalam containing basic principles of Marxism and the contradictions while promoting capitalism and also published a book in Malayalam "Why SOCIALISM is not established in India". Then the ruling in West Bengal was in very good stage with Com. Jyoti Basu as CM. Then Com. S Ramachandran Pillai was also in PB. Party never noticed my points about MARXISM and the main points I had raised in the letters and in my book, instead expelled me from my primary CPI(M) membership which I had followed since 1985. I had considered my membership only to helpful to the process of India as a SOCIALIST COUNTRY, but as long as Party is promoting CAPITALISM, I know, establishing socialism is impossible. (Since 2016, now I am an ordinary member in my local Branch of CPI(M). Now, even though the ruling of Bengal had lost, and Party in over all India is in a pathetic stage, Party is not ready to review the stand to promote capitalism. It is very hard to understand. The main problem is " THAT "ONLY ECONOMICAL BASE STRUCTURE OF THE COUNTRY WILL DECIDE ITS POLITICAL AND CULTURAL UPPER STRUCTURE". (A Contribution to the Critique of Political Economy Book by Karl Marx) IT MEANS IN CAPITALISM; ONLY BOURGEOIS WILL DECIDE WHO MUST BE THEIR RULERS AND THEY WILL NOT ADMIT A COMMUNIST PARTY TO RULE THEM AND TO DECIDE THEIR DEALINGS. THE EXPERIENCE SINCE 1950s IN INDIA; WE CAN ADMIT THIS AND THE GROWTH OF THE COMMUNIST MOVEMENT ALSO PROVE IT. With the concept to promote CAPITALISM; IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ESTABLISH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY IN CAPITALISM.

(Perhaps, nobody understanding its meaning, as even K Damodaran and EMS had failed to understand it, and decided to promote bourgeois and elite groups). But without correcting the stand to promote capitalism, Indian Working Class movement cannot go forward).

"KARL MARX IS RIGHT".

//According to Karl Marx, the duty of Working Class is not to "CORRECT" bourgeois, but to remove them from POWER. Unfortunately for the last 72 years, in India the STRIKES of working class always not to remove bourgeois from POWER, but only to correct them with an intention to strengthen them. How much period we will continue this line?//

//While following "CAPITALISM", for the last 72 years since 1950s, each and every points of MARXISM, (MARXISM IN TOTAL) vanishing from the working field except "RED FLAG". PARTY is also vanishing from India. Either "PARTY PROGRAMME" should change, other wise "M" (representing MARX) should remove from the name "CPI(M)". Then only CPI will remain and any policy can accept including coalition with INC//

. .The PARTY PROGRAMME OF CPI (M) is seems to continue for further period as nothing had heard from the decisions of 23rd PARTY CONGRESS. Since 1950s, even from the experience of last 72 years which caused being ZERO COMMUNIST PARTY IN INDIA (while considering 135 Crores of the population), which following the economic policy to PROMOTE INDIAN CAPITALISM and also from the experience of 34 years continuous ruling in Bengal, (where zero members either in the State Assembly or in Indian Parliament, (where 176 MLAs had CPI(M) alone in the past in the Legislative Assembly); the decision to continue the existing CPI(M) Party Programme; will certainly completely cease the COMMUNIST MOVEMENT IN INDIA. And the after effects will be BJP regime will be for ever. Only MARXISM can overcome HINDUTHWA and without SOCIALISM, no MARXISM will have in the field.

. .Anybody knew anything about MARXISM, and about Karl Marx, who had spent his entire life against the exploiters and capitalism will never admit the economic policy to PROMOTE CAPITALISM by a COMMUNIST PARTY. And also Lenin, severely warning against negligence or giving less priority for SOCIALISM, and insisting that should show intolerence to other ideologies, which will adversely affect the working class movement. (See my blog 105 & 174 (Malayalam of 105). But Indian "COMMUNIST" leaders showing always priority for capitalism and deadly against SOCIALISM since 1950s. If the CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF CPI(M) is not ready to change the Party Programme, immediately, that will certainly cease the working class movement in India, without any further delay. Poor knowledge of MARXISM will cause the complete destruction of the country by CPIM continuing the present CPI(M) Party Progrmme.

. .In 2016, when Com.Pinarai Vijayan became the C M of Kerala, he had decided that Prof. Gita Gopinadh, one of the World Bank Director should be his finance advisor. I think that the decision of permitting to privatise all PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS OF INDIA, taken by the PB of CPI(M) violating even the Article of 6.5 CPI(M) Party Programme is only surrendering before Imperialism. The relectuance to admit the target of "SOCIALIST INDIA" is the act only in accordeance with the desire of World Bank. I don't know what it means. In Party Programme, according to Article 6.5 "PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS WILL HAVE DOMINATING POSITION, but PB merely neglected its importance.

Those who are understanding anything about SURPLUS VALUE THEORY OF KARL MARX will never admit to privatise any PSUS of India as PSUS are the way of EXPLOITATION FREE social system and also properties of the CITIZENS. "SURPLUS VALUE" theory is the "TOTAL CENTER" of MARXIAN IDEOLOGY. While admitting MARXISM, neglecting each and every point of MARXISM will certainly killing KARL MARX AND MARXISM. It is only for PROMOTING CAPITALISM, but cannot go forward very long time.

. . .I don't know any of the PB members are having awareness of the importance of Public Sector Undertakings. In a socialist economy, PSUs will be holding the key position of the structure. But even in a capitalist economy, the profit of the firm can be utilised for the welfare of the country, and if it is maintained in good condition, it can do very great things. Through PSUs, not only its profit can be utilised for the wel beings of the citizens and in effect, it will secure the life of working class also, but also it will prevent black money, quality of product can be saved, providing employment facilities to youth observing reservation benefits, etc. Only employment with adequate emoluments, industrial sector of the country will be developed. Please see BJP Govt. eliminating all PSUs, will not only denying employment benefits, but also it is preventing the industrial sector also with zero earnings of the citizens through denying permanent employhment to anybody.

. .Socialism is possible in over all India and it is impossible in any single "state" alone, as according to the "FEDERAL" system following, "states" in India are having very limited "powers" and no sovereign powers in any subject like politics, economy, judiciary vested in "STATES" as supreme powers of everythings are vested with Indian Parliament and Govt. of India. Socialism can only be established in a sovereign country and kindly see that old USSR, CHINA, CUBA etc. are sovereign countries in every aspects. Including Com. EMS and all leaders of CPI(M) had ignored this facts and Party Programme also neglected this fact. In India, sovereignty is vested in the Central Government and Parliament. Parliament has the power to make decisions, including whether states are necessitated or not. Major taxes, including income tax, large industries, mines, etc. are all controlled Central Government. Foreign affairs and national security are also under central control. The CPI (M) party program does not go into such matters. I have been advocating for many years that there should be a new party program that examines all of these, but nothing happened at the 23rd Party Congress. The very stange things is that no places are having to discuss such matters.

The conclusion of CPI(M) during 1964 about INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS was that it representing the LANDS LORDS AND BOURGEOIS of INDIA and according to it, a coalition with INC was impossible. I want to know when it was changed and in which Party CONGRESS. If it is still existing, coalition with INC will be IMPOSSIBLE in future also. Change CPIM PARTY PROGRAMME IMMEDIATELY to overcome BJP rule in INDIA and declare as CPIM admitting Indian Constitution in its true value.

. .സിപിഐ(എം) പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്ത് "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ" എന്ന "പരിപാടി" അംഗീകരിച്ചാലും പാർലമെന്റിൽ ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ലഭിക്കുകയും ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ആകെയുള്ള ഭരണം നിർവഹിക്കാനുള്ള ജനപിന്തുണ ലഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാതെ "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ" എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങാനാവുകയില്ല. എന്നാൽ "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ" എന്ന "പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി" ഇല്ലാതെ ഇന്ത്യൻ പാർലമെൻറിൽ ഒരിക്കലും പാർട്ടിക്ക് ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ലഭിക്കില്ല. ഇത്‌ 1950 കാലം മുതലുള്ള 72 വർഷങ്ങളിലെ അനുഭവം തെളിയിക്കുന്നു.

. .ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പാർലമെന്റിന്റെ അധികാരങ്ങളും സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടെ അധികാരങ്ങളുടെ പരിമിതിയും മനസിലാക്കിയാൽ മാത്രമേ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ മാത്രമായി സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കാനാവില്ല എന്ന് പറയുന്നതിന്റെ അർത്ഥം മനസിലാവുകയുള്ളു. (സ. ഇ എം എസിന് തീർത്തും മനസിലാകാതിരുന്ന ഒരു വിഷയമാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പാര്ലമെന്റിനാണ് പരമാധികാരം എന്നതും സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് കേന്ദ്ര ഭരണകൂടം നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്ന അധികാരങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ എന്നതും. "പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി" പോലും ഈ വിഷയം കണക്കിലെടുക്കുന്നില്ല.) ആദായ നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ പ്രധാന നികുതി വരുമാനങ്ങളും വൻകിട വ്യവസായങ്ങളും അന്തർ സംസ്ഥാന ബന്ധങ്ങളും പരമോന്നത കോടതിയും എല്ലാവിധ ബാങ്കുകളും എല്ലാം കേന്ദ്ര പരിധിയിൽ വരുന്നതാണ്. സംസ്ഥാന നിയമസഭാ പാസാക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടനക്ക് വിധേയമായിരിക്കണം. റയിൽവേ ഉൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ പൊതുമേഖലകളും എല്ലാ ബാങ്കുകളും കേന്ദ്ര ഭരണക്കാർ ഇല്ലായ്മ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ; അവയിലെ എല്ലാ സ്ഥിരം തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങളും ഇല്ലാതാകുമ്പോൾ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ എല്ലാ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേയും ജനങ്ങൾ നേരിടാൻ പോകുന്ന സാമ്പത്തിക തകർച്ച ഒരു സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനും നേരിടാൻ ആവില്ല. സാമ്പത്തികമായി ജനങ്ങൾ തകരുമ്പോൾ, സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയും സ്വാഭാവികമായതും തകരും. സ്ഥിരം തൊഴിലും സ്ഥിരം മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും ഉള്ളവരിലൂടെ മാത്റമേ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വ്യവസായ വളർച്ചയും ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളൂ. ഒരിക്കലും അത് പാടില്ല എന്നാണ് ബിജെപിയുടെയും കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെയും നിലപാട്.

. ."മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന സാമൂഹ്യ ശാസ്ത്റത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ശാസ്ത്റീയ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിൽ കൂടിയല്ലാതെ ഇന്ത്യൻ സാമൂഹ്യ ജീവിതത്തെ ബ്രാഹ്മണാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെയും ചാതുർവർണ്യത്തിന്റെയും നീരാളിപ്പിടുത്തത്തിൽ നിന്നും മോചിപ്പിക്കാനാവില്ല. ഡോ.ബി ആർ അംബേദ്ക്കർ നടത്തിയ പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ മോചനത്തിന് സഹായകരമായ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മുഖ്യ സംഭാവനയായ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടനയിൽ ഉള്ളത് കാര്യക്ഷമമായി പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നതിനും മാർക്സിസം എന്ന സാമൂഹ്യ ശാസ്ത്റം സഹായകമാകും. "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇൻഡ്യ" എന്ന ഒരു പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി അംഗീകരിക്കാതെ ജനങ്ങളെ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയഗതിയിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കാനാവില്ല. എന്നാൽ "മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക" എന്ന "കാഴ്ചപ്പാട്" ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുക തന്നെ വേണം. കാരണം അത് "മാർക്സിസം" ഒന്നാകെ നിരാകരിക്കുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

. .ഇന്ത്യയിലെ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും പരമാധികാരം ഉള്ളവയല്ല. ഒരു പരമാധികാര രാജ്യത്ത് മാത്റമേ സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പരമാധികാരം കേന്ദ്രഗവണ്മെന്റിനും പാര്ലമെന്റിനും ആണ്. സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുണ്ടോ എന്നതടക്കമുള്ള തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ എടുക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം പാർലമെന്റിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. ആദായനികുതി അടക്കമുള്ള പ്രധാന നികുതികൾ, വൻകിട വ്യവസായങ്ങൾ, ഖനികൾ, തുടങ്ങിയവ എല്ലാം കേന്ദ്ര നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലാണ്. വിദേശകാര്യം, രാജ്യ രക്ഷ തുടങ്ങിയവയും കേന്ദ്ര നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലാണ്. സിപിഐ (എം) പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങളിലേക്കൊന്നും കടക്കുന്നതേയില്ല. ഇവയാകെ പരിശോധിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള പുതിയ പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി ഉണ്ടാകണം എന്ന അഭിപ്രായം നിരവധി വർഷങ്ങളായി ഞാൻ മുന്നോട്ടു വയ്ക്കുകയാണ്). 23 - മത് പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസിലും ഒന്നും സംഭവിച്ചില്ല. പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസുകളിലൊന്നും ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള ഒരു ചർച്ചകളും അനുവദിക്കുകയുമില്ല.

. . .പൊതുമേഖലകളുടെ പ്റസക്തി അത് ചൂഷണ വിമുക്ത സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ സൂചന കൂടി ആണെന്നതാണ്. അവിടത്തെ ലാഭം രാഷ്ട്രത്തിനാണ് ലഭിക്കുക എന്നതും അത് പരോക്ഷമായി തൊഴിലാളികളുടെയും ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആകെയും അഭിവൃദ്ധിക്ക് ഇടവരുത്തും എന്നതുമാണ് ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് സോഷ്യലിസം ഭരണ ഘടനയുടെ ഭാഗം ആക്കുകയും ബാങ്കുകളും എണ്ണ കമ്പനികളും മറ്റും പൊതുഉടമസ്‌ഥയിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരികയും ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത ഇന്ദിരാഗാന്ധിയുടെ കാലത്ത് കോൺഗ്രസിന് അഞ്ചിൽ നാല് ഭൂരിപക്ഷം നൽകിയത്. കോൺഗ്രസ് എല്ലാ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകളും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചെങ്കിലും ജനങ്ങളിൽ ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷവും ഇന്നും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഉണ്ട് എന്നതും അവർക്ക് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ ആവശ്യമാണ് എന്നതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് രാജ്യം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിച്ച് മുന്നോട്ടുപോയാൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് നൽകിയ പിന്തുണ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിനും നൽകാൻ തയ്യാറാകും.

/. .രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാവിധ സമ്പത്തുകൾക്കും എല്ലാ ജനങ്ങളും അവകാശികളാണ് എന്നതാണ്‌ സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനം. ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ അവസ്ഥ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് ശതമാനം സമ്പത്തും കേവലം പത്ത് ശതമാനം സമ്പന്നർ അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണ്. ആ അവസ്ഥ മാറുകയും ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത ഒട്ടാകെ അവയുടെ പ്രയോജനം അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥിതി ഉണ്ടാവുകയും വേണം. വീട് ഇല്ലാത്ത; രോഗം വന്നാൽ ചികിൽസിക്കാൻ മാർഗം ഇല്ലാത്ത; വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ലഭിക്കാൻ സൗകര്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരാളും ഉണ്ടാകാൻ പാടില്ല എന്നതാണ് സോഷ്യലിസം ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകുന്ന വാഗ്ദാനം. ചാതുർവർണ്യത്തിന്റെ ഭീകരത ഇല്ലാത്തതായിരിക്കണം ഇന്ത്യ മഹാരാജ്യം. ഒട്ടുമിക്ക പ്രകൃതി സമ്പത്തും സുലഭമായ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ; ലോകത്ത് ഏറ്റവും സമ്പന്ന രാജ്യം ആകുന്നതിനുളള എല്ലാവിധ വിഭവങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട്. അവ ജനാധിപത്യപരമായ രീതിയിൽ വിനിയോഗിച്ചാൽ സോഷ്യലിസം ഒരു സാമൂഹ്യ നീതി മാത്റം ആണെന്ന് ജനങ്ങളെ ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്താനും കഴിയും. അതിനായി ജനങ്ങളുടെ പിന്തുണ ഉറപ്പുവരുത്താൻ ജനാധിപത്യ രീതിയിൽ അവരുടെ ഒരു "വോട്ട്" മാത്റം മതിയാകും. എന്താണ് യഥാർത്ഥ "ജനാധിപത്യം" എന്ന് ജനങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും അതിനാവശ്യമാണ്. "ജനാധിപത്യം" എന്നാൽ സമ്പത്തിന്റെ ആധിപത്യം എന്നും ബ്രാഹ്മണന്റെ ആധിപത്യം എന്നും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും മതത്തിന്റെ ആധിപത്യം എന്നും മറ്റുമുള്ള ജനങ്ങളുടെ തെറ്റിദ്ധാരണയും മാറേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. മാനവരാശിയെ ഒന്നായികണുന്ന "മാർക്സിസം " എന്ന സാമൂഹ്യ ശാസ്‌ത്റത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകൾ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്തക്ക്‌

അത്യന്താപേക്ഷിതമാണ്.

.            .ഉറക്കം അഭിനയിക്കുന്നവരെ ഉണർത്തുക അസ്സാദ്ധ്യമാണ്.  "മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് " മാർക്സിസം അല്ലെന്നും  അത് വർഗ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ കൂടെ ചേരൽ (വർഗ സഹകരണം)  മാത്റം ആണെന്നും  കാറൽ മാർക്സിനെകുറിച്ചും അദ്ദേഹം ആവിഷ്‌ക്കരിച്ച തത്വ ശാസ്ത്രത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും പ്രാരംഭ അറിവ് എങ്കിലും ഉള്ളവർക്ക് മനസിലാകും. ഇന്ത്യൻ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ എങ്ങനെയാണ്  മാർക്സിസം നടപ്പിലാക്കുക എന്ന് അറിയില്ല  എന്നതും ക്ഷമിക്കാം.  എന്നാൽ എന്തെല്ലാം ആരെല്ലാം പറഞ്ഞാലും  "മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക" എന്നതിൽ ഉറച്ചുനിൽക്കും എന്ന നിലപാട്  ബോധപൂർവം ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങളൊടൊപ്പം  നിലകൊള്ളുക തന്നെയാണ്.  1950 കാലം മുതൽ  എല്ലാ അനുകൂല സാഹചര്യങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും 72 വർഷങ്ങളിലെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ  കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയുടെ വളർച്ചയുടെ രീതിയും  1920--25 മുതൽ എല്ലാ പ്രതികൂല  സാഹചര്യങ്ങളെയും നേരിട്ട് 1952 ൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ പാർലമെന്റിൽ  32  കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർലമെന്റ് അംഗങ്ങൾ വരെയുള്ള വളർച്ച നേടാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്നതും മനസിലാവില്ല?   എന്നാൽ 1950 കാലം മുതൽ 72 വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക്  ശേഷം  അതും  ബംഗാൾ എന്ന സംസ്ഥാനത്ത്  34 വർഷങ്ങൾ  തുടർച്ചയായി  ഭരിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും  പാർലമെന്റിൽ  (ലോക സഭയിൽ) കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള   കേവലം  ഒരാൾ മാത്റം.  (തമിഴ് നാട്ടിൽ  ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെ കൂടെ പങ്കാളിത്തം ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട്  കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്  പാർലമെന്റ് അംഗം ആയി കൂട്ടാൻ ആവില്ല)  നൂറ്റി മുപ്പത്തിയഞ്ചു കോടി ജനങ്ങളുള്ള ഒരു രാജ്യത്തെ  99.9999999 ശതമാനം ജനങ്ങളും തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗവും കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌  പ്രസ്ഥാനവുമായി  സഹകരിക്കാൻ തയ്യാറല്ല എന്ന് എത്റയൊക്കെ ബോധ്യപെട്ടാലും  "മുതലാളിത്ത സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സ്വതന്ത്റമായ വളർച്ച" എന്ന പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയിൽ ഉറച്ചുനിൽക്കാൻ തന്നെയാണ് തീരുമാനം എങ്കിൽ അത്  "ഉറക്കം അല്ല, ഉറക്കം അഭിനയിക്കൽ മാത്റം" ആണെന്ന് അനുമാനിക്കാൻ മാത്റമേ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ.  "മാർക്സിസം" എന്താണ് എന്ന് മനസിലായില്ല എങ്കിൽ മനസിലാക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കണം.  നൂറ്റി മുപ്പത്തിയഞ്ച് കോടി ജനങ്ങളെയാണ്  മാർക്സിസത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിവരക്കേട് ബാധിക്കുന്നത്  എന്നെകിലും ഓർക്കണം. 

.          ."വൈരുദ്ധ്യാധിഷ്ഠിത ഭൗതിക വാദം ഇന്ത്യക്ക്  ബാധകമല്ല"  എന്ന്  ഒരു നേതാവ് പറഞ്ഞതും  മറ്റൊരു നേതാവ്‌  അത് ശരി വച്ചതും ജനങ്ങൾ അറിഞ്ഞതാണ്.   2016 ലെ  സ.പിണറായി വിജയൻ മന്ത്രി സഭയുടെ  സാമ്പത്തിക  ഉപദേഷ്ടാവ്  ആയി  വേൾഡ് ബാങ്ക്  ഡയറക്ടർ ബോർഡ്  അംഗം  പ്രൊ. ഗീത ഗോപിനാഥിനെ നിയമിച്ചതും  ആഗോളവൽക്കരണ നടപടികൾക്ക് പിന്തുണ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച്  എല്ലാ പൊതുമേഖലകളുടേയും സ്വകാര്യ വത്ക്കരണത്തെ എതിർക്കേണ്ടതില്ല എന്ന്  പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയെ പോലും  (6.5) കണക്കിലെടുക്കാതെ  തീരുമാനം എടുത്തതും   മാർക്സിസം എന്ന സാമൂഹ്യ ശാസ്ത്രത്തെക്കുറിച്ച്  യാതൊരു  ധാരണയും ഇല്ല എന്നതിന്റെ മാത്റം വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവാണ്.  മുതലാളിത്ത വ്യവസ്ഥ ആണെങ്കിൽ പോലും പൊതുമേഖലയിലെ ലാഭം രാഷ്ട്രത്തിനും അത് പരോക്ഷമായി തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തിനും ഉപകാരപ്പെടും എന്നുപോലും മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല എന്നത്  കൊണ്ടാണ്  "പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി"യിൽ  പൊതുമേഖലക്ക്  നിർണായക സ്ഥാനം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും എന്ന് കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്   പോലും കണക്കിലെടുക്കാതെ   അവയത്റയും  സ്വകാര്യവത്ക്കരിക്കാൻ അനുവദിച്ചത്.   

. .വൈരുധ്യാധിഷ്ഠിത ഭൗതികവാദം മനസിലാക്കാതെ "മാർക്സിസം" മനസിലാക്കാനാവില്ല. ഇന്ത്യൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിനുണ്ടായ തിരിച്ചടികളുടെ യഥാർഥ കാരണവും അതുതന്നെയാണ്. അടിമയും ഉടമയും തമ്മിലെ താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങളിലെ വൈരുധ്യവും തൊഴിലാളിയും മുതലാളിയും തമ്മിലെ താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങളിലെ വൈരുധ്യവും മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. അടിമ കാല ഘട്ടത്തിലെ "അടിമകൾ" സഹിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള കൊടിയ പീഡനങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ധാരണ ഇല്ലാതെ "അടിമയും ഉടമയും തമ്മിലെ താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങളിലെ വൈരുധ്യം" എന്ന് ഇന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ ആർക്കും മനസിലാവില്ല. അതുപോലെ ജീവിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി സ്വന്തം അദ്ധ്വാന ശക്തി ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു ബൂർഷ്വാസിക്ക് വിൽക്കുക അല്ലാതെ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ആര് തന്നെ "ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യണം" എന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കുക അല്ലാതെ, ലെനിന്റെ ഭാഷയിൽ കൂലി അടിമ മാത്റമായ; തൊഴിൽ ചെയ്യുന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ താൽപ്പര്യവും അവന്റെ അദ്ധ്വാന ശക്തി ചൂഷണം ചെയ്ത് പരമാവധി ധനം ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന ബൂർഷ്വാസിയുടെ താൽപ്പര്യവും തമ്മിലെ വൈരുധ്യം മനസിലാക്കാതെ; സ്വാർത്ഥതയും സാമൂഹ്യ ബോധവും തമ്മിലെ വൈരുധ്യവും മനസിലാക്കാതെ "മാർക്സിസം" മനസിലാക്കാനാവില്ല. തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയവും ചൂഷക വർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയവും തമ്മിലുള്ള വൈരുധ്യം മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. വർഗ വൈരുധ്യങ്ങളാണ് വർഗ സമരങ്ങളുടെ കാരണം എന്നും മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങളെയാണ് പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് എന്നും അപ്പോൾ വർഗ വൈരുധ്യങ്ങൾ വർഗ സമരങ്ങളിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങുന്നില്ല എന്നതും മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല.

. .സഖാക്കൾ കെ.ദാമോദരനോ ഇ എം എസിനോ "വർഗ വൈരുധ്യങ്ങൾ" എന്താണ് എന്ന് മനസ്സിലായിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കണം എന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കുമായിരുന്നില്ല. മാത്രമല്ല "സാമ്പത്തിക അടിത്തറയാണ് രാഷ്ട്രീയവും സാംസ്കാരികവുമായ ഉപരി ഘടനയെ നിർണയിക്കുക എന്നതും മനസ്സിലായിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ, മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ മർമം ആയ ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക മേധാവിത്തം വളർത്തുക എന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കുമായിരുന്നില്ല. ലെനിൻ (ഭരണ കൂടവും വിപ്ളവവും) എന്ന കൃതിയിൽ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്ന "വർഗ വൈരുധ്യങ്ങളാൽ കീറി മുറിഞ്ഞ ഒരു സമൂഹത്തിൽ വർഗാധിഷ്ഠിത മല്ലാത്തതോ വർഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉപരി ആയതോ ആയ ഒരു ഭരണ കൂടം അസ്സാദ്ധ്യമാണ്"എന്നതോ മനസിലാക്കിയിരുന്നില്ല. മുതലാളിത്ത വളർച്ചയിൽ തികച്ചും പിന്നണിയിൽ ആയിരുന്ന പഴയ റഷ്യയിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കുക എന്ന നിലപാടിൽ ലെനിന് യാതൊരു സംശയവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. അതിനു പകരം ലെനിൻ യാതൊരു സംശയത്തിനും ഇഡാ നൽകാതെ പറയുന്നത് "സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തി ലവലേശം കുറച്ചുകാണുക എന്നാൽ ബൂർഷ്വാ ആശയങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇട നൽകുക ആണെന്നാണ്. അതാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ സംഭവിച്ചതും 1952 ൽ കേവലം രണ്ട് സീറ്റുകൾ മാത്റം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ബിജെപി - ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികൾ ഇന്ത്യ ഭരിക്കാൻ ഇടയായതും.

.          .കാറൽ മാർക്സ്  മുതലാളിത്തത്തെ  വിലയിരുത്തിയത്  മാർക്സിന്റെ കാലത്ത്  ലോകം അടക്കി വാണിരുന്ന  ഇഗ്ളീഷ് ഈസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ  കമ്പനിയെ കണക്കിലെടുത്താണ്.   കാറൽ മാർക്സ്   "മൂലധനം" എന്ന കൃതി രചിക്കുന്ന  1857 കാലത്ത്  ഇന്ത്യ ഭരിക്കുന്നത്  ഇഗ്ളീഷ് ഈസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ കമ്പനിയാണ്.  1857 ലെ ഒന്നാം സ്വാതന്ത്രിയ സമരത്തിന്  ശേഷമാണ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം ബ്രിട്ടൻ ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നത്.  ഇന്ത്യ ഒഴികെയുള്ള മറ്റെല്ലാ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേയും കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റു നേതാക്കൾക്ക്  കാറൽ മാർക്സ് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചത്  ഇഗ്ളീഷ് ഈസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ കമ്പനിയെക്കുറിച്ചാണ് എന്ന് മനസിലായി.  ഇന്ത്യയിലാകട്ടെ  "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്  "  നേതാക്കളെ   അത്   മനസിലാക്കുക  അസ്സാധ്യ  മായിരിക്കുകയാണ്.  അതിന്റെ ദുരന്തം  അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടത്  135  കോടിയിലധികം ജനസംഖ്യയുള്ള  ഒരു രാജ്യവും. 

India is a country. Its governing structure is "CONSTITUTION OF INDIA" that applies to all of India. No law can be made by a single "State" without the approval of the "CONSTITION OF INDIA" or Indian Parliament. As such, it cannot develop in Bengal alone or in Kerala alone.  If an organ of a body grow apart, it becomes cancerous. If India is not developed, it is because of the Congress or the BJP, which has ruled India as a whole.

.       .The major sources of revenue, including income tax, belong to the Center. The big industries, the banks and the mines are all under central control. There is nothing the states can do without public sector jobs and job opportunities. The Congress and the BJP have not taken a stand in any way to co-operate with other parties in governing the states.//In that case, it makes no sense to ask whether the CPI (M) did not rule Bengal for a long time. What is the situation in all the other states in India which are not ruled by the CPI (M) and ruled by the Congress and the BJP?//The Indian people will not be able to prosper without ensuring jobs and living wages for the workers. Without a fair wage structure, there will be no industrial growth in any country. The growth of the country but not the growth of very few industrialists.//It should be the total growth of the people and the country. That, in turn, requires a political change in India.//Kerala guest workers are those who come to Kerala from other states in search of employment. But if they become too many, Kerala will not be able to afford it. The whole of India should be like Kerala. That is the solution.//When the "Kovid epidemic" ravaged India, not a single person in Kerala was hospitalized. Not a single person died without oxygen.//It is hoped that the CPI (M) Party Congress to be held in Kerala from April 6, 2022 will have the necessary stance.

സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയങ്ങൾ പിന്തള്ളപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ പിന്തിരിപ്പൻ ആശയങ്ങൾ മുന്നോട്ടു വരും.  "എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം?" എന്ന കൃതിയിൽ ലെനിൻ ഇത് ഭംഗിയായി പറയുന്നതാണ്.  ഇന്ത്യയിൽ  ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയത ശക്തമായി മുന്നോട്ടുവന്നത്  സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയങ്ങൾ പിന്തള്ളപ്പെട്ടപ്പോഴാണ്.  ഇതിന്റെ കാരണമാകട്ടെ 1950 കാലം മുതൽ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം സോഷ്യലിസത്തോട് കാണിച്ച വിമുഖതയും  "മുതലാളിത്തം" പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കണം എന്ന സാമ്പത്തിക നിലപാടുമാണ്.  കാറൽ മാർക്സ് വളരെ വ്യക്തമായി പറയുന്ന കാര്യമാണ്  "ഒരു രാജ്യത്തെ സാമ്പത്തിക അടിത്തറയാണ്  രാജ്യത്തെ  രാഷ്ട്രീയവും  സാംസ്കാരികവുമായ  ഉപരി ഘടനയെ നിർണയിക്കുക" എന്ന്.  ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കണം എന്ന നിലപാട് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം സ്വീകരിച്ചപ്പോൾ  മുതലാളിത്തം വളരുകയും അത്  അതിനാവശ്യമായ ആശയ ഗതികൾ വളർത്തി കൊണ്ട് വരികയും ചെയ്തു. അതാണ്  ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയതയും  അതിന്റെ  മറുവശമായ മറ്റു വർഗീയതകളും മുന്നോട്ടു വരുന്നത്.  കേരളത്തിൽ ആർ എസ് എസ്  -  എസ് ഡി പി ഐ കൊലപാതകങ്ങളും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്.  സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയഗതികൾ മുന്നോട്ടു വരിക എന്നാൽ ശാസ്ത്രീയമായ സാമൂഹ്യ കാഴ്ച്ചപ്പാടുകളും മുന്നോട്ടു കൊണ്ട് വരിക എന്നാണ്.  നിർഭാഗ്യവശാൽ ഈ കാര്യത്തിൽ ഞാൻ നടത്തുന്ന എല്ലാ കഠിനാദ്ധ്വാനങ്ങളും വനരോദനങ്ങൾ ആയി മാറുകയാണ്. യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ  അവഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്  കാറൽ മാർക്സിനേയും അദ്ദേഹം മുന്നോട്ടുകൊണ്ടുപോകാൻ ശ്രമിച്ച ആശയങ്ങളേയുമാണ്.  ഭൗതിക വാദത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനം  തന്നെ പിന്തിരിപ്പൻ ആശയങ്ങൾക്കെതിരായ  ആശയപരമായ പോരാട്ടമാണ്. എന്നാൽ നിർഭാഗ്യവശാൽ അവയത്റയും  ഇന്ത്യക്ക്  പോലും ബാധകമല്ല  എന്ന നിലപാടിൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്  പ്രസ്ഥാനം തന്നെ എത്തിച്ചേർന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ. അതിനനുസരിച്ച്  പിൻതിരിപ്പൻ  ആശയഗതികളും  പിന്തിരിപ്പൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയ ശക്തികളും ശക്തിയാർജ്ജിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. 

440. "പൊതുമേഖലക്ക് നിർണായക സ്ഥാനം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും"

          440. "പൊതുമേഖലക്ക് നിർണായക സ്ഥാനം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും" എന്ന സിപിഐ(എം) പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി 6.5 ലെ പ്രസ്താവന പോലും കണക്കിലെടുക്കാതെ ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികളുടെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ എല്ലാ പൊതു മേഖലകളുടെയും സ്വകാര്യവത്ക്കരണത്തെ പരോക്ഷമായി സിപിഐ(എം) പിന്തുണക്കുന്നത് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ തന്നെ സമ്പൂർണ തകർച്ചയിലേക്കാണ് നയിക്കുന്നത്. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഭാരതം എന്ന പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി അംഗീകരിച്ച് പൊതുമേഖലകളുടെ പൂർണ സംരക്ഷണത്തിനായി പാർട്ടി ഉറച്ച നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കണം. അല്ലാതെ ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികളുടെ ഭീകര ഭരണം ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇല്ലാതാക്കാനാവില്ല. 140 കോടി ജനങ്ങളുള്ള ഒരു രാജ്യത്തിന്റെയാകെ ഭാവിയാണ് ഇവിടെ കണക്കിലെടുക്കേണ്ടത്.

. .പൊതുമേഖലകളുടെ പ്റസക്തി അത് ചൂഷണ വിമുക്ത സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ സൂചന കൂടി ആണെന്നതാണ്. മഹാനായ കാറൽ മാർക്‌സിന്റെ മിച്ചമൂല്യ സിദ്ധാന്തം അവിടെ പ്രാവർത്തികം ആവുകയാണ്. അവിടത്തെ ലാഭം രാഷ്ട്രത്തിനാണ് ലഭിക്കുക എന്നതും അത് പരോക്ഷമായി തൊഴിലാളികളുടെയും ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആകെയും അഭിവൃദ്ധിക്ക് ഇടവരുത്തും എന്നതുമാണ് ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് സോഷ്യലിസം ഭരണ ഘടനയുടെ ഭാഗം ആക്കുകയും ബാങ്കുകളും എണ്ണ കമ്പനികളും മറ്റും പൊതുഉടമസ്‌ഥയിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരികയും ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത ഇന്ദിരാഗാന്ധിയുടെ കാലത്ത് കോൺഗ്രസിന് അഞ്ചിൽ നാല് ഭൂരിപക്ഷം നൽകിയത്. കോൺഗ്രസ് എല്ലാ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകളും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചെങ്കിലും അന്നത്തെ ജനങ്ങളിൽ ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷവും ഇന്നും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഉണ്ട് എന്നതും അവർക്ക് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ ആവശ്യമാണ് എന്നതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് രാജ്യം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിച്ച് മുന്നോട്ടുപോയാൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് നൽകിയ പിന്തുണ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിനും നൽകാൻ തയ്യാറാകും.

. .നിർഭാഗ്യ വശാൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്റസ്ഥാനം "മുതലാളിത്ത സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സ്വതന്ത്റമായ വളർച്ച" എന്ന "പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി"യുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പ.ബംഗാളിൽ നടപ്പാക്കിയതും അവിടത്തെ ജനങ്ങൾ പൂർണമായും തിരസ്ക്കരിച്ചതും ആയ "പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയിൽ" ഉറച്ചു നിൽക്കുകയാണ്. പഴയ സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയൻ നിലവിൽ ഇല്ലെന്നു മാത്റമല്ല ഇന്ത്യൻ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ സ്വകാര്യ മേഖല ഒഴിവാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള സോഷ്യലിസം പോലും അസ്സാദ്ധ്യമാണ്. കാരണം ശാസ്ത്റവും ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആവശ്യങ്ങളും അനുനിമിഷം മാറിക്കൊണ്ടിരി ക്കുമ്പോൾ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ മനസിലാക്കി പുതിയവ ആവിഷ്‌ക്കരി ക്കുന്നതിനും പുതിയ അറിവുകളും കഴിവുകളും കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിനും സ്വകാര്യ മേഖല സഹായിക്കും. മാത്റമല്ല ജനാധിപത്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ ജനങ്ങൾ സ്വാതന്ത്റിയവും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ഏത് ചരക്കും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഉത്പന്നവും രൂപം കൊള്ളുന്നത് സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ നിരവധി മേഖലകളുടെ സംയോചനത്തിലൂടെയാണ്. ഒരോരുത്തരും ഈ കാര്യങ്ങളും മനസിലാക്കിയിരിക്കണം. അതാണ് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന തത്വവും.

. .ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ 24 മത് പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസിൽ എങ്കിലും "പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി" യിൽ ഭേദഗതി ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്നും പൊതുമേഖലയുടെ സംരക്ഷണ കാര്യത്തിൽ ഉറച്ച നിലപാട് ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്നും പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഒരു തീരുമാനവും ഉണ്ടായതായി അറിയില്ല. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഭാരതം എന്ന പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി അംഗീകരിക്കാതെ "മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്രം പ്രയോഗത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല, ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികളുടെ ഭീകര ഭരണം ഇല്ലാതാക്കാനുമാവില്ല. ഇപ്രകാരം ഒരു തീരുമാനം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നപക്ഷം 2029 ലെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ ഇടതുപക്ഷം ഇന്ത്യ ഭരിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യം ഉണ്ടാകും. ഇന്നത്തെ നില തുടർന്നാൽ 2029 ൽ വീണ്ടും ബിജെപിയുടെ ഭരണ തുടർച്ച ഉണ്ടാകാനാണ് സാധ്യത. കാരണം 65 വർഷങ്ങളിലധികം ഇൻഡ്യ ഭരിച്ച ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് എന്താണ് എന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഒരോ കുഞ്ഞിനും അറിയാം. അതാണ് ഏറ്റവും ഒടുവിൽ ഡൽഹി അസംബ്ലി തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പും കാണിച്ചത്. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഹിന്ദുത്വ ബിജെപി ഭരണം ഇല്ലാതാക്കുക എന്നത് ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസന്റെ വിഷയമേയല്ല. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഒരു കാരണ വശാലും തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ്ഗ ഭരണകൂടം ഉണ്ടാകരുത് എന്നത് മാത്രമാണ് അടിസ്ഥാന കോൺഗ്രസ് രാഷ്ട്രീയം.

. .ജനജീവിതത്തിന്റെ സമസ്ത മേഖലകളേയും വില കയറ്റത്തിന്റെ നീരാളിപ്പിടുത്തത്തിൽ എത്തിക്കുന്ന പെട്രോളിയം മേഖല പൊതുമേഖലയിൽ കൊണ്ട് വരാതെ പെട്രോൾ-ഡീസൽ--പാചക വാതക വിലക്കയറ്റം നിയന്ത്രിക്കാനാവില്ല. അതുവഴി സമസ്ത മേഖലകളിലും വിലക്കയറ്റം നിയന്ത്രിക്കാൻ കഴിയും. എന്നാൽ അങ്ങനെയുള്ള യാതൊരു വസ്തുതകളും സിപിഐ(എം) പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെ ചർച്ചകളിൽ വന്നിട്ടുള്ളതായി കാണുന്നില്ല. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടന അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യക്ക് ആയിരിക്കണം ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയോട് വോട്ട്‌ ചോദിക്കേണ്ടത്.

. .സിപിഐ (എം) ന്റെ 23 - മത് പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസിൽ 1950 കാലം മുതൽ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള "മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക" എന്ന സാമ്പത്തിക നയം ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന "ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ വിപ്ളവം" എന്ന നിലപാട് ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ, ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ" എന്ന പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയുടെ ധാരണയിൽ എത്തും എന്ന ഉറച്ച ധാരണയിലായിരുന്നു ഞാൻ.

മാർക്സിന്റെ പ്രാഥമികമായ കണ്ടെത്തലിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും പ്രായോഗികമായും നടപ്പിലാക്കാൻ ആകാത്തതും പാർട്ടിയുടെ നിലനിൽപ്പ് പോലും ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതുമാണ് മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന "കാഴ്ചപ്പാട്".

. .യഥാർത്ഥ പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയിൽ കാണിക്കാത്ത കാര്യമാണ് പാർട്ടി ഏറ്റവും പ്രാധാന്യത്തോടെ നടപ്പിലാക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്. അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ് പൊതുമേഖലയുടെ സ്വകാര്യ വത്ക്കരണത്തെ എതിർക്കേണ്ടതില്ല എന്ന നിലപാട്. അതാകട്ടെ പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി 6.5 ന്റെ നഗ്നമായ ലംഘനവുമാണ്. ഏറ്റവും പ്രാധാന്യത്തോടെ ഏറ്റെടുക്കേണ്ടത് പൊതുമേഖലയുടെ സംരക്ഷണമാണ് എന്തെന്നാൽ അവയിലെ "ലാഭം" രാഷ്ട്രത്തിനായിരിക്കും എന്നത് ചൂഷണ രഹിത സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ സൂചനയുമാണ്. "പൊതുമേഖലക്ക് നിർണായക സ്ഥാനം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും" എന്ന പരിപാടി 6.5 ലെ പ്രസ്താവന പോലും കണക്കിലെടുക്കാതെ ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികളുടെ സ്വകാര്യവത്ക്കരണത്തെ പരോക്ഷമായി പിന്തുണക്കുന്നത് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ തന്നെ സമ്പൂർണ തകർച്ചയിലേക്കാണ് നയിക്കുന്നത്.

. .പാർടി പരിപാടി ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യാൻ തീരുമാനം ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ അത് കാര്യങ്ങൾ മനസിലാക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവുകേട് മാത്രമാണ്. എന്നാൽ അത് ബാധിക്കുക 135 കോടി ജനങ്ങളുള്ള ഒരു രാജ്യത്തിന്റെയാകെ ഭാവിയാണ് ഞാൻ കണക്കിലെടുക്കുന്നത്. കാരണം മുതലാളിത്ത വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ ബൂർഷ്വാ ജനാധിപത്യം മാത്റമേ നടപ്പിലാവുകയുള്ളു. അടിമ കാലം മുതൽ തുടരുന്ന ചൂഷക വർഗ വാഴ്ചയുടെ തുടർച്ചയാണ് ഫ്യുഡലിസത്തിലും മുതലാളിത്തത്തിലും സംഭവിക്കുക. ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങളുടെ "മർദനോപകാരമാണ് ഭരണ കൂടം" എന്നും സമ്പത്തിന്റെ ആധിപത്യമാണ് ഭരണകൂട ആധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനം എന്നതുമാണ് അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപ്പാട്. അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ് "സാമ്പത്തിക അടിത്തറയാണ് രാഷ്ടീയവും സാംസ്കാരികവുമായ ഉപരിഘടനയെ നിർണയിക്കുക" എന്ന മാർക്സിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന പരമായ കണ്ടെത്തൽ. ഇതെല്ലാം മനസിലാക്കുന്നവർ ആരും ഒരു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിക്ക് മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന സാമ്പത്തിക നയവും മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്ന "ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ വിപ്ളവം" എന്ന പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയും സ്വീകരിക്കില്ല. എങ്കിൽ പോലും 1950 കാലം മുതൽ 72 വർഷങ്ങളിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റു പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ ദയനീയ അവസ്ഥ കണ്ടെങ്കിലും പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു. ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളവർ പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി തുടരാൻ തന്നെ തീരുമാനിച്ചതിലെ ദുരൂഹത പിടി കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ബംഗാളിലെയും ത്രിപുരയിലെയും അനുഭവം കൂടി നിലനിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ. ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാ വിഷയങ്ങളും നിരവധി ബ്ളോഗുകളിലായിട്ടാണ് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. അവയൊക്കെ ആരൊക്കെ കാണുന്നു എന്ന്‌ അറിയില്ല. ഏതായാലും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പ്രസ്ഥാനം നിലനിൽക്കണം എന്നും ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികളുടെ കിരാത വാഴ്ച ഇല്ലാതാകണം എന്നും സിപിഐ(എം) നേതൃത്വം താത്പ്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ഇനിയും ഒരു പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസിന് കാത്തുനിൽക്കാതെ പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യാനും "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സമ്പദ് ഘടന, ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ" എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കാനും തയ്യാറാകണം. അതിന് സഹായകരമായ നിലപാട് എല്ലാ പാർട്ടി സഖാക്കളും പാർട്ടി അനുഭാവികളും നല്ലവരായ നാട്ടുകാരും സ്വീകരിക്കണം എന്ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികളുടെ ഭീകര ഭരണത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയെ രക്ഷിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല.

.ഇൻഡ്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള 1964 ലെ വിലയിരുത്തൽ അത് "വൻകിട ബൂർഷ്വാ-ഭൂ പ്രഭു വർഗങ്ങളെ" പ്രതിനിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന പാർട്ടി ആണെന്നായിരുന്നു. എപ്പോഴാണ് ആ നിലപാടിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തിയത്? "കോൺഗ്രസിന് മാത്രമേ ഇന്ത്യയെ രക്ഷിക്കാനാവുകയുള്ളു" എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ "സഖാവിന്റെ" നിലപാടിൽ മാറ്റം പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാമോ?

. .I am very much sorry to say, that I had expected a decision from the 23rd Party Congress of CPI(M) that the existing Party Programme, "PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REVOLUTION" with the concept to promote the feudal and 4 caste system based capitalism of India will be changed and that a new Party Programme with the concept of SOCIALIST INDIA, THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" will admit the all India Congress of the Party, but nothing had happed. Without such an action, we cannot defeat BJP, otherwise the peoples of India have to suffer the consequences of RSS rule in India for ever. It is a fact that in capitalism; and our intention is also to promote it, "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" is impossible and kindly see that nobody can alterate the meaning of the word "PEOPLES" because actually a particular meaning is vested in the word "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY". Please see that the meaning of the word "PEOPLES" is actually using at China, along with SOCIALISM, and only in socialism, the real meaning of the word will be in effect. See the name of CHINA IS "PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CHINA" and only with SOCIALISM, the word "PEOPLES" in its actual meaning. . .Those who are understanding anything about SURPLUS VALUE THEORY OF KARL MARX will never admit to privatise any PSUS of India as PSUS are the way of EXPLOITATION FREE social system and also properties of the CITIZENS. "SURPLUS VALUE" theory is the "TOTAL CENTER" of MARXIAN IDEOLOGY. While admitting MARXISM, neglecting each and every point of MARXISM will certainly killing KARL MARX AND MARXISM. Capitalism does not need a Communist Party even though it is trying to promote it. Congress or BJP is enough for that. Without the goal of a Socialist India, the party will naturally disappear soon. Incapability to understand MARXISM should not be an obstacle to solve problems.

/In a SOCIALIST SOCIETY, the main concept is free from exploitation of manpower of working class, and so the method of production as far as possible will be under public ownership. Then the profit of the firm can be utilised for the welfare of the country, the quality and quantity can be controlled by the state, prices of each items can be controlled by the state, and also preventing "BLACK MONEY" and "BLACK MARKETTING", tax evasion, providing employment opportunities to youth with adequate income with reservation benefits to SC/ST and others, which only lead the country to industrial growth, etc. When admitting as a part of SOCIALIST ECONOMY under MARXIAN IDEOLOGY, the case will be entirely different and employees themselves will make sure that the firm will be in profit and an ASSET of the country. It is possible only when the country as a whole admitting SOCIALIST ECONOMY only under MARXIAN IDEOLOGY and under working class leadership. Only then the country can be considered as a SOCIALIST COUNTRY. But in a capitalist society, even the profit of the firm can be used for the country as as whole. But bourgeois rulers are not ready to admit such facts as they are considering politics also as a commercial item, they will do anything with utter selfishness and a spirit of their earnings and exploitation of the total society is the main moto of bourgeois politics. So in a capitalist society, public sector undertakings will always in lose and burden of the State.

Without admitting the target of SOCIALIST INDIA by changing CPIM PARTY PROGRAM, facing next PARLIAMENT ELECTION IN 2024 is only purposeful intention to continue BJP RULE IN INDIA.

No one who understands all this will adopt the economic policy of promoting capitalism for a communist party and the party program of the "People's Democratic Revolution" which promotes capitalism. Actually it proves only the ignorance of MARXISM and misunderstandings about who was the great KARL MARX. Actually those who introduced the base of the present party program also ignorant about what is "capitalism", and why Marx introduced MARXISM, to eradicate it. It is the base of CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY, and when promoting capitalism, the entire ideology of MARXISM became out of WORKING CLASS POLITICS, including CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY. Please see, only due to this stand of the Party, 99.9999999% working class of India reluctant to admit CPI(M) as their Party. It is clear evidence that only due to the ignorance of MARXISM, those who adamant in the present Party Programme; but actual WORKING CLASS know actually what is MARXISM.

. .Even so, despite the pathetic stage of the communist movement for 72 years from the 1950s in India, and also the stage of Bengal only due to the implementing of promoting capitalism, the party hoped to change its agenda. The mystery surrounding the decision of the General Secretary and others to continue with the party program is not clear meanwhile even the pathetic stage of Bengal and Tripura.

. .In any case, if the CPI (M) leadership wants the movement to survive in India and end the brutal rule of Hindu communalists, it must be prepared to amend the party program without waiting for another party congress and to adopt the goal of "a socialist economy, through peoples democracy" only just as a target to be achieved..

. .I urge all party comrades, party sympathizers and good natives to take a supportive stance on this. Otherwise, the Indian people cannot be saved from the terrorist rule of Hindu communalists. Please see that the ideology MARXISM can work along with WORKING CLASS only when admitting the target of SOCIALISM. Even though party is working in India for one CENTURY, 99.9999% working class are under bourgeois political parties, and only they will come with COMMUNIST MOVEMENT when COMMUNIST MOVEMENT admitting the target of SOCIALIST INDIA which assuring them an exploitation free society, SOCIALISM.

. .The conclusion of CPI(M) during 1964 about INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS was that it representing the LANDS LORDS AND BOURGEOIS of INDIA and according to it, a coalition with INC was impossible. I want to know when it was changed and in which Party CONGRESS. If it is still existing, coalition with INC will be IMPOSSIBLE in future also. Change CPIM PARTY PROGRAMME IMMEDIATELY to overcome BJP rule in INDIA and declare as CPIM admitting Indian Constitution in its true value.
