210. SHOULD NOT MISUSE THE NAME OF KARL MARX.

              210. Should not misuse the name of Karl Marx, a man who spent his entire life and all to secure the life of WORKING CLASS AND POOR PEOPLES to get rid of poverty and hardships for ugly politics through collaboration with bourgeois political parties as suggesting by some Bengal Comrades. We destroyed Indian Working Class Politics for 65 years since 1950s by deciding to promote Indian capitalism. That is the main issue.
              Bengal comrades had not found any fault in capturing agricultural land from 9127 farmers and giving them to TATA for starting a Car factory. They are even now in the stand is that their acts are correct. Our "correctness" must be correct to others also. Can we say the entire vote and seat getting TMC are only on violence and booth capturing?  Actual fact is that voters of Bengal are not ready to admit CPIM to rule them.  Bengal Comrades are  not ready to admit the fault they had done; instead they are thinking how they can overcome  the peoples verdict.
             Not only Bengal voters; but also the entire peoples of India from Bihar and upto Tamil nadu are reluctant to vote CPIM.  IS IT THE ABSENCE OF PUBLICITY?  They are not convincing the necessity of CPIM rules when they comparing the ruling in Kerala and Bengal.  Even in Kerala the peoples are not ready to rule CPIM for a continues period.  We can blame the voters; but we will not consider how they are reluctant to us. We are very happy the economic policy of CAPITALISM;  but the voters are not understanding a Communist Party following capitalism.  
            So they are not ready to believe us.   The argument to coalition with INC is based on this. We are cheating Indian Working Class and Red flag by our present economical stand. Some time we will take a stand that we are against capitalism and our actual stand  will implement when we got chances as we had done in Kerala and Bengal. This causes to destroy the image of MARXISM and Working Class movement and we will say; that is "tactics". 
            Actually this tactics became severe blow on poor peoples by financial hardships and poverty and preventing the growth of CPIM. So they are reluctant to co-operate with CPIM.   99% of Indian Working Class and peoples are not with us. Why? They are reluctant to vote us or join with us. Why? They are not considering we must rule them. Why? Is it their fault? Is it the fault of Karl Marx? Are we sure that CAPITALISM will reach in SOCIALISM or will help to reach in SOCIALISM? Even so, all G7 countries will became in socialism soon.  Actually this policy was the donation of Cruehchev; former Soviet Union leader.  We will not throw away this burden due to some misunderstandings.  A working class movement supporting capitalism and allowing to do anything by bourgeois. 
            We will not mention the name of Ambani or any other Indian bourgeois and eagerly waiting to support INC;  only for a short period? Or till the threat of BJP end? For the last half century we had conducted struggles to an end the ruling of Congress. Why? And now we are trying to reinstall the ruling of Congress. Why? Are they correct in all aspects? Are we sure any of the Congress MPs will not go to BJP Camp? We should consider the Party "PROGRAM" and there should be a decision to establish a "SOCIALIST INDIA THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" considering Indian capitalism and those bourgeois and their bourgeois Political Parties like INC AND BJP are following same economic policies on a CLASS STRUGGLE concept. If we are following the line of SA Dange; that will certainly destroy even the present position.

163. BENGAL Comrades. My dear Comrades.
 Why such a stage got us; when we have the history of 34 years ruling in West Bengal? Why we had lost the ruling of West Bengal? Do you know the position of our party before TMC came in power? Once we had 172 MLAs for CPM alone. Was it with the support of Congress? Why WB peoples are reluctant to vote us? They don't feels our party must come in power. Why? Is it due to TMC? Com SM said; if LDF is return; TATA will start Car factory. It means? We had nothing learned from the history. Can we say the entire votes got by TMC is only on violence and by booth capturing? What was our old mathematics? The difference between LDF and TMC were very little and we can overcome with the support of Congress. Is it right? What happened? Congress men not voted for CPM; while our comrades voted for Congress. (2) Bourgeois will not allow a Communist party to be in power because we have a RED FLAG. Though WB comrades don't know its value; bourgeois knew about it. Marx said there should be "proletarian dictatorship" because bourgeois will not allow to destroy their existence and what they enjoying now. ..... Due you know the history of CPI and SA Dange? Please see my blog No. 140. (Posted today) Can we say the National Council Members of old CPI were very clever peoples? Only 31 Comrades including Com. Jyoti Basu came out from old National Council out of 101 members. There were 70 numbers was with Dange. But CPI could not over come their poor stage. Even from the history of SA Dange and CPI; our (some) comrades are not ready to understand what will be the result when we deciding to share with Congress. What it means? The "MAJORITY" only will not be correct in its true value. Bengal comrades trying to make it hard to get "majority" in Central Committee. I think those who are standing in their present stand; even from the experience of Dange are only fools. They are trying to make CPM only a petty bourgeois party like RSP; etc. It is impossible to accept the policy in each States according to their interest.
I think; you knew; the Communist movement of India; under the leadership of SA Dange; since 1950s; postponed socialism and decided to promote Indian capitalism. During 1957; EMS Government of Kerala had done so many things and also started "Mavoor Rayons" by Birla. Due to water pollusion of Mavoor Rayons; river water (Chaliyar) became polluted and nobody could use the water. Since then when we got chances to rule in Kerala; all efforts done to promote capitalism. Dange's step to co-operate with Congress was a part of that decision. In WB; the base to co-operate with Congress is based on this economic stand. (Please see my blogs; I will post) Since 2002; I am trying to change the "programme" and in 2005; I had published a book containing basic theories of Marxism; with a criticism on programme paras 6.2 and 6.5. Due to the publishing of the book; My membership denied by Party. As there are no other chances; to bring some facts before the party; even in Party Congress; there will be only chance to say anything about the documents published by the Central Committee. We can see; since 1950s, Indian party is in stagnation. In WB, the quality of Jyoti Basu helped CPM to get in power. This helped due to the ruin of Congress. At the same time In Bihar; Lalu Prasad yadav; in UP - Mulayam; Andhra - Naidu; Tamilnadu - DMK; etc. In WB; there is no working class base; The peoples of WB those who voted CPM is now with TMC. Due to Singoor--Nandigram; our claim as a working class party lost; when Budhadeb declared that there is no other way; other than capitalism (2008). So I request to come to change the program; admitting a "SOCIALIST INDIA: THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY". "PEOPLES" democracy is possible only in SOCIALISM.

                                                    209. ജാതി-മത ശക്തികൾക്കെതിരായ പോരാട്ടം.
              ഇന്ത്യയിൽ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് രാഷ്ട്രം എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കാതിരിക്കാൻ പറയുന്ന ഒരു കാരണം ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന ജാതി സമ്പ്രദായവും മറ്റുമാണ്. യഥാർഥ കാരണം അതല്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ സ്വീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം എന്ന പേരിൽ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുകയും ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ നാം അതിനെതിരാണ്  എന്ന് വരുത്താൻ ചില അഭിപ്രായ പ്റകടങ്ങളും നടത്തുക  അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സായുധ വിപ്ലവം എന്ന തെറ്റിധാരണയാണ്. ജനാധിപത്യം നിലവിൽ വരുന്നതിന് മുൻപുള്ള രാജ വാഴ്ചയിൽ മാത്രമെ സായുധ വിപ്ലവത്തിന്റെ പ്രശ്നം ഉദിക്കുന്നുള്ളു. അവിടെ ഭരണ കൂടത്തിനെ മാറ്റാൻ സായുധ വിപ്ലവം അല്ലാതെ മാർഗം ഇല്ല്ല. എന്നാൽ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലാകട്ടെ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ഓരോ നിശ്ചിത ഇടവേളയിൽ ഭരണ കൂടത്തെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിലൂടെ മാറ്റാം. ഇത് മനസിലാക്കാതെ സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയനിൽ നടന്നതെല്ലാം ഇവിടേയും ആവർത്തിക്കേണ്ടി വരുമോ എന്ന ഭീതിയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തിയ മാർഗമാണ് മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാനും അതിനെ "ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ വിപ്ളവം" ആയി നാമകരണം ചെയ്യാനുമുള്ള  തരികിട  "പരിപാടി".  

.............."സാമ്പത്തിക അടിത്തറയാണ് രാഷ്ട്രീയ ഉപരിഘടനയെ നിർണയിക്കുക" എന്ന മാർക്സിന്റെ അതി പ്രധാനമായ കണ്ടെത്തലിനെ അവഗണിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് മുതലാളിത്തം വളർന്നാൽ അത് തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ നിർണായക നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ ഭരണ കൂടം ഉണ്ടാകും എന്ന് ധരിച്ചു. ഈ ധാരണയിൽ അര നൂറ്റാണ്ടിലേറെ പിന്നിട്ടിട്ടും എന്താണ് അനുഭവം എന്നുകൂടി പരിശോധിക്കാൻ ഒരുക്കമല്ല. മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും പ്രധാന ഭാഗമായ  വർഗ സമരം അപ്രസക്തമായ കാര്യം ആരും കണക്കിലെടുത്തില്ല.  "വർഗ വൈരുധ്യങ്ങളാൽ കീറി മുറിഞ്ഞ ഒരു സമൂഹത്തിൽ  വർഗങ്ങൾക്കുപരി ആയതോ വർഗാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഉള്ളതല്ലാത്തതോ ആയ ഒരു ഭരണ കൂടം അസാധ്യമാണ്" എന്ന ലെനിന്റെ വാക്കുകൾ ("എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം?" എന്ന കൃതി) എല്ലാവരും വിസ്മരിച്ചു.  പണ്ട് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നവർ ആരും ഇന്നില്ല. അവരാരും തിരിച്ചു വരികയുമില്ല. പുനഃ പരിശോധിക്കണം എന്ന് പറയുന്നവർക്ക്‌ പരമാവധി ശിക്ഷയും കൊടുത്തു.   മുതലാളിത്തം; ഭാവിയിൽ അവർക്ക് ദോഷം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നവരെ ഭരണത്തിലേക്ക് ഒരിക്കലും എത്തിക്കില്ല എന്നത് സാമാന്യ ബുദ്ധിയുള്ള ആർക്കും മനസിലാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. നമ്മുടെ മുന്നിലുള്ള അനുഭവവും അതാണ്. 

...............ഇനിയും ജാതി-മത ശക്തികളുടെ കാര്യം തന്നെ എടുക്കാം. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പിന്നോക്കമായി നിൽക്കുന്നവിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ഭരണ ഘടനാ പരമായി തന്നെ 50 ശതമാനം സംവരണം ഉണ്ട്. ചരിത്രപരമായി തന്നെ അടിമകളാക്കിയും മറ്റും അടിച്ചമർത്തപ്പെട്ട വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകി വരുന്ന ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾക്ക് അർഹരാകണമെങ്കിൽ അവർ അതിനുള്ള തെളിവുകൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികളിൽ നിന്നും ഹാജരാക്കണം. അങ്ങനെ തെളിവുകൾ ഹാജരാക്കരുത്; അങ്ങനെയുള്ള ആനുകൂല്ല്യങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കരുത് എന്ന് ആരോടെങ്കിലും പറയാനാവുമോ? ശേഷിക്കുന്ന അമ്പതു ശതമാനക്കാർ മുന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പെടുന്നവരാണ്. ബ്രാഹ്മണർ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളവരോട് ന്യായമായും പറയാം. നിങ്ങൾ അതൊക്കെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കണം; അത് ശരിയല്ല എന്നൊക്കെ. എന്താകും സ്ഥിതി എന്ന് നമുക്ക് ഊഹിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. 

.............എന്നാൽ യാഥാർഥ്യം എന്താണ്? സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയങ്ങൾ ഭൗതിക ശക്തിയായി നിലവിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ സ. ഇ.എം.എസിനെ പോലെ ഒന്നാംതരം ആഢ്യ ബ്രാഹ്മണർ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളവർ സമസ്ത മേഖലകളിൽ നിന്നും പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തോടൊപ്പം വരാൻ എല്ലാവരും തയ്യാറായി. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയങ്ങൾ സാമൂഹ്യ നീതിയാണ് എന്ന യാഥാർഥ്യം അംഗീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാണ് അവർ മുന്നോട്ടു വന്നത്. എന്നാൽ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയങ്ങൾ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും എന്താണ് മുതലാളിത്തം എന്ന് മനസിലാക്കാതെ അത് പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം തയ്യാറായപ്പോൾ പണ്ട് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നവർ അകന്നു പോകാനും ഒരു മേഖലയിൽ നിന്നും ആരും അടുക്കാതെയും ആയി. വന്നവരാകട്ടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയം നില നിൽപ്പിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി മാത്റം  കാണുന്നവരും ആയി. "പരിപാടി" അംഗീകരിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ വഴിയാധാരം ആകുമെന്നുളളപ്പോൾ "എല്ലാവരും" അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നവർ ആകും. പണ്ട് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായിരുന്ന എ.പി. അബ്ദുള്ളകുട്ടി എന്നയാൾ മറുകണ്ടം ചാടിയപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞ ന്യായം കോൺഗ്രസ് നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതും "ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം" ആണെന്നായിരുന്നു. "മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക" എന്നത് നമ്മുടെ നയമല്ല എന്ന് വരുത്താൻ ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ വിശ്വാസിതയാണ് തകർക്കുന്നത് ആരും കണക്കിലെടുക്കാറില്ല. സ. ഇ.എം.എസിന്റെ "തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന്റെ ശാസ്ത്രവും കലയും" എന്ന കൃതിയുടെ പേജ് 20 ൽ ഈ കാര്യം വളരെ ഭംഗിയായി പറയുന്നുണ്ട്.  ജാതി മത ശക്തികൾക്കെതിരായ പോരാട്ടം ശക്തമാകണമെങ്കിൽ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഭാരതം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം നമ്മുടെ മുൻപിൽ പ്രവർത്തന പരിപാടിയായി തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണമെന്ന് നമ്മുടെ ചരിത്രം നമ്മെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ ശാസ്ത്രീയ വീക്ഷണങ്ങൾ സമൂഹത്തിൽ ഭൗതിക ശക്തിയായി നിലനിൽക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
