  117. WORKING CLASS CANNOT IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAMME.              Whenever we get power in states, we are giving most importance to promote capitalism; but we cannot implement it and the steps will demolish our images.  In WB we had tried our best by giving enough land; paying our ALMOST ALL; EVEN OUR EXISTENCE  but MINI CAR OF TATA went away.  We were ready to give Rs.9000 crores as subsidy; but Narendra Modi was ready to give land and Rs.29,000  crores as subsidy; so TATA went to Gujarat. (Article in Mathrubhoomi weekly of P.Sainath).  Will this  help us to learn anything?   I knew nothing will give us as "what is capitalism".  Wherever more profit;  CAPITAL will go there.  In Kerala; the first ministry of a Communist Party in 1957 by election; (nobody considered the limitations of a state ruling) we were able to start a firm by BIRLA at Mavoor; by name "Mavoor Rayons"; but as a result of the functioning of the firm the water of "Chaliyar" river became RED color and nobody could use the water.  When Birla found the industry is not profitable; he had closed the firm and went away for some years back.  The net result is that the image of our party lost;  we cannot get a Parlement seat there.  I wish to state a fact that whatever strains will taken  by us, we cannot implement the present programme (actual words in the programme is not the real programme; our real programme is to promote capitalism; because only reaching in developed stage in capitalism; we have to reach in socialism; so when we gets power in Kerala our leaders will go to all world nations to invite industrialists; and when Cococola started function at Plachimada (Kerala) the natives started strike for loss of drinking water and destroying land by waste of Cola factory.  CAPITAL will always look for more profit and natives will always strike against the pollution from the factory and we always with the CAPITAL.  So peoples will hate us.  In Soviet union, working class and poor peoples were  able to take up the risk of  increasing the products in all sectors by working hard because they had the responsibility to built up a nation; but in CAPITALISM they are helpless because bourgeois will decide  what  will be the production; how much its quantity and quality; etc. it will depend only on their profit.  After deciding to promote capitalism and capitalism is with all its evils such as price hikes; scandals; communal clashes; peoples hesitates to believe us.  Without changing the present stand; we cannot restore our identity as a communist party.I know changing of the programme is impossible because any body who is talking against the programme will not be a member of the party; then how can it be changed?  The future of  Indian politics is miserable.

                             116.മത ഭ്രാന്തന്മാരായ മന്ദബുദ്ധികൾ.                               ........എല്ലാ മതങ്ങളിലും തികച്ചും മന്ദബുധികളായ കുറെ മത ഭ്രാന്തന്മാർ ഉണ്ടാകും. അവരെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളം മതഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങളിലെ അച്ചടിച്ച വാക്കുകൾ അല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നും അറിയില്ല; അറിയുകയും വേണ്ട. അവരുടെ തലയിൽ മറ്റ് യാതൊന്നും പ്രവേശിക്കുകയില്ല. പൊതുവെ അവർ എണ്ണത്തിൽ കുറവാണെങ്കിലും ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷത്തെയും കുഴപ്പത്തിൽ ആക്കുവാൻ അവർക്ക് കഴിയും. മത ഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങൾ നിലവിൽ വരുന്ന കാലഘട്ടം; ഭൂ പ്രദേശങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയവ മാത്രമേ അതിൽ പ്രതിഫലിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. അതിൽ ഇല്ലാത്തതൊന്നും "എനിക്ക് അറിയേണ്ടതില്ല" എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് ഒട്ടക പക്ഷി നിലപാട് എടുക്കുന്നവരെ മന്ദബുദ്ധികൾ എന്നല്ലാതെ എന്താണ് പറയുക? ഭൂമിക്ക് ഗോളാകൃതി ആണെന്നും അത് ഭ്രമണം ചെയ്യുന്നത് കൊണ്ടാണ് രാത്രിയും പകലും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത് എന്നും സൂര്യൻ ഒരു നക്ഷത്രം ആണെന്നും അതിന് ഉദിക്കാനും അസ്തമിക്കാനും ഒന്നും കഴിയില്ല എന്നും മറ്റും ഗലീലിയോയും കോപ്പർ നിക്കസും മറ്റും കണ്ടെത്തുന്നത് പതിനഞ്ചാം  നൂറ്റാണ്ടിൽ മാത്രമാണ്.  സൂര്യൻ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഭൂമിയിലെ ജീവജാലങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടാവുകയില്ല എന്നും മറ്റുമുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങൾ മന്ദബുദ്ധികളെ പറഞ്ഞ് മനസിലാക്കുവാൻ ആവില്ല; കാരണം അതൊന്നും മത ഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങളിൽ ഇല്ല. അപകടകാരികളായ മാരക രോഗങ്ങൾക്കെതിരെയുള്ള  പ്രതിരോധ കുത്തിവയ്‌പ്പുകൾക്കെതിരെ പോലും അവർ നില കൊള്ളുന്നു എന്നത്  സാമൂഹ്യ ജീവിതം കൂടുതൽ ദുഷ്ക്കരമാക്കും.  ജീവന്റെ ആദ്യ ഉദയം അമീബ എന്ന ഏക കോശ ജീവിയാണെന്നതും പരിണാമ പ്രക്രിയകൾ വഴിയാണ് ഇന്ന് കാണുന്ന കോടികണക്കിന് ജീവജാലങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായത് എന്നൊന്നും അവരെ പറഞ്ഞ് മനസിലാക്കുവാൻ ആവില്ല. എന്തുമാത്രം വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം നേടിയാലും അതൊന്നും അവരിൽ ഒരു മാറ്റവും വരുത്തുകയില്ല. ആധുനിക കാലത്തെ നെറ്റും കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും എല്ലാം അവർ ഉപയോഗിക്കും. എന്നാൽ അതൊന്നും ഏത് മതത്തിലെയാണ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഏത് ദൈവത്തിന്റെയാണ് എന്നൊന്നും അവർ ആലോചിക്കുകയില്ല. മനുഷ്യന്റെ ചരിത്രം ചുരുങ്ങിയത് പത്ത് ലക്ഷത്തോളം വർഷങ്ങളിലെയാണ്. അവർ പല മതങ്ങളിലും ജാതികളിലും എല്ലാം വരും. എന്നാൽ നേട്ടങ്ങളിൽ എല്ലാവരുടെയും പങ്കും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. അതിന് നമുക്ക് മാനവ രാശി എന്ന് പൊതുവെ പറയാം. എല്ലാം ഏല്ലാവർക്കും അവകാശപെട്ടതാണ്.ഒരു മത ഭ്രാന്തനാണ് ഗാന്ധിജിയെ വെടിവച്ച് കൊന്നത്. 
.............മറ്റു കുറെ ഭ്രാന്തന്മാരാണ് ഏതാനും മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് മുമ്പ് അഫ്ഗാനിസ്ഥാനിൽ പിഞ്ചുകുട്ടികളെ വെടിവച്ച് കൊന്നത്. ഒരു മതത്തിലെ തീരെ കുറച്ച് പേരുടെ ഭ്രാന്തൻ നടപടികൾ ആ മതത്തിലെ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്കും ദുഷ് പേരുണ്ടാക്കും.പുനർജന്മത്തിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവർ തങ്ങളുടെ ആത്മാവ് കഴിഞ്ഞ ജന്മത്തിൽ ആരിൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എവിടെ ആയിരുന്നു എന്ന് ചിന്തിക്കാറില്ല. ഒരാളും ആഗ്രഹിച്ചിട്ട് ആയിരിക്കുകയില്ല ആ ജാതിയിലോ മതത്തിലോ ജനിച്ചത്‌. തങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവം മാത്രമാണ് യഥാർഥ ദൈവം എന്ന് കരുതുന്നവർ മറ്റുള്ളവരെ ശ്രഷ്ടിച്ചത് ആര് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എങ്ങിനെ എന്നതിന് മറുപടി പറയേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.
...........ഏതെങ്കിലും മതത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഭരണം നടക്കുന്ന രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെ ജനങ്ങളെ ഒന്നും ആ മതത്തിലെ ദൈവം രക്ഷിക്കുന്നതായി നമുക്ക് അറിയാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല അതെ മതത്തിലെ ഭിന്ന വിഭാഗങ്ങൾ തമ്മിൽ ക്രൂരമായ കൊലപാതകങ്ങൾ നടത്തുകയുമാണ്. ഇന്ത്യയും അങ്ങനെ ഒരു ഗതികേടിൽ അകപെട്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്; യഥാർഥത്തിൽ അപമാനകരമായ "ചാതുർവർണ്യം" മഹത്തായ "ആർഷ" ഭാരത സംസ്കാരമായി കൊണ്ടുനടക്കുന്നവരുടെ കൈകളിൽ.

.            .മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിച്ചാൽ സോഷ്യലിസത്തിൽ എത്തിചേരാമെന്ന് ധരിച്ചത് മാർക്സിസത്തെകുറിച്ചോ മുതലാളിത്തത്തെ കുറിച്ചോ സോഷ്യലിസത്തെ കുറിച്ചോ അറിവില്ലായ്മ കൊണ്ടും പാർലമെന്റരി ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം അസാധ്യമാണ് എന്ന തെറ്റായ ധാരണകൾ കൊണ്ടും സംഭവിച്ചതാണ്.   മുതലാളിത്തത്തിലെയും  സോഷ്യലിസത്തിലെയും "ചരക്ക് " ഉത്പാദനത്തിന്റെയും ലക്‌ഷ്യം തന്നെ വ്യത്യസ്തമാണ്.  മുതലാളിത്തം  "ലാഭ" ത്തിൽ അധിഷ്ടിതമാണ്.  സോഷ്യലിസം ആകട്ടെ  സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ ആകെ അഭിവൃദ്ധിയാണ്  ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കുക. സമൂഹത്തിലെ എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും  "ലാഭം" നോക്കി നടത്തേണ്ടവയല്ലെന്നാണ്  സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപ്പാട്.  മനുഷ്യരുടെ  വിദ്യാഭ്യാസവും  ആരോഗ്യവും  ലാഭം  അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയല്ല  കൈകാര്യം  ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്.  അവിടെയാണ്  ലാഭത്തിന്  പകരം  മനുഷ്യത്വം  നടപ്പിലാക്കേണ്ടത്.  "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് മാനിഫെസ്ടോ" യിൽ തന്നെ മാർക്സ് പറയുന്നതാണ്  ബൂർഷ്വാസി എല്ലാത്തിനും മേൽ  "പണ"  ത്തെ  പ്റതിഷ്ടിച്ചു" എന്ന്.  പ്രാചീന കാലം മുതൽ ഉള്ള കാഴ്ചപ്പാടാണ്  "വിദ്യയും  വൈദ്യവും  ലാഭാധിഷ്ടിതമായി കാണരുത് എന്നത്.  "മൂലധനം" എന്ന കൃതിയുടെ  ഒന്നാം ഭാഗത്ത്  മാർക്സ് പറയുന്നത്  ബൂർഷ്വാസി  300 ശതമാനം ലാഭം കിട്ടുമെങ്കിൽ അതിന്റെ ഉടമയെ കഴുവേറ്റുമെങ്കിലും പുറകോട്ടു മാറില്ല എന്നാണ്.

. .അടിമയുടേയും അടിമ ഉടമയുടേയും താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങളിലെ വൈരുധ്യം മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. തൊഴിലാളിയുടേയും മുതലാളിയുടേയും താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങളിലെ വൈരുധ്യവും മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. സ്വാർത്ഥതയും സാമൂഹ്യ ബോധവും തമ്മിലെ വൈരുധ്യവും മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയവും ചൂഷക വർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയവും തമ്മിലുള്ള വൈരുധ്യം മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. വർഗ വൈരുധ്യങ്ങളാണ് വർഗ സമരങ്ങളുടെ കാരണം എന്നും മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങളെയാണ് പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് എന്നും അപ്പോൾ വർഗ വൈരുധ്യങ്ങൾ വർഗ സമരങ്ങളിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങുന്നില്ല എന്നതും മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ മൗലിക അടിത്തറയായ വർഗ സമരത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനമായ വർഗ വൈരുധ്യങ്ങളും അതിന്റെ ഫലമായ വർഗ സമരം ഏത് വര്ഗങ്ങൾ തമ്മിലാന്നെന്ന് പോലും മനസിലാക്കാതെയാണ് "മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക" എന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിച്ചത്. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ അതൊന്നും മാറ്റിയെടുക്കലും അസാധ്യമായിരിക്കുകയാണ് എന്നതാണ് ഏറ്റവും പരിതാപകരമായ സ്ഥിതിവിശേഷം.

.            .ശാസ്ത്റം  അതിവേഗം മാറികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന് പൂർണ വളർച്ച എന്ന ഘട്ടം അസാധ്യമാണ്.   മാർക്സിന്റെ കാലത്ത്  അതിശക്തൻ  "നീരാവി"  ആയിരുന്നു. കപ്പലുകളും തീവണ്ടികളും നീരാവിയിൽ കുതിച്ചുപാഞു. എന്നാൽ പിന്നീട് ആ സ്ഥാനം പെട്രോൾ/ഡീസൽ ആയി. അതും മാറി ഇപ്പോൾ വൈദ്യുതിയും അണുശക്തിയും മറ്റുമാണ്.  ഭാവിയിൽ അത് എന്താകും ഇന്നാർക്കും മുൻകൂട്ടി പറയാൻ ആവില്ല. പഴയ ടെലിഫോണും പഴയ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ പോലും മാറിപ്പോയി.  മാർക്സ് കൊടും ദാരിദ്ര്യം സഹിച്ച് "മൂലധനം" എന്ന കൃതി രചിച്ചത് മുതലാളിത്തം തകർത്ത് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനാണ്.   മറ്റൊരു ആവശ്യത്തിനും അത് പ്രയോചനപെടുകയില്ല. മാർക്സിസം എന്താണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളവർക്ക് ആർക്കും മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന നിലപാട് അന്ഗീകരിക്കാനാവുകയില്ല. ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ നിലപാട് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തെ ജനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ഒറ്റപ്പെടുത്തികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്.

.            .കേരളത്തിൽ 1957 ലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ് സർക്കാർ പാവപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ കുടികിടപ്പ് അവകാശം സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നത് ഉൾപ്പെടെ പല നല്ല കാര്യങ്ങളും ചെയ്ത കൂട്ടത്തിൽ കോഴിക്കോട് ബിർളയെ ക്ഷണിച്‌ മാവൂർ റയോൺസ് ആരംഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ബിർള മാവൂർ റയോൺസിന്റെ ഫാക്ടറിയിലെ മലിന ജലം ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കാതെ ചാലിയാർ പുഴയിലേക്ക് ഒഴുക്കിവിട്ടു. അത് പുഴയിലെ ജലം മലിനമാക്കുകയും ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് കുടിക്കുവാനും കുളിക്കുവാനും ആവാത്ത സ്ഥിതിയിലാക്കി. അതിനെതിരെ നടത്തിയ സമരങ്ങൾക്കൊന്നും ഒരു ഫലവും ഉണ്ടായില്ല. "റയോൺസ്" ലാഭകരമല്ലാതെയായപ്പോൾ ബിർള ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചുപോയി. എന്നാൽ കോഴിക്കോടുള്ള ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റു സർക്കാർ അനുഭവപ്പെട്ടത് ചാലിയാർ പുഴയിലെ കുടിവെള്ളം എങ്ങനെ ആക്കി എന്ന രൂപത്തിലാണ്. കൊക്കകോളയ്ക്കു സൗകര്യം ചെയ്തു കൊടുത്തപ്പോൾ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുഭവപ്പെട്ടത് കുടിവെള്ളം ഇല്ലാതാക്കിയ രൂപത്തിലാണ്. ഇതെല്ലാം അനുഭവിക്കുന്നവർ ഒരു തരത്തിലും പ്രസ്ഥാനവുമായി അടുക്കാതെ ആയി. മിക്കവാറും സഖാക്കൾ തങ്ങളുടെ നില നിൽപ്പിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി മാത്രം പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തെ കാണുന്നതു കൊണ്ട് മനസിലുള്ളത് തുറന്ന് പറയുന്നില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രം.

.            .മാർക്സ് കണ്ടെത്തിയ "മിച്ചമൂല്യം" മുതലാളിത്തത്തിൽ ധനിക വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ ആർഭാഡ ജീവിതത്തിനും ദരിദ്ര്ന്റെ മേലുള്ള ആധിപത്യം ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും മാത്രമാകുമ്പോൾ സോഷ്യലിസത്തിൽ അത് ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ ജീവിത നിലവാരം ഉയർത്തുന്നതിന് ഉപയോഗിക്കപെടുന്നു. ഇന്ന് നമുക്ക് അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചും ആരോടും ഒന്നും പറയാനാവില്ല. "വർഗ സമരം" സമ്പന്ന വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ ആധിപത്യം (മുതലാളിത്തം) അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിലാണ് എത്തിചേരേണ്ടത്. ആ കാര്യം ഇപ്പോൾ ആലോചിക്കുകയേ വേണ്ട; സമ്പന്ന വർഗത്തിന് ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഒരുക്കി കൊടുക്കണം. എല്ലാ കഷ്ടപാടുകളും ദൈവ വിധി അല്ല എന്ന് സ്ഥാപിച്ച് ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ വാഴ്ച എക്കാലവും തുടരുന്നത് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനാണ് ശാസ്ത്രീയ പ്രപഞ്ച വീക്ഷണമായ ഭൗതിക വാദം അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. ഇപ്പോൾ നമുക്ക് സമ്പന്ന വർഗങ്ങളുടെ വാഴ്ചയ്ക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ സൗകര്യം ചെയ്തുകൊടുക്കലാണ് ആവശ്യം.   മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന നിലപാടിൽ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന തത്വങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം അപ്രസക്തമാകുന്നു.

.             .മുതലാളിത്തത്തിൽ ബൂർഷ്വാസി ലാഭം എത്ര കൂടുതൽ ഉണ്ടോ അവിടെ മാത്രമേ താത്പര്യം കാണിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. വില കയറ്റം തടയുക അസാധ്യമായ കാര്യമാണ്. സോഷ്യലിസത്തിൽ എല്ലാ വിഭാഗം ജനങ്ങളുടെയും ജീവിത നിലവാരം ഉയർത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള ബോധ പൂർവമായ ആസൂത്രണമാണ് വേണ്ടത്. ജനങ്ങൾക്ക്‌ ആവശ്യമായ ഭക്ഷ്യ ധാന്യം; ആശുപത്രികൾ; സ്കൂളുകൾ തുടങ്ങിയവയൊന്നും ലാഭം മാത്രം ലക്ഷ്യമായ മുതലാളിത്തം എത്ര മാത്രം വളർന്നാലും നേടാവുന്നവയല്ല. മുതലാളിത്തം വളർന്നാൽ സോഷ്യലിസം ആകും എന്ന് ഉറച്ച് വിശ്വസിച്ച് ; പഠിച്ച് ; പഠിപ്പിച്ച്; പഠിപ്പിച്ച് വരുന്നവരെ തിരുത്തുക അസാധ്യം തന്നെ. 1920-25 മുതൽ ക്രമേണ വളർന്നു വന്നത് 1950 കൾക്ക് ശേഷം  തകരുകയാണ് ചെയ്തത് എന്ന് ബോധ്യപെടുതുവാനും നിർവാഹമില്ല.

..........തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ പ്റസ്ഥാനം  ഇന്ത്യയിൽ അധികാരത്തിൽ  വന്നാൽ സോഷ്യലിസം കെട്ടിപ്പടുക്കുക എന്നത്  നിയമപരമായും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ്  പ്ളാനിങ്ങിൽ കൂടി ദീർഘകാലം കൊണ്ട് മാത്റം നടപ്പിൽ വരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. എന്താണ് "സോഷ്യലിസം" എന്ന് തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തേയും സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളേയും ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തി അതിനായി അവരെ അണിനിരത്തണം. രാജ വാഴ്ചയിൽ മാത്രമാണ് സായുധ  വിപ്ളവത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തി. എങ്ങനെ അധികാരത്തിൽ എത്തിച്ചേരുക എന്നത് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമല്ല.  നിയമ നിർമാണത്തിനും നിയമ വാഴ്ചക്കും പാർലമെന്റും നിയമ സഭകളും സോഷ്യലിസത്തിലും അത്യന്താപേക്ഷിതമാണ്. അസംബ്ളി - പാർലമെന്ററി സംവിധാനം വഴി അല്ലാതെ ഒരു രാജ്യത്തും നിയമ വാഴ്ച സാധ്യമല്ല. ജനങ്ങളുടെ പിന്തുണ അറിയാൻ പാർലമെന്ററി മാർഗം മാത്റമാണ്‌  പോംവഴി.  ഇപ്പോൾ ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്  സോഷ്യലിസത്തിനെതിരായ  പ്റചരണവും മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കലുമാണ്ണ്. അത് മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് വിരുദ്ധ പരിപാടിയാണ്.  ജനങ്ങളെ ശത്രുക്കളാക്കുകയാണ്. അതാണ് ബംഗാളിൽ സംഭവിച്ചത്. ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരിക്കലും മനസിലാകാത്ത നിലപാടാണ് 1950കൾ മുതൽ  ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റു പ്രസ്ഥാനം   സ്വീകരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്.

.........140  കോടിയിലധികം  ജനങ്ങൾക്ക്‌  ആവശ്യമായ ഭക്ഷ്യ ധാന്യവും വീട് ഇല്ലാത്തവർക്ക് വീടും സൗജന്യമായ ചികിത്സയും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസവും ജീവിക്കാനാവശ്യമായ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളും  എല്ലാം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കൽ സായുധ വിപ്ളവത്തിൽ കൂടി നേടാനാവുകയില്ല.  ദീർഘ കാലം കൊണ്ട് മാത്റം നേടിയെടുക്കാവുന്ന സാമ്പത്തിക വളർച്ചയാണ് അത്.  പരമാവധി ലാഭം മാത്റം ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കുന്ന മുതലാളിത്തം എത്റ വളർന്നാലും ആ ലക്ഷ്യത്തിൽ എത്തിച്ചേരാനും ആവില്ല.    സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യ  ഓരോ ദിവസവും മാറികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ  ഇന്നത്തെ  സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യ ആയിരിക്കും നാളെയും എന്നും പറയാനാവുകയില്ല.  ലാഭം ഇല്ലാത്ത കാർഷിക മേഖലയുടെ സ്ഥിതി നമുക്കറിയാം. കൃഷിക്കാരന്റെ  പതിവായുള്ള  ആത്മഹത്യ  ഇവിടെ സാധാരണയാണ്.
.........തികച്ചും പരിമിതമായ അധികാരങ്ങൾ മാത്റം ഉള്ള ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും സംസ്ഥാനത്തു്  എത്റ കാലം ഭരിച്ചാലും ഒരു സസ്ഥാനത്തു് മാത്റമായി സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. "ആദായ നികുതി" ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള കാതലായ വരുമാന മാർഗങ്ങൾ; എല്ലാത്തിന്റെയും പരമാധികാരം തുടങ്ങിയവ കേന്ദ്ര ഭരണ കൂടത്തിലും പാർലമെന്റിലും നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. സോഷ്യലിസം ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ മാത്റമേ നടപ്പിലാക്കാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ. 

..........സോഷ്യലിസത്തെകുറിച്ച്  കാര്യമായ ധാരണകളില്ലാത്തത്  കൊണ്ടാണ്  പാർലമെന്ററി  മാർഗത്തിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം സാധ്യമല്ല എന്ന ധാരണ ഉണ്ടായത്.  കാറൽ മാർക്സിന്റെ കാല ഘട്ടം  ഇന്നത്തെ പാർലമെന്ററി  മാർഗത്തെ കുറിച്ച്  അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് എന്തെങ്കിലും പറയാവുന്ന  സാഹചര്യം ആയിരുന്നില്ല. "പാർലമെന്ററി വ്യാമോഹം" എന്ന സാർവത്റികമായ പ്രയോഗത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനവും ഇതാണ്. പാർലമെന്റരി ജനാധിപത്യം നടപ്പിലാകാത്ത ഫ്യൂഡലിസവും അതോടൊപ്പം ഉള്ള രാജ വാഴ്ചയും  നിലനില്ക്കുന്ന രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ സായുധ വിപ്ളവത്തിൽ കൂടി അധികാരം പിടിച്ചെടുക്കേണ്ടി വരും. "തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ സര്വാധിപത്യ" ത്തിന്റെ പ്റസക്തിയും അവിടെ മാത്റമാണ്‌.

"ജനാധിപത്യം"  നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന ഒരു  രാജുത്ത്  അത് എല്ലാവരും അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ ബാധ്യസ്ഥരാണ്. എന്നാൽ  ജനാധിപത്യ രീതി  ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച്  കയ്യൂക്കിന്റെയും ഗുണ്ടായിസത്തിന്റെയും മാർഗം  ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ  തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തിന്മേൽ പ്രയോഗിക്കാൻ ഇടയായാൽ  അതേ മാർഗത്തിൽ തന്നെ തിരിച്ചടിക്കാനും  തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളും തായാറാകേണ്ടി വരും.  ബിജെപി എന്ന  ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയവാദികൾ  സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാർഗം ഗുണ്ടായിസമാണ്.  മറ്റു രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളെ ജനാധിപത്യ രീതിയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കാൻ അനുവദിക്കാതിരിക്കുക;  തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ അനുവദിക്കാതിരിക്കുക;  പരാജയപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെ വീടുകൾ കത്തിക്കുക  തുടങ്ങിയവ  തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടെമേൽ  പ്രയോഗിച്ചാൽ അതെ രീതിയിൽ തന്നെ  വർഗ ശത്രുക്കളേ നേരിടുക അല്ലാതെ  മറ്റുമാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും തന്നെയില്ല.

..........പഴയ റഷ്യയിലും ചൈനയിലും  പാർലമെന്ററി ജനാധിപത്യം  നടപ്പിലായിട്ടില്ലായിരുന്നു.  സായുധ വിപ്ളവം അല്ലാതെ അവിടെ മറ്റ്  മാർഗങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. റഷ്യൻ വിപ്‌ളവം കഴിഞ്ഞ്  നാല് വർഷത്തോളം നീണ്ട ആഭ്യന്തര യുദ്ധവും കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് റഷ്യയിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം കെട്ടിപ്പെടുക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങുന്നത്. അന്ന്  റഷ്യ യഥാർഥത്തിൽ വ്യവസായങ്ങളുടെ ശവ പറമ്പ് മാത്റമായിരുന്നു. അവിടെ നിന്നാണ് സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയൻ പടുതുയർത്തുന്നത്.  തൊഴിലാളിവർഗം അവരിൽ അർപ്പിതമായ കടമ ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും അത്  പൂർണ വിജയത്തിലെത്തിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ബോധപൂർവമായ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ ഏർപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു. അവിടെ കൂലിയ്ക്ക്  വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ജോലി ആയിരുന്നില്ല. സോഷ്യലിസം അവരുടെ ആവശ്യമായിരുന്നു. "മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്റം  തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ എപ്റകാരം  പ്റവർത്തിയ്ക്കും  എന്നാണ്  പഴയ സോവിയറ്റു യൂണിയന്റെ അത്ഭുതകരമായ വളർച്ച തെളിയിച്ചത്.  എന്നാൽ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചാൽ എന്തായിരിക്കും സ്ഥിതി എന്ന് ഇൻഡ്യയിലെ അവസ്ഥയും വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു.
.........."25000" പേരുടെ തൊഴിൽ സേന സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാണ്  റഷ്യൻ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗം സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയൻ കെട്ടിപടുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ ഏർപെട്ടത്‌.  അവർക്ക്  അവിടെ  വ്യവസായം പടുത്തുയർത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള   മൂലധനമോ സാങ്കേതിക കഴിവുകളോ സാങ്കേതിക വിദഗ്ദരോ  അസംസ്കൃത പദാർധങ്ങളൊ ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. "മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്രവും  തൊഴിലാളിവർഗത്തിന്റെ നിശ്ചയ ദാർട്യവും കരുത്തുറ്റ നേതൃത്വവും സോഷ്യലിസ്ട്  പ്ളാനിങ്ങും വളരെ കുറച്ച് കാലം കൊണ്ട്  സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ്  സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയൻ ഒരു യാഥാർഥ്യമാക്കി.

..........എന്നാൽ ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ  ജനാധിപത്യം ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട്  ജനാധിപത്യ മാർഗത്തിൽ അധികാരത്തിൽ എത്തിച്ചേരാൻ കഴിയും.
..........എന്താണ് സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന് തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തെയും സാധാരണക്കാരെയും പഠിപ്പിച്ച്  ആ ലക്ഷ്യത്തിനായി തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തെയും സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളെയും  അണിനിരത്തി കൊണ്ട്  മാത്രമേ ആ ലക്ഷ്യത്തിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങാനാവുകയുള്ളു. മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നാൽ ചൂഷക വർഗ ഭരണ കൂടം എക്കാലത്തേക്കും സംരക്ഷിക്കുക എന്നാണ്  അർഥം. അവിടെ നമുക്ക് നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നത്  മാർക്സിന്റെ വർഗ സമരം  എന്ന അതിശക്തമായ ഒരു മേഖലയാണ്. ബൂർഷ്വാസിയെ  സാമ്പത്തിക നയത്തിൽ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുകയും അവർക്കെതിരെ  "വർഗ സമരം" നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുക എന്നത്  തികച്ചും അപ്റായോഗികം ആണ്.   ശാസ്ത്റം അതിവേഗം മാറികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന്  "പൂർണ"  വളർച്ച എന്നത്  ഒരിക്കലും സാധ്യമാകാത്ത ലക്ഷ്യമാണ്.

..........പഴയ സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയൻ അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ ഇൻഡ്യയിലും ആവർത്തിക്കണം എന്ന ധാരണയിലാണ് പല സഖാക്കളും. അതിനായി അവർ കാത്തിരിക്കുകയാണ്. സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയൻ പോലും നിലവിൽ ഇല്ല എന്ന വസ്തുത പോലും പലരും ഇപ്പോഴും അറിഞ്ഞ മട്ടല്ല. 

.........."മാവോ വാദി" സഖാക്കളും ഇപ്പോഴും ആ ധാരണയിൽ തന്നെയാണ്.

..........ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ രീതിയിൽ മാത്റമേ സോഷ്യലിസം നടപ്പിലാക്കാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ.

.........."സൂര്യൻ അസ്തമിക്കാത്ത ബ്റിട്ടീഷ്  സംബ്രാജ്യം" സ്ഥാപിച്ച  ഇഗ്ളീഷ് ഈസ്റ്റ് ഇൻഡ്യ കമ്പനിയുടെ വളർച്ച കണക്കിലെടുത്തു് കാറൽ മാർക്സ് 1850 കളിൽ മുതലാളിത്തത്തെ വിലയിരുത്തിയത് ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ ഇരുപത്തിഒന്നാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിലും ഇതുപോലെയൊരു സാഹചര്യം സൃഷ്ടിക്കും എന്ന് മാർക്സിനു ചിന്തിക്കാൻ പോലും ആകുമായിരുന്നില്ല. ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ പാർട്ടി "പരിപാടി" മാറാത്തിടത്തോളം "എല്ലാം ശരിയാണ്" എന്ന വാദത്തിന് നാം അടിവരയിടുക എന്നാണ് അർഥം.

............S A Dange & Party had already implemented in India; 1950s itself. Marx invented MARXISM, only for a SOCIALIST SOCIETY and nothing could be done with the Marx' theory- MARXISM. But since 1950; SOCIALISM is not in the field of Indian working class movement; and decided to promote capitalism. From the experience of 70 years; even now nobody can find the reason for the drawbacks in India. It is considered that even mentioning the word "socialism" is liable to be punished on the charge of discipline. As there is no socialism for 70 years; no body have any remote understandings about socialism and they don't know what is the relation with peoples with the working class movement. They are not in worry why there is no party over all India; out of 28 states party is only in three states and even there the existence is in question. In Kerala; the party had been working since 1940s and upto 1957; we got 65 MLAs (42% of the peoples) in 1957 and now we have only one MP in Indian Parliament from Kerala.  (42% of population) in Kerala. In Kerala, most of the cities are UDF FORTS. In West Bengal we are vanishing.  Without socialism; what is to offer to the peoples and working class? As long as the present "program" is existing; we have nothing to offer to the peoples of India; because the "multi structure with various forms of ownership" is existing since 1947; being implemented by Congress in the name of "MIXED ECONOMY". 
..........We cannot say to the peoples about our target is "free development of capitalism"; otherwise they will laugh. The so called "feudalism" is not a hindrance to Deerubai Ambani for his growth from Rs.15,000 to Rs.65,000 crores when he dies. According to bourgeois and bourgeois political parties, the word "free" (liberty) is to do anything according to their wishes and they will say that is "democracy." We will say for that "bourgeois democracy"; unfortunately at present our target is the same in the name "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY"; but should be our leadership. Anybody thinks it will happen?...........
           If so, Karl Marks was only a fool; because he says - only the financial structure will decide its upper structure. Without "socialism"; we are baseless; arm-less; and non-theoritical. Peoples will go anywhere except us; because even though capitalism; we insisting materialism also. Nobody understanding for what purpose Marx invented the theory Marxism; including Surplus Value theory; Class Struggle theory and Materialism. 

By admitting only SOCIALISM; we will have a scientific approach to social issues. By admitting capitalism; we will forced to admit the theory of capitalism; which is only selfishness and exploitation of everything including God. 

As long as our stand is to promote capitalism; our position in India will not change; and peoples will not notice our leaders' words.

. .Indian Parliament already admitted the target of SOCIALIST INDIA with 4/5th majority and CONSTITUTION changes also admitted accordingly and the peoples verdict is still existing even though INC failed to implement it. Those peoples also still living in this country and they want Socialist economy. Certainly "LEFT FORCES" will implement it in INDIA.

. .Due to ignorance of "MATERIALISM" a lot of peoples are stern in "ARMED REVOLUTION" as a short cut to reach the social system, socialism. They don't know the fact that even USSR is not existing now. Even in India, they can't understand anything different from the political situations before 1947 and after 1947 and what changes happened after the present Indian Constitution admitted. When CPI(M) changing its PARTY PROGRAMME, by admitting SOCIALIST INDIA THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY, only by admitting INDIAN DEMOCRACY, as democracy means actual "PEOPLES" are holding POLITICAL POWER OF THE COUNTRY, Political situations will also change, because the ideology "MARXSISM" is capable to change the social circumstances also, which happened in 1917 through "OCTOBER REVOLUTION" and the old USSR was actually the power of MARXSISM, how an idea can work with an intelligent man, the Great leader V I lENIN. The "IDEA" will work in India also, when SOCIALISM admitting as "PARTY PROGRAMME" of CPI(M). In capitalism, actually POWER is holding with MONEY, NOT BY PEOPLES. Without MONEY, even MUKESH AMBANI is nothing. Without MUKESH AMBANI (HIS MONEY), BJP OR INC will become NOTHING. They can't understand the situations changing when the political atmosphere changing in each country.

In each day, everybody is changing which making himself something different from previous second which actually beyond their control, but everybody noticing only after some periods are over. Marx points out that this will affect not only materials, but also sorroundings will also change each and every seconds. But those will convince the concerned also only when the periods also over. In India, one hundred years back, rulers of India was Britain; 50 years back, it was Indian National Congress and now it is BJP. But this situation will also certainly change without further delay".

. .Armed revolution necessitates only in KINGS' REGIME. Now each and everybody have poloitical freedom and in KINGS; regime it was impossible. In Parliamentary democracy, peoples can change the rulers within the span of five years; but in a KINGS' regime it was impossible. See the difference before 1947 and after 1947. Before 1947, actual rulers was BRITISH emperor. Now Indian Constitution itself is a "SOCIALIST" country and there are no definition for socialism, Indian citizens can decide its nature. But since 1950s, Indian Communist leaders decided to promote Indian capitalism; without considering what is capitalism. At present there are no ban on MARXISM, but before 1947, it was entirely different. But still almost comrades still living in before 1947 atmosphere itself.

A state in which "democracy" exists is bound to be accepted by all. But if the exploitative classes abandon the democratic method and use the methods of tyranny and thuggery on the working class, the working class movements will also have to be prepared to retaliate in the same way. The method adopted by Hindu communalists (BJP) is thuggery. Do not allow other political parties to function in a democratic manner; not be allowed to participate in elections; burning the houses of the losers is applied to the working class movements, there is no other way but to face the class enemies in the same way. At present, it seems somebody using the method is only crying and running away is actually tarnishing the "RED FLAG" without knowing the history of it.

........ .We cannot establish "SOCIALISM" through armed revolution because socialism is a stage of the society where the needs of the peoples meet through economic development through socialist planning and wholehearted co-operation of working class. Certainly it requires so many years. And also without parliamentary procedure, no legal and judicial establishment is possible. In a socialist society, working class are not working for merely wages; but also to set up a society where exploitation will not occur; and also their all kinds of amenities will be attended by the socialist society. In capitalism it is impossible.

"...........And also see, "STREET RIOTS REVOLUTION" have no legal credibility in Parliamentary Democracy; because PEOPLES can change the Government within the span of five years; and at the time of KINGS' regime; there were no chance for it. In Parliamentary Democracy; there are everybody have right to express their opinion and there are no such chances in "STREET RIOTS" and so the period of street riots were became out of date. But even now somebody is still keeping in their mind about "street riot revolution" for implementing socialism." It is very pity. Somebody thinks that "STREET RIOT REVOLUTION" is very easy to organise than participating in Parliamentary Election processes and organising peoples and making them convincing about socialism and Marxism. Actually, it shows only their ignorance about MARXISM and SOCIALISM.

......... .Through armed revolution only working class can reach in power in a country where no democracy is existing. After reaching in power; establishing of socialism only through socialist planning with the cooperation of all sectors of the society. By saying so; I don't mean that the bourgeois will silently admit to establish socialism in a peaceful way; they will certainly act to what extend to safeguard their interests. We can avoid only armed revolution; because in Parliamentary Democracy; there is every chance to change the Government for the peoples; by voting in the intervals of 5 years.

..........I intend only to the extend that we can avoid using weapons to catch the Government; but use the power of the peoples. But we must expect all kinds of rowdyism and hooliganism to prevent organising peoples and labour organisations. In such occasions, the history of RED FLAG know how to deal with such hooliganism; but while handling such situations, our intention is to teach them, the justice of RED FLAG and to gather them under red flag. And also, it is a fact that "street riots" have no legal effect as earlier; and at the same time, it will reflect the social atmosphere of the society. We can propagate the peoples what is SOCIALISM; and in the days of KARL MARX; or during the period of Russian Revolution; there were no such conveniences. Now in India the constitution is a "Socialist" one and all opportunities to propagate the socialist ideas among the working class and common peoples and during the period before 1950s, we cannot even imagine this.

..........After independence in India; we have all occasions to understand the peoples what is capitalism and what is socialism; but we decided to promote capitalism without considering for what purpose Karl Marx introduced the ideology "MARXISM", certainly it was to secure the "HUMANITY IN GENERAL" from the exploitation of bourgeois through the social system "CAPITALISM". After reaching in power; the setting up of socialism can be made through socialist planning and understanding the peoples and working class the necessity of public co-operation in the process of setting up of socialism. .

..........To understand what I am saying we must study the history of old Soviet Union since 1920s, ie, after the 4 years rebel war against the little Soviet Union and about 2.5 crores of men were killed. At the time when starting the process of establishing socialism, no industries where there and nothing to utilize such as capital; technology; raw materials; technicians, etc. But the working class and poor men; farmers with the socialism and the support of Marxian theory, there happened the wonder in the world.

..........25,000 employees formed themselves and they made wonderful things there. And in India, during 1950s, the leaders decided to promote Indian capitalism without understanding what is CAPITALISM and what is the history of capitalism; what is the role can be made with Marxian theory and what role can be played by the working class. Only they can do to suffer hardships; more and more.

..........So since 1950s, they are reluctant to co-operate with the working class movement in India. Please remember that through capitalism; we will not reach anywhere; but only loss our confidence among the public and working class. Actually most peoples of India write off the existence of Indian working class movement. It is very hard to overcome the stagnation suffering for several years. Bourgeois will never allow working class to go to SOCIALISM; because Karl Marx and Lenin reiterated the necessity of Proletarian Dictatorship; which necessitates only in armed revolution.

.........It is unfortunate to note that some COMRADES are rigid in repeating everything what had happened in old SOVIET UNION as such in India also. They don't know the actual fact that even old SOVIET UNION is not existing now. In India; we should admit SOCIALISM as our own way.
