.            .It is only a misunderstandings that when CAPITALISM  grown up considerably it will help to reach in SOCIALISM and mere ignorance of basic class struggle theory. When deciding to pomote capitalism, class struggle theory and marxsism in total became field out because MARXSISM intended only to demolish the bourgeois structure, because the economic supremacy of bourgeois working as tool of exploitation.  The motive of production in capitalism is only profit and wherever profit is less; CAPITAL (DAS CAPITAL) will not attend it. In Socialism; motive of production must be changed to satisfy the needs of entire peoples of the country.  This is possible only through direct involvement of working class movement. The success behind the victory of old Soviet Union was that farmers and working class taken up the responsibility for that under the direction of Bolshevik Party.  In "COMMUNIST MANIFESTO" itself Marx says that "BOURGEOIS PLACED "MONEY" ABOVE ALL HUMANITARIAN CONCEPTS.   According to the concept of humanity, EDUCATION and  HUMAN HEALTH should not be based on profit, but capitalism considering "PROFIT" above all anything else.

            It is impossible in capitalism. In capitalism; bourgeois will decide what should be the production;  what will be the quantity and quality; etc. according to their profit.  Marx saying that if profit is 300% the CAPITAL will enter anywhere even though it will kill its owner. On the other hand it will become the  ruling force of the country; AMBANI is the evidence.  So Lenin saying; IMPERIALISM IS THE TOP OF CAPITALISM and we are experiencing that our CORPORATES like AMBANI; ADAANI; etc. spreading their hands to other countries also.  CAPITAL will not enter if anywhere profit is less. The best example is that the agricultural field. As there is profit is very rare; bourgeois will not care in that field.  For the last ten years; about  4.5 lakhs farmers committed suicide and bourgeois government not taking any remedies to secure the farmers.

            Nothing understanding about capitalism and socialism; SA Dange & party decided to promote Indian capitalism.  And also if capitalism is grown up considerably; anything can be preserved for ever?? Anything? Everything; including technologies and instruments enjoying today will be outdated tomorrow and consider at the time of Marx; the power of "steam" was the super power and now today it is "ATOMIC POWER"  and we don't know what will be in future.  It is due to ignorance that only economical base of a country will decide the upper structure;  a working class movement will never become the ruling force in the country in CAPITALISM.  In the early stage of his political studies; Marx could find that the economical structure will decide the upper structure. (In his book "A CONTRIBUTION TO THE ECONOMIC CRITICISM").

         Nobody is considering the position of the Communist Parties of G7 countries)  Socialism can be set up only through socialist planning; such as we want food grains for 135 crores of Indians; how can we reach there?  There must be stable planned target. So we wants enough doctors for 135 crores of Indians; how can we reach there?  So sufficient schools and teachers...these cannot be possible through promoting capitalism; only with working class movement with the leadership of Communist Party as had happened in old Soviet Union,  China; etc. countries.

               108.  WITHOUT SOCIALISM; MARXISM IS NOTHING.                           Karl Marx invented MARXISM only for one purpose; to establish a SOCIALIST SOCIETY.  He invented the ideas to eradicate capitalism;but  in India it was decided to promote capitalism. So the ideas became vogue in India since 1950s. The Marxism have mainly three sections -1. Economics and mainly it pointing to SURPLUS VALUE THEORY.  Marx going to each and every points of goods formation by using the manpower of working class and he reaches its very first stage, that is SLAVERY system and narrated the actual exploitation of man power.  He states that  in each unit of goods in capitalism the exploitation includes. The surplus value of man power get in capitalism to the bourgeois and leads to his luxurious life. In India we have to promote it.  The 2nd thing is CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY.  In India it is not between working class Vs bourgeois.  We must promote capitalism and capitalists forces will be bourgeois only.  So they are not our enemies and their political parties also not our enemy.  So class struggle is with whom? According to Mukesh Ambani and Adaani; it is not the question; who is promoting.  Who ever it may be; they are  happy.  Actually class struggle must leads to class war and which must end CAPITALISM and that must reach at Socialism. That had happened in old Soviet Union; China; Cuba, etc... Every bourgeois parties will conduct strikes whenever they are not in ruling. Such strikes can be called only as opposition strikes.  So our strikes only will be  as opposition strikes and nobody caring our strikes. As long as our present program is existing our strikes will not be class struggles; instead opposition strikes and only physical exercises. They will not help us to get even one vote in elections.  The 3rd item of Marxism is "materialism".  This is to prevent "Athmeeya" (spirituality) exploitation; because bourgeois and their helpers will claim that every hardships are the fate of god and the only remedy to get rid of it is praying.  This is also part of bourgeois exploitation.   We cannot say to the poor peoples that their hardships and poverty are due to unequal distribution of wealth of the country and various kinds of exploitation by bourgeois.  At present we have no remedy; and also we will say; there is no choice other than capitalism(2008 March; Budhadeb Bhattaacharya).   The net result we have seen in Bihar; recently. Hence since 1950s, we are facing stagnation.  We are following only escapism from Socialism.   So whatever hardships suffered our comrades give no fruitful effects.   I think that in the next Party Congress will consider these facts also and take steps to change our PROGRAM and to admit a target of SOCIALIST ECONOMY THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY; where PEOPLES DEMOCRACY will not the present; instead; actual "PEOPLES" democracy where money ("CAPITAL") will not be the fact deciding factor.

. . . .  രാഷ്ട്ര പിതാവായ മഹാത്മാ ഗാന്ധിയെ വധിച്ച  ഗോട്സേക്ക്  ക്ഷേത്രം  നിർമ്മിക്കാൻ  പോലും തയ്യാറായി നടക്കുന്ന വർഗീയ വാദികൾ ഇന്ത്യ ഭരിക്കാൻ ഇടയായിരിക്കുന്നത്  സാമാന്യ ബുദ്ധിയുള്ള ഏത്  മനുഷ്യ സ്നേഹിയേയും വേദനിപ്പിക്കുന്ന കാര്യം ആണ്. അവർ എങ്ങിനെയാണ് ഭരണത്തിൽ എത്തിയത് എന്നത്  അതിലേറെ ദുഃഖ:കരമായ കാര്യവും.  പൊതുവേയുള്ള ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയുടെ മാനസികമായ പിന്നോക്കാവസ്ഥയാണ്  നരേന്ദ്ര മോഡി യുടെ ഭരണം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിന്  ഇടയായത്.  ഗുജറാത്തിലും ഉത്തര പ്രദേശിലും നടത്തിയ ഭ്രാന്തമായ വര്ഗീയ കൊലപാതകങ്ങളിലൂടെ ഒരു വലിയ വിഭാഗം ജനങ്ങളുടെ മനസുകളിൽ ഭീതി പടർതിയും മറ്റ്  വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ വർഗ്ഗീയ വിദ്വേഷം ആളി കത്തിച്ചും മറ്റുമാണ്   ബി.ജെ.പി. ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ അധികാരത്തിൽ എത്തിയത്. അതിനിട വരുതിയതാകട്ടെ ദീര്ഘ കാലം ഇന്ത്യ  ഭരിക്കാനിടയാക്കിയ കോണ്ഗ്രസ്സിന്റെ അഴിമതിയിലും കുംഭ കോണങ്ങളിലും ജനവിരുധതയിലും മുങ്ങിയ ദുർഭരണമാണ് താനും. 

..........ആധുനിക കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ ഒരു വ്യക്തിക്കോ ഒരു കുടുംബത്തിനോ ഒരു രാജ്യത്തിനോ പോലും തനിയെ നില്ക്കാൻ ആവില്ലാത്തപ്പോൾ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഒരു മതവിഭാഗം ഭരണത്തിൽ എത്തി അവരുടെ സർവ്വാധിപത്യം മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ മേൽ അടിച്ചേൽപ്പിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത് വികലമായ സാമൂഹ്യബോധ നിലവാരം കൊണ്ടാണ്..... കലാകാരന്മാർ  ജാതി-മത വ്യത്യാസം ഇല്ലാതെ എല്ലാ വിഭാഗങ്ങളും അന്ഗീകരിക്കുന്നവരും ആദരിക്കുന്നവരും ആണ്.  നിർഭാഗ്യ വശാൽ നമ്മുടെ സിനിമ നടൻ ....സുരേഷ് ഗോപി........ ഒരു കലാകാരനും പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത വികലമായ ചിന്താഗതിയാണ്  ശ്രി.സുരേഷ്  ഗോപിയെ നയിക്കുന്നത്. 
മനുഷ്യർ എല്ലാവരും പരസ്പരം സ്നേഹിച്ചും സഹകരിച്ചും ജീവിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്  എന്ന് കരുതുന്നവരും രാഷ്ട്രീയം പണം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഏറ്റവും നല്ല വ്യവസായം ആയി കാണാത്തവരും  ജനങ്ങളുടെ നാനാവിധമായ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന്  ഉള്ളതാകണം രാഷ്ട്രീയം  എന്ന് കരുതുന്നവരും  എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും പുരോഗമന പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം ആണ് അണിനിരക്കേണ്ടത്.

.         .BJP purposely destroying PSUS AND BANKS only to help CORPORATES with the wicked intention to become ZERO income to Government, and thereby denying all services giving to general public and only for huge corruption, as corruption is impossible in PSUs as ELECTORAL BONDS are impossible in PSUS. Through levying on FUEL prices shows only acute cruelty against all CITIZENS.   While eliminating all Public sector undertakings and Banks, the most important target of BJP want to be implemented that they could have avoid the nuisance of giving "RESERVATION" to SC/ST & OTHERS, as "HINDUTHWA" wants only BRAHMINS & KSHATHRIYAS only must be protected and others should remain as in  their pathetic stage, otherwise they will not  do the servant duties of ELITE GROUPS of the society. 

..........NARENDRA MODI GOVERNMENT privatising INDIAN RAILWAYS AND ALL OTHER PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS. During GENERAL ELECTION; BJP got peoples verdict only for ruling the country and safeguarding the wealth of the country. There are no meaning that they have the verdict of the peoples to sell all PSUs because they didn't placed such slogans before the citizens of India. At the time of GENERAL ELECTION; their agenda was only "HINDUTHWA" and now they are destroying the total wealth of the country; including PSUs; which are the major portion of employment opportunities to those backward sector also observing reservation benefits. While considering PSUs are the wealth of nation, it was not only profit; quality of products, preventing black money; ensuring sufficient quantity of products, but also ensuring employment opportunities with sufficient wages for employees; because for the development of industries; it is essential proper wages to employees is a must. BJP considering only the huge profit of CORPORATES ignoring all qualities of PSUs. It is a fact that there are no provision for "ELECTORAL BONDS" as is done by corporates in public sector undertakings such as LICs, PSUS and public sector banks and as BJP is only an ANTI SOCIAL AND ANTI DEMOCRATIC ORGANISATION, they can't take anything for the welfare of common peoples or the welfare of the country in any way and they will do only deadly against the interest of the general public.

.........In normal course CPI(M) will admit this after some formal agitations including all India level strike and slowly admit the privatisation because in our mind also privatisation is essential for the FREE DEVELOPMENT of CAPITALISM. In any way Party will not take up any agitation directly; because nothing is considered as serious matters to be dealt with by Party itself and render all supports to mass organisations. At present our strikes are only to mobilise organisation and to do some exercise of comrades. For example; we are conducting strikes to protect FARMERS; even though we knew; in capitalism it is impossible. In capitalism almost all sectors are functioning to make profit; more and more AND THROUGH AGRICULTURE; NOBODY CAN GAIN HUGE PROFIT AND CAPITALISM WILL ALWAYS IGNORE IT.

..........But if we are changing our PROGRAMME as a SOCIALIST INDIA; Party will not admit the privatisation with a strong stand that in no occasion privatisation will allow unless they obtained a peoples verdict to do so. Railway is blood vessels of the country and if this gives to private agencies ONLY WITH A VIEW TO MAKE PROFIT; that will affect the entire sections of the country resulting very high rate of charges for travelling and transporting goods. Party will not allow privatisation of Indian Railway in anywhere in India, even a single of one is alive. If Party taking such a stand; ONE day; Indian Railway will not function. The benefit of PARTY directly taking the responsibility is that all mass organisations will have to participate in it.

(After COVID 19 IS OVER)

"..........It is easy to mobilise in each City at least 25,000 (MINIMUM) men in each point; only four places in India; Thiruvananthapuram; Bombay, Delhi and Kolkotta; with proper publicity and giving warning to the PEOPLES of India; to avoid journey on that day; to STOP PRIVATISATION OF INDIAN RAILWAYS AND OTHER PSUs. This should be only on the BANNER OF CPI ((M) AND ALL PARTY LEADERS SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN THE STRIKE INCLUDING P B MEMBERS. Those who are arresting by POLICE should not avail the facility of "BAIL" and should remain in jail till the decision of Government stopping privatisation process. Jails should be filled as much as possible. We can see; how much they will arrest and for how much period; they will kept us at JAILS. Everybody will die one day; and if our death will be benefited to the crores of INDIANS; we should admit that also as a valuable death instead mere death of everybody. But the society will not allow for such incidents; but they will admit our firm stand and integrity".

.........Then peoples of INDIA will admit; what is CPI(M) and we can see what will be the result and how the peoples reacting to the agitations. Without such an action; we cannot prove our existence in India or we cannot protect our PSUs. No ARMED REVOLUTION is essential in India; but we should stern to our target; a SOCIALIST INDIA; THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY. The demand we are placing before the PEOPLES OF INDIA; NOT ONLY PRIVATISATION OF INDIAN RAILWAY; BUT TO STOP PRIVATISATION OF ALL PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS OF INDIA. If we are on firm stand in this regard, the entire peoples of India will recognise us as a revolutionary party and they will give wholehearted support to us. Now Indian peoples only frightened about CPI(M) about its activities in West Bengal and even Bengal CPI(M) are eagerly waiting to implement TATA CAR project without considering the peoples approach to it.

..........Before admitting this suggestion, we must ensure that our fight is against Indian CAPITALISM; and then our fight will be against Indian BOURGEOIS AND THEN ONLY OUR FIGHT WILL BE IN THE MANNER OF CLASS STRUGGLE. At present our fight is not giving any kind of political benefit and all efforts will end in vain after the strike is over; because CPI (M) Party PROGRAMME is based on promoting capitalism. For the last so many years; we are conducting annual strikes and after the strikes; nobody remembering for what purpose those strikes were conducted. Since 1950s; Indian Communist movements target is to promote Indian capitalism; means to promote exploitation. The same stand should end and without such decision; no fruitful effect will get through our agitations.

.........While conducting October revolution in old Russia in 1917, BOLSHEVIK PARTY OF LENIN WAS A SMALL PARTY. But after 4 years ANTI-REVOLUTION WAR COMPLETED; BOLSHEVIK PARTY HAD A MEMBERSHIP OF SIX LAC IN 1920. REVOLUTIONARY STEPS WILL CERTAINLY ATTRACT WORKING CLASS AND PEOPLES.

..........WHILE OUR STAND IS TO PROMOTE CAPITALISM nobody will come to us; BUT KNOWING ANYBODY ABOUT THE ECONOMICAL STAND WILL SLOWLY quit the movement. BJP Sarkar stands only for CORPORATES and they don't know about ordinary peoples and their hardships. Indian Railway is built up on the sufferings of crores of working class which will not leave for exploitation of CORPORATES.

..........Only those who wants the existence of the party in India will admit this suggestion.

. ഒടുങ്ങാത്ത ശത്റുതയോടെയാണ് ബിജെപിയും കോൺഗ്രസും പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളെ കാണുന്നത്. അവ രാജ്യത്തെ സമ്പദ്ഘടനയുടെ അടിത്തറയും നെടുംതൂണുകളും ആണെന്നത് സോഷ്യലിസത്തോടുള്ള ഒടുങ്ങാത്ത ശത്റുതമൂലം അവർ വിസ്മരിക്കുന്നു. പൊതുമേഖലകൾ ജനങ്ങളുടെ സ്വത്ത് ആണ്. അവയിലെ ലാഭം ഭരണ കൂടത്തിനും അങ്ങനെ ജനങ്ങൾക്കും ഉള്ളതാണ്. അവയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിലൂടെ ഗുണ മേന്മയുള്ള ഉത്പ്പന്നങ്ങൾ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിയ്ക്കും. അവിടെ നികുതി വെട്ടിപ്പ് ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. അങ്ങനെ കള്ളപ്പണം തടയാൻ പറ്റും. അവയുടെ ലക്‌ഷ്യം ലാഭം മാത്രമല്ല; ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ആവശ്യമുള്ളത്റ അളവിൽ ഉത്പാദനം നടത്തുക; തൊഴിലും വരുമാനവും ഉള്ള ജനങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാത്റമെ രാജ്യത്ത് വ്യവസായ വളർച്ച ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളു എന്നതുകൊണ്ട് പരമാവധി തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകണം; ന്യായമായ വേതനം ഉണ്ടാകണം; അത്കൊണ്ട് പൊതു മേഖലകളുടെ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളിൽ സംവരണം അടക്കമുള്ള തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകണം തുടങ്ങിയ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. എന്നാൽ രാഷ്ട്രീയം എന്നാൽ ഏത് മാർഗത്തിലും തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ വിജയിക്കുക; വിജയിച്ചാൽ എങ്ങനെയും ഭരണം നേടുകയും മന്ത്റി ആവുകയും ചെയ്യുക; പരമാവധി അഴിമതി നടത്തുക; പരമാവധി ധനം സമ്പാദിക്കുക തുടങ്ങിയവ മാത്റം ആണെന്ന് കരുതുന്ന മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ ദുർഭൂതങ്ങളും കുടികൊളളുന്ന കോൺഗ്രസ് --ബിജെപി രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളും അവരുടെ പാത പിന്തുടരുന്ന വരും പൊതു മേഖലകളെ തുച്ഛമായ വില നിശ്ചയിച്ച് സ്വകാര്യ കുത്തക മുതലാളിമാരെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കുകയും അവരോട് പരമാവധി കോഴ വാങ്ങി "രാഷ്ട്രീയ" മാകെ അങ്ങനെയാണെന്ന് സ്ഥാപിക്കുകയും ആണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

. . ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള ബാങ്കുകൾ; ബി എസ് എൻ എൽ, റെയിൽവെ, ഭാരത്‌ പെട്രോളിയം, വിമാന താവളങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഒരു മേഖലയും പൊതു മേഖലയിൽ പാടില്ല എന്ന തീരുമാനം എടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളവർ ഒരു കാരണ വശാലും ഭാവിയിൽ ആർക്കും തൊഴിൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല എന്ന തീരുമാനത്തിൽ ആണ് പ്റവർത്തിക്കുന്നത്. ബാങ്കുകളിലും പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലും തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകുമ്പോൾ അവ സംവരണം പാലിച്ച് നിയമനം നടത്തുകയും അവയിൽ അമ്പത് ശതമാനം സംവരണത്തിന് അവകാശമുള്ള എല്ലാ മേഖലകൾക്കുമായി ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു. തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങൾ പൂർണമായും ഇല്ലാതാകുമ്പോൾ താരതമ്മ്യേന സാമ്പത്തികമായി മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട മുന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങൾ ഒരു പരിധി വരെ പിടിച്ചു നിന്നാലും സംവരണം കൊണ്ട് മാത്റം രക്ഷപെട്ടിരുന്ന പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങൾ പൂർണമായും പിന്തള്ളപ്പെടുക മാത്രമായിരിക്കും അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടി വരിക.

. .അങ്ങനെയുള്ള തീരുമാനം എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ അവർ കാണുന്നത് തൊഴിൽ ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരു വലിയ വിഭാഗം ഉണ്ടായാൽ മാത്റമേ ഭാവിയിൽ കൂലി ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും ഭക്ഷണത്തിന് വേണ്ടി മാത്റം ആയിട്ടാണെങ്കിലും തൊഴിൽ ചെയ്യാൻ ഇടയാകും എന്നതാണ്. പരമാവധി തൊഴിലാളികളെ ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യാനും ഭാവിയിൽ കാലഹരണപ്പെട്ട അടിമ വ്യവസ്ഥ തിരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുവരാനും ആണവർ താത്പ്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നത്. അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവരെ ഒരു കാരണ വശാലും വിജയിച്ചു വരാൻ ഇടയാകാതെ പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തണം എന്ന് വിനീതമായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. ജാതി -- മത അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സംഘടനകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയും തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിൽ വൻതോതിൽ പണം വാങ്ങി ആ മേഖലകളിൽ പെടുന്ന ജന വിഭാഗങ്ങളെ ആകെ വഞ്ചിക്കുന്ന "സമുദായ സംഘടനാ" നേതൃത്വത്തെയും ഒറ്റപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സമീപനം ആ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ പെടുന്നവർ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കണം. "മതം ഏതായാലും മനുഷ്യൻ നന്നായാൽ മതി" എന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിച്ച ശ്രീ. നാരായണ ഗുരുവിനെപോലും വില്പന നടത്തുകയാണ് ആ മേഖലകളിൽ പെടുന്നവർ. "ഒരു ജാതി; ഒരു മതം; ഒരു ദൈവം മനുഷ്യന് " എന്ന തത്വം അദ്ദേഹം അംഗീകരിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഫലത്തിൽ അദ്ദേഹം ചാതുർവർണ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയും അതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ബ്രാഹ്മണാധിപത്യവും അപ്പാടെ തള്ളി കളയുക ആയിരുന്നു. "മനുസ്മൃതി" യിൽ തുടങ്ങുന്ന ബ്രാഹ്മണാധിപത്യത്തെ നാരായണ ഗുരു തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടാണ് "ഒരു ജാതി; ഒരു മതം; ഒരു ദൈവം" എന്ന നിലപാടിലേക്ക് എത്തുന്നത്.

. . ചരിത്റ പരമായി നിലനിന്നിരുന്ന പിന്നോക്കാവസ്ഥ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനാണ് ആ മേഖലകളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്കാകെ തൊഴിൽ നൽകുന്നതിന് ഭരണഘടനാ പരമായി തന്നെ ആകെയുള്ള തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങളിൽ അമ്പത് ശതമാനം നീക്കി വയ്ക്കണം എന്ന് നിഷ്ക്കർച്ചിരുന്നത്. സർക്കാർ -- പൊതുമേഖലകളിൽ തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങൾ പൂർണമായും ഇല്ലാതാകുന്നത് ഏറ്റവും പ്രതികൂലമായി ബാധിക്കുന്നത് പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്കാണ്. മറ്റു വിഭാഗങ്ങൾ ഒരു പരിധി വരെ നിലനിൽക്കാൻ കഴിയുമെന്നതാണ് കാരണം. ചാതുർവർണ്ണ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ പൂർവാധികം ശക്തമായി തിരികെ കൊണ്ടുവരണം എന്ന നിലപാടുള്ള ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികൾക്ക് ഒരു തരത്തിലും അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നതല്ല തൊഴിൽ നൽകുന്നതിൽ പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുവദിക്കുന്ന സംവരണം. ഐ എ എസ് --ഐ പി എസ് തുടങ്ങിയ ഉയർന്ന ഭരണ നിർവഹണ മേഖഖലകളിൽ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളാണ് ഉത്തരേന്ത്യൻ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പെടുന്ന പെൺകുട്ടികളെ തുടർച്ചയായി കൊന്നൊടുക്കി കൊണ്ടിരിക്കാൻ കാരണം. ബ്രാഹ്മണ-ക്ഷത്റിയ പ്റേതബാധ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് ഇൻഡ്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടന ഉറപ്പുനൽകുന്ന എല്ലാ പൗരന്മാരുടേയും "തുല്യത" ബോധ്യപ്പെടുക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുള്ള കാര്യമാണ്. ഭാവിയിൽ ദളിത് വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും പുതിയ തലമുറ ഉണ്ടാകാതിരിക്കാൻ ദളിത് പെൺകുട്ടികളെ കൊന്നൊടുക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ കഴിയുമെന്ന് അവർ വ്യാമോഹിക്കുന്നു. ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയതയുടെ ഭീകര മുഖമാണ് നാമിവിടെ കാണുന്നത്.

. .മുതലാളിമാരുടെ ലാഭത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് മാത്റമായി പൊതുമേഖലകൾ വിറ്റുതുലയ്ക്ക്ന്നതിലൂടെ രാജ്യത്ത് സംഭവിക്കുന്ന തിരിച്ചടികളെ മനസിലാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള വിവേകബുദ്ധി ഉള്ളവരല്ല ബൂർഷ്വാ ഭരണക്കാർ. അപ്പപ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന വൻ സാമ്പത്തിക നേട്ടം മാത്റമാണവരെ നയിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ പൊതുമേഖലകൾ പൂർണമായും ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനായി ജനവിധി നേടാതെ അവ സ്വകാര്യ വത്ക്കരിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല എന്ന നിലപാട് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വവും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നില്ല. പൊതുമേഖലകളെ പൂർണമായും ഇല്ലാതാക്കി തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങൾ പൂർണമായും ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്ന സാമൂഹ്യ വിരുദ്ധ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരായ ബിജെപി - കോൺഗ്രസ് കൂട്ടുകെട്ടുകളെ എല്ലാ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിലും പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിലൂടെയും പുരോഗമന പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളെ വിജയിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെയും മാത്റമേ നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യം നേരിടുന്ന ഭീകരമായ വിപത്തിനെ അതിജീവിക്കാൻ നമുക്കാവുകയുള്ളു.

The importance of SOCIALISM should not see even a little less; otherwise bourgeois ideologies will come forward. What are bourgeois ideologies? The wealth those are enjoying by bourgeois, etc. are given to them by god and the poverty and hardships suffering by poor peoples and working class are their fate; and for the remedy is only praying to god, they should not fight against bourgeois; etc. etc. Lenin also added that there are smooth path to develop and spread for bourgeois ideologies. Lenin added: Socialist ideologies how much in primary stage; we should show intolerance to other ideologies. In India; we have no doubt to promote capitalism, neglecting what is CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY. What was Lenin strongly pointed out; the same happened in India.

..........In old Soviet Union, Lenin proved that undeveloped countries, "FEUDALISM" in its full strength, (FEUDALISM WAS POSSIBLE ONLY IN MONARCHY) The TSar EMPEROR IN ITS FULL STRENGTH, can also built up SOCIALISM, and hence we called "Marxism-Leninism." The same had happened in China also, because China were also not a developed country in 1949. But Mao also decided to establish SOCIALISM in China without deciding to promote CAPITALISM and if Mao decided to promote capitalism; there would not be a China today. Mao also proved undeveloped country can also become SOCIALIST COUNTRY by socialist planning with the wholehearted co-operation of working class.

..........Karl Marx only considered the then growth of English East India Company; which was capable to make a Sun never set Kingdom of Great Britain. It is not the matter that how the revolution was done in old Russia or China; but Lenin made some corrections to Marxism; that Marx pointed that Socialism is possible only after the developed stage of capitalism. So Lenin reiterated the importance of socialism; he actually understood what is MARXISM in its real meaning.

Karl Marx and Lenin not allowing WORKING CLASS any CHOICE other than SOCIALISM. But the "BOURGEOIS" leadership of Indian WORKING CLASS not ready to admit SOCIALISM even after 73 years since 1950s even though "PARTY" is struggling for existence. "THEY" are stern with CAPITALISM WITH IMPERIALISM. Those who are not ready to admit Marxism assigning the name "Communist Party" only to fool the public. Admitting "Marxism" means only standing for the socialist society. For the last 73 years since 1950, the "Communist Party" of India has stood only for the growth of capitalism and result is "throw away" from common peoples all over India. When Communist movements decided to promote CAPITALISM; neglecting the words of Lenin; neglecting SOCIALISM; RSS and BJP came forward; and socialist ideologies defeated. If SOCIALISM returns to its real position; no doubt comrades; BJP will not be a problem to us. If CPIM changing its Party Program, admitting "Socialist Economy through Peoples Democracy" CPI (M) will be the ruling party of India. For that; we wants no weapons; even a pin; but only the ideas of Marxism & Socialism and we SHOULD be free from the concept to promote Indian capitalism. We cannot change bourgeois democracy to "peoples democracy" in capitalism; it is only possible in SOCIALISM; now we are spoiling ourselves only..

It is a fact that in India, some "COMMUNIST MARXIST" leaders also want to exist BJP rule for ever as basically they are "BRAHMINS" and they wearing only mask of "COMMUNIST" AND IT FOLLOWING SINCE 1950s itself and even now they are continuing their "BRAHMIN" tactics. ......."എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം?" എന്ന കൃതിയിൽ ലെനിൻ പറയുന്നത് തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനം സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തി "ലെവ ലേശം കുറച്ചു കാണുക എന്നാൽ ബൂർഷ്വാ ആശയങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇട നൽകുകയായിരിക്കും ഫലം" എന്നാണ്. മാത്രമല്ല "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ് ആശയങ്ങൾ എത്രമാത്രം ശൈശവാവസ്ഥയിലാണോ അത്രമാത്രം സോഷ്യലിസ്ററ് ഇതര ആശയങ്ങളോട് അസഹിഷ്ണുത തന്നെ കാണിക്കണം" എന്നാണ്. എന്താണ് "ബൂർഷ്വാ ആശയങ്ങൾ?" സമ്പന്ന വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന സുഖ സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ അവർക്ക് ദൈവം കൊടുത്തതാണ്; പാവപ്പെട്ടവൻ അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന ദാരിദ്ര്യവും കഷ്ടപ്പാടുകളും ദൈവ വിധിയാണ്; നിങ്ങളുടെ കഷ്ടപ്പാടുകളും ദാരിദ്ര്യവും മാറുന്നതിന് ദൈവത്തോട് പ്രാർഥിച്ചാൽ മതി; ഭൂമിയിലെ ജീവിതം അല്ല യഥാർഥ ജീവിതം; യഥാർഥ ജീവിതം മരണാനന്തരം ആണ്; അതിനായി നിങ്ങൾ പ്രാർഥിച്ചുകൊള്ളുക; തുടങ്ങിയവയാണ്. മാത്രമല്ല നിങ്ങൾക്ക് സമ്പന്ന വർഗങ്ങളുടെ ചൂഷണത്തിന്റെ ഫലമായുണ്ടാകുന്ന എല്ലാ യാതനകളും ദൈവ വിധി ആയി കണ്ടു സഹിക്കണം; നിങ്ങളുടെ യാതനകൾക്ക് കാരണം ചൂഷക വ്യവസ്ഥയായി കണ്ട്; നിങ്ങൾ ചൂഷകർക്ക് എതിരെ നിങ്ങളുടെ പോരാട്ടത്തതിന്റെ കുന്ത മുന തിരിക്കരുത് എന്നാണ്.

മാർക്സിസം സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന് മാത്രം.

"സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ" എന്നതാക്കണം "പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി". അങ്ങനെയൊരു ലക്ഷ്യം ഇല്ലാതെ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പാർട്ടി നിലനിൽക്കില്ല, ഹിന്ദുത്വ ശക്തികളെ പരാജയപ്പെടുത്താനാവില്ല. യാഥാർധ്യങ്ങൾ മനസിലാക്കുക. 1950 കൾക്ക് ശേഷമുള്ള 73 വർഷങ്ങളിലെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ നിന്നെകിലും കാര്യങ്ങൾ ബോധ്യപ്പെടുക. ലെനിൻ ഇത്റമാത്റം വ്യക്തമായി പറഞ്ഞിട്ടും ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗത്തെ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് സോഷ്യലിസം ഒരു അവശ്യ ഘടകം ആയി കണ്ടില്ല. "സോഷ്യലിസം" എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം മാറ്റി വച്ചിട്ട് 73 വർഷങ്ങളിലെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ നിന്നുപോലും യാതൊന്നും മനസിലാക്കാൻ തയ്യാറുമല്ല. കാറൽ മാർക്സും ലെനിന്നും സോഷ്യലിസം അല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നും സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തെ അനുവദിക്കുന്നില്ല. 1950 കളിൽ തന്നെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയുടെ നേതൃത്വം ഇന്ത്യൻ ബൂർഷ്വാസി പിടിച്ചെടുത്തതുകൊണ്ട് തൊഴിലാളിവർഗം നരകയാതന അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നു. 1950 കൾക്ക് ശേഷം 73 വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷവും പാർട്ടി ഇല്ലാതായിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കു മ്പോഴും ബൂർഷ്വാ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് "നേതൃത്വം" സോഷ്യലിസം അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ തയ്യാറല്ല. സോഷ്യലിസം അവർക്കൊരിക്കലും ആവശ്യമായി ബോധ്യപ്പെടില്ല.

............സാർ ചക്റവർത്തിയുടെ ഏകാധിപത്യ സാമ്പ്രാജ്യം ആയിരുന്നിട്ടും; ഫ്യുഡലിസം അതിന്റെ പൂർണ അർഥത്തിൽ ആയിരുന്നിട്ടും; മുതലാളിത്തം അതിന്റെ പ്റാരംഭ ഘട്ടം ആയിരുന്നിട്ടും; സോഷ്യലിസ്‌റ്റ് രാഷ്ട്റം എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ ലെനിൻ മടിച്ചില്ല. മാർക്സിസവും സോഷ്യലിസവും തമ്മിലും സോഷ്യലിസവും തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗവും തമ്മിലുമുള്ള ബന്ധവും ലെനിൻ മനസിലാക്കിയിരുന്നു. ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ അതൊക്കെ മനസിലാക്കിയിരുന്നവർ ആരും തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല എന്നാണ് "മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാം" എന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിച്ചതിൽ നിന്നും മനസിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയുക. അതിന്റെ ഫലമോ - നൂറു വർഷം തികയുമ്പോൾ പ്റസ്ഥാനം നിലനിൽപ്പിനായി നട്ടം തിരിയുന്നു.

............."ഭൗതിക വാദ" ത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തി എന്താണെന്ന് പിടി കിട്ടുന്നുമില്ല. മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ എന്തിനാണ് ഭൗതിക വാദം എന്ന് ആലോചിക്കാതെ ദൈവ വിശ്വാസത്തിലാണ് കുഴപ്പം കണ്ടെത്തിയത്..

.......... 2."സോഷ്യലിസം" എന്ന് കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ എല്ലാവർക്കും ഓർമ്മ വരിക റഷ്യൻ വിപ്ലവത്തെ കുറിച്ചാണ്. അവിടെ നടന്നതെല്ലാം ഇവിടെയും ആവർത്തിക്കണം എന്നാണ് അവരുടെ ധാരണ. അതാണ് വിപ്‌ളവം. അതിനാണെങ്കിൽ ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ "ദ്സാർ ചക്രവർത്തി" പോലും ഇല്ല. പിന്നെ എന്ത് ചെയ്യും? മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാം: വളരെ എളുപ്പമായി കാര്യങ്ങൾ. ചാതുർ വർണ്യത്തിന്റെ നീരാളി പിടുത്തത്തിൽ ഞെരിഞ്ഞമർന്നിരുന്ന യഥാർഥ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗം ഈ നിലപാട് കൂടി ആയപ്പോൾ ഒരു തരത്തിലും പ്രസ്ഥാനവുമായി അടുക്കാതെ ആയി. അവരുടേതടക്കം അടിസ്ഥാന ജനവിഭാങ്ങളുടെ യാതനകൾ അറിഞ്ഞതായി ഭാവിച്ചില്ല; അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർ അതൊക്കെ സഹിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് എന്ന നിലപാട് എടുത്തു. അതിന്റെയൊക്കെ ഫലമായി ലെനിൻ എന്താണോ സംഭവിക്കുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത് അത് പോലെയൊക്കെ സംഭവിച്ചു. അറുപിന്തിരിപ്പന്മാരുടെ ആശയങ്ങൾ രാഷ്ട്രീയ രംഗത്ത് എത്തി; വർഗീയ കോമരങ്ങൾ ഇൻഡ്യയുടെ ഭരണാധികാരികളും ആയി.

..........3. സോഷ്യലിസ്ററ് ആശയങ്ങൾ ജനങ്ങൾക്കിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ സ. ഈ.എം.എസിനെ പോലെ വളരെ ഉന്നത ശ്രേണിയിൽ ആയിരുന്നവർ ഉൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ മേഖലകളിൽ നിന്നും ജനങ്ങൾ പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിലേക്ക് ഒഴുകിയെത്തി. വി. ആർ. കൃഷ്ണയ്യരെപ്പോലെയുള്ളവർ ഭൗതികവാദത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് എത്തിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ പോലും ഉറച്ച സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയക്കാർ ആയി. അതിനു പകരം "മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക" എന്നായപ്പോൾ ഒരു മേഖലയിൽ നിന്നും ആരും പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തോട് അടുക്കാതെ ആയി; അടുക്കുന്നവരാകട്ടെ സ്വന്തം "രാഷ്ട്രീയ ഭാവി" യിൽ കവിഞ്ഞ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാത്തവരും ആയി. മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന തത്വങ്ങൾ മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന് എതിരായതുകൊണ്ട് പാർട്ടി ക്ലാസുകളിൽ അവയെല്ലാം വികലമായി അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു; പഠിച്ചവർക്കാകട്ടെ അത് മറ്റുള്ളവരോട് പറയാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തവയും ആയി.

..........."വർഗ സമരം" ബൂർഷ്വാസിയും തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗവും തമ്മിലാണ് എന്ന് പറയാൻ പാടില്ല; കാരണം നമുക്ക് ബൂർഷ്വാസിയെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ് വേണ്ടത്. അവിടെയാണ് "സ്ഥിരം ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല" എന്ന നിലപാട് പ്രസക്തമായി വരുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ അവരുടെ നിലപാടുകളിൽ ലവലേശം വിട്ടുവീഴ്ചക്ക് പോലും ഒരുക്കമല്ല എന്നതും ഓർക്കണം. എല്ലാ കഷ്ടപ്പാടുകളും മുതലാളിത്ത ചൂഷണ വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ ഫലം ആണെന്ന് പറയാൻ ആവില്ല; ചൂഷണ വ്യവസ്ഥയെയാണ് പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്. "നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ അവരുടെ വർഗ വാഴ്ചക്കായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിട്ടുളളവയാണ് " എന്ന പ്രാഥമിക മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകളാണ് നിഷേധിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്. "എല്ലാം ദൈവ വിധി യാണ്"; "മുന്ജന്മ പാപം;", "മുന്ജന്മസുകൃതം"; "പെൺ ചൊല്ല് കേൾക്കുന്നവൻ പെരുവഴിയാധാരം" തുടങ്ങിയവ എല്ലാം അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്. എന്നാൽ അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവ ആകെ നിഷേധിക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണ് മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന നിലപാട് വന്നപ്പോൾ അപ്രസക്തമായത്. അപ്പോൾ ഭൗതികവാദ ത്തിന്റെയും പ്രസക്തി ഇല്ലാതായി. മാർക്സ് കണ്ടെത്തിയ "മിച്ച മൂല്യം" ആണ് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ അടിത്തറ; അത് തന്നെയാണ് മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന്റെയും അടിത്തറ. മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന്റെ "അടിത്തറ" തകർത്താണ് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ അടിത്തറ പണിയാൻ. മുതലാളിത്തം ; പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചപ്പോൾ മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക വശവും നമുക്ക് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. നാം പിന്തുടരുന്നത് "മാർക്സിസം-ലെനിനിസം" ആണെന്ന് എത്രമാത്രം ആണയിട്ടു പറഞ്ഞാലും അത് ആർക്കും ബോധ്യപ്പെടുകയില്ല; പ്രസ്ഥാനം മുന്നോട്ടു പോവുകയുമില്ല.

................4."സോഷ്യലിസ്റ് സമ്പദ് ഘടന; ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ" എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കുകയാണ് നമ്മുടെ മുന്നിലുള്ള ഏക പോംവഴി. മറ്റു രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്ത മായി ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടനയുടെ പിന് ബലവും നമുക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

                103.  WITHOUT PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM - SOCIALISM IS IMPOSSIBLE.

.          .Poor grasping capacity of  about 99.999999% peoples making troubles in  social life is a fact.  Like  "life after death", (almost peoples are thinking that there are "heaven" in the space, even though scientifically it is only foolishness.  And also,  a lot of peoples don't know about the contents of  "MODERN PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY"  eventhough each and every citizens are having political freedom to decide who must rule the country,  and the right of opinion, and the power of "DEMOCRACY" and so somebody trying to reach in power through "ARMED REVOLUTION" to establish socialism in the country.   They are ignorant or neglecting the contents of CONSTITUTION OF INDIA itself admitting 'SOCIALISM" and anybody can propagate about SOCIALISM and get the peoples verdict and they can implement in the country.   But unfortunately, COMMUNIST PARTY itself decided for promoting capitalism since 1950s.  Most of its leaders don't know  actually the pecularities of democracy which prevailing after 20th century.

              Actually I wonder,  how "WITHOUT AN ELECTED BODY; (PARLIAMENT/ASSEMBLY) HOW CAN IT POSSIBLE LEGAL/JUDICIAL ESTABLISHMENT? 

.          .Armed revolution necessitates only in KINGS' REGIME. Now each and everybody have poloitical freedom and in KINGS; regime it was impossible. In Parliamentary democracy, peoples can change the rulers within the span of five years; but in a KINGS' regime it was impossible. See the difference before 1947 and after 1947. Before 1947, actual rulers was BRITISH emperor. Now Indian Constitution itself is a "SOCIALIST" country and there are no definition for socialism, Indian citizens can decide its nature. But since 1950s, Indian Communist leaders decided to promote Indian capitalism; without considering what  is capitalism. At present there are no ban on MARXISM, but before 1947, it was  entirely different. But still almost comrades still living in before 1947 atmosphere itself.  

........During 1950s, the then "leaders" of COMMUNIST MOVEMENT OF INDIA  decided -"SOCIALISM" is impossible through "PARLIAMENTARY" system and decided to promote Indian capitalism. Since 1950s, the target of SOCIALIST INDIA is not placed before Indian working class and Indian peoples.  If they were understood what is SOCIALISM and what is MARXISM they would not had taken such decisions. Nobody can repeat things in one country into another country as such. Lenin and Mao Zedong had done at their each countries according to their situations prevailed in each country. The situations of India prevailing after 1950s are entirely different what was at the time of Lenin or Mao Zedong.

...........Without understanding the public so that what is socialism and what is capitalism how can they vote for a Communist Party? For promoting CAPITALISM; working class are helpless; they can do only hard work; suffering hardships; being subject of pure exploitation and avoiding claims for wage hike, etc only. Socialism is a stage of the society in which the wealth of the country must be utilised for the welfare of the whole peoples instead in capitalism the whole wealth will be utilised for a few land lords and capitalist forces only; where as the motive of production will be only more and more profit WHEREAS in SOCIALISM it must be enough food grains/hospitals/ doctors/ schools and all developments in all sectors. How it is possible through armed revolution? We need mass support for which no ban on us to understand the public what is socialism; for which we must teach them what is socialism. We cannot reach there through CAPITALISM and through capitalism; we are spoiling ourselves only. As the science is changing day by day; there are nothing to keep for ever from CAPITALISM; as our old TYPE WRITER; old land phone; etc.

To understand what I means; the history of old Soviet Union should have studied; the history of old Soviet Union since 1920s; after the rebel war happened at USSR during 1917 - 1920 where 2.5 crores of citizens had died; and when the process of starting a socialist country; there where nothing had there even raw materials; technicians; know how or capital to start any kind of infrastructure to be used. But the will power of actual working class; the efficiency of the theory MARXISM which proved how MARXISM will work in socialism; which will function only in socialism.

And in India; we are experiencing how the ideas of MARXISM and working class will work when COMMUNIST LEADERSHIP deciding to promote CAPITALISM ignoring what is MARXISM.

The present PROGRAM is only on a misunderstandings that socialism is impossible through Parliamentary system. In any country anybody can impose any law without passing a bill in an elected body? The body in what name is not the question; there must be a body and in India the name for that body is PARLIAMENT/Assembly of States. .

..........We cannot establish socialism through armed revolution because socialism is a stage of the society where the needs of the society meets through economic development through socialist planning and wholehearted co-operation of working class. There; working class are not working for merely wages; but also to set up a society where exploitation will not occur; their all kinds of amenities will be attended by the society.

.........Socialism is possible in all India basis only; for which we must place SOCIALISM before Indian working class. At a stage in which we get the power in all India basis; we must follow the present line in states. But we can say to the public the limitations of the state ruling and the benefits of socialism and what can do if we gets power in India. At present what is our actual aim in India? Is it capitalism? NO. Is it socialism? NO. At the same time we will blame capitalism wherever we get chances. (IT MEANS THAT ACTUAL CONTENTS OF THE PROGRAMME IS NO BODY ADMITTED IN INDIA IN ITS TRUE WORTH). So; for what purpose Indians must vote for CPI (M) at present? When peoples thinks that it is their necessity the ruling of CPI (M) in India, they will vote for CPI(M). At present economic policy of CPI (M) is same and one of Indian National Congress (See the attitude of Yechuri and Bengal CPI (M). But nobody will vote for CPI (M) to repeat old West Bengal anywhere in India and peoples are in fear about old WB ruling of it. But even now, Sitaram Yechuri and West Bengal comrades don't know where is actual fault.

.........Now they don't feel so. Why? And I would like to say that SOCIALISM is impossible through ARMED REVOLUTIONS. In a country where there is no PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM is existing; armed revolution is essential and through armed revolution only we can reach in power and establishing SOCIALISM OR CAPITALISM can be implemented only through parliamentary systems; because anything can be implemented in a country only through passing in the elected body. During the life time of Marx; there were no Parliamentary systems and the only possible way was armed revolutions. After publishing the book "DAS CAPITAL" Marx had opined that the changing of an economical system of a country can be possible only with the verdict of the majority of the peoples (The life history of Marx; Progress Publishers, Moscow).

104.CONSIDERING DISCIPLINE............

            104. DISCIPLINE...........will be considered only how it affect the party.  During 1964, Com. EMS, AKG, Jyothi Basu, V S etc. comrades considered what discipline and which constitution? They were only considered how the movement can be protected and then it was unavoidable because Dange and others decided to mingle with Congress.  Then the "majority" was with Dange-  70/101.  In most occasions majority will not with right things.   But after the split we saw Com.EMS etc. was right and the majority of Dange were not done anything to them.  But including Com.EMS and others were not cared to understand what is CAPITALISM and what is SOCIALISM.  He used the word "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM" and what is the extend of "FREE"?  Like English East India Company had done in 18th and 19th centuary?  Was there feudalism in England and in India?  The owners of East India Co. were "Lords" of England and feudalism had made any hindrances to them?  Is there Socialism in England even though East India Co. had all "free" chances to do anything in India?  Can we allow free development to bourgeois with our red flag?.....According to marxian understandings, a PARTY PROGRAMME must be able to built up the party and also a SOCIALIST country.  Now in India what happened after admitting capitalism as programme? Our "multi-structure and multy phased" is only the mixed economy which is Congress and Nehru implementing since 1950s; which is our target.  We knew Congress is also standing for capitalism and our stand is also capitalism.  Will it  save our party?What is the meaning of "peoples democracy" and is it possible with capitalism? The name of CHINA is "PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CHINA" and there is "peoples" democracy. It will not possible with capitalism and trying to do so is only a comedy.  So I request to take steps to change our programme as SOCIALIST INDIA THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY  and without this change we cannot defend BJP and save our party.

                    102.As per marxian economy and its center point SURPLUS VALUE THEORY, a portion of manpower of an employ ie, at least 1/8 hours, will get the employer (CAPITAL) without payment of wage per day. (Marx calculate 50% of daily wage will get as paymentless manpower and it may be correct according to his time) Now we must deduct so many factors such as cost of raw materials; deminishing value of instruments, supervisory charges,etc. etc. If 100 employees working in a firm per day, 100 hours of manpower will get the employer as paymentless value of manpower. The number of hours must be calculated in a week; in a month; and a year and years together. This will be a huge amount according to the number of employees working in a firm. In a SOCIALIST COUNTRY this factor will get nation, and the same will be utilized for the welfare of the nation and this will certainly affect the employ also. Marx pointed out that this is actual exploitation of manpower of employees and poor men in a capitalist society. This was the actual factor behind the victory of old Soviet Union.   We cannot mention these facts to our men as long as the present PROGRAMME exists.  ..Karl Marx spent his entire life and suffered hardships to eradicate CAPITALISM; but in India SA Dange and Party decided to promote capitalism with a devotional spirit. There was not even a word admitting capitalism in the books of Marx; Angels & Lenin. From the very beginning and up to 1950s, the workinbg class movement of India, shows growing gradually.  But since 1950s, it can seen stagnation or going downwards. In 1950s, the decision was only for a short period; but now it seems final or unchallengeble. Somebody in worry - why middle class not coming with us? and other somebody in worry - why youths not coming with us? But nobody worrying why working class reluctant to join with us?  In Maharashtra Assembly, we have 1/288.  Nobody understand what is relation between working class and Marxism? But I am in worry - lakhs and lakhs - even crores in India wants even one cent to make their huts; even burial places.  Can we do anything for them in the present circumstances? For promoting capitalism - Congress and BJP are more better than us. We also worrying how can we promote capitalism. In the present circumstances any body will come with us for exploiting themselves? Human beings are dying due to severe cold and heats. Who are them?  Only poor peoples.  When will we worry for them?  Mukesh Ambani spent Rs.273 corres for buying a plane to gave his wife as birthday present.  Are we very happy? We are also worrying how can we promote him. (?)
