1950 കാലം മുതൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ 73 വർഷങ്ങളായി ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വിരുദ്ധ നിലപാടാണ് സ്വീകരിച്ചു വരുന്നത്. സ.ഇ എം എസിന്റെ "തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന്റെ ശാസ്ത്രവും കലയും" എന്ന കൃതിയുടെ ഇരുപത്തിഒന്നാം പേജിൽ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്ന "മുതലാളിത്ത സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സ്വതന്ത്രമായ വളർച്ച" എന്ന നിലപാടിന്റെ "കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിൽ" മുതലാളിത്തം വളരണം എന്ന നിലപാടിൽ തന്നെ തുടരുന്നതിനാലാണ് നരേന്ദ്ര മോഡി സർക്കാർ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ എല്ലാ പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും സ്വകാര്യവത്ക്കരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പ്രക്ഷോഭ സമരങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നും "സ്വകാര്യ വത്ക്കരണം പാടില്ല" എന്ന ആവശ്യം ഒരു മുഖ്യ ഇനമായി കാണിക്കാത്തത്. അതിനർത്ഥം സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വിരുദ്ധ നിലപാട് ഉപേക്ഷിക്കില്ല എന്ന് തന്നെയാണ്. പൊതുമേഖലകൾ സ്വകാര്യവത് ക്കരിക്കുന്നതിന് അനുകൂലമായ ഇടതുപക്ഷ നിലപാട് ഇടതുപക്ഷ രാഷ്ട്രീയം തന്നെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുകയും ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാഴ്ച അനന്തകാലത്തേക്ക് തുടരുന്നതിനും ഇടയാക്കും. ഉത്പാദനോപാദികൾ പൊതു ഉടമസ്ഥതയിൽ കൊണ്ട് വരിക എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ ചൂഷണം ഇല്ലാതാക്കുക എന്ന് തന്നെയാണ് അർഥം. അവിടെ "ലാഭം" പൊതുഖജനാവിലാണ് എത്തിച്ചേരുക. ഒരു കാരണ വശാലും പൊതു മേഖലകൾ പാടില്ല എന്ന് ശഠിക്കുന്നത് ചൂഷണം ശക്ത മാക്കണം എന്ന അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ തന്നെയാണ്. ഇവിടെ നിഷ്പക്ഷനാവുക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഞാൻ ചൂഷണത്തെ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നു എന്നാണ് അർഥം.

മുതലാളിത്തവും സോഷ്യലിസവും ആശയപരമായി രണ്ട് വ്യത്യസ്ത ധ്രൂവങ്ങളാണ്. പണിയെടുക്കുന്ന ജനങ്ങളുടെ താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങളും സംരക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടണം എന്നതും അത് ഒരു കാരണ വശാലും പാടില്ല എന്നതുമാണ് ഏറ്റവും ലളിതമായി പറഞ്ഞാൽ രണ്ട് സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥകളുടെയും യഥാർത്ഥ പൊരുൾ.

"ജനാധിപത്യം" എന്ന വാക്കിന്റെ അർത്ഥം പോലും മനസിലാക്കാതെ; അധികാരം ജനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് മാറ്റപ്പെടുന്നതിനെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. ജനങ്ങളെ "മാർക്സിസവും" സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയങ്ങളും പഠിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള സാധ്യതകൾ പോലും ഇല്ലാതാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടാണ് "മുതലാളിത്തം" പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിച്ചത്. അതാകട്ടെ എന്താണ് മാർക്സിസം എന്നും എന്തിനാണ് കാറൽ മാർക്സ് എല്ലാ ജീവിതക്ളേശങ്ങളും സഹിച്ച് അങ്ങനെയൊരു തത്വ ശാസ്ത്റത്തിന് രൂപം കൊടുത്തത് എന്നും മനസിലാക്കാതെ ആയിരുന്നു. ഏത് ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടിയാണോ ആ തത്വ ശാസ്ത്രം നിലവിൽ വന്നത്; അവർക്ക് എതിരെയാണ് മുതലാളിത്തം നിലകൊള്ളുന്നത് എന്ന് മനസിലാക്കാതെയാണ് ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുകൂലമായ നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിച്ചത്. അപ്പോൾ സ്വാഭാവികമായും മാർക്സിസം പ്രതിനിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങൾ അകന്നുപോയി. നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് പോലും എന്താണ് മാർക്സിസം എന്നും എന്താണ് മുതലാളിത്തം എന്നും മുതലാളിത്ത ചൂഷണം എന്താണെന്നും മനസിലാകാതെ ആയപ്പോൾ ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ വളരെ വിദഗ്ധമായി ഇന്ത്യ മഹാ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ തന്നെ ഭരണാധികാരികളും ആയി മാറി. ഈ വളരെ വൈകിയ വേളകളിൽ പോലും തെറ്റ് തിരുത്താനല്ല; കൂടുതൽ കൂടുതൽ തെറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് പോകാനാണ് "ഇടതുപക്ഷങ്ങൾ" ഇന്ത്യയിൽ തയാറെടുക്കുന്നത്. അതാണ് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാർട്ടികൾ സാർവദേശീയ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകൾ പോലും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യ ആര് വേണമെങ്കിലും ഭരിക്കട്ടെ, കേരളത്തിലെ "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് " പാർട്ടിക്ക് കേരളം മാത്രം മതി എന്ന നിലപാടിന് കാരണം.

The actual cause of the stand taken by the "COMMUNIST LEADERS" during 1950s was only incapablity to understand the "CLASS CONTRADICTIONS" between slave and slave owner and the employ and the employer. "IN DEMOCRACY" ACTUAL "POWERS" TRANSFERING FROM MONARCHY TO "PEOPLES". Actual contents of democracy is "OF THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE AND BY THE PEOPLE". BUT IN CAPITALISM, ACCORDING TO BOURGEOISE, THOSE "WORKERS, FARMERS, AND COMMON PEOPLES" WILL NOT COME UNDER THE PURVIEW OF "PEOPLES". THEY SHOULD BE ONLY VICTIMS OF CAPITALISTS FORCES.

Exactly, "MODERN PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY" have some effect of the birth and the growth of old "USSR" and situations were changed all over the world after 2nd WORLD WAR. To defeat Germany, about 1.5 Crores men of old USSR had lost their life and their victory was very hard which was actually the power of MARXSISM, and if USSR had failed, the victory of NAZI/FACIST forces had been prevented even the present modern Parliamentary democracy. When "CHINA" also in the field of "SOCIALISM", about 2/3rd portion of world population became socialist, which also have some good effect in MODERN PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY.

The main features of democracy is that every CITIZENS are having political freedom and the right of freedom of opinion or freedom of media and the right to become eligible to hold any elected post of administration of the country. But BJP is not ready to admit these facts and they will charge them under sedition laws and put them in prison if anybody enjoying these benefits of democracy. And even SC itself warned against misusing sedition laws against CITIZENS in a DEMOCRATIC country, and actually SC don't know BJP is not admitting Indian DEMOCRACY as their target is only RAM RAJ, which are based on MANUSMRUTHI, where are only BRAHMIN SABHA considering as SC. Now BJP is trying to cease judicial system of India by their GOON acts.

Actually "BOURGEOISE" not admitting "MODERN PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY" in its true spirit as independent judiciary, independent media such as free from commercial motivation, free from corruption, and they will admit only upto the point that they can "how much cheat and exploit working class and common peoples". Only with such motives "BOURGEOISE POLITICAL PARTIES" functioning and admitting "MODERN DEMOCRACY". They are handling actually "COMMERCIAL POLITICS". They are deadly against SOCIALISM always.

The steps taking to overcome "SUPREME COURT OF INDIA" is only one item of BJP, as "JUDICIARY" should be independent in each and every issues and BJP is deadly against "democracy". Only in "SOCIALISM" the "BOURGEOISE DEMOCRACY" can be changed as "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" with the change of economic supremacy of bourgeoise. The main features of democracy are each citizens having "POLITICAL FREEDOM"; which was impossible during the period of actual KINGS' regime. Every citizens having the right to become a candidate to any post and also they can nominate anybody to any post as candidate to be elected.

. .കേരളത്തിലെ ബൂർഷ്വാ പത്റ-മാധ്യമങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന നിലപാട് ശരിയായ ജനാധിപത്യം ഉണ്ടാകരുത് എന്ന ഉദ്ദേശത്തിലാണ്. റബ്ബർ വ്യവസായം കൂടിയുള്ള ഒരു പത്ര ഉടമക്ക് റബ്ബർ കൃഷിക്കാരുടെ താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങൾ അട്ടിമറിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടത് റബ്ബർ വ്യവസായത്തിന്റെ ലാഭം വളരെ വലിയ തോതിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമാണ്. കേരളത്തിന്റെ സമ്പത് ഘടനയെ തകർത്തുകളയുന്നതിൽ ഒരു വലിയ പങ്ക് ആ പത്റ ഉടമ നിർവഹിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സമ്പൂർണ "സ്ഥിരം നിയമന നിരോധം" എങ്ങനെ സാമൂഹ്യ ജീവിതത്തെ ബാധിച്ചു എന്നത് കേരളത്തിലെ ഒരു പ്രമുഖ ദിനപത്രമായ "മനോരമ" യുടെ സർക്കുലേഷനിൽ ഉണ്ടായ കുറവിലും സ്പഷട്മാണ്. മൂന്നര ലക്ഷത്തോളം വരിക്കാരുടെ കുറവ് ആ പത്രത്തിന് ഉണ്ടായി എന്നാണ് അറിയാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത്. മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളോടെ സ്ഥിരം നിയമനം ലഭിക്കുന്നവരാണ് വിവാഹ ജീവിതത്തിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നതും പുതിയതായി വീട് വയ്ക്കുന്നതും മറ്റും. പുതിയ വീടാകുമ്പോൾ സാധാരണ ഗതിയിൽ ഒരു പത്രവും ഉണ്ടാകും. യുവാക്കളുടെ വിവാഹ ജീവിതമോ പുതിയ വീട് വയ്ക്കുന്നതോ ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നില്ല എന്നത് സർക്കാർ ഖജനാവിനെ മാത്രമല്ല ബാധിക്കുക; പരോക്ഷമായി മനോരമ പോലെയുള്ള പത്രങ്ങളുടെ സർക്കുലേഷനെപോലും ബാധിക്കും എന്നാണ് വ്യക്തമാകുന്നത്. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും പാടില്ല എന്നതാണ് കോൺഗ്രസിനെയും ബിജെപിയേയും കേരളത്തിലെ തെരെഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട, വൻ ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ജനങ്ങൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാരിനെതിരേ ജനങ്ങളെ വിഡ്ഢികളാക്കുന്ന സമരങ്ങളുടെ കാരണം. മുതലാളിത്തത്തിലെ പണത്തിന്റെ ആധിപത്യം ഇല്ലാതാക്കി; മനുഷ്യന്റേയും മനുഷ്യത്വത്തിന്റെയും ആധിപത്യം ആക്കി "ബൂർഷ്വാ ജനാധിപത്യത്തെ" മാറ്റിയെടുക്കണം. അതിനാണ് "ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം" എന്ന് പറയുക. മുതലാളിത്തത്തോടൊപ്പം അത് അസ്സാദ്ധ്യമാണ്. അതിനാകട്ടെ "സോഷ്യലിസം" എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഇല്ലാതെ സാധ്യവുമല്ല.

"രാമ രാജ്യം" ലക്ഷ്യമായി കാണുന്ന ബിജെപി യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനാധിപത്യം അല്ല അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നത്, രാജവാഴ്ചയാണ്. തന്മൂലം ജനാധിപത്യപരമായി കാണുന്ന എല്ലാത്തിനെയും അവർ തള്ളിക്കളയുകയാണ്. ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനാധിപത്യം അംഗീകരിക്കാത്ത ബിജെപി "ബ്രാഹ്മണാധിപത്യം" അടിസ്ഥാനമായ "രാമരാജ്യം" ആണ് ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കുന്നത്. ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ നാല് നെടും തൂണുകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് നിഷ്പക്ഷമായ നീതിന്യായ വ്യവസ്ഥ. എന്നാൽ ബിജെപി യാകട്ടെ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത് "മനുസ്മൃതിയിൽ" നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന "ബ്രാഹ്മണ സഭ"കൾ ആയിരിക്കണം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടത് എന്നാണ്. ജനാധിപത്യ വിരുദ്ധ നടപടികളിലൂടെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ നീതിന്യായ വ്യവസ്ഥയേയും നശിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് ഹിന്ദുത്വവാദികളുടെ നീക്കം. സാമൂഹ്യ വിരുദ്ധത അടിസ്ഥാന സ്വഭാവമായ ബിജെപിയും ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയെ രക്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവില്ലായ്മ തെളിയിച്ചു, കാരണം കോൺഗ്രസിനും ബിജെപിക്കും ഫ്യൂഡൽ, ചൂഷണാധിഷ്ഠിത മുതലാളിത്ത ഭരണരീതി മാത്രമേ അടിസ്ഥാനപരമായുള്ളു. ചാതുർവർണ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഗാന്ധിജിയും അംഗീകരിച്ചിരുന്നത് രാമരാജ്യമാണ്. അത് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ മുതലാളിത്ത, ജാതി അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള വരേണ്യ വിഭാഗത്തെ മാത്റമെ സുരക്ഷിതമാക്കാൻ പര്യാപ്തമാക്കുകയുള്ളു.

. .ജനാധിപത്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഏതെങ്കിലും രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികൾ ജനദ്രോഹ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിച്ചാൽ അതിനെ "ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ" അപകടം ആയി കാണാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നവരും ഉണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെയുള്ള രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടികൾ ജനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട് ക്രമേണ ഇല്ലാതാകും എന്നതാണ് വാസ്തവം. അതാണ് ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിൽ സംഭവിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഓരോ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളും എങ്ങനെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കണം എന്ന് നിർദ്ദേശിക്കാൻ "ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്" ആവില്ല. യഥാർത്ഥ ജനങ്ങളുടെ താത്‌പര്യം സംരക്ഷിക്കാൻ പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധരായ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികൾ ജനങ്ങളുടെയാകെ താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കാൻ തയ്യാറായാൽ ജനങ്ങൾ അവരെ വിജയിപ്പിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. അവർ തികച്ചും സംശുദ്ധരായിരിക്കാൻ പ്രതിപക്ഷവും ആവശ്യമാണ്. കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും ജനവിരുദ്ധരായാൽ അവരെ പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതും ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ വിജയത്തിന് ആവശ്യമാണ്. അഴിമതിക്കെതികരെ വധശിക്ഷ കൊടുത്തിട്ടും ചൈനയിൽ പോലും അഴിമതിക്കാർ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നുണ്ട്. ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷം ജനങ്ങളുടെയും താൽപ്പര്യം സംരക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സാമ്പത്തിക വ്യവസ്ഥക്കായി പുരോഗമന പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ മുന്നോട്ടു വന്നാൽ സത്യസന്ധമായി രാഷ്ട്രീയം കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് ജനങ്ങളുടെ പൂർണ പിന്തുണ ലഭിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. ജനങ്ങളെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ ഏറ്റവും സൗകര്യപ്രദമായ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ ബോധപൂർവം ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയാണ് ആവശ്യം.

508. The concept of "UNITY" of International Working Class" and the narrow "UNIT" system admitted by "COMMUNISTS" in India.

. .According to the call of Karl Marx, "Working Class" all over the world should be united for a new world of exploitation free social system; "SOCIALISM". Unfortunately, when decided to promote exploitation based social system; "capitalism", "Communists" of India rejected each and every words of Karl Marx; even the concept of "INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION OF WORLD WORKING CLASS MOVEMENT." In India, each "STATE" are considered as one independent unit and each states' "UNIT" can decide their politics. Actually it discloses the poor political standard of those who had taken such decisions. So the "Unit" of Kerala decided that they have no responsibilities about the living condtions of other "States" in India and "Kerala" will go to a wonderfully developed stage in Kerala alone even though BJP ruled Central Government ceasing each and every "PERMANENT" employment scheme of PSUs and Banks and also denying posting military and all other Central ruled institutions. Denying permanent employment means destroying each and every social institutions because the source of income of all sectors are depending those who get permanent and moderate monthly income of better job holders.

There are no necessity of "UNITY" of working class, because to satisfying the interest of bourgeoise, working class should be scattered and for such a state, only the "unit" system is more better and single units will not care whether other "State" functioning or not. So the poor stage of the party in Bengal and other States in India, where in the past had very good position will not affect "Kerala" in any way. Even in Kerala, the actual growth happened only in the primary stage when SOCIALIST ideas had in field and without such ideology will make only floating majority which will not stable growth of the party. That was the reason in Bengal where "beneficiaries" will soon change their stand. The tragedy happened in Uttara Pradesh, where poor agricultural workers had been burned "alive" for availing Government land for making their huts also will not affect the Party in Kerala.

. .Recently CPI(M) PB member and Kerala CM Com.Pinarai Vijayan has stressed a point that there should be "OPPOSITION" also a must in Parliament. It is clear that according to the present political stand of CPI(M), the "units" of the party considering only "unit level", it is impossible to think as the "ruling force of India" because in Indian Parliament, the No. of MPs are 545, and no unit of the party can imagine a ruling in india, as even in UTTARA PRADESH", there are only 80 MPs. Even though there are history of one century, "INDIAN COMMUNISTS" can't establish a better positions in most of Indian States, because 73 years history is only with capitalism and against poor working class and common peolples. Then only it is possible to think about "OPPOSITION". It is only lack of comonsense and ignorance of the political situations in India and about the "Constitution" of India. As the economic powers and the political powers vested with only Central Golvernment, no "STATES" can go forward without the support of Central Government. Major income sources such as income tax, excise tax, customs tax etc. are vested with Central Government and also only Central Government can take decisions on important political issues. Without the ruling in "INDIA", no problems of the peoples can be solved as major powers vested with Central Government and only Central Government have powers to control major industries such as Railway, BSNL, Banks, LIC, and also without the permission of Central Government, and this was caused the present state of Bengal. Even in Kerala, the "Governor" making all kinds of nuisances and the permission for "K Rail" is pending only the political decisions of the Central Government.

. .The CPI(M) polit buro is considering that the Congress or the BJP is better for "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM" and hence Sitaram Yechuri is on the stand that "ONLY INC" can save India and all PB AND C C members stern with the stand of Yechuri as it is firmly on the stand that capitalism should grow. If anybody winning in election as MPs they can perform as "OPPOSITION" and thereby is possiblity only for correcting and strengthening Indian bourgeoise. Just as "capitalism" have decided to be promoted, it is pure ignorance to see each state as a unit. It also fosters class enmity by promoting capitalism and losing faith in the Communist Party; Philosophy becomes irrelevant; even if there is common sense, it is understood from the experience of 73 years since 1950 that all the activities carried out in the intention for the growth of the party became water lines.

In order to reach the goal of ruling India, there should be a party in every state of India.

. .Due to promoting capitalism for so many decades, the top leaders became utter anti socialist; and anti marxsist; and only they will take decisions for favour of bourgeoise. Only it reflects the actions for showing green signal for privatising entire public sector undertakings and even the G S itself firm in favour of Indian National Congress. Leaders are considering that either BJP or INC will be more better than the ruling of COMMUNIST PARTY in India, even admitting the SOCIALIST concept admitting in Indian Constitution.

. ."സർവ്വ രാജ്യ തൊഴിലാളികളെ ഏകോപിക്കുവിൻ; നിങ്ങൾക്ക് നഷ്ടപ്പെടാൻ വിലങ്ങുകൾ മാത്രം; നേടാനോ ഒരു വലിയ ലോകം ഉണ്ട് താനും" എന്നതാണ് "മാർക്സിസം" ലോകത്ത് ആവിഷ്‌ക്കരിച്ച കാറൽ മാർക്സിന്റെ ലോക തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തോടുള്ള ആഹ്വാനം. നിർഭാഗ്യവശാൽ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചപ്പോൾ "മാർക്സിസം" മാത്രമല്ല; മാർക്സിന്റെ ലോകമൊട്ടാകെയുള്ള തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ സാർവ്വ ദേശീയതയും തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ ഐക്യം എന്ന കാഴ്ചപ്പാട് കൂടെയും ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. മുപ്പത്തിനാല് വർഷങ്ങൾ തുടർച്ചയായി ഭരിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞ ബംഗാളിൽ പാർട്ടി ഉണ്ടോ ഇല്ലയോ എന്ന സ്ഥിതിയും ബംഗാളിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത് എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇല്ലാതായത് എന്നോ മറ്റ്‌ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ പാർട്ടി വളരാത്തത് എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് എന്നോ കേരളത്തിലെ നേതാക്കൾക്ക് അറിയേണ്ടതും അല്ല. അതാണ് ഓരോ സംസ്ഥാനവും ഒരോ 'യൂണിറ്റ് ' മാത്റം ആയി കരുതുന്നതുകൊണ്ടുണ്ടായ മെച്ചം. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഒരു സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ പാർട്ടിക്ക് ഏത് നിലപാടും സ്വീകരിക്കാം. ഉത്തരപ്രദേശിൽ സർക്കാർ ഭൂമിയിൽ ദീർഘകാലമായി കുടിൽ കെട്ടി താമസിച്ചിരുന്നവരെ ഭൂമി ഒഴിപ്പിക്കലിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി അവിടെ താമസിക്കുന്നവരെ ഉൾപ്പെടെ തീ വച്ച് ജീവനോടെ കത്തിക്കുന്നതിൽ ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെയുള്ള "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്" കാർക്ക് ഒരു വിഷമവും തോന്നില്ല. കാരണം ഓരോ സംസ്ഥാനവും പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം യൂണിറ്റുകളാണ്. എത്ര ദയനീയമായ ചിന്താശൂന്യത. പക്ഷെ തിരുത്തിക്കുവാൻ യാതൊരു നിർവാഹവും ഇല്ല. അനുഭവിക്കുക മാത്റം.

. .കേരള മുഖ്യ മന്ത്റി സ.പിണറായി വിജയൻ ഈയിടെ പാർലമെന്റിൽ പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യകതയെപ്പറ്റി പറയുകയുണ്ടായി. അങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞത് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർടിയിലെ യൂണിറ്റ് സംവിധാനത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള സംഘടനാ സംവിധാനത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനപരമായ ദൗർബല്യത്തിന്റെ സൂചന കൂടിയാണ്. ഇന്ത്യ യിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിക്ക് നൂറ് വർഷത്തിന്റെ ചരിത്രം കൂടി ഉണ്ടെകിലും ഇൻഡ്യയിലെ ഭരണകക്ഷി ആകുന്നതിന്റെ വിദൂര സാധ്യതകൾ ഇന്ന് ചിന്തിക്കാൻ പോലും ആവില്ല. മാത്രമല്ല മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയുടെ ആവശ്യമില്ല എന്ന കാര്യവും സിപിഐ(എം) ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി സീതാറാം യെച്ചൂരിക്ക് അറിയാം. അതാണ് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞത് കോൺഗ്രസിന് മാത്രമേ ഇന്ത്യയെ രക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ എന്നതും മറ്റ് എല്ലാ പി ബി അംഗങ്ങളും അതിനോട് യോചിക്കുന്നതും. ഫെഡറൽ സംവിധാനത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഉള്ള ഇന്ത്യയിൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി കേവലം സംസ്ഥാന പരിധിയിൽ മാത്രം ചിന്തിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ ഉത്തര പ്റദേശിലെ ആകെ 80 സീറ്റിലെ 80 സീറ്റും ലഭിച്ചാലും 545 അംഗ ലോകസഭയിൽ ഭരണകക്ഷി ആകുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റി ചിന്തിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. (ഇന്നത്തെ നിലയിൽ ഒരു സീറ്റും കിട്ടില്ല എന്നത് വേറെ കാര്യം). പക്ഷെ യൂണിറ്റ് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ അല്ലാതെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ കാണാൻ സിപിഐ(എം) പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോക്ക് ഒരിക്കലും ആവില്ലാ ത്തതിനാലും പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി പുനപരിശോധി ക്കുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റി ചിന്തിക്കുന്നതിനു പോലും ആവാത്തതിനാലും സ.പിണറായി ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് പ്രതിപക്ഷ നിലവാരത്തിൽ മാത്റം ആകുന്നത്.

. .വിമർശനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ഓടി രക്ഷപ്പെടുക എന്നതാണ്, തിരുത്തുക എന്നതല്ല കാണുന്ന രക്ഷാ മാർഗം. കേരളത്തിലെ പാർട്ടിക്ക് തമിഴ് നാട്ടിൽ പാർട്ടി ഉണ്ടോയെന്ന് അറിയേണ്ടതില്ല. അവിടത്തെ തൊഴിലാളികൾ എങ്ങനെ ജീവിച്ചാലും അത് കേരളത്തിൽ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് കേരളത്തെ മാത്റം വികസിപ്പിച്ച് ലോകോത്തര നിലവാരത്തിൽ എത്തിക്കണം; എത്തിച്ചിരിക്കും എന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് പ്രശ്നം അല്ല. പക്ഷെ അതിന് ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ അനുവദിക്കില്ല എന്നതാണ് ബംഗാളിലെ അനുഭവം. "ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല" എന്ന നിലപാട് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടികൾ സ്വീകരിച്ചാലും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ചെങ്കൊടി പാടില്ല എന്ന നിലപാടിൽ നിന്നും വർഗ്ഗശത്രുക്കൾക്ക് പിന്മാറാൻ ആവില്ല. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയോ ഫെഡറൽ സംവിധാനമോ അറിയാത്തതിന്റെ ഗതികേട്. ഇതേ നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിച്ചതാണ് ബംഗാളിലുള്ള "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി" ഇന്നത്തെ സ്ഥിതിയിലായത്.

. .അതിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ അപകടം ഇന്ത്യ എന്ന രാജ്യം ഭരിക്കുക; ഇന്ത്യയിലെ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗം ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള ജനങ്ങളുടെയാകെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കുക എന്ന കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിലേക്ക് ഒരിക്കലും എത്തിച്ചേരില്ല എന്നതാണ്. പ്രശ്നപരിഹാരം മുതലാളിത്ത വ്യവസ്ഥ ഇല്ലാതാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയിലേക്ക് രാജ്യത്തെ എത്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ടല്ലാതെ സാധ്യമാവില്ല. എന്നാൽ മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് - സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വിരുദ്ധത ആ ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കാനും അനുവദിക്കുന്നില്ല. പരിഹാര നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതെ തുടർച്ചയായി സമരങ്ങൾ ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങളുടെ വർഗ വാഴ്ച ഇല്ലാതാക്കണം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഇല്ല. അവരെയാണ് 1950 കാലം മുതൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ 73 വർഷങ്ങളായി പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. സമരം ചെയ്ത് ബൂർഷ്വാസിയെ നന്നാക്കി ശക്തരാക്കുക എന്നതല്ല മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ പാത. ലെനിൻ എന്തുചെയ്യണം എന്ന കൃതിയിൽ നിർദേശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് മുതലാളിത്ത വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ ബൂർഷ്വാ ചെറ്റത്തരങ്ങൾ തുറന്നുകാണിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ളവ ആയിരിക്കണം തൊഴിലാളി വർഗം നടത്തുന്ന സമരങ്ങളിലൂടെ നേടിയെടുക്കേണ്ട ലക്‌ഷ്യം എന്നാണ്. ബൂർഷ്വാ വർഗ വാഴ്ച അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് രാഷ്ട്രം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനും ആയിരിക്കണം വർഗ സമരങ്ങളി ലൂടെ നേടിയെടുക്കേണ്ടത് എന്നാണ്. മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കണം എന്ന ചിന്താഗതിയെ ഇല്ല. ലക്ഷ്യ ബോധം ഇല്ലാത്ത എത്രയോ "ഗംഭീര" സമരങ്ങൾ. പിന്നീട് ആ സമരങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി ആരും ഓർക്കാറില്ല. കാരണം ആരോടും സ്ഥിരം ശത്രുതയില്ല. പാവം കാറൽ മാർക്സ് ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പില്ല എന്നതാണ് എല്ലാവരുടെയും "ആശ്വാസം".

. ."മുതലാളിത്തം" പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നെ ശുദ്ധ വിവരക്കേട് മാത്രമാണ് ഓരോ സംസ്ഥാനവും ഓരോ യൂണിറ്റ് ആയി കാണുന്ന അവസ്ഥയും. മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയിൽ വിശ്വാസം അർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെ വിശ്വാസം ഇല്ലാതാവും എന്നതും വർഗ ശത്രുക്കളെ വളർത്തുന്നു; തത്വ ശാസ്ത്റം അപ്രസക്തമാകുന്നു; പാർട്ടി വളരണം എന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിച്ച് നടത്തുന്ന എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും ജലരേഖ ആകുന്നു എന്നല്ലാതെ മറ്റ് യാതൊരു പ്രയോജനവും ഇല്ലെന്ന് സാമാന്യ ബുദ്ധിയെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലെ 1950 മുതലുള്ള 73 വർഷങ്ങളിലെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ നിന്നും മനസിലാവുകയുള്ളു. അതുപോലെ തന്നെയാണ് സാമ്പത്തികവും രാഷ്ട്രീയവും ആയ എല്ലാ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട കാര്യങ്ങളിലും തീരുമാനങ്ങളൾ എടുക്കാൻ കഴിയുക കേന്ദ്ര ഗവൺമെന്റിനാണ് എന്നിരിക്കെ; കേന്ദ്ര ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ആര് വേണമെങ്കിലും ഭരിക്കട്ടെ എന്ന സമീപനം "പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി" യുടെ അടിസ്ഥാന ദൗർബല്യവും സമീപനവുമാണ്. ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തിലേക്ക് എത്തണമെങ്കിൽ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ എല്ലാ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും പാർട്ടി ഉണ്ടാകണം. അങ്ങനെ ഒരു വീക്ഷണമേയില്ല എന്നതിന്റെ കൂടെ പ്രശ്നമാണ് ഒരോ "സംസ്ഥാന യൂണിറ്റ്" എന്ന നിലപാട്.

. .എന്തെല്ലാം പറഞ്ഞാലും യാതൊന്നും മനസിലാവില്ല എന്ന പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വത്തിന്റെ അവസ്ഥ നൂറ്റിമുപ്പത്തിയഞ്ച് കോടിയിലധികം ജനങ്ങളെയാണല്ലോ ബാധിക്കുക എന്നോർത്ത് ദുഖിക്കാൻ മാത്രമേ നിർവാഹമുള്ളൂ.

ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളിൽ ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷവും അഴിമതി രഹിതവും സംശുദ്ധവുമായ രാഷ്ട്രീയം ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നവരാണ്. മത്സരിക്കുന്നവർ എല്ലാവരും അഴിമതിക്കാർ ആണെങ്കിൽ ജനങ്ങൾ ആരെയെങ്കിലും വിജയിപ്പിക്കും. അവർക്ക് അതല്ലാതെ മറ്റ് മാർഗങ്ങൾ ഇല്ല. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് ഇന്ത്യ ഭരിച്ചപ്പോൾ സ.ജ്യോതിബസു പ്രധാന മന്ത്റി ആകണമെന്ന ഒരു പൊതു അഭിപ്രായം രൂപപ്പെട്ടത് അതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ്. എന്നാൽ സിപിഐ(എം)ന് അന്ന് പാർലമെന്റിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ഇല്ലാതിരുന്നതിനാലും അഴിമതി മുഖമുദ്ര ആയ ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെ പിന്തുണയിൽ ഇന്ത്യ ഭരിയ്ക്കാനിടയായാൽ അഴിമതി രഹിത ഭരണം അസ്സാധ്യമായതിനാലും അന്ന് സിപിഐ(എം) ജ്യോതിബസുവിന്റെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്റി പദവി സ്വീകരിച്ചില്ല. ഡൽഹിയിൽ എ എ പി ക്ക് ഭരിക്കാൻ അവസരം ലഭിച്ചത് അഴിമതിക്ക് എതിരായ നിലപാടിനാണ്. കേരളത്തിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് പി കെ വാസുദേവൻ നായരും പന്ന്യൻ രവീന്ദ്രനും വിജയിക്കാൻ ഇടയായത് അഴിമതിക്കാർ അല്ലെന്ന പരിഗണനയിലാണ്.

2024 ൽ നടക്കാനിരിക്കുന്ന പൊതുതെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടന വിഭാവനം ചെയ്യുന്ന ജനാധിപത്യവും സോഷ്യലിസവും അംഗീകരിച്ച് സ.പിണറായി വിജയൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്റി എന്ന നിലയിൽ ജനങ്ങളുടെ മുൻപിൽ "ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇടതുപക്ഷ ബദൽ" അവതരിപ്പിച്ചാൽ "അഴിമതി രഹിത ഭാരതം" ജനങ്ങളിൽ ആശ്വാസവും പ്രതീക്ഷയും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിനും ജനങ്ങളുടെ പിന്തുണ ഇടതുപക്ഷ ഭരണത്തിന് ഉണ്ടാകാനും സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ സിപിഐ(എം) ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടന പൂർണ അർത്ഥത്തിൽ അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ തയ്യാറാകണം എന്ന വിഷയം ഏറ്റവും വലിയ വെല്ലുവിളി ആയി അവശേഷിക്കും.

ഹിന്ദുത്വ തീവ്ര വാദികളിൽ നിന്നും ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടനയും ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനാധിപത്യവും സംരക്ഷിക്ക പ്പെടുന്നതിന് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാർട്ടി (മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ്) ന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ഇടതുപക്ഷ ജനാധിപത്യ മുന്നണിയുടേതാകാൻ അനുവദിക്കണമെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

സ്ഥിരം തൊഴിൽ പരമാവധി ഇല്ലാതാക്കുക എന്നത് ഒരു നയപരമായ തീരുമാനം എന്ന രീതിയിൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പൂർണമായും നടപ്പിലാക്കുമ്പോൾ സംഭവിക്കുക പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് സവരണാനുകൂല്യം വഴി ലഭിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന അവസരങ്ങൾ പൂർണമായും ഇല്ലാതാകും എന്നത് മാത്റമല്ല മുന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ പുരോഗതിയും ഇല്ലാതാകും എന്നതും മാത്രമല്ല; മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥിരം തൊഴിൽ ഉള്ളവരിലൂടെ മാത്റമാണ് രാജ്യമാകെ അഭിവൃദ്ധിപ്പെടുക എന്നതും ഇല്ലാതാവുകയാണ്. ശമ്പളത്തേക്കാൾ "പെൻഷൻ വർധന" എന്നതിന്റെ കാരണം ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ സർക്കാർ സർവീസുകളിലെ നിയമനങ്ങളും മരവിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണ്.

1991 ൽ ആരംഭിച്ച "ആഗോളവത്ക്കരണ" ത്തിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഭീകരത ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ക്ഷേമകരമായ എല്ലാവിധ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ഭരണകൂടം പിന്മാറണം എന്നതാണ്. രാജ്യത്തെ "വിഭവശ്രോതസ് " പൂർണമായും കോർപ്പ റേറ്റുകൾക്കായി നീക്കിവയ്ക്കണം എന്നതാണ്. യുവാക്കൾക്ക് തൊഴിൽ കൊടുക്കുന്നതടക്കം ഒരുവിധ ക്ഷേമ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകരുത്. അത് പൂർണമായും ഏറ്റെടുത്ത ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് അഞ്ഞൂറ് കോടി രൂപനീക്കിയിരുപ്പ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതും വളരെ വലിയ ലാഭത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരുന്നതുമായ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ "ബാൽക്കോ " എന്ന പൊതുമേഖലാ അലൂമിനിയം കമ്പനി ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന് വിറ്റുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ സ്വകാര്യ വത്ക്കരണത്തിന്റെ തുടക്കം ആരംഭിച്ചത്. തുടർന്ന് ലാഭമോ നഷ്ടമോ നോക്കാതെ പൊതുമുതൽ നശിപ്പിക്കുകയും അഴിമതി; കോഴ; കുംഭകോണങ്ങൾ മാത്റം ഭരണം ആവുകയും ചെയ്തപ്പോഴാണ് ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിനെ അധികാരത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയത്. തുടർന്ന് അധികാരത്തിൽ വന്ന ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികൾ കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വിരുദ്ധത കൂടുതൽ ശക്തമായി മുന്നോട്ടുകൊണ്ടുപോവുകയാണ്. ഒരാൾക്ക് പോലും ഒരു മേഖഖലയിലും സ്ഥിരം ജോലിയേ പാടില്ല എന്നതാണ് ബിജെപിയുടെ നിലപാട്. ഭാവിയിൽ ബാങ്കുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ; എല്ലാ പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലും പട്ടാളത്തിൽ പോലും സ്ഥിരം തൊഴിൽ ആർക്കും പാടില്ല എന്ന നിലപാടിന്റെ അപകടം തലയിൽ ചാണകം മാത്റമുള്ള ഹിന്ദുത്വവാദികൾക്ക് മനസിലാവില്ല. സ്ഥിരം ജോലി ലഭിച്ചിട്ട് വിവാഹിതരാകാൻ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമല്ല; ജീവിതം വഴിമുട്ടുന്നത്; മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥിരം വരുമാനമുള്ള മേഖലകളെ ആശ്രയിച്ചാണ് അസംഘടിത മേഖലയും വ്യവസാസായിക മേഖഖലകളും ബാങ്കുകളും എൽഐസി പോലുള്ള ധന കാര്യ മേഘലകളും നിലനിൽക്കുന്നത്. അവയുടെയാകെ സർവ നാശത്തിലേക്കാണ് ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികൾ ഇന്ത്യയെ നയിക്കുന്നത്. ഇവയൊക്കെ ബാധിക്കുക ബിജെപിക്ക് വോട്ട് ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവർ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഇൻഡ്യയിലെ ജനങ്ങളെയാകെയാണ്. സാമാന്യ ബുദ്ധി അൽപ്പമെങ്കിലും അവശേഷിക്കുന്ന ജനങ്ങളാകെ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ സർവ നാശത്തിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്ന "ഹിന്ദുത്വ ഭരണം" ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ മുന്നോട്ടു വരണമെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത പാർലമെന്റിൽ അഞ്ചിൽ നാല് ഭൂരിപക്ഷത്തോടെ അംഗീകരിക്കുകയും ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടനയുടെ തന്നെ ഭാഗമാവുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് ഇന്ത്യ ഒരു "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് രാഷ്ട്റം" ആയിരിക്കും എന്നത്. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടന അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന ആർക്കും ആയത് നിഷേധിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത ആ ചുമതല ഏൽപ്പിച്ചത് ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിനെ ആയിരുന്നു എങ്കിലും കോൺഗ്രസ് അതിൽ ദയനീയമായി പരാജയപ്പെടുകയാണ് ഉണ്ടായത്. തന്മൂലം ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികളുടെ കൈകളിൽ എത്തിച്ചേരുകയും തികച്ചും ഒരു സാമൂഹ്യ വിരുദ്ധ കൂട്ടായ്മ ആയതിനാൽ അവർക്കും സോഷ്യലിസത്തിലേക്കുള്ള ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പരിവർത്തനം അസാധ്യമാണെന്ന് തെളിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുകയാണ്.

ഒരു രാഷ്ട്രീയ ചുമതല ആയിത്തന്നെ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയുടെ തീരുമാനം നിർവഹിക്കുന്നതിന് ഹിന്ദുത്വ തീവ്ര വാദികളിൽ നിന്നും ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടനയും ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനാധിപത്യവും സംരക്ഷിക്ക പ്പെടുന്നതിന് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാർട്ടി (മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ്) ന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ഇടതുപക്ഷ ജനാധിപത്യ മുന്നണിയുടേതാകാൻ അനുവദിക്കണമെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയിൽ അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റുരാജ്യ" ത്തിന് പ്രത്യേക നിർവചനം ഒന്നും നൽകിയിട്ട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ അത് ഏത് രീതിയിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം എന്ന് ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയ്ക്ക് തീരുമാനിക്കാം. "മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന സാമൂഹ്യ ശാസ്ത്റം അംഗീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ് സാര്വദേശീയമായി അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റു സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ.

. .ഇൻഡ്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയുടെ ശില്പി എന്ന നിലയിൽ തന്നെ അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ഡോ. ബി ആർ അംബേദ്‌ക്കറോടും ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയ്ക്ക് നീതി പുലർത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. ഭരണ ഘടനാപരമായി തന്നെ (വകുപ്പ് 14) അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഇന്ത്യൻ പൗരന്മാരുടെ തുല്യതയും വകുപ്പ് 51 (എ )(എച് ) പ്രകാരമുള്ള ശാസ്ത്രീയ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകളും സംരക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.

. .രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി തന്നെ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയതാണ് കോൺഗ്രസ് ഒരു മതേതര കക്ഷിയാണെന്ന് കരുതി ആരെങ്കിലും കോൺഗ്രസിന് വോട്ട് ചെയ്താലും ജയിക്കുന്നവർ കോൺഗ്രസിൽ തന്നെ എന്നെന്നും ഉണ്ടാകും എന്ന് ആർക്കും കരുതാനും ആവില്ല എന്നത്. കാരണം അടിസ്ഥാനപരമായി കോൺഗ്രസും ബി.ജെ.പിയും സാമ്പത്തിക നയത്തിൽ ഒരുപോലെയാണ്; മാത്റമല്ല "രാമരാജ്യം" ഗാന്ധിജിയുടേയും ലക്ഷ്യമായിരുന്നു.

. .65 വർഷത്തിലേറെ നീണ്ട ഭരണത്തിലൂടെ, ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് ഇന്ത്യയെ സംരക്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള തങ്ങളുടെ കഴിവില്ലായ്മ തെളിയിക്കുകയും രാഷ്ട്രീയം കേവലം അഴിമതിയുടെയും വാണിജ്യ സ്വഭാവത്തിന്റെയും ഭാഗം മാത്റമായി കണക്കാക്കിയതിന്റെ ഫലമായി ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം ബി.ജെ.പിക്ക് കൈമാറുകയും ചെയ്തു. "രാമ രാജ്യം" ലക്ഷ്യമായി കാണുന്ന ബിജെപി യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനാധിപത്യം അല്ല അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നത്, രാജവാഴ്ചയാണ്. തന്മൂലം ജനാധിപത്യപരമായി കാണുന്ന എല്ലാത്തിനെയും അവർ തള്ളിക്കളയുകയാണ്. ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനാധിപത്യം അംഗീകരിക്കാത്ത ബിജെപി "ബ്രാഹ്മണാധിപത്യം" അടിസ്ഥാനമായ "രാമരാജ്യം" ആണ് ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കുന്നത്. ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ നാല് നെടും തൂണുകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് നിഷ്പക്ഷമായ നീതിന്യായ വ്യവസ്ഥ. എന്നാൽ ബിജെപി യാകട്ടെ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത് "മനുസ്മൃതിയിൽ" നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന "ബ്രാഹ്മണ സഭ"കൾ ആയിരിക്കണം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടത് എന്നാണ്. ജനാധിപത്യ വിരുദ്ധ നടപടികളിലൂടെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ നീതിന്യായ വ്യവസ്ഥയേയും നശിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് ഹിന്ദുത്വവാദികളുടെ നീക്കം. സാമൂഹ്യ വിരുദ്ധത അടിസ്ഥാന സ്വഭാവമായ ബിജെപിയും ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയെ രക്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവില്ലായ്മ തെളിയിച്ചു, കാരണം കോൺഗ്രസിനും ബിജെപിക്കും ഫ്യൂഡൽ, ചൂഷണാധിഷ്ഠിത മുതലാളിത്ത ഭരണരീതി മാത്രമേ അടിസ്ഥാനപരമായുള്ളു. ചാതുർവർണ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഗാന്ധിജിയും അംഗീകരിച്ചിരുന്നത് രാമരാജ്യമാണ്. അത് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ മുതലാളിത്ത, ജാതി അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള വരേണ്യ വിഭാഗത്തെ മാത്റമെ സുരക്ഷിതമാക്കാൻ പര്യാപ്തമാക്കുകയുള്ളു.

. .കാറൽ മാർക്സ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പ്രസിദ്ധമായ "മിച്ചമൂല്യ സിദ്ധാന്തത്തിലൂടെ" ലോക തൊഴിലാളിവർഗത്തെ ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ അദ്ധ്വാന ശക്തിയുടെ ചൂഷണം ഇല്ലാതാക്കുക എന്നതുതന്നെയാണ് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റു സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ നാം ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. ഒരു തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ എട്ടു മണിക്കൂർ പ്രവർത്തി സമയത്തിൽ ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ സമയത്തെ " അദ്ധ്വാന മൂല്യം" തൊഴിലുടമക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് കണക്കാക്കിയാൽ പോലും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഒരു ദിവസം ചുരുങ്ങിയത് അമ്പത് കോടി മണിക്കൂർ അധ്വാന ശക്തിയുടെ മൂല്യം ഇന്ത്യൻ മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന് ലഭിക്കും. ഇതാണ് യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ മുതലാളിത്ത ചൂഷണവും മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന്റ അടിത്തറ ആയി നിലനിൽക്കുന്നതും. ചൂഷണത്തിന്റെ ഈ അടിത്തറ തകർക്കുകയും ആയത് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ അടിത്തറ ആവുകയും ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ മാത്റമേ തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ, ഇന്ത്യൻ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ ജീവിത ദുരിതങ്ങൾക്ക് പരിഹാരം ആവുകയുള്ളൂ.

. .ഇന്ത്യയിൽ "സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കുക" എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യം ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം 1950 കൾ മുതൽ അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. ഇന്ത്യൻ "മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കണം" എന്ന കാഴ്ചപ്പാടാണ് 1950 കളിലെ അവിഭക്ത കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയും പിന്നീട് സിപിഐ; സിപിഐ(എം) എന്ന രണ്ടു പാർട്ടികളായെങ്കിലും രണ്ട് പാർട്ടികളും ഇപ്പോഴും തുടരുന്ന സാമ്പത്തിക നയം. ബംഗാളിലെ "നന്ദീഗ്രാം" അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായിരുന്നു. ബംഗാളിൽ ഒരു സീറ്റ് പോലും ഇല്ലാതായിട്ടും ആ നിലപാട് മാറ്റാൻ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടികൾ തയ്യാറായിട്ടില്ല. പഴയ സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയൻ പോലും ഇല്ലാതായിട്ടും അവിടെ നടന്നതെല്ലാം ആവർത്തിക്കണം എന്ന നിലപാടിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം അംഗീകരിക്കാത്തത് കാര്യങ്ങൾ മനസിലാക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവ്കേട് മാത്റമാണ്. ചൈന അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് പോലെ സ്വകാര്യമേഖല കൂടി ചരക്ക് ഉത്പാദനത്തിൽ പങ്കാളിത്തം ഉള്ള രീതിയിലുള്ള സോഷ്യലിസം മാത്റമേ പ്രായോഗികമാവുകയുള്ളു. വ്യവസായങ്ങൾ നഷ്ടത്തിലാകുന്നത് പലപ്പോഴും സാങ്കേതിക മേഖലയിലും ജനങ്ങളുടെ അഭിരുചികളിലും ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന മാറ്റം നിമിത്തമാണ്. സ്വകാര്യമേഖല കൂടി ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു വലിയ ഭാഗം അവർ വഹിച്ചുകൊള്ളും എന്നതും ഒരു വസ്തുതയാണ്. ദീർഘകാലം കൊണ്ട് മാത്റമേ ഒരു രാജ്യം സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് മാതൃകയിൽ അഭിവൃദ്ധി നേടാനാവുകയുള്ളു. ആയതിനാൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടന വിഭാവനം ചെയ്യുന്ന സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് രാജ്യം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടികൾ അംഗീകരിക്കണം എന്നതിനായി ഞാൻ 2002 മുതൽ ശ്രമിച്ചുവരികയാണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ 23 മത്തെ പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസിലും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ എന്ന ഒരു തീരുമാനം ഉണ്ടായില്ല. സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന് അല്ലാതെ മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന് ഒരു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയുടെ ആവശ്യമില്ല. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ സ്വാഭാവികമായും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പാർട്ടി ഇല്ലാതാകും. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസും ബിജെപിയും അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന അതെ സാമ്പത്തിക നയങ്ങൾക്കാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടികൾ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളെ നേരിടുന്നത്. തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പ്രചരണങ്ങളിൽ "വികസനം" എന്ന വിഷയം മാത്റം ജനങ്ങളോട് വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ കാരണം അതാണ്. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് രാജ്യം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന തത്വങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം അപ്രസക്തമാകും എന്നതാണ് പ്രശ്‌നമാകുന്നത്. ഒരു നേതാവ് ഈയിടെ പറഞ്ഞത് "സ്ഥിരം ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല" എന്നാണ്. അതിന്റെ അർഥം വർഗ സമരം അംഗീകരിക്കു ന്നില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമാണ്. കോൺഗ്രസിനെയും ബിജെപിയെയും വർഗ ശത്രുക്കൾ ആയി കാണുന്നില്ല. എന്നാൽ അവരാകട്ടെ ഒരുകാരണ വശാലും സോഷ്യലിസം പാടില്ല എന്നതിൽ ഒരുവിട്ടുവീഴ്ചക്കും തയാറല്ല. തൊഴിലാളി ഒരു വർഗം ആയി സംഘടിക്കരുത് എന്നാണ് ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ നിലപാട്. അതിൽ കോൺഗ്രസും ബിജെപിയും ഒന്നാണ്. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ചെങ്കൊടിയെ പാടില്ല എന്നാണ് അവരുടെ ആകെ നിലപാട്.

In democracy, the vast majority of common people prefer corruption-free and clean politics. If all the contestants are corrupt, people will win someone and they have no other choice. When the Indian National Congress ruled India, a general opinion was formed that Com. Jyoti Basu should be the Prime Minister. But then, CPI(M) did not have the required majority in the Parliament at that time and corruption-free ruling was impossible if India was ruled with the support of the corrupt Indian National Congress, then the CPI(M) did not accept Jyoti Basu as Prime Minister. AAP got chance to rule in Delhi because of its stand against corruption. It was only Anti Corrupt personality of PK Vasudevan Nair and Pannyan Ravindran won in Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha seat in the past.

In the general elections to be held in 2024, if Com. Pinarayi Vijayan as the Prime Minister admitting the democracy and socialism envisioned by the Indian Constitution and presents a "leftist alternative in India" to the people, there is a possibility of "corruption-free India" among the people and the people's support for the left-wing government.

But the CPI(M) must be ready to accept the Indian Constitution in its full spirit with Its Socialist concepts will remain the biggest challenge.

Due to the drawbacks in USSR, "IMPERIALISM" decided to maximise their exploitation policy through out the WORLD and its after effects were formed as "GLOBALISATION" and its actual meaning is cheating and exploitation on working class and poor peoples. All BOURGEOISE POLITICAL PARTIES considered it as "GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY" and they are implementing GLOBALISATION using face mask as "democracy". After "GLOBALISATION" the directions of IMPERIALISM is that "GOVERNMENTS" should withdraw from each and every responsibilities which were admitted as the liabilities of GOVERNMENTS due to the concept of SOCIALISM. Now BJP Government is considering that "TERMINATING" employment facilities is only their duty and business; to satisfy IMPERIALISM. So BJP stoping each and every permanent employment facilities throughout India; and as the routine of common peoples going on only depending "PERMANENT" income holders; the industrial sector as well as normal life of youth will be in struck, and the country as a whole will be in danger. As "HINDUTHWA" deadly against reservation to SC/ST; when terminating entire "PERMANENT" employment opportunities that will completely eliminate the progress of those backward sectors also. The future of INDIA will be only in utter "DARKNESS".

So the fate of Indian FARMERS or the price hikes of PETROLEUM items will not change until LEFT ideology reaching in power in India in 2024.

Now Indian CITIZENS are suffering too hardships and poverty and became the lowest stage in world level. 75% of the wealth of the country enjoying by only 10% elite wing and so 90% peoples are suffering acute poverty. So CPI(M) and LEFT DEMOCRATIC FOLRCES OF INDIA asking the peoples verdict to become INDIA to be a SOCIALIST COUNTRY only as per the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, as according to the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, India is a SOVEREIGN, SOCIALIST, SECULAR, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC.

Now CPIM only asking a chance to implement it before the PEOPLES OF INDIA. In 1952, there were 32 COMMUNIST PARLIAMENT MEMBERS IN INDIAN PARLIAMENT under the leadership of Com AKG, while then "BJP" had only two members in Parliament. If COMMUNIST PARTY placing candidates in all parliamentary constituencies, certainly peoples will vote them with utmost confidence. Communist leaders should come forward such decisions, otherwise BJP regime will exist for ever. Please see peoples had lost the confidence in INC and all other petty bourgeois political parties like "BSP Etc.," political nuisances of India because they are considering "politics" only as commercial dealings through corruption and cheating the ordinary common peoples. They have to be buried in Indian soil as political waste of India.

.If FARMERS getting adequate price for their products to maintain their life; that will be a help to promote industrial sector also, as they will purchase lot of items for their routine life. And also that will help the "AGRICULTURAL FARM LABORERS" as if they are getting at least Rs.500 per day, they can also maintain their life; which will also help all other sectors; because purchasing capacity of everybody will lead development of industrial field also.

.It is quite justice to do actual working class to live in amenity like all other citizens as they are doing their maximum for the wel being of the country, please see at present most of them sleeping in road side and dying through hitting vehicles, meanwhile those black marketers and cheaters of the society enjoying every thing, actually denying those deserves. We do justice to them also, and that is the message of socialism. Nobody can believe that either BJP or Indian National Congress will protect them by giving them amenities to live just like an ordinary citizens in India. Only RED FLAG can protect them and make their living conditions to a better level.

ONLY SOCIALISM WILL PROTECT INDIA. THE PERIOD OF INC & BJP IS OVER, AS IT IS PROVED BEYOND DOUBT THAT THEY CAN'T PROTECT INDIA. YOUR ONLY ONE "VOTE" WILL PROTECT INDIA. .IMPORTANCE OF PUBLIC SECTOR.

According to the concept of SOCIALIST ECONOMY, "PUBLIC SECTOR" will be considered as part of "exploitation free" means of production, as the "PROFIT" of the firm will be used for the welfare of the country, and that will certainly make better the living conditions of employees. That is the quality behind China; which enables China become developed in all sectors, including OLYMPICS.

.Public Sector undertakings were considered as the "TEMPLES" of India during 1960s, but Narendra Modi destroying all "TEMPLES" of India even neglecting all democratic manners such as even a word as discussion in the Parliament. His ignorance about "DEMOCRACY" causing the destruction of India. Peoples should react against the ill motivated intention of BJP in each and every ELECTIONS of India when conducting in Assemblies and Parliamentary constituencies. While considering PSUs are the wealth of nation, it was not only profit; but also quality of products, preventing black money; ensuring sufficient quantity of products, but also ensuring employment opportunities with sufficient wages for employees including reservations for backward also; because for the development of industries; it is essential proper wages to employees is a must. Now BJP is considering denying employment opportunities both forward and backward as a policy matter of "HINDUTHWA". BJP considering only the huge profit of CORPORATES ignoring all qualities of PSUs only for mere scam.

As the basic policy of bourgeois political parties such as INC, BJP, etc is exploitation of working class and society in total, they are deadly against PSUS. Only in socialism, the wealth of the country will be benefitted to all its CITIZENS. Everybody know the fact India is having plenty of natural resources in first class in world level itself such as iron, bauxite etc.

When using natural resources of India in a socialist means of production, INDIA can become more developed than China, because their resources are far below than INDIA.

Now everything only enjoying a few wicked of the country, denying its benefits to the entire citizens of the country.

So the fight for protecting PSUS will be for exploitation free society, SOCIALISM itself.

. .Article 14 of Indian Constitution, insisting the "equalities" of everybody. Before, 1947 we cannot imagine these facilities. At present as per Indian Constitution, we have this benefit also. Now it became our duty to implement this article. And Art. 51A(h) insisting SCIENTIFIC TEMPER also, which also requires our strict involvement to implement. And Art. 19, freedom of speech and expression of opinion. If we neglecting these items, anti social and anti socialist political parties like INC, BJP etc. will misuse our CONSTITUTION, and neglect the contributions of Dr. AMBEDKAR also as the contents of our Constitution were the merit of Dr. B R AMBEDKAR. We have to do justice to Dr. B R Ambedkar also, who spent his life for the actual working class of India.

. .Surplus value theory of Karl Marx only stressing the man power exploitation of working class. In a SOCIALIST SOCIETY, the "GOVERNMENT" will be responsible for the welfare of "WORKING CLASS" and all others considering their contribution in the well being of the society. But in "CAPITALISM" bourgeois politicians will never take up such responsibilities and they will only enjoy wealth of the country along with bourgeois neglecting the actual facts that behind the wealth of the country, working class and others (farmers etc.) rendering their manpower.
