...............Actual ruling in INDIA is only by CENTRAL GOVERNMENT and a STATE in India is only a dependent of Central Government. All important decisions can be taken by Parliament and Central Government. Major income including INCOME TAX, EXCISE TAX ETC. WILL BE WITH CENTRAL GOVERNMENT. In future the PROGRAM of CPI (M) must be based on the ruling of INDIA, not a STATE.
.............Socialism is possible in India only in ALL INDIA BASIS; because it is possible in a SOVEREIGN country; because to establish socialism; some fundamental changes in the economical structure is inevitable.  At the present circumstances; as per the Constitution of India; important decisions regarding the implementation of economical structure; decision of the PARLIAMENT is necessary.  (Even Com. EMS hadn't noted it.
.............We know the powers vested in "STATE" GOVERNMENTS ARE VERY LITTLE.  As per the Constitution of India; major revenues is vested in Central Government.  As the powers described as vested in Central Government; State Government and both Central Government and State Government.  Major Portfolios such as Foreign Affairs; Defence; Internal Security; Major Industries; Mines; Ports etc. will be handled by Central Government and those powers vested in State Governments are Health; Agriculture; Education; Local Administration; Law & Order; etc.  Major revenues such as Income tax; Excise; Customs; revenues from major industries; etc. will go to Central Government. Actually almost all powers are vested with Parliament; because regarding the formation of States; decisions can be taken only in Parliament. Unfortunately the CPI(M) Party PROGRAMME is not going to such matters.
...........During 2008, a WB leader said that we have no choice other than CAPITALISM; but nothing mentioned the limitations of State ruling.  Please see that old Russia and China; etc. are sovereign countries.  In a Book; (Arts & Science of Working Class Politics; Page 53) Com.EMS said that whenever we get ruling in States; those will be only for a short period; hence socialism is impossible.  He had not considered the limitations of the State powers.   A State Government cannot control price hikes; when the prices of petrol and diesel increased by oil companies; because if diesel price is raises; that will affect the transportation of goods; and that will affect in prices of all commodities. And also transporting charge of Railway increases; that will affect the prices of all items.
..........And also bourgeois and bourgeois politicians are seeing everything as a business mentality and how to make money; more and more; everything will affect the common peoples; and we are acting the role of "referee" only.  So we demands Oil sector should be only in public sector.  During 1985; India could discover about 75% of Crude Oil deposit in our country itself; but bourgeois politicians entrusted the sector to Ambani; etc.  accepting huge amount as scam. 

..........So party must change the PROGRAMME as a SOCIALIST INDIA; THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY.   Then only we have a target to be placed before the WORKING CLASS OF INDIA; and then only our movement on actual #MARXISM.  Then only the CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY; SURPLUS VALUE THEORY WITH MARXIAN ECONOMY ON ITS REAL SPIRIT; then only MATERIALISM WILL BE A WEAPON FOR WORKING CLASS. THEN IN INDIA MARXISM WILL BE A WEAPON TO REACH THE TARGET; A SOCIALIST INDIA. (Marxism is not "DARSHAN"; it is the weapon capable to change the world; if socialism with it).   At present we can place the demand a "SOCIALIST INDIA" before the Indians; without any kind of fear; and we can teach the mass through public speech; and we cannot imagine before 1950s in India or anywhere in the world.

According to Communist followers; "Communism" is a stage of Society in which everybody will live in full co-operation with each other without any kind of selfishness. Everybody must avail as much as possible according to their necessity; but they will not take into safe custody anything as their own for their future because at the time of "PASSING AWAY" nobody can carry anything. Those who are having clear mental capacity can be a Communist. They will not admit anything which are against social life and anything which will hurt to anybody. They realise that a real Communist society is above imagination at the present circumstances anywhere in the modern life with regard to humanity; perhaps the same may be existing any where in forests in world level.

Actually, "SOCIALISM" is the law of nature. Nature intended everything in the nature like SUN LIGHT, AIR, WATER, EARTH etc. to all living things in the "NATURE". Like all living things in "NATURE", human beings also liable to follow each and every "law of nature" like birth, youth, reproduction, old age, and death. Anybody even though they accumulating wealth as possible as they can, they could not enjoy any of them beyond the law of nature. But it is a fact that a very few of the society earning wealth using all anti social and illegal ways by cheating the society in any way but they cannot enjoy any of them beyond the limitations of the "nature" by extending their structure of life. Due to the actions of a few, a very high percent of the society suffering acute poverty and hardshgips. In order to avoid this situation, if humanity in humans consciously wakes up and acts, it can create a situation where all the people of the earth live happily. This is the core idea put forward by "Marxism".

............Except humanity; COMMUNISM is now prevailing on the earth about 80%; those where at sea in a width of about 73% and other forests; mountains where covered by ice, etc. where living crores of living things. They all living in full happy and they are enjoying what they actually wants; but none of them will claim that anything they enjoying as their own. There are no Government; Police or Court - nothing to control or prevent them to do anything; but they are living according to their wishes in their own living circumstances. Please see that human beings are only one among the crores of living things in nature. The entire things of the world; that is living or not; if created by one mighty force (GOD); he might have intended to everybody; and any body; doing by making their own; would be treated against the intention of God. So Communism can be the decision of nature/God.

.........It is a fact that humanity is some thing particular in nature because it have some peculiarities such as considerably different type brain; ability to speak; to be able to catch anything with the help of head (thumb) finger; etc. So communists are thinking only socialism (social-ism) where everybody can live with a social approach with wholehearted co-operation with each other availing something as their own. For that the existing capitalism must be changed as a socialist society. In a Socialist Society the difference between rich and poor must be reduced. Capitalism is based on exploitation by a very small number of the society through illegally availing major portion of property of the country. For this; historical reasons for bourgeois to claim as their own; but Marxism is not admitting so. At present; in India; even though crores of Acres of land is kept as idle; crores of poor peoples suffering for want of land even one cent for their natural necessities.

........At present; in India; Communists are working to change the Indian Capitalism to a socialist society. In a socialist society the national assets such as natural resources (land; all kinds of mines etc.) must be utilized for the welfare of all citizens of the country. All kinds of wealth of the country should be planned to reach its benefits to every citizens of the country. In capitalism no such intention can be seen. For example; in India; all kinds of mines is exploiting a few bourgeois and bourgeois political parties are rendering all helps to them by accepting bribes.

"കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് മാനിഫെസ്റ്റോയിൽ തന്നെ മാർക്സ് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നതാണ് ബൂർഷ്വാസി എല്ലാത്തിനും മുകളിൽ പണത്തെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചു. "ലാഭം" - പരമാവധി ലാഭം മാത്റം. അത് എല്ലാ മാനുഷിക മൂല്യങ്ങളെയും ചവിട്ടിയരച്ചു. എവിടെയും "സ്വാർത്ഥത" മാത്റം. അവർ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു: "പണത്തിന് മേൽ പരുന്തും പറക്കില്ല". സ്വാർത്ഥ മോഹികളുടെ മാത്റം ആധിപത്യം. അതാണ് മുതലാളിത്തം. അതിന് പകരം മനുഷ്യന്റെയും മനുഷ്യത്വത്തിന്റേയും ഭരണ ക്രമം ഉണ്ടാകണം. അതാണ് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ"

ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ അതിന് ജനങ്ങളുടെ തീരുമാനം--അവരുടെ വോട്ട് മാത്രമാണ്. ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ പ്രത്യേകത ജനങ്ങളെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ എല്ലാ സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട് എന്നതാണ്. അത് രാജ വാഴ്ചയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.

"സ്വാർഥ" ചിന്ത ഇല്ലാതെ എല്ലാവരും പരസ്പര സഹകരണത്തോടെ; സന്തോഷത്തോടെ കഴിയുന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് "കമ്യൂണിസം" എന്ന വാക്കുകൊണ്ട് കമ്യൂണിസ്റ്റുകാർ അർഥമാക്കുന്നത്. മനസ്സിൽ നൻമയുള്ളവർക്ക്‌ മാത്റമേ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് ആവാനാവുകയുള്ളു. സ്വകാര്യ സ്വത്ത് സമ്പ്രദായവും അടിമത്വവും നിലവിൽ വരുന്നതിന് മുന്പ് നമ്മുടെ പൂർവികർ കൂട്ടായി വേട്ടയാടുകയും കൂട്ടായി കൃഷി ചെയ്യുകയും അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ അനുഭവിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ആ കാലത്തെ "പ്രാകൃത കമ്മ്യൂണിസം" എന്നാണ് മാർക്സിസം നിർവചിക്കുന്നത്.

.................കമ്മ്യൂണിസം എന്നത് ഇന്ന് ഭൂലോകത്തിന്റെ 80% ഭാഗത്തും നിലനില്ക്കുന്നു. അതായത് 73% കടലാണ്. അവിടെ കോടി കണക്കിന് ജീവ ജാലങ്ങളുണ്ട്. ബാക്കി ഭാഗം വനങ്ങളും മരുഭൂമി കളും തണുത്തുറഞ്ഞ പർവതങ്ങളും മറ്റുമാണ്. എന്നാൽ അവിടെയൊന്നും സർക്കാരോ പോലീസോ ഏതെങ്കിലും വിധത്തിലുള്ള നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളൊ ഇല്ല. അവിടെ ജീവിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവർക്കും അവശ്യമുള്ളത് എല്ലാം അവിടെ ഉണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ എല്ലാവരും അവരവർക്ക് ആവശ്യമുള്ളത് മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. ആരും നാളത്തെക്കായി യാതൊന്നും സ്വന്തമാക്കി വയ്ക്കാറില്ല. മറ്റുള്ളിടതും മനുഷ്യർ ഒഴികെ എല്ലാവർക്കും കമ്മ്യൂണിസം തന്നെയാണ്. "പരിഷ്ക്രുതനായ" മനുഷ്യൻ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക്‌ കൂടി അവകാശപെട്ടത്‌ തനിക്കു മാത്രമാക്കണം എന്ന ഉദ്ദേശത്തിൽ നില്ക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് ജീവിതം യാതന നിറഞ്ഞതാകുന്നു.

സോഷ്യലിസത്തിൽ ഭരണകൂടം ആവശ്യമാണ്‌. ഭരണകൂടം ഇല്ലാത്ത സ്ഥിതി ആയിരിക്കണം കമ്മ്യൂണിസത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടത്. അത് പ്രായോഗികം ആവുക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്. സോഷ്യലിസം പോലും സ്ഥാപിച്ചെടുക്കുക അത്ര എളുപ്പമല്ല.

................ടാറ്റയുടെ കൈവശം ഒരു ലക്ഷം ഹെക്ടർ ഭൂമി ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ ആദിവാസികൾക്ക് വീട് വയ്ക്കാനായി ഭൂമി ലഭിക്കാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകയാണ്. കോടി കണക്കിന് ഏക്കർ ഭൂമി സ്വകാര്യ വ്യക്തികൾ ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ കൈ വശം വയ്ക്കുമ്പോൾ വീട് വയ്ക്കാനും മരിച്ചവരെ മറവ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും സ്ഥലം ഇല്ലാതെ റോഡു വക്കിൽ കിടന്നു വണ്ടി കയറി ചിലർ മരിക്കുന്നു.

................ഒരു രാജ്യത്തെ സമ്പത്ത് ആ രാജ്യത്തെ എല്ലാ പൌരന്മാർക്കും അവകാശപെട്ടതാണ് എന്ന തത്വം അന്ഗീകരിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യത്തെ ഒട്ടു വളരെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിയും. മുകേഷ് അംബാനി കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം ഭാര്യക്ക് പിറന്നാൾ സമ്മാനമായി കൊടുത്തത് 273 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഒരു വിമാനം ആണ്. എന്നാൽ പണിയെടുക്കുകയും എല്ലാ കഷ്ടപ്പാടുകളും സഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് ജീവിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യമായ സാഹചര്യം ഒരുക്കുക എന്നതാണ് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ ലക്‌ഷ്യം. അതിനാണ് തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അന്ഗീകരിക്കണം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്.

................മുതലാളിത്തത്തിൽ തൊഴിലാളിക്ക് സ്വന്തം അദ്ധ്വാന ശക്തിയുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ഭാഗം മാത്രമാണ് ലഭിക്കുന്നത്. ബാക്കി ബൂർഷ്വാസി തട്ടിയെടുക്കും. അതിനാണ് മുതലാളിത്ത ചൂഷണം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്. അവിടെ തൊഴിലാളിക്ക് അദ്ധ്വാന ഫലത്തിന് അവകാശമില്ല. അത് ബൂർഷ്വാസിക്ക് ഉള്ളതാണ്. സോഷ്യലിസത്തിൽ മാത്രമേ അത് തൊഴിലാളിക്ക് ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. .

................സ്വാർഥതയുടെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയർന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് മുതലാളിത്തം. സമൂഹത്തിനാകെ അവകാശപ്പെട്ട സമ്പത്തു് വളരെ കുറച്ചു വ്യക്തികൾ സ്വന്തമാക്കുകയാണ് മുതലാളിത്തത്തിൽ സംഭവിക്കുക. എന്നാൽ സാമൂഹ്യ ബോധത്തിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയർന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് സോഷ്യലിസം. സമൂഹത്തിലെ എല്ലാവരുടെയും സഹകരണത്തോടെ മാത്രമേ ഏല്ലാവർക്കും ജീവിക്കാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ എന്ന വസ്തുതയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ബോധ പൂർവമായ സഹകരണമാണ് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടത്. ഇത് അല്പം വിശദീകരിക്കാം. നിങ്ങളുടെ വീട് നിർമിക്കുന്ന കാര്യം എടുക്കുക. അവിടെ ഒരോ ഘട്ടത്തിലും ഏതെല്ലാം മേഘലകൾ സംയോചിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് സൂക്ഷ്മമായി കണക്കിലെടുക്കുക. മഹാനായ കാറൽ മാർക്സ് പറയുന്നത് ചരക്കു രൂപം കൊള്ളുന്നത്‌ "പ്രത്യക്ഷമായും പരോക്ഷമായും ഉള്ള അധ്വാന ശക്തികളുടെ കൂടിചേരലിലൂടെയാണ് " എന്നാണ്. ഇതിന്റെ അർത്ഥ വ്യാപ്തി വളരെ വലുതാണ്‌. ഒരു മേസ്തിരിക്ക് പണി ചെയ്യണമെങ്കിൽ ഏതെല്ലാം കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.? അയാൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ഒരോ വസ്തുവും ഒരോ മേഘലയുടെ ഉത്പന്നങ്ങൾ ആണ്. ഓരോ ഉത്പന്നവും അടുത്ത ഘട്ടത്തിൽ അസംസ്കൃത വസ്തുവായി മാറും. കൂടാതെ മേസ്തിരിക്ക് ജീവിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യമായ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ പുറമേ ഉണ്ടാകണം.

...............എല്ലാ ഘട്ടത്തിലും പണി എടുക്കുന്നത് തൊഴിലാളികളാണ്; തൊഴിലാളി വർഗമാണ്. എന്നാൽ "പണി എടുക്കുന്നവൻ നേടുന്നില്ല; നേടുന്നവൻ പണി എടുക്കുന്നുമില്ല" എന്നത് മുതലാളിതത്തിലെ പൊതു നിയമം ആണ്. സോഷ്യലിസത്തെ കുറിച്ച് നമുക്ക് ആലോചിക്കാം. എന്നാൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസം എന്നത് മത വിശ്വാസികൾ സ്വർഗത്തെ കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിക്കുന്നത് പോലെ മാത്രം ആണ്. എന്നാൽ അതാകണം നമ്മുടെ സ്വപ്നം.

                        55. സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അന്ഗീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്ത്രവും അടവുകളും ബൂർഷ്വാസിക്കെതിരെ ആകുന്നു.  അപ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ സമരങ്ങൾ വർഗ സമരത്തിന്റെ പാതയിൽ  എത്തിചേരുകയുള്ളൂ.  ഇവിടെ പരിശോധിക്കുന്നത് ഇന്ഡിയ യിലെ പ്രസ്ഥാനം മുരടിച്ചു പോയതിന്റെ തത്വ്തിക പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ആണ്. ഒരാശയം കൊണ്ട് ഒരാളെ സ്വാധീനിക്കാം. എന്നാൽ അയാളുടെ തൂക്കം സ്വര്ണം കൊടുത്താലും അയാളുടെ മനസു നിങ്ങൾക്ക് വാങ്ങാനാവില്ല. മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോസാൽഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന നിലപാട് പതിനയ്യായിരം രൂപയിൽ വ്യവസായം തുടങ്ങിയ അമ്പാനിയെ എത്രമാത്രം സഹായിച്ചു എന്ന് ആലോചിക്കുക. പ്രസ്ഥാനം "ബൊൻസായ് " ആയി നിൽക്കുന്നതിന്റെ കാരണവും അതാണ്‌.. നിലവിലെ പരിപാടിയെ പൊടി തുടച് എടുതാലൊന്നും കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ മാറ്റം സംഭവിക്കുയില്ല. ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം എന്നത് ജനങ്ങളുടെ ജനാധിപത്യം ആയി മാറണം. ചിലർ അതിനെ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ സർവാധിപത്യമായും മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നുണ്ട് . അതിനു അത്രയധികം അർഥം കൊടുകേണ്ടതുമില്ല. അതിൽ ഒരു തന്ത്രം ഒളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇപ്പോൾ അടവുകളും തന്ത്രങ്ങളും ബൂര്ഷ്വാസിക്കെതിരെ അല്ല. അവരെ പ്രോത്സാൽഹിപ്പിക്കുംപോൾ തന്ത്രം അവര്ക്കെതിരെ ആവുകയില്ല.  ...........

......................മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാൽഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന് പച്ചയായി പറഞ്ഞാൽ അത് പാസാക്കുക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ് എന്നറിയാം. അത് കൊണ്ട് കണ്ടെത്തിയ കുറുക്കു വഴിയാണ് "സാമ്പത്തിക വികാസത്തിന്റെ നിലവാരം" എന്നും പ്രത്യശാസ്ത്ര നിലവാരം എന്നുമുള്ളത്.  കേവലം "കാഴ്ചപ്പാട്" എന്ന രൂപത്തിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതിനാണ്  ഏറ്റവും അധികം പ്റാധാന്യം  കൊടുക്കുന്നത്. എന്താണ് മാർക്സിസം എന്നറിയാതെ  എടുത്ത തീരുമാനം  "പരിപാടി"  പൂർണമായും  അപ്റസക്തമാക്കി. തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ പാർട്ടിയാണ്  എന്നുതൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തെ ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ പോലും "കാഴ്ചപ്പാട്" സാധ്യമല്ലാതാക്കി. ടാറ്റയ്ക്കും ബിർളയ്ക്കും വേണ്ടി നിലകൊള്ളുന്ന പാർട്ടിയാണ്  എന്ന പ്റചരണം നടത്താൻ എതിരാളികൾക്ക്  അവസരം ഉണ്ടാക്കി.  പ.ബംഗാളിൽ നിലനിൽപ്പ് പോലും  പ്റശ്നമായി മാറി.  തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തിന് സമരങ്ങൾ പ്രാണവായു പോലെ അത്യാവശ്യമാണ്.  എന്നാൽ അവ മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന് എതിരെയാകണം. സമരങ്ങളിൽ കൂടി തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തിൽ വര്ഗബോധം ഉണ്ടാകണം. വർഗ ബോധം വർഗ സമരമായും വർഗ സമരം വർഗ വിപ്ളവമായും വർഗ വിപ്ളവം സോഷ്യലിസത്തിലേക്കും  എത്തിച്ചേരണം. (ലെനിൻ എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം എന്നാ കൃതി) ഇത്തരം സമരങ്ങളെ തുറന്നു കാട്ടൽ സമരങ്ങൾ എന്നാണു ലെനിൻ ചൂണ്ടി കാണിക്കുന്നത്) ഇവിടെ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാൽഹിപ്പിക്കണം എന്നാണു തീരുമാനിച്ചത്. അപ്പോൾ സമരങ്ങൾ കേവലം "പ്രതിപക്ഷ" സമരങ്ങൾ  മാത്രം ആയി മാറി. 
                   
                     സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റു ഭാരതം എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിച്ചാലും  പഴയ സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയനിലെ  അവസ്ഥ ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കാനാവില്ല.  ഏതു ജീവ ജാലതിനും നില നിൽക്കാനും വളരാനുമുള്ള പ്രകൃതി നിയമ മനുസരിച്ചുള്ള സ്വാർധത ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ നാം അംഗീകരിച്ചു കൊടുക്കണം. കോഴിക്കുഞ്ഞിനെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്ന തള്ളകോഴിയുടെ സ്വാർഥതയും   സൂര്യപ്രകാശത്തിനു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള സസ്യങ്ങളുടെ സ്വാർധതയും പോലെ മനുഷ്യനിലുള്ള നില നിൽക്കാനും വളരാനുമുള്ള പ്രകൃതിനിയമ മനുസരിച്ചുള്ള പ്റവണത സോഷ്യലിസതിലും അനു വദിചു കൊടുക്കുകയും പ്രോത്സാൽഹിപ്പിക്കുകയും വേണം. അത് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ വളർച്ചക്ക് അനുയോജ്യമാക്കി മാറ്റണം. സ്വന്തമായി  ഉപജീവന മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്താനും  അത് സമൂഹത്തിന്  ഉപകാരപ്പെടുന്ന  രീതിയിലാണെങ്കിൽ  അവയെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാനും  ഭരണകൂടം തയ്യാറാകണം.  അങ്ങനെയുള്ള കഴിവുള്ളവർ  പൊതുവെ  വിരളമാണെന്ന വസ്തുതകൂടി നാം കണക്കിലെടുക്കണം.  എന്നാൽ പ്രകൃതിയും ഒന്നിനെയും ഒരു പരിധിയിൽ കൂടുതൽ വളരാൻ അനുവദിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന വസ്തുതയും നാം കാണണം.  പ്രകൃതി നിയമ മനുസരിച്ചുള്ള സ്വാർഥത എന്ന കാഴ്ചപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കാതിരുന്നതിന്റെ പ്രതിഫലനവും  സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയന്റെ തകര്ച്ചയിലേക്ക് ഒരു പരിധിവരെ വഴി വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. സോഷ്യലിസത്തോട്  ഒരു വലിയ വിഭാഗം ജനങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള വിയോചിപ്പ്‌ മാറ്റിയെടുക്കുന്നതിനും ഈ നിലപാട്  സാഹായകമാകും.  ക്രൂഷ്ചേവ്  മുതൽ ഗോർബച്ചേവ് വരെയുള്ളവർ വഹിച്ച പങ്ക് കുറച്ചു കണ്ടുകൊണ്ടല്ല ഈ വിലയിരുത്തൽ. ഈ വഴിക്കുള്ള പരിശോധനക്ക് പകരം സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയൻ പിരിച്ചുവിടുകയും പാർടിയെ നിരോധിക്കുകയുമാണ് ഗോർബച്ചേവ് ചെയ്തത്.  

...................ഒരോ വ്യക്തിക്കും സ്വയം വളരാനുള്ള താൽപ്പര്യം സ്വാഭാവികമാണ്. അത് അംഗീകരിച്ചു പ്രോത്സാൽഹിപ്പികുമ്പോൾ അയാളുടെ വ്യക്തിപരമായ കഴിവുകൾ കണ്ടെത്താനും അത് രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന് മുതൽ കൂട്ടാക്കാനും കഴിയും. സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന് കീഴിൽ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ നാനാവിധമായ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് ഒരു പരിധി വരെ അത് സഹായമാവുകയും ചെയ്യും. എന്നാൽ മുതലാളിത്ത സമൂഹത്തിൽ  നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന  സ്വാർഥതയിൽ മാത്രം അധിഷ്ഠിതമായ; പണത്തോടുള്ള ഒടുങ്ങാത്ത ആർത്തിയിൽ മാത്റം  പ്റവർത്തിക്കുന്ന  ദുഷ്ട ശക്തികളെ ഒരു തരത്തിലും നിലനിൽക്കാൻ അനുവദിക്കാനും ആവില്ല.  
ഒരു രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ ആകെയുള്ള പുരോഗതിക്ക്  രാജ്യം ആകെ കണക്കിലെടുത്ത്  ഭൂമിയുടെയും മറ്റു പ്റകൃതി സമ്പത്തുകളുടേയും  വിനിയോഗം അവയുടെ പ്റയോചനം സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ്  പ്ളാനിങ്ങിൽ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെയും സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളുടെയും അഭിവൃത്തിയ്ക്കുതകുന്ന തരത്തിൽ  ജനങ്ങളുടെ പൂർണമായ സഹകരണത്തോടെ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ്  രാഷ്ട്രം കെട്ടിപ്പടുക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ മുന്നോട്ടു പോവുക തന്നെ വേണം.  മുതലാളിത്ത  വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ  ബൂർഷ്വാസിയും അവരുടെ ചൊൽപ്പടിക്കാരായ ബൂർഷ്വാ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരനും ഈ വസ്തുത അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ ഒരുക്കമല്ല.  തന്മൂലം ലോകത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും അധികം ധാതുനിക്ഷേപമുള്ള  (ഇരുമ്പ്  അയിര് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ അവയുടെ ഒന്നും പ്റയോചനം  ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ല.

                                               82.മുതലാളിത്ത (ബൂർഷ്വാ) ജനാധിപത്യവും ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യവും.                                                           മുതലാളിത്ത സാമ്പത്തിക വ്യവസ്ഥയിലെ പ്രായ പൂർത്തി വോട്ടവകാശമാണ് യഥാർധ ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം എന്ന ധാരണ 1950 കളിലെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലെ നേതാക്കൾക് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഒരു നേതാവിന്റെ പുസ്തകത്തിലെ ഒരു ഭാഗത്ത്‌ ചൈനയിലേത് ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ "സർവാധിപത്യം" എന്ന പ്രയോഗവും കാണുകയുണ്ടായി. "തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ സർവാതിപത്യം" എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് പണിയെടുക്കുന്ന മുഴുവൻ ജനങ്ങളുടെയും ആധിപത്യം എന്നാണ് അർഥം എന്ന് മാർക്സും ലെനിനും എല്ലാം വ്യക്തമാക്കുണ്ട്. സായുധ വിപ്ലവത്തിൽ കൂടി അധികാരം പിടിച്ചെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ബൂർഷ്വാസി വിപ്ലവ ഭരണകൂടത്തെ അട്ടിമറിക്കപെടാതെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് അതിന്റെ ലക്‌ഷ്യം. എന്നാൽ പാർലമെന്റരി ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ കൂടി തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപെട്ട ഭരണകൂടമാണ്‌ എങ്കിൽ അതിനെതിരെ സായുധ അട്ടിമറിക്ക് ബൂർഷ്വാസി തയ്യാറാവുകയില്ല. ചൈനയിലെത് ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷം ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആധിപത്യം എന്നാണ് "ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ ചൈന" എന്നതിന്റെ (PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CHINA) അർഥം. അത് സർവാധിപത്യം എന്ന് നമ്മൾ പറയുക എന്നതിന് അർഥം കാര്യങ്ങളുടെ കിടപ്പ് പിടികിട്ടിയില്ല എന്ന് തന്നെയാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് മുതലാളിത്ത സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ "സ്വതന്ത്രമായ" വളർച്ചയും അതിന് ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ വിപ്ലവം എന്ന പേരിടാനും കാരണം. 1950 കളിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാനും അതിന് ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ വിപ്ലവം എന്ന് പേരിടാനും തീരുമാനിച്ചവർ ആരൊക്കെ ആണെങ്കിലും അതിനുശേഷമുള്ള 66 വർഷങ്ങളിലെ മുരടിപ്പിന് കാരണം അവർ തന്നെയാണ്. ഒരു തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന് ചിന്തിക്കാൻ പോലും പാടില്ലാത്ത പാതയാണ് അവർ സ്വീകരിച്ചത്. വേണമെങ്കിൽ ഇതിനെ ഒരു പ്രതി വിപ്ലവ അട്ടിമറി എന്നു തന്നെ പറയാം. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വിവരക്കേട്.  അതിന്റെ ഫലമായി ലക്ഷ കണക്കിന് സഘാക്കളുടെ രക്തം വിയർപ്പാക്കി മാറ്റിയുള്ള കഠിനാധ്വാനങ്ങൾക്കും രക്ത സാക്ഷിത്തങ്ങൾക്കും കേവലം ജലരേഖ യുടെ വില മാത്രമായി മാറി. അത് പുനപരിശോധിക്കണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞയാൾക്ക് കൊടുക്കാവുന്ന പരമാവധി ശിക്ഷയും തന്നു. പാർടി കൊണ്ഗ്രസ്സിൽ പോലും അച്ചടിച്ച്‌ തരുന്ന കരടിനെ കുറിച്ച് മാത്രമേ അഭിപ്രായം പറയാൻ അവകാശമുള്ളൂ എന്ന കാര്യം പോലും ആരും ഓർത്തില്ല.ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം എന്നാൽ യഥാർഥ ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആധിപത്യം എന്നാക്കി മാറണം; മാറ്റണം. അത്  മുതലാളിത്തത്തോടൊപ്പം  പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്  അത്  അസ്സാദ്ധ്യമാണ്.  സോഷ്യലിസ്ററ്  സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ  എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യ ത്തോടൊപ്പം  മാത്രമേ അതിനെ കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിക്കാനാവുകയുള്ളു. നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൽ സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങൾക്കിടയിൽ ഉള്ള ധാരണയാണ് രാഷ്ട്രീയം എന്നാൽ ജനങ്ങളെ വഞ്ചിക്കലാണ്; പറ്റിക്കലാണ്; ജനാധിപത്യം എന്നാൽ ഇങ്ങനെയൊക്കെയാണ് എന്നുള്ള ധാരണകൾ. അവർ വായിക്കുന്ന പത്രങ്ങളാണ് അവരെ ഈ ധാരണയിൽ എത്തിക്കുന്നത്. യഥാർഥത്തിൽ ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള ധാരണകളിൽ ജനങ്ങളെ എത്തിക്കുന്നതിൽ വളരെ വലിയ പങ്ക് വഹിക്കുന്നത് അവർ വായിക്കുന്ന പത്രങ്ങൾ തന്നെയാണ്. ഇതിൽ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പങ്ക് വഹിക്കുന്നത് കോട്ടയത്ത്‌ നിന്ന് പുറപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു "മ" പത്രം ആണ്. പണത്തോടുള്ള ഒടുങ്ങാത്ത ആർത്തിയിൽ മനസാക്ഷി എന്ന ഒരു കാര്യമേ അവരുടെ നിഘണ്ടുവിൽ ഇല്ല. രാഷ്ട്രീയം എന്നാൽ പണം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതിനായി എന്തും ചെയ്യലാണ് എന്ന് കരുതുന്ന ബൂർഷ്വാ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരുടെ പിടിയിൽ  നിന്നും ജനാധിപത്യത്തെ മോചിപ്പിക്കണം. ബൂർഷ്വാ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനായി അവർ ചെയ്യുന്ന എല്ലാ പാതകങ്ങൾക്കും വെള്ള കൊടി കാണിക്കുകയും അതിനെതിരെയുള്ള പുരോഗമന പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടെ നിലപാടുകളെ തമസ്ക്കരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന നിലപാടാണ് അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ പത്രങ്ങൾ വഴി നിർവഹിക്കുന്നത്. പാർലമെന്ററി ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ നാല് നെടുംതൂണുകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് പത്ര സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം എന്നാണ് പൊതുവേയുള്ള ധാരണ. മുതലാളിത്ത ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലെ അപകടകരമായ ചില വസ്തുതകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് ജനാധിപത്യത്തെ തന്നെ അപകടത്തിലാക്കുന്ന ഇത്തരം പത്രങ്ങളും ബൂർഷ്വാ ചെറ്റത്തരങ്ങളെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള അവരുടെ "പത്ര പ്രവർതനങ്ങളും." എന്താണ് മുതലാളിത്തം എന്നും മുതലാളിത്തത്തിലെ ജനാധിപത്യം എന്താണ് എന്നും ജനങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിച്ച് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രമേ ഈ പ്രശ്നം പരിഹരിക്കാനാവുകയുള്ളൂ. ബൂർഷ്വാസി എല്ലാ മാനവിക മൂല്യങ്ങളെയും കാറ്റിൽ പറത്തി എല്ലാത്തിനും ഉപരിയായി "പണ" ത്തെ (CAPITAL) പ്രതിഷ്ടിച്ചു. പണം ഇല്ലാത്തവൻ "പിണം" എന്നവർ സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. "കോടികൾ" കൈവശം ഉള്ളവരെ "ഈശ്വരൻ" (കോടീശ്വരൻ) മാരാക്കി. പണിയെടുക്കുന്നവരെ (തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തെ) ഏറ്റവും അധമൻ മാരുമാക്കി. തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തെ തന്നെ അവർ വിലക്കെടുത്ത് പുതിയ ചങ്ങലകൾ പണിത്‌ അവരെ കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ അവരെ വരിഞ്ഞ് മുറുക്കിചു് ഐ.എൻ.ടി.യു.സി.; ബി.എം.എസ്‌ . തുടങ്ങിയ ലേബലുകൾ ചാർത്തി കൊടുത്തു. അതിൽ അകപെട്ട് പോയവർക്ക് തങ്ങൾ ഏത് ധർമമ മാണ് നിര്വഹിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് അറിയില്ല.

..........Anything, which can be scientifically proved will be admitted by MARXISM. In MARXISM; everything is verifying through analysing in its every aspects. According to nature; we can see that everything which we are seeing is "MATERIALS". Materials are the base of ideas. The basic tenets of dialectical materialism are: that everything that exists is material and is derived from matter; that matter is in a process and constant change; and that matter is interconnected and independent. For example; positive and negative are inevitable parts of electricity. Life of everybody are between birth and death. Every action has an opposite reaction.

"Unity in diversity" is "DIALECTICAL MATERIALISM". (Opposits have like and dislike).

A "spot" where you standing is the joining of East; West; South and North. East, West, North, South are different parts of Earth. In them, there are unity and diversity.

When you going from East to West; East will follow you. And also when you go back; West will follow you. This will repeat in the case of South and North also. And without such a spot; you can't stand anywhere.

And also - LEFT & RIGHT. Without "left" there is no "right". The power of "one" will not get without joining left & right.

In mathematics it is as "Zero" (Neuter), Plus and Minus, Multiplication, Division.

In living things, it is as Male and Female. When they joining together we get new generation.

. .In Bhagavath Geetha, Chapter II, Krishna says to Arjuna, that the "UNIVERSE" which everybody are living is only an ILLUSION. And actual fact is what we "CAN'T SEEN". This is the stand of all religions. But according to MARXISM, this is only nonsense and actual fact is this UNIVERSE and the planet EARTH which we are living. MARXISM is admitting only actual facts and what SCIENCE can prove. The stand of all religions are actually only foolishness.

Actual history of HUMANITY is starting from ancient STONE AGE, then there were not any kind of GOD, RELIGIONS, OR LANGUAGES. Actual God is nature, others are only characters of certain Books & stories. Every God of each religions were invented by only some human beings. According to "HINDU" ideology, actual life is only after death of everybody, but only foolishness according to science.

Even though materials are the base of every thing, all religions are considering that actual fact is not materials, but something "unseen" (GOD) subjects are deciding and controlling every thing, and actually we are seeing around us not actual things and those considering what is "illusion" which deciding and controlling every thing can be called as "GOD". But MARXISM is not admitting this.

.      .In personal life, anybody can believe or follow any ideas, but nobody should consider such ideas can be used as POLITICAL WEAPON TO RULE THE COUNTRY as COMMUNAL-ISM BASED POLITICAL PARTIES are using.

........All human beings can be considered as "materials" because everybody have "brain" (matter) and through the process of thinking; having ideas; and without the material "brain" without thinking and no ideas will get us. We know the ideas "MARXISM" are the contribution of Karl Marx and only through his hard work of examining thousands of books and records and his findings, we got "MARXISM". (Believing or not only personal things of everybody. But such items should not political weapon of a country).

.......We knew the religious books were introduced by somebody, were the outcome of their thinking such as "Manusmruthi" from Manu; Maha Bharatha of Veda Vyasa; Ramayana of Vatmeeki; Bible by Moses; "Khuran" of Mohammed; etc. Without considering the actual fact; that the contents of religious books are only connected with those who introduced such ideas; common peoples dealing their life with such ideas. But their actual facts; poverty and hardships; etc. remaining as such; because those are connected with physical or material circumstances; which are controlling by selfishness of somebody (bourgeois).

No GODs of any religion will admit other GODs of other religion as "GOD"; actually only the selfishness those who introduced such GOD with the religion. The followers of the religion will not consider how the language in which the religious books were wrote. Actually the history of humanity starting from ancient STONE AGE, and then there were not existed any langage, caste or religion. Through millions of years passed to reach upto the present stage and through years, humanity got so many ideas, such as languages, various cultures, gods, mathematics, medicines, internet, etc. etc. No GODs of any religion helped to get any of the amenities enjoying at present; but only hard working of human raceses. If there are tolerance among GODs to recognise other GODs also as "GOD", humanity can admit them, otherwise, GODs will have to keep at any corner of history.

"സ്വാർഥ" ചിന്ത ഇല്ലാതെ എല്ലാവരും പരസ്പര സഹകരണത്തോടെ; സന്തോഷത്തോടെ കഴിയുന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് "കമ്യൂണിസം" എന്ന വാക്കുകൊണ്ട് കമ്യൂണിസ്റ്റുകാർ അർഥമാക്കുന്നത്. മനസ്സിൽ നൻമയുള്ളവർക്ക്‌ മാത്റമേ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് ആവാനാവുകയുള്ളു. സ്വകാര്യ സ്വത്ത് സമ്പ്രദായവും അടിമത്വവും നിലവിൽ വരുന്നതിന് മുന്പ് നമ്മുടെ പൂർവികർ കൂട്ടായി വേട്ടയാടുകയും കൂട്ടായി കൃഷി ചെയ്യുകയും അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ അനുഭവിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ആ കാലത്തെ "പ്രാകൃത കമ്മ്യൂണിസം" എന്നാണ് മാർക്സിസം നിർവചിക്കുന്നത്.

"കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് മാനിഫെസ്റ്റോയിൽ തന്നെ മാർക്സ് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നതാണ് ബൂർഷ്വാസി എല്ലാത്തിനും മുകളിൽ പണത്തെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചു. "ലാഭം" - പരമാവധി ലാഭം മാത്റം. അത് എല്ലാ മാനുഷിക മൂല്യങ്ങളെയും ചവിട്ടിയരച്ചു. എവിടെയും "സ്വാർത്ഥത" മാത്റം. അവർ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു: "പണത്തിന് മേൽ പരുന്തും പറക്കില്ല". സ്വാർത്ഥ മോഹികളുടെ മാത്റം ആധിപത്യം. അതാണ് മുതലാളിത്തം. അതിന് പകരം മനുഷ്യന്റെയും മനുഷ്യത്വത്തിന്റേയും ഭരണ ക്രമം ഉണ്ടാകണം. അതാണ് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ"

ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ അതിന് ജനങ്ങളുടെ തീരുമാനം--അവരുടെ വോട്ട് മാത്രമാണ്. ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ പ്രത്യേകത ജനങ്ങളെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ എല്ലാ സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട് എന്നതാണ്. അത് രാജ വാഴ്ചയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.

.................കമ്മ്യൂണിസം എന്നത് ഇന്ന് ഭൂലോകത്തിന്റെ 80% ഭാഗത്തും നിലനില്ക്കുന്നു. അതായത് 73% കടലാണ്. അവിടെ കോടി കണക്കിന് ജീവ ജാലങ്ങളുണ്ട്. ബാക്കി ഭാഗം വനങ്ങളും മരുഭൂമി കളും തണുത്തുറഞ്ഞ പർവതങ്ങളും മറ്റുമാണ്. എന്നാൽ അവിടെയൊന്നും സർക്കാരോ പോലീസോ ഏതെങ്കിലും വിധത്തിലുള്ള നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളൊ ഇല്ല. അവിടെ ജീവിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവർക്കും അവശ്യമുള്ളത് എല്ലാം അവിടെ ഉണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ എല്ലാവരും അവരവർക്ക് ആവശ്യമുള്ളത് മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. ആരും നാളത്തെക്കായി യാതൊന്നും സ്വന്തമാക്കി വയ്ക്കാറില്ല. മറ്റുള്ളിടതും മനുഷ്യർ ഒഴികെ എല്ലാവർക്കും കമ്മ്യൂണിസം തന്നെയാണ്. "പരിഷ്കൃതനായ' മനുഷ്യൻ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക്‌ കൂടി അവകാശപെട്ടത്‌ തനിക്കു മാത്രമാക്കണം എന്ന ഉദ്ദേശത്തിൽ നില്ക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് ജീവിതം യാതന നിറഞ്ഞതാകുന്നു.

 യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം എന്നത് പ്രകൃതിനിയമം ആണ്.  ഭൂമിയും ഭൂമിയിലെ പ്രകൃതി സമ്പത്തും ഭൂമിയിലെ എല്ലാ ജീവജാലങ്ങൾക്കും അവകാശപ്പെട്ടതാണ് എന്ന പൊതു തത്വം അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ സോഷ്യലിസം എന്നത് പ്രകൃതിനിയമം ആയി കരുതാം. എന്നാൽ ഭൂമിയിലെ മനുഷ്യരിൽ ചിലർ
ഒരു വിധത്തിലും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തീർക്കാനാവാത്തത്ര സമ്പത്ത് സമൂഹത്തിലെ കുറച്ച്മാത്റം ആളുകൾ കയ്യടക്കി വയ്ക്കുന്നതും ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷവും ദാരിദ്ര്യവും യാതനകളും അനുഭവിക്കാൻ ഇടയാക്കുന്നതുമാണ് മുതലാളിത്ത വ്യവസ്ഥ. അതാകട്ടെ അവർ "ജോലി ചെയ്ത്" സമ്പാദിക്കുന്നതല്ല; സമൂഹത്തെയാകെ ദ്രോഹിച്ച് സമ്പാദിക്കുന്നതാണ് എന്നതാണ് വസ്തുത. കേവലം പതിനയ്യായിരം രൂപയിൽ "വ്യവസായം" ആരംഭിച്ച "ധീരുഭായിഅമ്പാനി" എന്നയാൾ അന്തരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആസ്തി അറുപത്തിഅയ്യായിരം കോടി രൂപയുടേതായിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് അവയത്രയും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തീർക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. അദ്ദേഹം ഒരിക്കൽ പറഞ്ഞതായി പത്രങ്ങളിൽ വന്നത് - "എനിക്ക് ലാഭം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന കാര്യമാണെങ്കിൽ അത് ശരിയോ തെറ്റോ എന്ന് ഞാൻ നോക്കാറില്ല എന്നും ഞാൻ ആരുടേയും അനുവാദത്തിനായി കാത്തുനിൽക്കാറില്ല" എന്നുമാണ്. തീർച്ചയായും ഒരോരുത്തർക്കും ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നത്ര സൂക്ഷിക്കാം. ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തീർക്കാനാവാത്തത്ര സമ്പത്ത് ശേഖരിക്കുന്നത് സാമൂഹ്യ വിരുദ്ധ സ്വഭാവം ആയിത്തന്നെ സമൂഹം കണക്കിലെടുക്കണം. അതാണ് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ സാമാന്യനീതി.

സോഷ്യലിസത്തിൽ ഭരണകൂടം ആവശ്യമാണ്‌. ഭരണകൂടം ഇല്ലാത്ത സ്ഥിതി ആയിരിക്കണം കമ്മ്യൂണിസത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടത്. അത് പ്രായോഗികം ആവുക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്. സോഷ്യലിസം പോലും സ്ഥാപിച്ചെടുക്കുക അത്ര എളുപ്പമല്ല.

യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ കോടി കണക്കിന് ഏക്കർ ഭൂമി സ്വകാര്യ വ്യക്തികൾ ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ കൈ വശം വയ്ക്കുമ്പോൾ വീട് വയ്ക്കാനും മരിച്ചവരെ മറവ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും സ്ഥലം ഇല്ലാതെ റോഡു വക്കിൽ കിടന്നു വണ്ടി കയറി ചിലർ മരിക്കുന്നു. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പ്രാവർത്തികമാകുമ്പോൾ വീടും അത്യാവശ്യകാര്യങ്ങൾക്ക് ഭൂമിയും ഇന്ത്യയിലെ എല്ലാവർക്കും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും എന്നത് ഉറപ്പു വരുത്താൻ കഴിയും.

ഒരു രാജ്യത്തെ സമ്പത്ത് ആ രാജ്യത്തെ എല്ലാ പൌരന്മാർക്കും അവകാശപെട്ടതാണ് എന്ന തത്വം അന്ഗീകരിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യത്തെ ഒട്ടു വളരെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിയും. മുകേഷ് അംബാനി കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം ഭാര്യക്ക് പിറന്നാൾ സമ്മാനമായി കൊടുത്തത് 273 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഒരു വിമാനം ആണ്. എന്നാൽ പണിയെടുക്കുകയും എല്ലാ കഷ്ടപ്പാടുകളും സഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് ജീവിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യമായ സാഹചര്യം ഒരുക്കുക എന്നതാണ് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ ലക്‌ഷ്യം. അതിനാണ് തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അന്ഗീകരിക്കണം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്.

................മുതലാളിത്തത്തിൽ തൊഴിലാളിക്ക് സ്വന്തം അദ്ധ്വാന ശക്തിയുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ഭാഗം മാത്രമാണ് ലഭിക്കുന്നത്. ബാക്കി ബൂർഷ്വാസി തട്ടിയെടുക്കും. അതിനാണ് മുതലാളിത്ത ചൂഷണം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്. അവിടെ തൊഴിലാളിക്ക് അദ്ധ്വാന ഫലത്തിന് അവകാശമില്ല. അത് ബൂർഷ്വാസിക്ക് ഉള്ളതാണ്. സോഷ്യലിസത്തിൽ മാത്രമേ അത് തൊഴിലാളിക്ക് ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. .

................സ്വാർഥതയുടെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയർന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് മുതലാളിത്തം. സമൂഹത്തിനാകെ അവകാശപ്പെട്ട സമ്പത്തു് വളരെ കുറച്ചു വ്യക്തികൾ സ്വന്തമാക്കുകയാണ് മുതലാളിത്തത്തിൽ സംഭവിക്കുക. എന്നാൽ സാമൂഹ്യ ബോധത്തിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയർന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് സോഷ്യലിസം. സമൂഹത്തിലെ എല്ലാവരുടെയും സഹകരണത്തോടെ മാത്രമേ ഏല്ലാവർക്കും ജീവിക്കാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ എന്ന വസ്തുതയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ബോധ പൂർവമായ സഹകരണമാണ് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടത്. ഇത് അല്പം വിശദീകരിക്കാം. നിങ്ങളുടെ വീട് നിർമിക്കുന്ന കാര്യം എടുക്കുക. അവിടെ ഒരോ ഘട്ടത്തിലും ഏതെല്ലാം മേഘലകൾ സംയോചിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് സൂക്ഷ്മമായി കണക്കിലെടുക്കുക. മഹാനായ കാറൽ മാർക്സ് പറയുന്നത് ചരക്കു രൂപം കൊള്ളുന്നത്‌ "പ്രത്യക്ഷമായും പരോക്ഷമായും ഉള്ള അധ്വാന ശക്തികളുടെ കൂടിചേരലിലൂടെയാണ് " എന്നാണ്. ഇതിന്റെ അർത്ഥ വ്യാപ്തി വളരെ വലുതാണ്‌. ഒരു മേസ്തിരിക്ക് പണി ചെയ്യണമെങ്കിൽ ഏതെല്ലാം കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.? അയാൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ഒരോ വസ്തുവും ഒരോ മേഘലയുടെ ഉത്പന്നങ്ങൾ ആണ്. ഓരോ ഉത്പന്നവും അടുത്ത ഘട്ടത്തിൽ അസംസ്കൃത വസ്തുവായി മാറും. കൂടാതെ മേസ്തിരിക്ക് ജീവിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യമായ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ പുറമേ ഉണ്ടാകണം.

...............എല്ലാ ഘട്ടത്തിലും പണി എടുക്കുന്നത് തൊഴിലാളികളാണ്; തൊഴിലാളി വർഗമാണ്. എന്നാൽ "പണി എടുക്കുന്നവൻ നേടുന്നില്ല; നേടുന്നവൻ പണി എടുക്കുന്നുമില്ല" എന്നത് മുതലാളിതത്തിലെ പൊതു നിയമം ആണ്. സോഷ്യലിസത്തെ കുറിച്ച് നമുക്ക് ആലോചിക്കാം. എന്നാൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസം എന്നത് മത വിശ്വാസികൾ സ്വർഗത്തെ കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിക്കുന്നത് പോലെ മാത്രം ആണ്. എന്നാൽ അതാകണം നമ്മുടെ സ്വപ്നം.

(Contin. of 3)                       According to materialism; any thing can be made out; only through making; using some thing; or something joining together. According to nature (or God) there is specific routine for having a new one.  That may be a living creature; plants; or any kind of living things such as bacteria; fungus or some thing else; is derived from one to another.

........But there are so many ideas through which our daily routine is going on.  We can see that there is a world of mathematics; through which our life is going on.  Mathematics is considered as the Science on Science.  Around us; everything is going on the way of mathematics; and without mathematics; we cannot  live even a second. "A" is using for one; one second. How mathematics are formed?  Actually entire field of mathematics are ideas.  But how ideas will come forward?  Ideas will come forward only through human beings;  only by thinking by somebody. Except human beings; no other creatures have thinking power.  The brain of a human being is something different  from others; because no other living things have brain such as human being.

........The structure of a human being is in a peculiar type so that they can stand in two legs while all other creatures can't do so; even though they are very large than to a human being.   An elephant is a large animal; but he can stand only using four legs. While standing using four legs; he can see only one side of him by one eye; and he is seeing other side using his other eye.  But a human being can see through their two eyes one thing; because they can stand on two legs.  By seeing one thing through his two eyes; he can understand more clearly what he is seeing; than other creatures seeing two things at one time. This helped the human being and humanity in general to develop the brain considerably than other creatures. Due to the peculiarities of brain;  human being can understand more about what he was seeing.  This helped the  mankind to go forward  very faster than other creatures.

.......And also; human being is one more additional benefit than others; he can use his head finger (Thumb) together with other four fingers.  This helped him to use something to be as weapon.   So he could control other creatures according to his facility.  There is one more benefit to a human being; is that he can speak using his tongue; throat and lungs and these also made human being is different than others.  So the history of mankind  is entirely different from other living creatures.  The history of mankind is considered to be at least 10 lakhs years whereas the present understandings only up to 9000 years only.(BC 7000 to the present stage).  (Marxism is admitting the Evolution theory of Charles Darwin and the findings of Lewis H Morgan on human developments) (Anthropology)................(Continues)(This is continuation of "127 (1); (2) & (3).

..........When considering a socialist society; we must take into consideration about the former Soviet Union; which was a TREMENDOUS BLOW TO THE HISTORY OF MANKIND. Unfortunately which is not now. While examining into the depth of its vanishing; we must take into consideration about the nature of humanity also. We cannot put the humanity in total to a frame; because they are belongs to various kinds and differential natures. When trying to put them into a steel frame; there will occur severe resistance from them. To a certain extend; selfishness is common and by nature; like plants strikes among them for Sun light; and all living things shows to their babies; human beings also will show some concerns to their kids. As it relates to their existence over all other social aspects; we must admit that also. Their selfishness only relating to their existence; on the other hand; according to bourgeois; (in capitalism) they wants more and more money; for not their mere existences; but to conquer the society as a whole.
..........In old Soviet Union; lack of these views also affected to a large extend. Even now; peoples of old Soviet Union is not voting the Communist Party of Russia. So; in India, if we are deciding to establish a SOCIALIST SOCIETY we cannot imagine a "private less" socialism because even in a SOCIALIST SOCIETY, the GOVERNMENT cannot reach each and every corner of the society to full fill the needs and necessities of the society as a whole. 
..........In a society, everybody will try to get their livelihoods by their own ways. Everybody have their own abilities in any way and they must have permitted to do so the same will helpful to the society (nation) also. By permitting to do so, we can utilise their capacities also for the society and that will encourage their personal developments also.  By admitting PRIVATE SECTOR ALSO AS A PART OF SOCIALIST ECONOMY; WE CAN ENSURE THAT THERE IS OUTCOME FROM UNEXPECTED SOURCES.  But nobody should consider that they can do anything as in CAPITALISM; because we are not admitting anti social activities as in CAPITALISM.  CAPITALISM IS A SOCIAL SYSTEM WHICH ENCOURAGES ANYTHING CAN DONE FOR MAKING MONEY.  
..........But this will help only a limited portion of the development of the nation. The country as a whole must be in socialist planning and that will only help the nation to reach entire peoples in a developed stage. Everybody can avail land and buildings according to their necessities. But as a whole the entire land of the country (mines, etc) under the control of the nation. 

..........By permitting any body to render their abilities for the development of the country; we can also see that they are doing their contribution for the socialist society. But everybody must see that the process of making any kind of goods/services are the outcome of a series of services (labors) of employees. It is a fact that every products in one stage will be a raw material in the next stage. Here we must remember the words of Marx; that everything is created by the labourers by direct and indirect involvement of working class. 
.........For example, cement is a product of one sector and in the next stage it is a raw material for construction of buildings. Buildings are raw materials for starting a firm. Every sector demands electricity; but in that sector it is a product. In a SOCIALIST SOCIETY working class will be the fact deciding authority; means the entire wealth of the nation should be planned for the country as a whole and MONEY will not be the high authority. In CAPITALISM money is the highest authority. (If "reliance" a poor man, he is nothing and how he became the present "RELIANCE";is a product of capitalism).(If found necessary; anybody can share; take prints)
