450. സഖാവ് ഇ എം എസ് ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ..

സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയഗതി ഭൂമുഖത്ത് ഒരു കാരണ വശാലും നിലനില്ക്കരുത് എന്ന വാശിയിൽ ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ കഠിനാധ്വാനം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അങ്ങനെയുള്ള ആശയങ്ങളേ ഇല്ല എന്ന നിലപാടാണ് "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്" നേതൃത്വത്തിന്. കാരണം അവരും മുതലാളിത്ത വളർച്ചയാണ് ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കുന്നത്. 1950 കാലം മുതൽ 73 വർഷങ്ങളായി ഇൻഡ്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി മാർക്സിസം എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്രം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയത് ഒരിക്കലും അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുകയില്ല എന്നതിലാണ് കാര്യങ്ങൾ നിൽക്കുന്നത്. കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടികൾ പലതായി പിരിഞ്ഞെങ്കിലും സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ ആരും ഒരുക്കമല്ല. മാർക്സിസത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് വിദൂര ധാരണകൾ എങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ആ തത്വശാസ്‌ത്രം മുതലാളിത്തം ഭൂമുഖത്ത് നിന്നും തുടച്ച്നീക്കുന്നതിനായി രൂപം കൊണ്ടതാണെന്ന് മനസിലാക്കും. 73 വർഷങ്ങൾകൊണ്ട് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടികൾ പൂർണമായും ഇല്ലാതായിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുബോഴും നിലപാടിൽ മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടാകാത്തത് നേതൃത്വങ്ങളുടെ ഉദ്ദേശ ശുദ്ധിയിലാണ് സംശയങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നത്. തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ താത്പര്യങ്ങൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിന് മാർക്സിസം ചൂണ്ടികാണിക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരവാദിത്യങ്ങൾ നിർവഹിക്കാൻ ഒരുക്കമല്ല എന്നത് മാത്രമാണ് സിപിഐ(എം) പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ നിലപാടിലൂടെ വ്യക്തമാവുന്നത്. ഉത്തരവാ ദിത്തങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഒളിച്ചോട്ടം മാത്രം.

 ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ ഏത് കാര്യങ്ങൾക്കും ജനങ്ങൾ എന്നെന്നും വോട്ട്‌ ചെയ്തുകൊള്ളും എന്ന് ഒരിക്കലും രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടികൾ കരുതരുത്. ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ പ്രാവശ്യം അവർ വോട്ട്‌ ചെയ്‌തെന്നിരിക്കും. ക്രമേണ അവർ അങ്ങനെയുള്ള രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. അതാണ് കോൺഗ്രസിന് സംഭവിച്ചതും ബിജെപിയെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നതും. ജനങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷക്കുള്ള നടപടികൾ ഇടതുപക്ഷം മുന്നോട്ട് വയ്ക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നതാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പ്രശ്നം ആകുന്നത്.

. .1950 കാലം മുതൽ തുടങ്ങിയതാണ് എസ് എ ഡാങ്കെയും കൂട്ടരും ഇൻഡ്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് അടിയറ വയ്ക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമങ്ങൾ. കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ബോധം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഇ എം എസ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ വളരെയേറെ സഖാക്കൾ അതിനെതിരെ ബോധപൂർവം അണിനിരക്കാൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് അത് അത്റ എളുപ്പമായിരുന്നില്ല. 1956 ൽ നടന്ന "പാലക്കാട് കോൺഗ്രസിൽ" ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച പ്രമേയത്തെ നാലിൽ മൂന്ന് ഭാഗവും എതിർത്താണ് പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തിയത് എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഡാങ്കെയും കൂട്ടരും അതിൽ തന്നെ ഉറച്ചു നിന്നതുകൊണ്ടാണ്‌ 1964 കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി (മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ്) രുപീകരിച്ചത്. കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ആശയഗതിയെ സ്നേഹിച്ചിരുന്ന വരാകെ ഇ എം എസ് - എ കെ ജി ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി (മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ്) യിലാണ് അണിനിരന്നത്. അങ്ങനെയുള്ള എല്ലാ വസ്തുതകളും പൂർണമായും വിസ്മരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി (മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ്) യെ ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെ ആശ്രിതരാക്കാൻ യാതൊരു മടിയും ഇല്ലാതെ സീതാറാം യെച്ചൂരിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ കേരളത്തിലെ എല്ലാ കേന്ദ്ര കമ്മിറ്റി അംഗങ്ങളും പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ അംഗങ്ങളും തയ്യാറെടുക്കുന്നത്. പാർട്ടിയാകെ യാതൊരുവിധ ചർച്ചകളും നടത്താതെയാണ് ഇൻഡ്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തെ പൂർണമായും ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നീക്കങ്ങൾ നടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരി ക്കുന്നത്. തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ താത്പര്യങ്ങൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിന് മാർക്സിസം ചൂണ്ടികാണിക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരവാദിത്യങ്ങൾ നിർവഹിക്കാൻ ഒരുക്കമല്ല എന്നത് മാത്രമാണ് സിപിഐ(എം) പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ നിലപാടിലൂടെ വ്യക്തമാവുന്നത്. ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഒളിച്ചോട്ടം മാത്രം. അപാരമായ ചങ്കൂറ്റം തന്നെയാണ് സീതാറാം യെച്ചൂരിയും കൂട്ടരും നടത്തുന്നത്.

പൊതുമേഖലകളുടെ സ്വകാര്യവത്കാരണ കാര്യത്തിൽ ഇന്ന് കാണിക്കുന്ന മൗനാനുകൂല നിലപാട് തിരുത്താത്തിടത്തോളം 2024 ലെ പാർലമെന്റ് തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ 2019 തിനേക്കാൾ മോശമായ പരാജയം ആയിരിക്കും നേരിടേണ്ടി വരിക. കേരളത്തിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും വിമാനത്താവളം കേരളത്തിന് തരിക, ഏതെങ്കിലും പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനം കേരളത്തിന് തരിക എന്ന നിലപാടല്ല സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടത്; ഇന്ത്യയിലെ എല്ലാ പൊതുമേഖലകളും പൊതുമേഖലയിൽ തന്നെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുക എന്നത് ആയിരിക്കണം. ബി,എസ്.എൻ.എൽന് ഇപ്പോഴും 4 ജി, 5 ജി സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപിൽ ദയനീയമായി കീഴടങ്ങുന്ന മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് വിരുദ്ധ നിലപാട് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുകയില്ല എന്നും. എന്നാൽ നിലപാട് തിരുത്തിയാൽ ഇൻഡ്യയുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ ഭാവിയിൽ ഇടതുപക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ നിർണായക സ്ഥാനം നേടുക എന്നതും. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് അവരുടെ അണികളുടെ വോട്ടുകൾ കോൺഗ്രസിന് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയവാദികൾക്ക് മാത്രമേ നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ എന്നത് രണ്ട് രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടികളും രാമരാജ്യത്തിനായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു എന്നതിനാലാണ്. ഉത്തരപ്രദേശിൽ അവർ സ്വീകരിച്ച നിലപാടും അതായിരുന്നു. പൊതുമേഖലകൾ അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ നില നിർത്തുക; സാർവത്രികമായ നിയമന നിരോധനം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നത് രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ സമ്പദ്ഘടനയെ സംരക്ഷിക്കും എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ ഭരണഘടനാപരമായ സംവരണം സംരക്ഷിക്കും എന്നുകൂടിയാണ്. ആ വിഭാഗങ്ങൾ അപ്പാടെ ഇടതുപക്ഷത്തോടൊപ്പം അണിനിരക്കാനും അത് ഇടയാക്കും.    പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളോട് കോൺഗ്രസും ബിജെപിയും കാണിക്കുന്ന കൊടും ചതി തുറന്നുകാണിക്കുന്നതിനും അത് ഇടയാക്കും.

. .സ. ഇ എം എസ് ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ എല്ലാ ബാങ്കുകളും ഇന്ത്യൻ റെയിൽവേ അടക്കമുള്ള എല്ലാ പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും സ്വകാര്യ വത്ക്കരിക്കാൻ അനുവദിക്കുമായിരുന്നില്ല എന്ന് മാത്റമല്ല കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് (മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ്) പാർട്ടിയുടെ സർവ ശക്തിയും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ജനങ്ങളെ അണിനിരത്തി അതിനെ പ്രതിരോധിക്കുമായിരുന്നു എന്ന് അദ്ദേഹത്തെയും (മാർക്സിസം) എന്ന തത്വശാസ്ത്റത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും പ്രാഥമിക ധാരണയുള്ള ആർക്കും അനുമാനിക്കാം. മാതാ പിതാക്കൾ അവരുടെ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് ഏറ്റവും നല്ല വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം നൽകാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത് അവരുടെ ജീവിതം ഏറ്റവും മെച്ചമായ രീതിയിൽ ആകണം എന്നാഗ്രഹിച്ചാണ്. എന്നാൽ ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ ജീവിക്കുന്ന ഒരാൾക്കു പോലും ഒരു തരത്തിലും മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട ജീവിതം ഉണ്ടാകരുത് എന്ന നിർബന്ധബുദ്ധിയിലാണ് നരേന്ദ്രമോദി സർക്കാർ സൈന്യക മേഖല ഉൾപ്പെടെ "സ്ഥിരം നിയമനങ്ങൾ" പൂർണമായും ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതും എല്ലാ പൊതുമേഖലകളും എല്ലാ ബാങ്കുകളും ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതും. ആർക്കും തൊഴിൽ നൽകാതെ "ലാഭം" ഓഹരി വിപണിയിൽ മുടക്കുകയും "അദാനിമാർ" ഓഹരി കമ്പോളത്തിൽ ആഘോഷിക്കുകയുമാണ്. ഭാവിയിൽ അടുത്ത തലമുറയെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നത് ഏതെങ്കിലും "കരാർ" കാരുടെ തുച്ഛമായ വേതനത്തിലുള്ള പന്ത്റണ്ട് മണിക്കൂർ ജോലിയാണെന്നതാണ് സത്യം. ഇപ്പോൾ തൊഴിലുള്ള മേഖലകളിലും സാർവത്റികമായ പിരിച്ചുവിടലാണ് നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. സർക്കാർ സർവീസുകളിലും കേരളത്തിലൊഴികെ നിയമനങ്ങൾ നടത്താതിരിക്കുക എന്നത് പൊതുനയമായി ബിജെപി സർക്കാർ സ്വീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. അതാണ് ശമ്പളത്തിനേക്കാൾ "പെൻഷൻ" വർധിക്കുന്നതായി വാർത്തകൾ വരുന്നത്.  മാർക്സിസത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അടിസ്ഥാന ധാരണ ഇല്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് മാത്രം സംഭവിച്ച പിശകാണ് പൊതുമേഖലയുടെ സംരക്ഷണ കാര്യത്തിൽ സംഭവിക്കുന്നത്.  അത് തിരുത്തുന്ന പ്രശ്നമേയില്ല.

ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ ഒരു കോടി സ്ഥിരം തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങൾ പൊതുമേഖലകളിലും ബാങ്കുകളിലും മറ്റുമായി ഇല്ലാതായാൽ അത് പ്റത്യക്ഷമായി ബാധിക്കുക ഒരു കോടി കുടുംഅത് തിരുത്തുന്ന പ്രശ്നമേയില്ല.ബങ്ങളെയാണ്; പരോക്ഷമായി ബാധിക്കുക നൂറു കോടി ഇൻഡ്യൻ ജനതയെയാണ്. സ്ഥിര വരുമാനമുള്ള വരിലൂടെയാണ് സ്ഥിരം അല്ലാത്ത അസംഘടിത മേഖലയാകെ നിലനിൽക്കുന്നത്. സ്ഥിരം ജോലിയുള്ളവർക്ക് മാത്രമെ വിവാഹ ജീവിതത്തിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നതിനും സ്വന്തമായി വീട് വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും പരാശ്രയം ഇല്ലാതെ ജീവിക്കുന്നതിനും ആവുകയുള്ളൂ. ഒരാൾ വീട് വയ്ക്കുമ്പോൾ അതുമായി പരോക്ഷമായി ബന്ധപ്പെടാത്ത ഒരു മേഖലയും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. ആ മേഖലകളെല്ലാം നിശ്ചലമാകുമ്പോൾ സംഭവിക്കുന്നത് ആർക്കും മുൻകൂട്ടി കാണാനാവില്ല. കൂടാതെ അയാൾ കാർ വാങ്ങും. അത് ഇല്ലാതാകും. വാഹന മേഖലയും തകരും. സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് എത്തേണ്ട നികുതി വരുമാനങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം ഇല്ലാതാകും. തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതാകുന്നത് മുന്നോക്ക--പിന്നോക്ക വ്യത്യാസം ഇല്ലാതെയാണ്. സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ മൂലം മാത്രം അല്പമെങ്കിലും ജീവിതം രക്ഷപെട്ടുവരുന്ന പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ ഭാവി പൂർണണമായും ഇരുളടയൽ മാത്രമാണ് ഇത് മൂലം സ്വംഭവിക്കുക. ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികൾക്ക് പഴയ അടിമ വ്യവസ്ഥ പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കുകയാണ് ലക്‌ഷ്യം. എപ്പോഴും "രാമരാജ്യം" ഉരുവിട്ട് നടക്കുന്നവർ ആധുനിക കാലത്തെ ക്കുറിച്ച് യാതൊരറിവും ഇല്ലാത്തവരാണ്. "ചാണകം" ആകുന്നതിൽ അഭിമാനിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് "മനുഷ്യൻ" എന്ന വാക്കിന്റെ അർത്ഥം അറിയാത്തത് സ്വാഭാവികം.

. .പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി 6.5 ൽ "പൊതു മേഖലക്ക് "നിർണായക സ്ഥാനം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും" എന്ന് കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് വെറുതെ വാക്കുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചതാണ് എന്ന് ആരും ധരിക്കുകയില്ല. മിച്ചമൂല്യ സിദ്ധാന്തത്തിന്റെ പ്രയോഗമാണ് അവിടെ സംഭവിക്കുന്നത്. അത് മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ മർമ്മവുമാണ്. പൊതുമേഖലയുടെ സ്വകാര്യവത്ക്കരണ വിഷയത്തിൽ കാണിക്കുന്ന ഉദാസീനത മിച്ചമൂല്യ സിദ്ധാന്തം എന്താണെന്നും അതിന്റെ പ്രയോഗം എന്താണെന്നും ആർക്കും അറിയില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമാണ് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നത്. പൊതുമേഖലയുടെ സ്വകാര്യ വത്ക്കകരണം അനുവദിക്കില്ല എന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത് മാർക്സിസം അംഗീകരിക്കലാണ്; സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയോടുള്ള ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ഉറപ്പിക്കുകയാണ്. അതിൽ കാണിക്കുന്ന ഉദാസീനത ഒരിക്കലും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ ഒരുക്കമല്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമാണ് പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നത്. പൊതു മേഖലകൾ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയിലും ഉണ്ടാകും എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല അവ ചൂഷണ വിമുക്ത സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ ഭാഗവുമാണ്. അവയിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന "ലാഭം" ഏതെങ്കിലും സ്വകാര്യ വ്യക്തിയുടെ കുടുംബ സ്വത്ത് ആവില്ല. അത് രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ സമ്പത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗം ആവുകയാണ്. അത് പരോക്ഷമായി ഓരോ പൗരന്റെയും ഓരോ തൊഴിലാളിയുടെയും ജീവിതം അഭിവൃദ്ധിപ്പെടുത്താൻ ഉപയോഗപ്പെടും. എന്നാൽ അതല്ല ഏതെങ്കിലും സ്വകാര്യ വ്യക്തി അയാളുടെ കുടുമ്പസ്വത്ത് ആക്കുമ്പോഴത്തെ അവസ്ഥ.

"മിച്ച മൂല്യ സിദ്ധാന്തം" അനുസരിച്ച് ഒരു തൊഴിലാളിയിൽ നിന്നും എട്ടുമണിക്കൂറിൽ ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ എന്ന് കണക്കാക്കിയാൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ അമ്പത് കോടി തൊഴിലാളികൾ ഒരു ദിവസം ജോലി ചെയ്‌താൽ അമ്പത് കോടി മണിക്കൂറുകൾ പ്രതിഫലം ഇല്ലാത്ത അദ്ധ്വാന ശക്തി ആയി മൂല ധന ഉടമയ്ക്ക്; മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന് ഒരു ദിവസം ലഭിയ്ക്കും. ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങളുടെ സാമ്പത്തിക അടിത്തറ യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ ചൂഷണം ചെയ്തു ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതാണ്. അതാണ് ചൂഷണത്തിന്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക അടിത്തറ തകർത്ത് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ അടിത്തറ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നത്. സോഷ്യലിസം അംഗീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ മാത്റമാണ് അങ്ങനെ ഒരു ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഉണ്ടാവുക. ഇൻഡ്യ ഒട്ടാകെ ഒരു ദിവസം തൊഴിലാളികൾ പണി മുടക്കിയാൽ ;പിറ്റേ ദിവസത്തെ പത്രങ്ങളിൽ "പതിനായിരം കോടിയുടെ ദേശീയ നഷ്ട്ടം" എന്ന് കാണാറുള്ളത് ഇത് കണക്കിലെടുത്താണ്. എന്നാൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ദിവസങ്ങളിലെ വരുമാനം "ലാഭം" ആയി ആരും പറയാറില്ല.

. .മൂല ധന ഉടമ "ലാഭം" എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് യഥാർഥത്തിൽ അയാൾ തൊഴിലാളിയിൽ നിന്നും ചൂഷണം ചെയ്തുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന അദ്ധ്വാന ശക്തിയുടെ മൂല്യം മാത്രമാണ്. ഇപ്രകാരം മുതലാളിത്തത്തിൽ മൂലധന ഉടമയ്ക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നത് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിൽ രാഷ്ട്രത്തിനാണ് ലഭിക്കുക. അതാണ് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ അടിത്തറയായി ഭവിക്കുന്നത്. അത് രാക്ഷ്ട്രത്തിനാകെ ലഭിക്കുമാറുള്ള സംവിധാനം ഉണ്ടായാൽ ഭൂമിയിലെ തന്നെ സ്വർഗം ആക്കി മാറ്റാനുള്ള വിഭവം ആയി അത് മാറും. രാജ്യത്ത് പൂർണമായും സൗജന്യമായ ചികിത്സയും ആവശ്യമുള്ള മുഴുവൻ ആളുകൾക്കും സൗജന്യമായ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസവും വീടില്ലാത്തവർക്ക് മുഴുവൻ വീട് നൽകാനും അതുമൂലം ഭരണകൂടത്തിന്കഴിയും. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റു നേതൃത്വം സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കുക എന്ന് ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് അതിനുള്ള ആദ്യ നടപടി.

സായുധ സേനയിലേക്ക് പോലും സ്ഥിരം നിയമനം പാടില്ല എന്ന തീരുമാനത്തിലേക്കാണ് മോഡി സർക്കാർ പോകുന്നത്. എന്താണ് എല്ലാ പൊതു മേഖലകളും ബാങ്കുകളും എല്ലാം ഇല്ലാതാക്കി മുന്നോക്ക - പിന്നോക്ക മേഖലകളിലൊന്നും ആർക്കും സ്ഥിര തൊഴിൽ ഇല്ലാതാക്കിയാൽ; ആർക്കും സ്ഥിര വരുമാനം ഇല്ലാതാക്കിയാൽ അതിന്റെ ദൂരവ്യാപക പ്രത്യാഖാതങ്ങൾ മനസിലാക്കാൻ കഴിവോ ബോധമോ ഉള്ളവരല്ല ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികൾ. സ്വാതന്ത്റിയ സമരത്തിന് പോലും എതിരായി നിന്നവരുടെ "ബോധം" ആർക്കും അനുമാനിക്കാം. "ഹിന്ദുക്കൾ" ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള ജനങ്ങളാകെ വളരെ വലിയ ദുരന്തത്തിലേക്കാണ് നീങ്ങുന്നത്.

. .ചൂഷണ വിമുക്ത സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ (സോഷ്യലിസം) എന്ന മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ മൗലിക ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഒരിക്കലും അംഗീകരിക്കില്ല എന്നതാണ് "സ്ഥിരം ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല" എന്ന പ്രഖ്യാപനത്തോടെ വെളിവാകുന്നത്. വർഗ്ഗ ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യം പോലും ഇല്ല. കാരണം "ചൂഷണം ഇല്ല". എന്തെല്ലാം കാര്യങ്ങൾ എളുപ്പമായി. അവിടെ വർഗ സമരസിദ്ധാന്തം പൂർണമായും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് മാത്രമാണ് അർത്ഥമാക്കുന്നത്. വർഗ സമര സിദ്ധാന്തമാണ് മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ അടിത്തറ. മുതലാളിത്തം "പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക" എന്ന നിലപാടിന്റെ അർത്ഥവും അതാണ്. അതാകട്ടെ 1950 കാലം മുതൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ 73 വർഷങ്ങൾ ആയി തുടരുകയാണ്. 2002 മുതൽ ഈ വസ്തുതകൾ എല്ലാം വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്ന ഒരു പുസ്തകം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചത് ഉൾപ്പെടെ പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള എന്തെല്ലാം വിമർശനങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായാലും അതെല്ലാം "അറിഞ്ഞതേയില്ല" എന്ന നിലപാടാണ് സിപിഐ(എം) പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ സ്വീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ മെമ്പർമാർക്കൊന്നും മാർക്സിസവുമായി യാതൊരു ബന്ധവും ഇല്ല എന്നതാണ് ഓരോ നേതാക്കളുടേതായി ഒരോ ദിവസവും പുറത്ത് വരുന്ന വാർത്തകൾ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നത്. അവർക്കാർക്കും ഒരു കാര്യത്തിലും ഒരഭിപ്രായവും പറയാൻ ആവില്ല എന്നതാണ് സത്യം. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് മാത്റമേ ഇൻഡ്യയെ രക്ഷിക്കാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ എന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്ന ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറിയും അത് പൂർണമായും അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന മറ്റ് പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ--കേന്ദ്ര കമ്മിറ്റി അംഗങ്ങളും "സ്ഥിരം ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല" എന്ന് യാതൊരു മടിയും ഇല്ലാതെ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്ന പാർട്ടി സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറിയും അതാണ് സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. 1964 ൽ സിപിഐ (എം) രൂപീകരണത്തിന്റെ ചരിത്റം പോലും വിസ്മരിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിനെ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം ഏൽപ്പിക്കാൻ 2019 ലെ അനുഭവം പോലും വിസ്മരിച്ച് മുന്നോട്ടു പോകുന്നത് വർഗ സമര സിദ്ധാന്തം ഉൾപ്പെടെ മാർക്സിസം എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്റം പൂർണമായും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് മാത്രമാണ്. പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ എന്ത് തീരുമാനിച്ചാലും അംഗീകരിക്കുകയല്ലാതെ മറ്റ് യാതൊരു മാർഗവും ഇല്ലാത്ത അണികളുടെ നിസ്സഹായ അവസ്ഥ ക്രൂരമായി ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യുകയാണ്, മുതലെടുക്കുകയാണ്; കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തെ ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങൾക്ക് അടിയറ വയ്ക്കുകയാണ്.

. .വളരെ നല്ല ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ബംഗാൾ അസംബ്ളിയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നിടത്ത് ഒരാൾ പോലും ഇല്ലാതായതിലും മറ്റ് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ പാർട്ടി ഉണ്ടാകാത്തതിലും പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ സന്തുഷ്ടരാണ് എന്നാണ് കഴിഞ്ഞ പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസിലും പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയിൽ ഒരു മാറ്റവും പാടില്ല എന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചതും 2019 ലെ നിലപാടുകൾ പൂര്വാതിധികം ശക്തമായി മറ്റു സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേക്കും വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നതും. "സ്ഥിരം ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല" എന്ന് ഒരു നേതാവ് പറഞ്ഞത് പാർട്ടി ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി തന്നെ "ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് മാത്റമേ ഇന്ത്യയെ രക്ഷിക്കാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ" എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതിന്റെ തുടർച്ച തന്നെയാണ്. മറ്റൊരു നേതാവ് പ്രധാന മന്ത്റി നരേന്ദ്ര മോഡിക്ക് ഉപഹാരത്തിന് പുറമെ "പൊന്നാട" കൂടെ ചാർത്തിയതും അതെ അർത്ഥത്തിൽ തന്നെയാണ്. "സ്ഥിരം ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല" എന്ന ഉറച്ച ബോധത്തിൽ തന്നെയാണ്. അവരുടെ മുൻപിൽ "സോഷ്യലിസം" എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തിന്റെ പ്രശ്നമേയില്ല. ദീർഘകാലം "മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക" എന്ന പാർട്ടി കാഴ്ചപ്പാട് സ്വീകരിച്ചതിനാൽ പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ മെമ്പർമാരും കേന്ദ്ര കമ്മിറ്റി അംഗങ്ങളും തികഞ്ഞ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് - മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് വിരുദ്ധരായതായിട്ടാണ് പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയേയും മാർക്സിസ ത്തിന്റെ മർമ്മ പ്രധാനമായ മിച്ചമൂല്യ സിദ്ധാന്തത്തേയും അവഗണിച്ച് ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികളുടെ കോർപ്പറേറ്റ് അനുകൂല നിലപാടുകളോട് പൂർണമായും യോചിച്ച് മുന്നോട്ടു പോകുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും മനസിലാവുക. .

. .സ്ഥിരം ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല എന്ന നിലപാട് മാർക്സിസം പൂർണമായും നിഷേധിക്കുന്നതും ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങളോട് പൂർണമായും സന്ധി ചെയ്യുന്നതുമാണ്. വൻകിട ബൂർഷ്വാ --ഭൂപ്രഭു വര്ഗങ്ങളുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രസ്ഥാനമായ ഇൻഡ്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിനെ വീണ്ടും ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം ഏൽപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നീക്കങ്ങളാണ് പാർട്ടി ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി സീതാറാം യെച്ചൂരി തന്നെ സ്വീകരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ നൂറ്റി നാൽപ്പത് കോടിയിലധികം ജനങ്ങൾ ഉള്ളതിൽ തൊണ്ണൂറ് ശതമാനവും എങ്ങനെ ജീവിക്കുന്നു എന്നത് അവർക്ക് പ്രശ്‌നമേയല്ല. ഒരോരുത്തരും സ്വന്തം പ്രായം പൂർത്തിയാക്കി പിരിയണം എന്ന് മാത്റം. എന്നാൽ യാഥാർത്ഥം എന്താണ്? അമേരിക്കൻ സാമ്പ്രാജ്യത്തം മുതൽ കെപിസിസി പ്രസിഡന്റ് കെ സുധാകരൻ വരെയും ലോകത്തിലെ മുഴുവൻ "ആത്മീയനേതൃത്വവും" ആയിര കണക്കിന് വർഷങ്ങളായി തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തിന്റെയും പാവപെട്ട ജനങ്ങളുടെയും രക്തം ഊറ്റിക്കുടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് എക്കാലത്തേക്കും തുടരാൻ "മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന തത്വശാസ്ത്റവും അത് മുന്നോട്ടു വയ്ക്കുന്ന "ചൂഷണ രഹിത സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ" എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ കിണഞ്ഞു പരിശ്രമിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

. ."പാർലമെന്ററി മാർഗത്തിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കാമെന്ന് പാർട്ടി കരുതുന്നില്ല". ആ വാക്കുകളുടെ അർത്ഥം പാർട്ടി ഒരിക്കലും സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കുകയില്ല എന്ന് തന്നെയാണ്. കാരണം ചരിത്റത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായ രാജവാഴ്ചയിലേക്ക് മാനവരാശി തിരികെ പോകും എന്നും എന്നിട്ട് സായുധ വിപ്ളവം നടത്തിക്കളയാം എന്നാരും കരുതുകയില്ല. നമുക്ക് കേരളം മാത്റം മതി. അതാണ് "ത്രിപുര"യിൽ നടത്തുന്ന "സഖ്യം" മറ്റ് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേക്കും തുടരാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. എന്താണ് "ജനാധിപത്യം " എന്ന് മനസിലാക്കാ തിരിക്കുകയും ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കില്ല എന്ന ഉറച്ച നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും. "മുതലാളിത്ത" ത്തെക്കുറിച്ചല്ലാതെ യാതൊന്നും അറിയാത്ത പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോയിൽ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി ആകുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിക്കാൻ പോലുമാവില്ല. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിനെ വീണ്ടും അധികാരത്തിൽ എത്തിച്ച് ഭാവിയിൽ ബിജെപി അധികാരത്തിൽ വരാതിരിക്കാൻ കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെ കാവൽക്കാരായിരിക്കുക എന്നല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നും എത്റ പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസുകൾ കടന്നുപോയാലും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിലും ബിജെപിയിലും അണിനിരന്നിരിക്കുന്ന സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളെ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയെക്കുറിച്ച് ബോധവാന്മാരാക്കിയല്ലാതെ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയിലേക്ക്‌ നീങ്ങാനാവില്ല. അതിന്‌ ഒരിക്കലും ഇടയാക്കില്ല എന്നതാണ് സിപിഐ(എം) പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ നിലപാട്.

. .പൊതുമേഖലകൾ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ "ശ്രീ കോവിലുകൾ" ആണെന്നായിരുന്നു നെഹ്രുവിന്റെ കാലത്തെ കോൺഗ്രസ് നിലപാട്. കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം അവയാകെ സ്വകാര്യവത്ക്കരിക്കാൻ അനുവദിക്കില്ല എന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിച്ച് പ്രക്ഷോഭം ആരംഭിച്ചാൽ അത് രാജ്യത്തിന്റെയാകെ പ്രക്ഷോഭം ആയി മാറുകയും ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണത്തിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കാൻ തക്ക ശേഷിയുള്ള പ്രക്ഷോഭം ആക്കി അതിനെ ജനങ്ങൾ മാറ്റുകയും ചെയ്യുമായിരുന്നു. കാരണം പൊതുമേഖലകളുടെ നശീകരണം വഴി ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികൾ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ആകെ സമ്പൂർണ നശീകരണമാണ്. ബാങ്കിങ് മേഖലയിലോ പൊതുമേഖലയിലോ ഒരാൾക്കും സ്ഥിരം തൊഴിൽ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുമ്പോൾ; സ്ഥിരം വരുമാനം ഇല്ലാതാകു മ്പോൾ; അത് ബാധിക്കുന്നത് സ്ഥിരം അല്ലാത്ത തൊഴിൽ ചെയ്യുന്നവരെയുമാണ്. സ്ഥിര ജോലി ലഭിച്ചിട്ട് വിവാഹം ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള ജീവിതം ആരംഭിക്കാൻ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്ന യുവതീ--യുവാക്കളെയാകെ ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികൾ നിരാശയിലാക്കുകയാണ്. മുന്നോക്ക--പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ സ്ഥിരം തൊഴിൽ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുകയാണ്. സംവരണം കൊണ്ട് മാത്റം തൊഴിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരുന്ന പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെയാകെ ജീവിതം ഇരുൾ മൂടുകയാണ്. ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയാകെ ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികൾക്കെതിരായ പോരാട്ടത്തിൽ അണിനിരക്കുമ്പോൾ അതിന്റെ മുന്നണിപോരാളികൾ ആവുക എന്ന ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ നിന്നും കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന് ഒഴിവാകാനാവില്ല.

. . പ. ബംഗാളിൽ 9127 കൃഷിക്കാരുടെ ഭൂമി പിടിച്ചെടുത്ത്‌ ടാറ്റയ്ക്ക് കാർ ഫാക്ടറിക്കായി നൽകിയതിലും പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വം യാതൊരു "അപകടവും" മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. ഒരിക്കൽ "ദേശാഭിമാനി" ദിനപത്റത്തിൽ വിശദീകരണരീതിയിൽ പ്റസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച ലേഖനത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞത് അവിടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം ഭൂമി മാത്റമാണ് പിടിച്ചെടുത്തത്, ഒരു കോടി ഏക്കർ ഭൂമി അവിടെയുണ്ട്, അതിൽ നിന്നും ഒരു ലക്ഷം ഏക്കർ ഭൂമി മാത്റമേ പിടിച്ചെടുത്തുള്ളൂ എന്നാണ്. ഒരു ലക്ഷം ഏക്കർ ഭൂമി പിടിച്ചെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന സാമൂഹ്യ പ്രത്യാഘാതങ്ങളെ മനസിലാക്കാൻ അന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്ന "കേന്ദ്ര നേത്റുത്വത്തിനും" കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. മാത്റമല്ല എല്ലാ പിന്തുണയും കൊടുത്തു. "മുതലാളിത്തം" അതിന്റെ എല്ലാ അർത്ഥങ്ങളിലും ഉൾക്കൊണ്ടത്തിന്റെ അപകടമാണ് സംഭവിച്ചത്. അന്ന് അവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന സിപിഐ (എം) പ്രവർത്തകരിലും ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷവും "തൃണമൂൽ" കോൺഗ്രസിനോടൊപ്പം ചേർന്നു. ഭരണം നഷ്ടപ്പോൾ കണ്ടെത്തിയ "കുറുക്കുവഴി" യാകട്ടെ സ. ഈ എം എസ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ സിംഹഭാഗവും ഉപയോഗിച്ചത് ഏതൊരു രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്റസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ "അധികാര കുത്തക" ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനാണോ അതേ "ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെ" സഹായം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും.

. .നേതൃത്വത്തിന് "എന്തും" തീരുമാനിക്കാം, അവരുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിദത്വം "അവരോട് മാത്റം" എന്ന നിലപാട് ഒരു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വം സ്വീകരിച്ചാൽ അണികൾ നിസ്സഹായരാകും എന്ന് മാത്റമല്ല ക്രമേണ "നേതൃത്വവും" വഴിയാധാരമാകും. കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വം അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കേണ്ടത് "മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്റം ആണ്. അതാകട്ടെ ചൂഷണ വിമുക്ത സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥക്ക് (സോഷ്യലിസം) മാത്റം ഉള്ളതാണ്. 1950 കൾക്ക് ശേഷം നീണ്ട 73 വർഷക്കാലം അങ്ങനെയൊരു ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഇല്ലാതിരിക്കുകയും നേതാക്കളുടെ പ്രസംഗം മിക്കവാറും മുതലാളിത്തം ന്യായീകരിക്കുന്നതും ആകുന്നതു മൂലം അങ്ങനെയൊരു ലക്‌ഷ്യം ആവശ്യമേയില്ല എന്ന രീതിയിൽ "പുതുതലമുറ" എത്തിച്ചേർന്ന സ്ഥിതിയാണ് പൊതുവെ കാണുന്നത്. "ഒരു നല്ല രാഷ്ട്രീയ ഭാവി" ആയി രാഷ്ട്രീയം കണക്കാക്കി പാർട്ടിയിൽ എത്തുന്നവർ തത്വ ശാസ്ത്റത്തിനോ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥക്കോ പ്രാധാന്യം നല്കണമെന്നില്ല. പക്ഷെ അങ്ങനെയൊരു ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഇല്ലാതെ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പാർട്ടി ഉണ്ടാവില്ല എന്നാണ് 1950 കൾക്ക് ശേഷം നീണ്ട 73 വർഷക്കാലത്തെ അനുഭവം തെളിയിക്കുന്നത്.

. .ശരിയായ ലക്ഷ്യത്തിനായി എപ്പോഴും ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ഉണ്ടായിക്കൊള്ളണം എന്നില്ല. പഴയ "അവിഭക്ത" കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയിൽ ഇൻഡ്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസുമായി സഖ്യം ഉണ്ടാക്കണം എന്ന് വാദിച്ച എസ് എ ഡാങ്കേയ്ക്കായിരുന്നു വളരെ വലിയ ഭൂരിപക്ഷം. 101 പേര് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന നാഷണൽ കൗൺസിൽ 70 പേരും ഡാങ്കെയോടൊപ്പം ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ഡാങ്കെ നിലപാടിന്റെ അപകടം മനസ്സിലാക്കിയവർ 31 പേർ മാത്റമായിരുന്നു. നാഷണൽ കൗൺസിലിൽ നിന്നും "ഇറങ്ങി പോവുക" എന്ന അച്ചടക്ക ലംഘനം ആയിരുന്നില്ല അവർ കണ്ടത്. അവർക്ക് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തെ രക്ഷിക്കാൻ മറ്റു വഴികൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. പക്ഷെ പിന്നീട് പാർട്ടി അണികളിൽ ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷവും പാർട്ടിയെ സ്നേഹിച്ച സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളും അന്നത്തെ ഇ എം എസ്, ഏ കെ ജി അടക്കമുള്ള 31 പേരോടൊപ്പം ആയിരുന്നു എന്ന് കാലം തെളിയിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ ബംഗാളിൽ ഭരണം നഷ്ടപ്പെടും എന്ന നിലവന്നപ്പോൾ കണ്ടുപിടിച്ച "എളുപ്പവഴി" തികച്ചും ആത്മഹത്യാപരം എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് (മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് ) പാർട്ടിയുടെ ചരിത്റമോ ഈ എം എസ് ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള പഴയ കാല നേതാക്കളുടെ കാര്യങ്ങളോ അവരുടെ കഠിനാദ്ധ്വാനങ്ങളോ സർവോപരി മാർക്സിസം എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്റത്തെ കുറിച്ച് പ്രാഥമിക അറിവോ ഇല്ലെന്ന് തെളിയിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. കോൺഗ്രസുമായി സഖ്യം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ എസ് എ ഡാങ്കെയുടെയും സിപിഐ യുടെയും ചരിത്റം അറിയുമായിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ഒരിക്കലും കോൺഗ്രസുമായി ആദ്യം ബംഗാളിലും പിന്നീട് അത് ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെയും സഖ്യം എന്ന നിലപാട് ഉണ്ടാകുമായിരുന്നില്ല.

. .യഥാർത്ഥ "പാർട്ടി ബോധം" പാർട്ടി അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കുന്ന "മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്റത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അറിവും അത് ഏത് ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങളെയാണോ പ്റതിനിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്നത് ആ ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള ധാരണയും അവരോടുള്ള പ്റതിബദ്ധതയുമാണ്. ഒട്ടു മിക്കവാറും സഖാക്കൾ ധരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് അച്ചടക്കം എന്നാൽ അനുസരണ ശീലം മാത്റമാണ് എന്നാണ്. ആ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ സഖാക്കൾ ഇ എം എസ് , എ കെ ജി, വി എസ് അച്യുതാനന്ദൻ തുടങ്ങിയ സഖാക്കളുടെ 1964 ലെ നിലപാടാണ് ശരിയെന്ന് പിന്നീട് ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത തെളിയിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം എങ്ങനെ പ്റാവർത്തികമാക്കാം എന്നതിൽ കീഴ്- വഴക്കങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതിരുന്നതിന്റെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ സംഭവിച്ചത്. എല്ലാം എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും മാറ്റത്തിന് വിധേയമാണ് എന്നതാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പ്റസക്തമാകുന്നത്. പഴയ റഷ്യയോ പഴയ ചൈനയോ അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ ആവർത്തിക്കണം എന്ന നിലപാടിലാണ് ചില സഖാക്കൾ. അതും പ്രായോഗികമല്ല. സോഷ്യലിസം ഇന്ത്യൻ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുസരിച്ച് മാത്റമേ പ്രായോഗികമാവുകയുള്ളു. ഇന്ത്യയിലാകട്ടെ സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന് അനുകൂലമായ ജനവിധിയും അത് ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷത്തോടെ അംഗീകരിച്ച ഒരു ഭരണ ഘടനയും ഉണ്ട് എന്നത് പോലും സഖാക്കൾ കണക്കിലെടുക്കുന്നില്ല. ഇതാകട്ടെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ "പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി" അംഗീകരിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന വസ്തുതകൾ അല്ലതാനും.

 2024 ലെ പൊതുതെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ ഇൻഡ്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ലഭിക്കാൻ ഇടയായാൽ അവശേഷിക്കുന്ന കാലമത്രയും ബിജെപി വീണ്ടും ഭരണത്തിൽ തിരിച്ചു വരാതിരിക്കാനുള്ള കാവൽ ജോലിയുമായി കഴിയാമെന്ന ശുഭ പീതീക്ഷയിലാണ് പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോയിലും കേന്ദ്ര കമ്മിറ്റിയിലും കഴിയാൻ അനുവദിക്കുന്ന പരമാവധി പ്രായ പരിധിക്കായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവരുടെ നിലപാട്. അവരുടെ മുൻപിൽ മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന്റെ സ്വതന്ത്രമായ വളർച്ച എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം മാത്രവും. ഒരു കിലോ ഉള്ളിക്ക് ഒരു രൂപ പോലും ലഭിക്കാതെ ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്യുന്ന കൃഷിക്കാരുടെ കാര്യവും അവരെ ആശ്രയിച്ചു കഴിയേണ്ടി വരുന്ന പാവപെട്ട കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ കാര്യവും അവരെ അലട്ടുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ അല്ല. 65 കൊല്ലങ്ങൾക്കധികം കാലം ഇന്ത്യ ഭരിച്ച്ചിട്ടും അവരെ ആ സ്ഥിതിയിൽ തന്നെ നിർത്തുകയും ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം ബിജെപിയെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ചുവന്ന കോടി ഇല്ലാതാകണം എന്നല്ലാതെ ബിജെപി ഇല്ലാതാകണം എന്ന ഉദ്ദേശം ഒന്നും പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോയിലും കേന്ദ്ര കമ്മിറ്റിയിലും ഉള്ളവർ അറിയേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങളല്ല. ഇരുനൂറിലധികം അംഗങ്ങൾ സിപിഐ(എം)ന് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ബംഗാൾ അസംബ്ലിയിൽ ഒരാൾ പോലും ഇല്ലാത്ത സ്ഥിതിയിൽ എത്തിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞവർക്ക് ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെയും അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാകുന്ന അവസ്ഥയെക്കുറിച്ചല്ലാതെ ചിന്തിക്കാൻ ഒരിക്കലും ആവില്ല.

WITHOUT CHANGING CPI(M) PARTY PROGRAMME, AND ADMITTING SOCIALIST INDIA, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DEFEND BJP IN 2024 GENERAL ELECTION.

. .I had tried to meet Com. S Ramachandran Pillai at his residence at Thiruvananthapuram as even though at present he is out of PB OF CPI(M); as being a senior Party Leader, on 18 05 2022 to present the following, but I had failed to met him due to personal reasons. It is a fact that I had addressed him also with about 22 letters during 2002-3 period requesting to change the CPI(M) Party Programme because I knew without "MARXSISM", a PARTY PROGRAMME will never meet anywhere. (In one of his book, even Com. EMS had also admitting that while promoting capitalism, all basic theories of MARXISM will become worthless. He had admitted to promote capitalism and to avoid socialism only to defend the "ARMED REVOLUTION" raised by left extremists and opportunist's as a temporary measure). Somebody says that "SOCIALISM" is impossible through "PARLIAMENTARY METHOD" only stressing their ignorance about "DEMOCRACY" as in democracy, "PEOPLES" are the actual ruling power and if convincing them about "SOCIALISM" and "CAPITALISM", they will certainly "VOTE" for socialism. Armed revolution necessitating only in KINGS' REGIME, where "KING" were the only ruling force and no other way to remove the king from power other than "ARMED REVOLUTION". Humanity cannot go to history again to restore KINGS' regime and impossible to raise such suggestions. Nobody remembering that since 1950s, there were no SOCIALISM as working programme of Indian Communist movement.

. .The most important point I had prepared to discuss with Com. SRP (even though failed) was the basic fact that Karl Marx found at the beginning of his preparation of MARXIAN IDEOLOGY, was that only economic base of the country will decide its political and cultural upper structure. Even though Com.K Damodaran, a basic Marxist in India and who prepared "MARXIST LESSONS" in 10 Part, clearly stating this fact as "BASE AND UPPER STRUCTURE". I don't know anybody had understood this fact, even Com.K Damodaran, otherwise never they had took decisions to promote Indian capitalism. Each and every thing which Marx had found only fact and ignoring them will certainly spoil the target of SOCIALISM. During feudalism (KINGS' REGIME), FEUDAL LORDS were the actual base of KING. In capitalism, bourgeois will decide their rulers and certainly they will admit bourgeois poloitical parties as BJP, INC, etc. Even though "COMMUNIST PARTY" deciding to promote bourgeois, bourgeois will never allow "COMMUNIST PARTY" as their rulers. I think only ignorance of the fact, "BASE AND UPPER STRUCTURE" caused the promotion of capitalism in India. Without correcting this basic problem, Communist movement of India will never come out from the present stagnation and cannot fulfill the committment to those actual base of MARXSISM and for whom Marx spent his entire life.

. .Actually "PARTY SENSE" means in a Communist Party

is the genuine and thorough knowledge about the ideology "MARXISM" and for which class or sector of peoples it represents, and for which class it actually created by Karl Marx, and the understandings about their problems and hardships, and the committment for the redressal of their problems. Without such consciousness, no one can do justice to those actual working class and common peoples and impossible to get their real support and confidence. In 1964, at the time of formation of CPI (M), Com. EMS, AKG, JYOTI BASU, NAYANAR, ETC. comrades had proved actualy their "PARTY SENSE" and they had boycotted from the National Council of old "CPI" which headed by S A Dange, when Dange and some others decided to make coalition with Indian National Congress, ignoring the actual fact that Indian National Congress representing the Bourgeois and Land Lords of India, and when making coalition with INC, they should had rejected the ideology "MARXISM" and the committment to those actual working class and poor peoples of India. Only 31 COMRADES had boycotted from the 101 member "NATIONAL COUNCIL" of old CPI. But later, it was proved that their action was correct beyond the limited meaning of "Party discipline" only obedience; but it should be with the committment to the ideology and those peoples actually it represent. Without such committment to the ideology and those peoples actually it represents, the every actions of a "COMMUNIST PARTY" will become only vogue. Without such consciousness, no one can do justice to those actual working class and common peoples and impossible to get their real support and confidence. The past history of Indian Communist movement since 1950s, 72 years with the concept to promote "CAPITALISM" also proved, beyond any doubt that in 1952, there were 32 Communist Parliament Members, and now it is only one.

After all,

. .It was heard in a general body meeting of CPI during 1970, that (then) "as 2/3rd portion of world population are under SOCIALIST WORLD under the leadership of USSR and China, most probably the remaining portion of the WORLD will automatically move towards SOCIALISM". I think that this was the conception of 81 World Communist Leaders met at MOSCOW under the leadership of Crushchev during 1960s, but even then China were disagreed with USSR stand. Under the leadership of Crushchev. action for this "conclusion" were started during 1950s itself and the "PARTY PROGRAMME" of Indian Communist Party were also formed on this stand. Unfortunately, even USSR were dismantled during 1991 by Gorbachev and the stage of Communist movements all over the world is totally in a dismantled stage. The stand of Crushchev during 1950s were certainly neglecting and ignorance about actually what is "CAPITALISM". Unfortunately, the Communist Movement of India also in a very pathetic stage, due to the ANTI MARXIST STAND, ie, promoting CAPITALISM since 1950s.

. .As the stage of social atmosphere had totally changed all over the world than the period of Karl Marx of 1850s, the plan to implement SOCIALISM also have to be reviewed. To reach at the stage of social development as SOCIALISM, the concept had admitted at the time of Karl Marx is still keeping almost all leaders of Communist movement also have to be reviewed. To teach the mass about MARXSISM is now so easy than the period of Karl Marx and the same stage followed even upto the end of 2nd world war. SOCIALISM can be implemented only through several years as the required stage of mass education in SCIENTIFIC TEMPRE also haved to be reached. The required stage of health through sufficient food, houses, employment facilities, hospital facilities, etc also required so many years.

. .Now, "MODERN PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY" admitted all over the world and its main feature is "ACTUAL POWER" is vested with "PEOPLES" and every citizens have "POLITICAL FREEDOM" and he/she can decide who must be the "RULER" and every citizens have right to become a candidate, and can suggest anybody, can form political parties and can "VOTE" actually according to his wishes and these facilities unimaginable in a KINGS' REGIME OR IMPERIALISM. The "RIGHT" to propagate MARXISM OR COMMUNISM were too tough during the KINGS' REGIME OR IN IMPERIALISM, which was the stage in India also before 1947. The fight to protect the "DEMOCRACY" from bourgeois intervention through money and communal interactions also have to be kept under vigilance for keping democracy in its true meaning and it is possible only in SOCIALISM and only MARXISM and WORKING CLASS can handle it.

. .The method admitted in China to allow private sector also as a part of "SOCIALIST PRODUCTION METHOD", is also feasible under the strict control of "GOVERNMENT" as the "right to invent new technologies or instruments" and spreading new technologies from private individuals which is also a quite natural source of infrormation.

അംഗീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ ശാസ്ത്രീയമായ സാമൂഹ്യ വീക്ഷണം പ്രായോഗികമായി പ്രവർത്തിയിൽ ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളു. അത് അംഗീകരിക്കാതെ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികൾക്കെതിരായി ശാസ്ത്റീയമായ ചെറുത്തുനിൽപ്പ് പ്റായോഗികമല്ല. (1950 കളിൽ ഇന്നത്തെ സ്ഥിതി ആയിരുന്നില്ല, സോഷ്യലിസം ആയിരുന്നു ലക്ഷ്യം, അന്ന് പാർട്ടി വളർന്നിരുന്നു). ശുദ്ധ ബഡായി കഥകളിലൂടെയാണ് ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികൾ നൂറ്റിമുപ്പത്തിയഞ്ചു കോടി ജനങ്ങളെ വിഡ്ഢികളാക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു മത്സ്യത്തിന്റെ ആമാശയത്തിൽ നിന്നും (മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ഇല്ലാതെ) "മഹാഭാരതം " രചിച്ച വേദവ്യാസന്റെ മാതാവ് "സത്യവതി" ജനിച്ചു; അന്തരീക്ഷ വായുവിൽ നിന്നും ഹനുമാനും ഭീമനും ജനിച്ചു; "മഹാഭാരതം" കഥയിൽ സൂര്യനിൽ നിന്നും കർണ്ണൻ ജനിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയ "കഥകൾ" രാഷ്ട്രീയ അടിത്തറ ആക്കുകയാണ് ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികൾ. അതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് ബ്രാഹ്മണാധിപത്യം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതും കോടിക്കണക്കായ ജനങ്ങളെ ചാതുർവർണ്യത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ വിഭജിക്കുന്നതും മനുഷ്യാവകാശങ്ങൾ നിഷേധിക്കുന്നതും. ചൂഷകവർഗങ്ങൾക്ക് സമ്പത്ത് ദൈവം കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല, തെഴിലാളി വർഗത്തെ ചൂഷണം ചെയ്ത് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതാണ് എന്ന് സ്ഥാപിക്കുകയാണ് ഭൗതിക വാദത്തിന്റെ ധർമ്മം. ആത്മീയ വാദത്തിന്റെ ഔന്നത്യമാണ് മതമൗലിക വാദവും ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികളുടെ ഇന്ത്യ ഭരണവും.

. ."ആത്മാവ്" എന്ന് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നത് യഥാർഥത്തിൽ ബോധമുള്ള (ജീവനുള്ള) ഒരാളുടെ തലച്ചോറിന്റെ ഭാഗമായ "മനസി" നെയാണ്. അറിയുന്നതും മനസിലാക്കുന്നതും ആയ വസ്തുതകൾ തലച്ചോറിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഭാഗമാണ് "മനസ്". കംപ്യൂട്ടറിന്റെ "ഹാർഡ് ഡിസ്ക്" ആയി "മനസി" നെ കണക്കാക്കാം. ജീവനും ബോധവും ഉള്ള കാലത്തോളം നമ്മുടെ അറിവുകൾ എല്ലാം അവിടെ ഭദ്രമാണ്. കാലങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ട് മറവി സംഭവിക്കും എങ്കിലും മിയ്ക്കവാറും കാര്യങ്ങൾ നമുക്ക് ഓർത്തെടുക്കാം. വളരെ വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപ് പരിചയപ്പെട്ട ഒരാളെ പിന്നീട് ഒരിക്കൽ കാണുമ്പോൾ നാം ഓർമ്മിച്ചെടുക്കുന്നു. മനസിന് അതിന് സെക്കന്റുകൾ പോലും ആവശ്യമില്ല. എന്നാൽ "തലച്ചോറിന്" മാരകമായ മാനസിക രോഗമോ മറവി രോഗമോ (അൽഷിമേഴ്സ്) ബാധിച്ചാലോ മരണം സംഭവിച്ചാലോ "മനസിന്റെ" കാര്യം തകരാറിലാകും. ഒരാൾക്ക് മരണം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ "മനസ്" (ആത്മാവ്") മാത്രമായി രക്ഷപെട്ട് പോകും എന്നാണ് ആത്മീയ വാദത്തിന്റെ നിലപാട്. "മസ്തിഷ്ക മരണം" സംഭവിക്കുമ്പോൾ യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ അയാളുടെ "മനസ് " അല്ലെങ്കിൽ "ആത്മാവ് " മരിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞു. എന്നാൽ എല്ലാ മതങ്ങളും ഇല്ലാത്ത "ആത്മാവിന്റെ" അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് അവരുടെ "സ്വർഗ്ഗ" ലോകം തീർത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. 1500 കോടി "പ്രകാശവർഷം" വരെയുള്ള ഭൗതിക ലോകത്തിലൊരിടത്തും ഏതെങ്കിലും മതങ്ങളുടെ "സ്വർഗ്ഗ ലോകം" ഉള്ളതായി അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. എന്നാൽ "വിദ്യാ സമ്പന്നരായ" മത മൗലിക വാദികൾ (വർഗീയ വാദികൾ) ശാസ്ത്റ സത്യം അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ ഒരുക്കമല്ല.

. .ഭഗവത് ഗീത; അദ്ധ്യായം രണ്ട് അനുസരിച്ചു് "ഭൗതിക പ്രപഞ്ചം" ആകെ മായയാണ്; യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഉള്ളത് "ആത്മാവ് " ആണ്; അതിന് മരണമില്ല തുടങ്ങിയവയാണ് അർജുനന് കൃഷ്ണൻ നൽകുന്ന "ഉപദേശങ്ങൾ". While the exploiting classes are working hard to assert that the socialist ideology should not exist on the face of the earth, the "Communist" leadership is of the opinion that there is no such ideology because they also for capitalist growth. For the 73 years since 1950, the Communist Party of India under the leadership of SA Dange has never stopped promoting capitalism using the philosophy of Marxism. Even though Communist parties have splited into many but none are ready to accept the goal of socialism. Anyone who has even a remote understanding of Marxism will understand that the philosophy was designed to wipe capitalism off the face of the earth. Even after 73 years of complete disappearance of the communist parties in India, there is no change in the position, which raises doubts about the purity of the intentions of the leadership.

 Unless today's tacit stance on privatization of public sectors is not corrected, the 2024 parliamentary elections will face a worse defeat than 2019. The position should not be taken that any Airport in Kerala should be given to Kerala, or any public sector institution should be given to Kerala; But all public sectors in India should be protected in the public sector. 4G and 5G facilities are still not allotted to BSNL. Otherwise, the Anti-Marxist stand of pitifully surrendering to the exploiting classes in India will not end. But if the position is reversed, the left parties will gain a crucial position in India's political future. The Indian National Congress will give their votes only to Congress or Hindu communalists because both political parties stand for Rama Rajya. That was also the stand they took in Uttar Pradesh. Public Sector remain as they are; Ending the ban on recruitment will not only protect the economy of the country but also protect the Constitutional reservation of backward classes. It will also lead to those sections aligning themselves with the Left. It will also lead to the exposure of Congress and BJP's adopted towards the backward classes.....

EMS is alive, those who have a basic understandings about him and MARXIAN ideology will think, that while BJP Government privatizing all Banks and all Public Sector undertakings including Indian Railways, would not have been allowed to be privatized and that the Communist (Marxist) Party would have mobilized and defended with the peoples using all its strength. Nobody will consider that the words used in the "PARTY PROGRAMME" (6.5) as "PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS WILL HAVE DOMINATING ROLE" had used only to full fill the passage, but it is used as the key summary of "SURPLUS VALUE THEORY" of MARXISM, because PUBLIC SECTOR will play the key role in SOCIALIST SOCIETY also. It is the main structure of "EXPLOITATION FREE SOCIAL SYSTEM also. The profit of PSUS can be used for the welfare of total citizens and it will make better living conditions of working class also. The "PROFIT" of PSUS also become the assets of the country, but bourgeois politics trying to become the assets of CORP ORATES or such family property. As bourgeois politics is only based on exploitation of common peoples and the working class in total, they are keen only to maximize the exploitation, so they will destroy all PSUs, but the politics of COMMUNIST MOVEMENT is entirely different.

Recently, one of the PB MEMBER from Kerala, M V Govindan stressed that there are "NO PERMANENT CLASS ENEMIES" only meaning that CPIM is not admitting the class struggle theory of MARXISM. When declaring that "there are no permanent enemies" only means rejecting "CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY" AND "CLASS CONTRADICTIONS" in total. It only means that total declining of "exploitation of bourgeois" and hence there are no necessities even MARXISM. Actually, this is in continuation of the statement of Sitaram Yechuri, General Secretary, CPIM that only "INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS CAN SAVE INDIA" which was admitted by each and every PB and CC members. The declaration of "no permanent enemies" reveals that the fundamental base of Marxism, an exploitation-free social system (socialism), also will never be admitted in India. It only means that the theory of class struggle has been completely abandoned there along with other ideologies and the target of SOCIALIST society. Since 1950s, Indian COMMUNIST MOVEMENT admitted the policy of "PROMOTING CAPITALISM" and now it is crystal clear that CPI(M) PB will not change the policy and only the present stand to restore the political power of Indian National Congress again in India, and the PB only acting with the target of demolishing COMMUNIST MOVEMENT from India and the experience of Bengal and Tripura encouraging Polit Bureau of CPI(M). It actually meaning that PB can decide anything, without considering the ideology MARXISM and to cheat the actual base and those Crores of peoples believing in MARXISM and a SOCIALIST SOCIETY.

The CPI(M) Polit Bureau only stressing that they are not ready to fulfill the responsibilities pointed out by Marxism to safeguard the interests of the working class, just running away from responsibilities. It is better that they should declare their inability to implement MARXISM; else they should not surrender the ideology before bourgeois and elite group of India.  Political parties should never think that people will always vote for anything in democracy. They must have voted once or twice. Gradually they will abandon such political parties. That is what happened to Congress and what awaits BJP. The problem in India is that the "Left" does not take steps to save the people.

Actually, the statement of General Secretary Sitaram Yechuri and M V Govindan only reveals that they are far, far away from the ideologies of MARXISM, as they got the Party Classes only justifying CAPITALISM and against SOCIALISM with intention to kill Karl Marx and his ideologies. His argument that in India, it is admitted "UNIT" system also stressing his ignorance of "INTERNATIONAL WORKING CLASS CO-ORDINATION". And also it is only with a view of elimination of COMMUNIST MOVEMENT IN INDIA, and PB is stern in it. Strikes organizing also with such intention as those strikes are not against anybody as there are no permanent enemies. And also it is a fact that nobody listening those strikes, and no political benefits expecting and those strikes having only effect of drawing in water. In normal course, the strikes of working class will be against bourgeois and capitalism and the target will be to demolish capitalism and establishing SOCIALIST SOCIETY. Lenin stressing it in his book "What should be done?" and in India, it is impossible.

As CPI(M) P B know nothing about MARXISM, they are considering CPI(M) is only a "PETTY BOURGEOIS POLITICAL PARTY". So they are ready to make coalition with any bourgeois or petty bourgeois parties for one or two seats and thereby they will surrender the ideology in total and help them in elections in all States. But as those bourgeois parties knew actually the ideology "MARXISM" will never allow their anti social activities and they will never vote CPI(M) or left political parties. This is happening in Bengal; Tripura and each and every states in India. Unfortunately, as CPIM PB MEMBERS ARE ONLY INTERNATIONAL FOOLS, THEY WILL NEVER CONVINCE IT. According to THEM, they have "no enmity to anybody". But Including Indian National Congress, bourgeois or petty bourgeois parties will never VOTE CPI(M) anywhere in India. But if CPI(M) PB admitting SOCIALIST INDIA as PARTY PROGRAMME, it will conquer India as a whole, within a few years. "MARXISM" is enough for it; only need freedom to work it in political field; except "PROMOTING CAPITALISM".

The "COMMUNIST" parties in India, determined to promote the "capitalism" that Karl Marx had called for to be wiped off from the the WORLD, are not ready to change their stance, even though how miserably India and the party collapses. At least the name of Karl Marx should be removed from the name of the party and that great man should be left alone.

. .When showing green signal for privatization of Public Sector Undertakings, CPI(M) Polite Bureau declaring that there are no difference with the economic policy of Indian National Congress and BJP, due to the policy of FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM. Employment opportunities disappear without any forward-backward distinction. Due to this, the future of the backward sections whose lives are saved at least a little only because of the reservation benefits will be completely darkened. Hindu communalists aim to restore the old slave system. As long as this policy is going on, working class and common peoples will never admit CPI(M) is a communist Party. The Politburo members and Central Committee members are completely became Anti-Socialist-Marxist as they have long adopted the party view of "Promoting Capitalism" and completely agree with the pro-corporate positions of the Hindutvas, disregarding the party program and the core value theory of Marxism with SURPLUS VALUE theory. Marxism completely rejecting with the view that there are no "permanent enemies" and makes class collaboration with the exploiting classes. Party General Secretary Sitaram Yechury himself is taking steps to hand over the ruling of India to the Indian National Congress, a political movement of the big bourgeoisie-landlord classes of India. The reason for reluctance to admit the target of SOCIALIST INDIA, is crystal clear that Polit Bureau is not ready to admit MARXISM in any way. This is the stand of Sitaram Yechuri; that only "INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS" can save India; and other PB members are also with the same stand of Yechuri. If PB is ready to change the present adamant stand of FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM; and taking the stand to protect the PSUs, Party should organize agitations giving top priority for protecting PSUs; which will be in accordance with the concept of the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, as INDIA IS A REPUBLIC OF SOVEREIGN; SOCIALIST; SECULAR; DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY. When organizing such agitations; we will be liable to teach the public about the contents of MARXISM also. Most probably the fight to protect PSUS will lead the COMMUNIST MOVEMENTS OF INDIA to be the ruling force of India, as the fight to protect PSUS are not only to protect PSUS, but it will be the fight to protect the country, INDIA itself in its true spirit from the HINDU FUNDAMENTALISTS, as in actual meaning, PSUS are the TEMPLES OF MODERN INDIA.

As per "SURPLUS VALUE THEORY", out of 8 hours of per day work, at least one hour man power will get the employer without payment of wage. If thousand employees working in a firm, thousand hours of manpower will get the employer per day. This must be calculated for one week, month and years together. In India, we can count as at least 50 Crores workers working and 50 Crores hours of manpower will get employers and thus capitalism will get this amount per day. When conducting "ALL INDIA STRIKE", the day after the strikes, the news will be "10,000 CRORES NATIONAL LOSS" is based on this. But they will not admit the "PROFIT" of all other working days. (Here is the necessity we demanding that PSUS should be strictly kept only under PUBLIC OWNERSHIP, as the value of man power will be utilized for the well beings of the public and working class in total). Admitting Indian "CONSTITUTION" means admitting the contents of "SOCIALIST" also. When admitting the target of SOCIALIST INDIA, we can present that by using this value, the whole country can be built up as heaven in the EARTH. Due to this, the government will be able to provide completely free treatment and free education to all the needy people in the country and full housing to the homeless. The "strength" behind CHINA is only it get the surplus value of manpower of employees to the nation. If INDIA is also in the way of SOCIALISM, certainly INDIA will overcome CHINA also within a short period, as the natural resources of India are far better than China.

Through implementing "MANUSMRUTHI" (SHUDRAS SHOULD NOT EARN WEALTH, OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT DO THE SLAVERY DUTY OF BRAHMINS AND KSHATHRIYAS) BJP purposely denying permanent employment of both forward and backward. If there are ONE CRORE employment opportunities in all PSUS and Banks, 50 lakh for FORWARD and 50 lakh for backward sectors. When denying ONE CRORE employments opportunities in (total PSUS AND BANKS) including PSUS, that will affect not only BACKWARD, but FORWARD also; means that will affect One Crore Indian families and that will adversely affect 100 Crores Indians. So, when BJP denying total employment opportunities, that will affect each and everyone of Indian citizens. Certainly it will lead the country only complete destruction of each and every field.

. .During 2008, in Bengal, Com. Budhadeb Government captured agricultural land of 9127 farmers for a car factory of TATA, which destroyed all "COMMUNIST IMAGE" of LDF Government. Party also decided "LAND REFORMS" will be against the interest of bourgeois interest and prevent the growth of capitalism; and there were no LAND REFORMS IMPLEMENTED IN BENGAL, which caused the reluctance of poor peoples to the party. Which caused the growth of BJP in Bengal; as the ownership of LAND is connected with the four caste system also. The entire sympathizers of LDF, including CPIM members declined the support of LDF Government and they have merged with TMC. The CPIM Central leaders also gave support for capturing farmers land. Once a report had seen in the Malayalam Daily "DESHABHIMANI" as details of the land acquisition that in Bengal, only 1% of the total farm land had captured and only "one lakh acres", and there are one "CRORE" acres farm land available. Party PB had also gave whole hear-ted support for the capturing farm land and they didn't knew anything as "fault" in farm land capturing. The "team" of PB actually intoxicated in the "justice" of "CAPITALISM" and then how can they admit "SOCIALISM" as Party Programme? They know only the picture of "KARL MARX" is enough and more to pacify party members; neglecting each and every words of Karl Marx as MARXISM, in the normal activities. They are not worried about why those common peoples not voting CPIM in all over India and nothing will insult them in any way. When the ruling and total base of the party lost in Bengal, CPIM PB gave all support for the coalition with Indian National Congress, ignoring the political nature of INC and why and how CPIM formed in 1964 without convincing the fate of CPI and DANGE since 1964, irrespective of CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY OR THE STAGE OF PARTY IN INDIA. If Comrade EMS is alive?

. .Since each and everybody entered in the party only admitting CAPITALISM after admitting CAPITALISM, no one will see any fault in capitalism. During the period S A DANGE, Indian National Congress was their good stage. But now, after the ruling of 65 years, only skeleton of INC remaining and due to the corrupt and destructive ruling, BJP became the ruling force of India. Now, anybody again suggesting the old "DANGE" line, only purposeful intention of continuation of BJP regime for ever. But if party admitting the target of SOCIALIST INDIA, certainly there are chance for the ruling of left forces in India after 2024 General Election. Yet, from the "CONCLUSIONS" of 23rd Party Congress, it is crystal clear that POLIT BUREAU will never change the party PROGRAMME, based on "PROMOTING CAPITALISM" in future also in any way, as according to them, MARXISM is only for CAPITALISM and most probably they will either decide to merge in Indian National Congress or to dissolve the party.

. .Only those entered in the Party for SOCIALIST society have some troubles, they know very soon they will also vanish and after a very few years, every things will be OK.

  The position of those who are waiting for the maximum age limit allowed to be in the Politburo and Central Committee is in the good faith that if the Indian National Congress gets a majority in the 2024 general elections, they can do the job of guarding the remaining time to prevent the BJP from returning to power. The only goal before them is the free growth of capitalism. Farmers who commit suicide without getting a single rupee for a kilo of onion and the poor agricultural laborers who depend on them are not the things that bother them. Those in the Politburo and the Central Committee should not know that the Indian National Congress, which ruled India for more than 65 years, kept them in that position and handed over the governance of India to the BJP. Those who managed to reduce the CPI(M) from having more than two hundred members to a single member in the Bengal Assembly could never think of the same situation as the whole of India.

 . . 2020 ആഗസ്റ്റ് മാസത്തിൽ ബിഹാർ അസംബ്ളി തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന്റെ സമയത്ത് "കോൺഗ്രസിന് മാത്റമേ ഇന്ത്യയെ രക്ഷിക്കാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ" എന്ന് സ.സീതാറാം യെച്ചൂരി പറഞ്ഞതായി സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയയിൽ ഒരു പോസ്റ്റ് കാണുകയുണ്ടായി. പാർട്ടി ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി കൂടിയായ സ. യെച്ചൂരി അങ്ങനെ പറയുമെന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. അങ്ങനെ ആ സഖാവ് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ പിന്നീട് അതേക്കുറിച്ച് തിരുത്ത് വരുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ യാതൊരു വക തിരുത്തുകളും പിന്നീട് ഉണ്ടായതായി അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. പണ്ട് എസ് എ ഡാങ്കെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്റസ്ഥാനത്തിന് കോൺഗ്രസുമായി ഐക്യം വേണമെന്ന കർക്കശമായ നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിച്ചപ്പോൾ കോൺഗ്രസിന് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന സ്ഥാനം "എവിടെ ഏത് കുറ്റിച്ചൂലിനെ കോൺഗ്രസ് മത്സരിപ്പിച്ചാലും അവർ ജയിക്കും" എന്നതായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ കാലം മാറി, 65 കൊല്ലത്തിലധികം ഇന്ത്യ ഭരിച്ച ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് എന്താണെന്ന് ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത മനസിലാക്കുകയും കോൺഗ്രസിനെ ഭരണത്തിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടും സ. യെച്ചൂരി ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു അഭിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് കോൺഗ്രസിനെക്കുറിച്ചും കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനമായ മാർക്സിസത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും യാതൊന്നും അറിയില്ല എന്ന് മാത്റമാണ്. 135 കോടി ജനങ്ങളുള്ള ഒരു രാജ്യത്തെ ജനങ്ങളെയാകെ സംരക്ഷിക്കാൻ പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധമായ ഒരു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയുടെ ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ ഭാഗത്തു നിന്നും ഒരിക്കലും ഉണ്ടാകാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത പ്രസ്താവന ആണത്. അത് കാണുന്ന ആരെങ്കിലും മേലിൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിക്ക് വോട്ടു ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് സാമാന്യ ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരാരും കരുതുകയില്ല.

446. Without admitting "SOCIALIST INDIA", WITHOUT CHANGING "CPIM PARTY PROGRAM", EVICTING BJP FROM POWER IS IMPOSSIBLE. IGNORANCE OF MARXISM WILL NEVER SOLVE PROBLEMS OR SAVE OUR COUNTRY FROM HINDU FUNDAMENTALISTS. Even though CPI (M) amends its "PROGRAMME" and adopts as "Socialist India", it will not be able to move towards the goal of a "Socialist India" without majority in Indian Parliament and the support of the peoples to govern India as a whole. But without the Party "PROGRAMME" as SOCIALIST INDIA, it is impossible to get majority in Indian Parliament and the history of past 72 years proves beyond doubt. Then also the "STATE" ruling whenever party gets chance to rule, only will be feasible according to the ruling of those ruling at "CENTRE" level as specified in the Constitution of India.

. .The meaning of saying that socialism cannot be established in the states alone can be understood only by understanding the powers of the Indian Parliament and the limitations of the powers of the state Legislative Assemblies as insisting in Indian Constitution. It can make "LAWS" only according to the directions of Indian Constitution based on the powers of Indian Parliament. To get the peoples about awareness of SOCIALISM, and socialist ideology it is impossible without approving such a party program as SOCIALIST INDIA. The "vision" of "promoting capitalism" must be abandoned because it rejects "Marxism" altogether. The basis of socialism is that all people are heirs to all the wealth of the country. The current situation is that seventy-five per cent of the wealth of the country enjoying only ten per cent of the rich. That situation must change and the Indian people as a whole must benefit from it. Homeless; having no way to treat the disease; and socialism promises people that there should be no one without access to education. Bourgeois political parties purposely keeping as far as possible peoples of backward classes away from formal education to ensure man power explolitation with very low daily wages. And also India must be free from the terror of "BRAHMIN" and four castes separation. In India, where most of the natural resources are plentiful; it has all the resources to become the richest country in the world if India is on the way to socialism.

. .Only admitting Indian CONSTITUTION, democratically, we can convince peoples that socialism is only a matter of social justice. For that, just one "vote" in a democratic way is enough to secure the support of the people and the "VOTE" representing their consent to establish socialism in India. It also needs to teach people what is true "democracy". The misconception of the people that "democracy" is the domination of wealth, the domination of the Brahmins or the domination of any other religion needs to be changed. It is essential for the basic perspectives of the social science of "Marxism" to unite mankind and the contents of the Constitution Article 51A(h) envisages "SCIENTIFIC TEMPRE" have to stress its importance. The contributions of Dr B R AMBEDKAR have to be stress always.

. .Indian Parliament already admitted the target of SOCIALIST INDIA with 4/5th majority and CONSTITUTION changes also admitted accordingly and the peoples verdict is still existing even though INC failed to implement it. Those peoples also still living in this country and they want Socialist economy. The working class movement have liability to fulfil the desire of Indian CITIZENS and working class also wants SOCIALIST INDIA is actual fact.

Com. EMS couldn't understood the difference of ruling in Central Government and in any "STATE GOVERNMENT" as he stated in the book "WORKING CLASS POLITICS, SCIENCE AND ART" (Malayalam book, Page 53). When comparing the ruling of Kerala, as Com.EMS as CM), in 1957 and in 1967, both ruling in Kerala could not complete the "five years term", he said that in future also, if getting ruling again, will also only for short period, and so "SOCIALISM, EVEN SOCIAL CHANGES ARE IMPOSSIBLE THROUGH PARLIAMENTARY METHOD". He had stressed two things in his statement that 1. Through "PARLIAMENTARY METHOD", socialism is impossible and 2. If getting continuous ruling in any "STATE GOVERNMENT", "SOCIALISM IS POSSIBLE".

I can't admit his both points as the ruling of "STATE" in a federal system, only dependent on "CENTRAL GOVERNMENT" and POLITICAL AND ECONOMICAL SOVEREIGNTY IS VESTED ONLY IN CENTRAL GOVERNMENT. Only "PARLIAMENT" and Central Government can decide whether any "STATE" is necessary or not, and the powers of "STATE" are very normal as Judicial powers vested in Supreme Court, "Constitution of India" decides every actions of the State Government; major industries, Reserve Bank, etc. are under the Constitution and control of Central Golvernment. And even 34 years continuous ruling in Bengal also proved his versions are not correct.

And according to his first point, that SOCIALISM is impossible through "PARLIAMENTARY METHOD", is basically mistake and PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM IS THE SOCIAL SYSTEM OVERTAKEN BY OLD KINGS' REGIME AND HUMANITY CANNOT GO TO HISTORY AGAIN, AND ADMITTING PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM IS ONLY ADMITTING THE POWERS IS VESTED WITH "PEOPLES". . ."PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" is impossible in CAPITALISM. It is possible only along with SOCIALISM. So CPI (M) should admit the target of "SOCIALIST ECONOMY THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY". See it is in China, "PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CHINA". When "PROMOTING CAPITALISM", "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" is impossible.

In a book of Com.EMS, (Former General Secretary, CPI (M), (ARTS & SCIENCE OF WORKING CLASS POLITICS) (Page 53) he says that Lenin severely criticising BOURGEOIS PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM and that implementing SOCIALISM through PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM is impossible and even social changes are impossible. Here Com. EMS had happened a mistake that Lenin (In the book STATE AND REVOLUTION") actually criticising CAPITALISM and Lenin says that even "A best PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM" will be only a "WAGE SLAVERY" (WAGE COOLIE) to working class.

What is "wage slavery"? In old slavery system, slaves had the benefit of protection like cattles such as food (only capable to their existences) and shelter and in capitalism, bourgeois have not such responsibilities; but the worker should work under any bourgeois to his existences and at present he has the freedom to choice to whom he can sell his manpower; otherwise he must die. Com.EMS says in the same book; (Page 21) the necessity of "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM" by severe blow on FEUDALISM. Com.EMS understood only that the words of Lenin relates to PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION PROCEDURES AND FORMING OF MINISTRY only.

.............He understood the actual spirit of MARXISM. In the same book, Com.EMS says that the class structure of PEOPLES DEMOCRACY will be same of BOURGEOIS DEMOCRACY. For BOURGEOIS CLASS STRUCTURE we are called as "CAPITALISM". So according to LENIN; our PEOPLES DEMOCRACY is only "WAGE SLAVERY".

............IN THE SAME BOOK IN PAGE 20 COM. EMS SAYS THAT "WHEN SOCIALIST TRANSFORMATION FROM CAPITALISM TO SOCIALISM IN WORLD LEVEL IS TAKING PLACE; INDIA WILL ALSO IN SOCIALISM.". OUR BASIC STAND IS THIS. THIS WAS THE STAND OF TROTSKI (TO MY INFORMATION) WHICH LENIN DECLINED. I have doubt about our leaders that any of them had read or noticed the above version of Lenin.

............By saying that we are following "Marxism; Leninism" we should have follow anything ideas of Marx and Lenin; otherwise our claims will not function. The population of India is above 135 crores; and we can count why Indian working class neglecting or reluctant to admit our movement and they are not ready to vote us. As long as our target is to promote capitalism; (there is no socialism) (in what name is not the problem) Indian working class will not admit a "wage slavery system"; because they are not fools.

So I request please take steps to change our PROGRAMME as a SOCIALIST INDIA and then only our movement is on actual Marxism, then only we have a target to be achieved; surely MARXISM will show its real force in India as had done in old Soviet Union and China.

............Since 1950s there are no target to be achieved before Indian Working Class; as "capitalism" cannot be considered as a target. In India; we can avoid only armed revolution; as a strong PARLIAMENTARY system is prevailing; but this facility was not prevailing in old Russia. We can avoid only armed revolution; but hooliganism and rowdyism must be handled on the same coin. As long as we are continuing the concept to promote Indian capitalism; our "PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REVOLUTION" is only "WAGE SLAVERY". IN THE SAME BOOK IN PAGE 20 COM. ..........In CAPITALISM; bourgeois will decide who should rule them. They will never admit a COMMUNIST PARTY to rule them. Convince the stage of the party also. Only bourgeois democracy will exist as long as CAPITALISM existing. .
