        193. WE CANNOT CONTROL PRICE HIKES IN CAPITALISM.
             In a capitalist society; the production of all commodities will be with a view to make profit; more and more; and wherever profit is less; bourgeois will not show any interest there. Due to the  basic fact of this; we cannot prevent price hikes in capitalism.  Like bourgeois; bourgeois political parties are treating politics also to make money more and more by cheating ordinary peoples by claiming that they are working for whole peoples of the country; actually they are conducting politics only to earn money by helping bourgeois and Corporates by selling the natural resources of the country to bourgeois.

...........During 1985 itself;  in India we could discover crude oil treasure about 75%  for our domestic consumption.  But bourgeois political parties like Congress and BJP entrusted the entire crude oil treasure to bourgeois like Ambani; etc. and they are selling oil products considering those as imported items.  Due to fixing the price of oil products only with a view to earn profit; all phases of commodity transporting causes hikes in transporting.  So also making tax increases; prices of all commodities will rise.  And also capitalists will ensure scarcity in the market to increase the demands of every items; scarcity also will causes price rise.  If he get profit by selling one unit;  why they should make and sell hundred unit?

............Only in SOCIALISM;  production will consider to meet the requirements of the citizens.   Our agriculture sector is  a very good example for this. Without agriculture field; peoples of the country cannot exist; even one day.  We cannot count the value of food or anything for the living of inhabitants of the country.  The attitude of bourgeois and bourgeois political parties is resulting  that 2.5 lakh farmers committed suicide for the last 10 years; from 2005 to 2015.  And also, through agriculture; we get raw materials for industries like sugar cane; cotton, etc.  On the other hand; most important fact is that bourgeois will make all human needs such as education; health; etc. with a spirit of profit motivated items which will very seriously affect humanities.  And also in industries; where profit is less; bourgeois will not attend there.
...........But in a socialist society; the motivation of production of all sectors will be with a view to ensure the needs and amenities of the society.  To get it fulfilled; the co-operation of all sectors of the society must be ensured; for that; main force is that the "will power of actual working class"; only working class can do that. They will make all efforts for the development of the country; because they knew that there is surety to their life in all sectors.  In a capitalist society; all matters are deciding by bourgeois only with a view to make huge profit; and exploitation of working class and poor peoples; and they are victims; but working class will not show more interest in capitalism; they will work only for their wage.

So, for establishing a socialist society; political stability of working class is inevitable; for that we must place a propaganda of socialism before Indian Working class.  Whatever it may be; towards socialism; we should have start from first; because everything is changing day by day; even technologies; from capitalism; we have nothing to preserve for socialism.  Only in socialism; Marxian ideology and working class will be with us.   So the fight to prevent "price hike" should be the fight for socialist country.  Then only our agitations are against bourgeois and their political parties like Congress and BJP;  then only our struggles are became "class struggle" nature; then only our struggles will give us any political benefit; our path should be to a socialist country; should not be to  capitalism.

               സോവിയറ്റു യൂണിയനിൽ സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്  ഉണ്ടായ  തിരിച്ചടി  ബൂർഷ്വാസിയെയും ബൂർഷ്വാ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരെയും വല്ലാത്ത ഒരു അവവസ്ഥയിലാണ് എത്തിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.  അമേരിക്ക ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള സാംബ്രാജ്യ ശക്തികൾ  വല്ലാത്ത ഒരു ചങ്കൂറ്റത്തിലാണ്.  എനിയും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റു കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകൾ പോലും ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ മടിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.  ജനങ്ങൾക്കാകെ അവകാശപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെയും  പ്രകൃതി സമ്പത്താകെ  വൻകിട മുതലാളിമാർക്കും കോർപറേറ്റുകൾക്കും  ഇഷ്ടം പോലെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം.  വൻകിട കോർപറേറ്റുകളുടെ ചൊല്പടിയിൽ കഴിയുന്ന എല്ലാ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെയും ബൂർഷ്വാ  രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളുടെ പൂർണ സഹകരണവും അവർക്കു ലഭിക്കും.  "ജനാധിപത്യം" എന്ന പേരിൽ  മുതലാളിമാർക്ക്  സർവത്ര സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം. അതിന്  അവർ കൊടുത്ത പേരാണ്  "ആഗോള വത്ക്കരണം; സ്വകാര്യ വത്ക്കരണം; ഉദാര വത്ക്കരണം".   കേൾക്കുന്ന ആർക്കും  അതിലെ അപകടം മനസിലാവില്ല.  പൊതുവെ ചിന്താ ശേഷി കുറഞ്ഞവരാണ് പൊതുജനങ്ങളിലധികവും.  അതാണ്   "പൊതുജനം  കഴുതയാണ്" എന്ന ദുഷ്‌പേരിനു കാരണം.  രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ നട്ടെല്ലായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന; കോടിക്കണക്കിനു രൂപ സർക്കാർ ഖജനാവിലേക്ക്  എല്ലാ വർഷവും നൽകുന്ന വൻകിട പൊതു മേഖല സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നിസ്സാര വിലക്കാണ്  ബൂർഷ്വാ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരൻ കോടിക്കണക്കിനു രൂപ പാരിതോഷികമായി  പറ്റിക്കൊണ്ട്  ദേശീയ-വിദേശീയ കോർപ്പ്പറേറ്റുകൾക്കു നൽകുന്നത്.  ഈ സാമ്പത്തിക നയത്തിൽ കോൺഗ്രസും ബി.ജെ.പി.യും ഒരേ തൂവൽ പക്ഷികളാണ്.   കോണ്ഗ്രെസ്, ബി.ജെ.പി. തുടങ്ങിയ  ബൂര്ഷ്വ-പെറ്റി  ബൂർഷ്വാ പാർട്ടികൾക്ക് അവരുടെ സാമ്ബ്രാജ്യ വിധേയത്വം  പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കാൻ നല്ല അവസരം ആണ്  ലഭിച്ചത്.  സ്വാർഥതയിൽ കവിഞ്ഞ ഒരുതരതില്ലുള്ള  ജനതാല്പര്യവും തങ്ങൾക്  ഇല്ല എന്ന്  കിട്ടിയ അവസരതിലൂടെ അവർ തെളിയിച്ചു.  ഒരു തരത്തിലുള്ള സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപാടുകളും പാടില്ല എന്നതാണ്  സാമ്ബ്രാജ്യ ശക്തികളുടെ  നിലപാട്.  രാഷ്ട്രം ദുർബലവും  മൂലധന ശക്തികൾ കൂടുതൽ കൂടുതൽ കരുത്തരും ആകണം. രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന്റെ സംമ്പതാകെ  മൂലധന ശക്തികളുടെ  വരുതിയിൽ ആകണം.  പൊതുമേഘലകൾ പാടില്ല എന്ന് പറയുന്നതിന്റെ  അർത്ഥം  വളരെ വലുതാണ്‌.  അവയുടെ  ലാഭം രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന്  ലഭിച്ചാൽ  അവ ജനങ്ങൾക്  ഉപകാരപ്രദമായ രീതിയിൽ വിനിയോഗിക്കും. അത് പാടില്ല.  പൊതുമേഘല  സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നികുതി വെട്ടിപ്പ് ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. അവ വിലകയറ്റം തടയാൻ സഹായിക്കും.  അവ ഗുണ നിലവാരം ഉള്ളവ ആകും.  പരമാവധി രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന്റെ  സമ്പത്ത്  ഘടനയെ ശക്തമാക്കും.  അവ ഒന്നും പാടില്ല. സബ് സിഡികൾ കൊടുക്കരുത്  എന്ന്  മാത്റം അല്ല അവരുടെ ആവശ്യം; സബ്  സിഡികൾ  കൊടുക്കാൻ ഭരണ കൂടതിനു കഴിയരുത്‌ എന്നും അവർക്ക്  കരുതൽ  ഉണ്ട്. സാംബ്രാജ്യ  ദാസന്മാർ  ആയ ബൂർഷ്വാ  പാർടികളോട്  പൊതുമേഘലകൾ  എന്ത് ദോഷം ആണ് ചെയ്തത്?  പൊതുമേഖലകൾ ദുർബലാമായാൽ രാഷ്ട്രം ദുർബലമാകും;  മൂലധന ശക്തികൾ കൂടുതൽ ശക്തരാകും.  മുതലാളിത്തം അതാണ്‌ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നത്.   അഴിമതികൾ വഴി  ബൂർഷ്വാ പാർടികൾക്  കോടികണക്കിന്  രൂപയുടെ സമ്പത്ത് ഉണ്ടാക്കാനും പൊതുമേഘലകൾ  ഇല്ലാതെയാകുന്നതിലൂടെ കഴിയും. നമ്മുടെ  എണ്ണ -പ്രകൃതി വാതക മേഘല  റിലയൻസിന്റെ   കൈപിടിയിൽ ആയതാണ് ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ  വിലക്കയറ്റത്തിന്റെ സുനാമികൾ തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായി കൊണ്ടിരിക്കാൻ കാരണം.  എഫ്.എ.സി.റ്റി. തകരാൻ കാരണം. സാംബ്രാജ്യ ദാസന്മാരായ  ബൂര്ഷ്വ--പെറ്റി.. ബൂർഷ്വാ പാര്ടികൾക്ക്  ഭരണം ലഭിക്കണം എന്നല്ലാതെ മറ്റ് ചിന്താഗതികൾ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല.  ഏത്  മാർഗത്തിലൂടെയും അഴിമതികൾ നടത്തുന്നതിനാണ്  അവരുടെ ശ്രമം.  സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളെ  അവർ ശത്രുക്കളായി കാണുന്നു എന്നതാണ് സത്യം.  എല്ലാ അവശ്യ വസ്തുക്കളുടേയും  വിലകൾ  അടിക്കടി ഉയരുന്നതിനായി  ഒരോ ദിവസവും  എന്തെങ്കിലും നടപടികൾ  ബി.ജെ.പി. യുടെ നരേന്ദ്ര മോഡി സർക്കാർ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയാണ്.  ക്രൂഡ് ഓയിൽ വില ലോക മാർക്കറ്റിൽ എത്രയെല്ലാം കുറഞ്ഞാലും  അതിന്റെ പ്രയോചനം ജനങ്ങൾക്ക്  ലഭിക്കാതിരിക്കാൻ  പെട്രോൾ/ഡീസൽ/പാചക വാതക വിലകൾ വർധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. അവയുടെ നികുതികളും വർധിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും.  പൊതുമേഖലകൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കണം എന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട്  നടത്തുന്ന സമരങ്ങൾ മുതലാളിത്തം  തന്നെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രക്ഷോഭങ്ങൾ കൂടി ആകണം.  എന്നാൽ മാത്രമേ  രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ സമ്പത്തു്  എല്ലാ  പൗരന്മാർക്കും ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനും  ജനതയിൽ വലിയ ഒരു വിഭാഗം ദാരിദ്ര്യത്തിന്റെ നരക യാതനയിൽനിന്നും മോചിതരാകാനും  സാധ്യമാവുകയുള്ളു.  ചൈനയിലേതിനേക്കാൾ  വളരെ വലിയ  പ്രകൃതി സമ്പത്തുള്ള ഇൻഡ്യ സാമ്പത്തികമായും ജനങ്ങളുടെ ജീവിത നിലവാരത്തിലും ലോകത്തിലെ വികസിത രാജ്യങ്ങൾക്കൊപ്പം  എത്തുകയുള്ളൂ.   ജനങ്ങളോട് യാതൊരു ഉത്തരവാദിത്വങ്ങളും ഇല്ലാതെ വൻകിട കോടീശ്വരന്മാർക്കു മാത്രമായി ഭരണം നടത്തുന്ന കോൺഗ്രസ്/ ബി.ജെ.പി. അടക്കമുള്ള ബൂർഷ്വാ പാർട്ടികളെ ഭരണത്തിൽ നിന്നും തൂത്തെറിഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ടല്ലാതെ; തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളെ ഇൻഡ്യയുടെ ഭരണം നയിക്കാൻ പ്രാപ്‌തരാക്കി കൊണ്ടല്ലാതെ;  ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയ്ക്ക്  മോചനം നേടാൻ ആവില്ല.

..........When considering a "SOCIALIST INDIA"; everybody will consider that how we can repeat the happenings of old SOVIET UNION again in India. "Maoists" of India is under this concept. They are not ready to consider the peculiarities prevailing in India and what was the circumstances at the time of Lenin's old Russia. In India; there is no ban on Communist Parties provided that they should not be a threat to normal life of the citizens as doing our "Maoists". The Constitution of India is a "Socialist" one; whereas we cannot imagine such a thing at the time of TSAR' Russia. There is no compulsion about in what meaning the word "SOCIALISM" must be taken us as envisaged in our constitution. But we should consider that the "socialism" what was in old Soviet Union will not admit the peoples as we are experiencing from the present stage of Russia.

..........While examining into the depth of its vanishing; we must take into consideration about the nature of humanity also. We cannot put the humanity in total to a frame; because they are belongs to various kinds and differential natures. When trying to put them into a steel frame; there will occur severe resistance from them. To a certain extend; selfishness is common and by nature; like plants strikes among them for Sun light; and all living things shows to their babies; human beings also will show some concerns to their kids. As it relates to their existence over all other social aspects; we must admit that also. Their selfishness only relating to their existence; on the other hand; according to bourgeois; (in capitalism) they wants more and more money; for not their mere existences; but to conquer the society as a whole. In old Soviet Union; lack of these views also affected to a large extend. Even now; peoples of old Soviet Union is not voting the Communist Party of Russia.

........In India; we have all conveniences to propagate the socialist ideas among the peoples. The peoples of India can change their rulers in every span of five years. Is this was possible in old Russia or China? We have the right to narrate the mass about what is socialism. For that we should have the target; a socialist country. The basic concept of socialism is that all kind of natural resources should be the wealth of the nation such as land and all kinds of Mines; etc. We knew that in India the treasure of iron ore is the largest in the world. And also the Bauxite treasure is the largest in the world. Our coal field is also a considerable one. Most of other basic factors also available in India.

........Only in Socialism; the benefit of these treasures can be utilised for the welfare of the peoples. The reason for claiming "SOCIALISM" as "SCIENTIFIC" is that actual wealth of the country (commodities) is being made by actual working class; utilising their manpower and the natural resources of the country; should be benefited to all its citizens. Capitalism is not admitting this; because the base of capitalism is utter selfishness and exploitation. To make understand the peoples about such things; nobody will make any objections; the peoples will help us for doing so. Unfortunately; our stand is to promote capitalism; since 1950s; deviating socialist ideas. As the time passed about 66 years; nobody knows about socialism even party comrades because in party classes; they are getting ideas only anti-socialists. So we can imagine the case of ordinary peoples. At present they are considering that Communists are only "God less" peoples; for that; we cannot blame them; because they can't hear anything about socialist ideas.
