100. Without changing the PROGRAMME of CPI (M), we cannot come back in Bengal, OR ANYWHERE IN INDIA.
................ During 2008, one Comrade in W.Bengal said that we have no other way other than CAPITALISM and party as a whole admitted it. According to our stand; there is nothing adverse in capitalism when admitting MARXISM? Do party believes peoples will vote CPI(M) for capitalism? If it is so, peoples will consider CPIM is only a comedy organisation.
................ For the last 70, years, (since 1950s) socialism is not with us and as I had tried to change this position, I was expelled from the party for ten years since 2005 to 2015). (Comparing the position of our party, I am nothing. But lac of our men utilising their strength to improve the position of the party; in vain). Including Com.EMS tried their best to improve the strength in India, all ends in vain. Even now, will party is ready to change our attitude towards capitalism and socialism? With capitalism, nobody will admit us....
.................(2).In a book of Com.EMS, (Arts and Science of Working Class Politics; Page 20) he says that the socialist transformation of India will taken place only with when the World Transformation from capitalism to socialism is done. This was the stand of Trotski when Russian Revolution was going on. Lenin didn't admitted Trotski's stand. So that when America, England; France, Japan; Germany etc, countries are became Socialism, India also will became Socialism. It is only foolishness to think that Bourgeois will change the entire world become SOCIALIST under USA.
................In that book; page 21, he says that in India the "FREE" development of capitalism" is necessary. Can anybody guess the situation of India and the possibilities being socialism automatically when capitalism grown up? I don't know how this ideas came up and from whom. May be Crushechev? Then so why Marx and Lenin reiterated the necessity of proletarian dictatorship? (That related to Arms revolution only) But the resistance of bourgeois should not be ruled out.
................We must place "SOCIALIST INDIA" before the Indian peoples. Without changing the PROGRAMME, there is no chance to come back in W.Bengal because peoples will not believe in the present circumstances and we have nothing to place before them. In Bengal; the lost base of our party have to be recovered. Socialism is possible only all over India level; but we can tell the peoples the limitations of a State ruling, and also what is Socialism. Our target should not be to rule a mere State in India; but it should be the rule of India because the power of a State in India is only very little; and in a State; to establish socialism is impossible. From the experience of past 70 years; I request to consider to change the program; otherwise we cannot change our position in India; and we cannot defend BJP. Wherever we had taken steps to promote capitalism; we had lost our face and base as a working class movement.
...............Without remembering the history of CPI for the last 70 years of CPI and S A DANGE; Bengal Comrades and Yechuri are very hardly trying to become CPI(M) as CPI of old S A Dange. Dange was purposely destroyed Indian Communist movement and Bengal Comrades and Yechuri again trying to repeat the history without considering what is MARXISM; NEGLECTING CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY; AND WITHOUT CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY; THERE IS NO MARXISM.
Before MARXISM, there are no choice, only SOCIALISM, to end exploitation of all kind. Lenin and Mao could grasp this. In India nobody could grasp this. Imperialism is the top of capitalism, it will never reach in socialism.

103.WITHOUT PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM - SOCIALISM IS IMPOSSIBLE.
........During 1950s, the then "leaders" of COMMUNIST MOVEMENTS decided -"SOCIALISM" is impossible through "PARLIAMENTARY" system and decided to promote Indian capitalism. If they were understood what is SOCIALISM and what is MARXISM they would not had taken such decisions. Nobody can repeat things in one country into another country as such. Lenin and Mao Zedong had done at their each countries according to their situations prevailed in each country. The situations of India prevailing after 1950s are entirely different what was at the time of Lenin or Mao Zedong.
...........Without understanding the public so that what is socialism and what is capitalism how can they vote for a Communist Party? For promoting CAPITALISM; working class are helpless; they can do only hard work; hardships; being subject of pure exploitation and avoiding claims for wage hike, etc only. Socialism is a stage of the society in which the wealth of the country must be utilised for the welfare of the whole peoples instead in capitalism the whole wealth will be utilised for a few land lords and capitalist forces only; where as the motive of production will be only more and more profit WHEREAS in SOCIALISM it must be enough food grains/hospitals/ doctors/ schools and all developments in all sectors. How it is possible through armed revolution? We need mass support for which no ban on us to understand the public what is socialism; for which we must teach them what is socialism. We cannot reach there through CAPITALISM and through capitalism; we are spoiling ourselves only. As the science is changing day by day; there are nothing to keep for ever from CAPITALISM; as our old TYPE WRITER; old land phone; etc.
To understand what I means; the history of old Soviet Union should have studied; the history of old Soviet Union since 1920s; after the rebel war happened at USSR during 1917 - 1920 where 2.5 crores of citizens had died; and when the process of starting a socialist country; there where nothing had there even raw materials; technicians; know how or capital to start any kind of infrastructure to be used. But the will power of actual working class; the efficiency of the theory MARXISM which proved how MARXISM will work in socialism; which will function only in socialism.
And in India; we are experiencing how the ideas of MARXISM and working class will work when COMMUNIST LEADERSHIP deciding to promote CAPITALISM ignoring what is MARXISM.
The present PROGRAM is only on a misunderstandings that socialism is impossible through Parliamentary system. In any country anybody can impose any law without passing a bill in an elected body? The body in what name is not the question; there must be a body and in India the name for that body is PARLIAMENT/Assembly of States. .
..........We cannot establish socialism through armed revolution because socialism is a stage of the society where the needs of the society meets through economic development through socialist planning and wholehearted co-operation of working class. There; working class are not working for merely wages; but also to set up a society where exploitation will not occur; their all kinds of amenities will be attended by the society.
.........Socialism is possible in all India basis only; for which we must place SOCIALISM before Indian working class. At a stage in which we get the power in all India basis; we must follow the present line in states. But we can say to the public the limitations of the state ruling and the benefits of socialism and what can do if we gets power in India. At present what is our actual aim in India? Is it capitalism? NO. Is it socialism? NO. At the same time we will blame capitalism wherever we get chances. (IT MEANS THAT ACTUAL CONTENTS OF THE PROGRAMME IS NO BODY ADMITTED IN INDIA IN ITS TRUE WORTH). So; for what purpose Indians must vote for CPI (M) at present? When peoples thinks that it is their necessity the ruling of CPI (M) in India, they will vote for CPI(M). At present economic policy of CPI (M) is same and one of Indian National Congress (See the attitude of Yechuri and Bengal CPI (M). But nobody will vote for CPI (M) to repeat old West Bengal anywhere in India and peoples are in fear about old WB ruling of it. But even now, Sitaram Yechuri and West Bengal comrades don't know where is actual fault.
.........Now they don't feel so. Why? And I would like to say that SOCIALISM is impossible through ARMED REVOLUTIONS. In a country where there is no PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM is existing; armed revolution is essential and through armed revolution only we can reach in power and establishing SOCIALISM OR CAPITALISM can be implemented only through parliamentary systems; because anything can be implemented in a country only through passing in the elected body. During the life time of Marx; there were no Parliamentary systems and the only possible way was armed revolutions. After publishing the book "DAS CAPITAL" Marx had opined that the changing of an economical system of a country can be possible only with the verdict of the majority of the peoples (The life history of Marx; Progress Publishers, Moscow).
