You know, Indian Constitution is prepared by Dr. B R AMBEDKAR and as per Art. 14, everybody are equal rights and 51A(h) insisting SCIENTIFIC TEMPER, these will protect every Indian CITIZENS fundamentally, if he has common sense.

Dialectical MATERIALISM, scientific method.

According to Dialectical Materialism, everything should have scientific base. But those religious books who wrote such books were followed only their imagination. Please see the Book "MAHABHARATHA" wrote by Veda Vyasa and Veda Vyasa himself introduced that the mother of Vyasa, Sathyavathi were born from a "FISH". Actually Vyasa was born in a fishermen family, but he, himself hiding the actual fact. Anybody could understood that "fish" could not gave birth to a female baby. So we could find that all characters were introduced only through his imagination, such as "Bheema"; from AIR, KARNA from the mighty "SUN", etc.

Everything which SANGHAPARIVAR following as theory are only blunder stories. (See my BLOG 341, 401, 400 about RAMAYANA, etc).

But we should not follow "GANDHIAN" method which some comrades following for so many years. They will only crying and running when anybody attacking CPIM, Dalit, other castes etc. Anything RSS doing, should be returned with same method, as far as possible without losing human life. RSS killed GANDHIJI also, who followed "AHIMSA". Any lynching should be returned with same method as far as possible without any identification.

Anybody following rowdyism & hooliganism should be returned with same method, at the same time creating public opinion against them through social medias etc. Please see RSS & SANGHAPARIVAR fellows not following any kind of democratic method which Indian Constitution admitting and they are not admitting even Indian Constitution. They killed about 4000 innocent Indian CITIZENS and they are proud of such act. So they also not deserving any kind of common handling.

403. .ഇന്ത്യ ഒരു സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റു രാജ്യമായി ഇന്ത്യൻ പാർലമെന്റിന്റെ അഞ്ചിൽ നാല് ഭൂരിപക്ഷത്തോടെ അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും അത് ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടനയുടെ തന്നെ ഭാഗമായി അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ആണ്. ഇന്ത്യൻ പൗരന്മാർക്ക് ആർക്കും ആയത് അംഗീകരിക്കാതിരിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. മാത്രമല്ല ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയിൽ അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റുരാജ്യ" ത്തിന് പ്രത്യേക നിർവചനം ഒന്നും നൽകിയിട്ടി ല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ അത് ഏത് രീതിയിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം എന്ന് ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയ്ക്ക് തീരുമാനിക്കാം. "മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന സാമൂഹ്യ ശാസ്ത്റം അംഗീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ് സാർവദേശീയമായി അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റു സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ. സോഷ്യലിസം എന്നത് ദീർഘ കാലം കൊണ്ട് മാത്റം നടപ്പിലാക്കാവുന്ന ഒരു സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയാണ്. പക്ഷെ അത് ഒരിക്കലും മുതലാളിത്ത പാതയിൽ സാധ്യമാവുന്നതല്ല. മുതലാളിത്ത വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ ഭരണ കൂടം നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നത് സമ്പന്ന--ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ ആയിരിക്കും. അതാകട്ടെ ദീർഘ കാലമായി "ഭരണകൂട" ആധിപത്യം നിലനിർത്തിവരുന്ന ചൂഷക വർഗ ആധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ തുടർച്ചയും ആയിരിക്കും. എല്ലാ വിഭാഗം ജനങ്ങളേയും ചൂഷണം ചെയ്ത് പരമാവധി ലാഭം നേടുക എന്നതാണ് മുതലാളിത്ത ത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന പ്രമാണം. സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റേതാകട്ടെ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗം ഉൾപ്പെടെ പണിയെടുക്കുന്ന മുഴുവൻ ജനങ്ങളുടെയും എല്ലാ മേഖലയിലെയും അഭിവൃദ്ധിയും ആയിരിക്കും. സംഘടിത രൂപത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന സ്വാർത്ഥതയുടെയും സാമൂഹ്യ ബോധത്തിന്റെയും സംഘടനം ആണ് സോഷ്യലിസത്തിലേക്ക് സമൂഹത്തെ നയിക്കുക

"രാജവാഴ്ച" ക്ക് ശേഷം നിലവിൽ വന്ന ഭരണ വ്യവസ്ഥയാണ് "ജനാധിപത്യം". "ജനാധിപത്യം" എന്നാൽ "ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആധിപത്യം" എന്ന് തന്നെയാണ് അർത്ഥം. ജനങ്ങളെ ജാതിയുടെയോ മതത്തിന്റെയോ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വേർ തിരിച്ചു കാണുന്നവർ ജനാധിപത്യം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നവരല്ല. വായു, ജലം, സൂര്യ പ്രകാശം പോലെ ഭൂമിയും എല്ലാ ജീവ ജാലങ്ങൾക്കും ഒരു പോലെ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടതാണ്.

. ."മനുഷ്യൻ" ജീവജാലങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്ന് മാത്രമാണ്. അവരെ ജാതി-മത അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വേർ തിരിച്ചു കാണുന്നതും എല്ലാ ജീവ ജാലങ്ങൾക്കും അവകാശപ്പെട്ടത് നിക്ഷേധിക്കുന്നതും പ്രകൃതി നിയമങ്ങളുടെ ലംഘനമാണ്. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ എല്ലാ പാർലമെന്റ് മണ്ഡലങ്ങളിലും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആഭിമുഖ്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികളെ മത്സരിപ്പിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യമായ വളർച്ച നൂറു വർഷത്തെ പ്രവർത്തന പാരമ്പര്യമുള്ള ഇടതുപക്ഷ പാർട്ടികൾക്കുണ്ട്. അവരതിന് തയാറാവുകയും ജനങ്ങൾ അവരെ വിജയിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാതെ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയ്ക്ക് മുന്നോട്ടുപോകാനോ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനാധിപത്യവും ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടനയും സംരക്ഷിക്കാനോ ആവില്ല.

"മിച്ചമൂല്യ" സിദ്ധാന്തത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ എന്താണ് മുതലാളിത്ത ചൂഷണം എന്ന് തൊഴിലാളിവർഗത്തെയും സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളെയും പഠിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടല്ലാതെ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗത്തെ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചാൽ അവരിൽ അടിസ്ഥാന മാറ്റങ്ങളൊന്നും ഉണ്ടാക്കാനാവില്ല. അതായിരുന്നു 1950 ന് മുൻപുള്ള അവസ്ഥ. ചൂഷണ വിമുക്ത സമൂഹം എന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒരിക്കലും വ്യതിചലിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. ആ ലക്ഷ്യം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചതാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ സംഭവിച്ച അപകടം.

. .1957 ൽ കേരളത്തിൽ ജനങ്ങൾ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിക്ക് വോട്ട് ചെയ്തത്‌ ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിനെ തോൽപ്പിച്ചാണ്. 2021 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ നടന്ന തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ ഇടതുപക്ഷ് മുന്നണിക്ക് ഭരണ തുടർച്ച ഉണ്ടായത് കോൺഗ്രസിനെയും ബിജെപിയേയും ദയനീയമായി തോൽപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാണ്. തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന്റെ സത്യസന്ധതയും മാർക്സിസം എന്ന തത്വശാസ്ത്രത്തിന്‌ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തേയും സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളെയും എപ്രകാരം സ്വാധീനിക്കാൻ കഴിയും എന്നതിന്റെ തെളിവുമാണ് ഇടതുപക്ഷ മുന്നണിക്ക് കേരളത്തിൽ വീണ്ടും വിജയിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത്. 1950 കാലത്തിന് ശേഷം ഇന്ത്യൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ വന്നിട്ടുള്ള മാറ്റം വേണ്ട രീതിയിൽ പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താൻ കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ ഒരു സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റു സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങാൻ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് സാധ്യമാകുന്നതാണ്. അങ്ങനെ അല്ലാതെ ജനങ്ങളെ പൊറുതിമുട്ടിക്കുന്ന പാചക വാതക--പെട്രോൾ--ഡീസൽ വിലക്കയറ്റത്തിൽ നിന്നും ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് രക്ഷ നേടുന്നതിനോ ജനങ്ങളുടെ മറ്റു ജീവിത പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനോ ആവില്ല.

. .ജനജീവിതത്തിന്റെ സമസ്ത മേഖലകളെയും തകർത്തുതരിപ്പണമാക്കി മുന്നേറുന്ന ഇന്ത്യയിലെ "ഹിന്ദുത്വ " ഭീകര ഭരണം ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനും സമസ്ത മേഖലകളിലും വിലക്കയറ്റത്തിന്റെ വേലിയേറ്റം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന പെട്രോളിയം ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ വിലക്കയറ്റം ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനും ഭരണം അഴിമതി അഴിമതി രഹിതമാക്കുന്നതിനും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സാമൂഹ്യവ്യവസ്ഥ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഭരണ കൂടം അത്യന്താപേക്ഷിതമാണ്. ഒരു പൊതുതെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ കൂടിയല്ലാതെ ഇൻഡ്യയിലെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ "ഹിന്ദുത്വ " ഭീകര ഭരണം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും ആവില്ല. 2024 ൽ മാത്രമേ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഒരു പൊതുതെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് സാധ്യതയുള്ളൂ എന്നതിനാൽ 2024 ൽ നടക്കുന്ന തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് മുന്നോടിയായി ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ നടക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ അസംബ്ളി തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിലും ഇടതുപക്ഷ ഭരണം ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്നതിനും "ഹിന്ദുത്വ " ഭീകര ഭരണം ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനും ഇൻഡ്യൻ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റു പാർട്ടി (മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് ) യുടെ നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന സമ്മേളനങ്ങളിലും പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസിലും ചർച്ചയും തീരുമാനങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാകണമെന്ന് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റു പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വത്തോടും അതിന് സഹായകമായ നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കണമെന്ന് ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയോടും അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

The price hikes of oil and natural gas sector cannot be controlled without bringing it under the complete control of the Central Government. For that, there must be a Left rule in India is inevitable. The Congress and BJP have brought the prices of PETROLEUM PRODUCTS to the present level and no one should expect them to come to the rescue the peoples in this matter. The prices of petroleum items will affect all sectors of life directly or indirectly. Price of LPG will cause hurt not only in each house, but also prices of all food items making in hotels, restaurants, etc. and it will cause to rise living index also. Until the Left come to power in India in the 2024 elections, the BJP will continue to raise the prices of petroleum products.

.And also this will cause deflation of currency, because paper currency should print only according to the increase in industrial/agricultural out put, but it is in negative index.

To protect the farmers of India, to restore employment opportunities in Public sector undertakings and to restore Banking recruitment board, to avoid political corruption also, the LDF government like Kerala is a must in India.

.ATLEAST 50 lac BANKING employment opportunities lost during BJP ruling from 2015 in overall India. In them 25 lac lost towards forward sector and 25 lakh of backward including SC/ST etc. 50 lakh youth lost their life including marriage life due to this. Its social effects will be unimaginable as those "50 lakh employment" will adversely affect 50 lakh families of India. What is net benefit? Will they support BJP in any way? The case of backwards will too rigorous than forward because they are still existing far, far below than the forwards.

This is only the case of banking sector. In overall India, no employment facilities in any public sector undertakings like BSNL, RLYS, etc. or even in Government firms because total denying of employment facilities seeing as a policy matter of BJP. Those who are ruling the country without even minimum common sense will certainly destroy the country in all its meaning. "HINDHUTHWA" is not an ideology to rule a country, it is only "centiments" with deadly against the view as "humanity" in general. Each and every means of items which the life of everybody are going on only with the consolidation of humanity in general; even medicines, food items, knowledge - everything are the contribution of humanity in general. "Zero" purchasing capacity of peoples due to non "PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT" to anybody as a policy matter of BJP will be the "END" of Indian Industries also. They are considering "12 hours working of employees" with demolishing all labour protection laws will solve everything.

The BJP, which insists that democracy should be dominated by "Hindus", is not really a political party that recognizes Indian democracy or the structure of Indian governance. They do not accept any of the "democratic; secular; socialist" views of the Indian Constitution. Based on "MANUSMRUTHI" for them; India should be a Brahmin-ruled Rama Rajya. Part of it is trying to say everybody "Jai Shree Ram" by force.

The slogan of the "LEFT" forces in the forthcoming elections should be to ensure fair prices for the produce of all farmers in India (based on MSP), to restore the public sector undertakings in old stage, to control the prices of petroleum products and to eradicate political corruption.

There should be Left front candidates for these purposes in all Assembly/Parliamentary seats in India.

Only in "SOCIALISM", the wealth of the country will be benefitted to all its CITIZENS.

Those who think that the hundred-year-old Communist Party has no capacity for it need only assume that it has no understanding of Marxism. I think, the forthcoming CPI(M) Party Congress will take appropriate decisions in this regard.
