Blog 135-136 dedicated to the consideration of CPI(M) Comrades and common people through social media (Socialist Economy; Through People's Democracy) and Blog 500; 501 - Socialism in the Indian Model) is also requested to be examined by the CPI(M) Party Congress. Comrades can suggest any change in them. But Socialism must also include changes that accept Indian Constitution and democracy. Article 14-15 of Indian Constitution insists "Equality" in citizen can be only implemented those who admit MARXISM and the same representing Dr BR AMBEDKKAR, an actual representative Indian Working Class. New ideas should come from people and everyone should be free to take up any profession they want - (not harmful to society). They are all changes from the past.

If SOCIALISM is accepted as a CPI(M) Party Program, people can be asked to vote for socialism itself. India has a Constitution of the country which also recognizes socialism. We do not need the Constitution of any other country. There is no need to repeat the affairs of other countries in India. But bourgeois political parties cannot ask for votes by telling their politics. Because it is corruption, looting of public funds and cheating the people. That is what Congress and BJP can do now. Now the "left" also cannot ask the people to vote for capitalism. All we are doing now is asking for mercy on us for capitalism. Votes are being asked to repeat Nandigram in Bengal. No one will vote for it there. If it is for socialism, the people of Bengal will go back to 1977. The result will be INDIA become a SOCIALIST COUNTRY.

If it is not with the intention in fooling party comrades; there should be clear intention in the Party leadership; otherwise nothing will happen in the "PARTY CONGRESSES" and such meeting will become mere rituals. That is what the past 23 party congresses prove. Because the delegates participating in the conference have received the same party education as the party leadership. Nothing more can be expected from them. No one in any CPI(M) Party Class have ever heard of what capitalism is or the exploitation on the working class except that the promoting capitalism is the way to "peoples democracy". A "COMMUNIST MOVEMENT" that has not had the faintest hint that the great Karl Marx devoted his entire life to saving the world's working class from capitalist exploitation. World capitalism has grown in its most horrific form, enslaving black people in Africa and selling them around the world and exterminating the original inhabitants of the Americas - the Red Indians. Nobody had even heard the words of Karl Marx which he narrates in his book - Das KAPITAL. No one knows anything about what the English East India Company had done in India. The CPI(M) Politburo is not ready to make any concessions on the Free development of capitalist society in India. They are not ready even to hear the word SOCIALISM. No one knows what real "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" is. No one would understand that the word "people's democracy" is derived from "People's Democratic Republic of China" and that it can only be practiced under socialism. Real working class politics has been so far expelled from the field and that it is convincing what it is remain very difficult.

The
Communist movements of India had been working for the last 75 years
since 1950s, without giving any validity towards the ideas of Karl Marx
including SURPLUS VALUE THEORY; though Marx had suffered utter hard
ships and poverty. He realized that the life of the workers is the same
all over the world who have to endure hunger and poverty no matter how
hard they work. Research into its causes found that the working class
was exploited and a section enjoyed all the comforts of wealth
without doing any work. He divided a worker's "working day" into units
of hours. Dividing a working day into two parts, Marx found that in the
first half a worker does the work he is paid for, and in the second half
the worker does more for the capitalist. Marx established that it is
actually the exploitation of the worker or the working class of the
world and that it is the cause of the wealth of the rich all over the
world. Karl
Marx, who discovered that the wealth of the exploiting classes is
created and multiplied through the exploitation of the labor power of
the worker, exposed the fallacy of the claim that it is all given by
"God". Marx also established that if exploitation ceases, no
worker will suffer poverty. The changes in the production process since
Marx's time and the non-wage costs faced by the capitalist must also be
taken into account. Even if the boss gets one hour in a working day from
one worker, the boss gets the value of thousand hours in a day in an
organization where thousand workers. It must be counted as a month;
year; should be counted as years. If we calculate that at least fifty
crore workers work a day in India with a population of one hundred and
forty crores, the Indian capitalist gets fifty crore hours a per day.
That too should be counted as years. If the Communist parties of India
accept the goal of establishing socialism, the Indian working class will
take up the task of making it work. There will be no situation in India
where no worker has to suffer poverty in any way. But the unfortunate
situation is that the Communist leadership in India is not ready for it.
The Communist leadership in India is not even ready to demand that
public sector industries in India should not be handed over to
capitalists.

Since the 1950s, they have been strengthening the exploiting classes without knowing what they are doing for the last 75 years. That is what Hindutvadis are ruling India now. Otherwise the party would not have decided to depend on the Indian National Congress even in the last Congress. There is no sign that the party leadership even realizes that there are still class enemies. It is not understood that the true base of Hindutva and Indian National Congress is the same. The exploitative classes are the classes that have been draining the blood of the laborers since the old slave days. It would include the wealthy and the priestly caste that would provide them with an ideological base. They used to have a king as their head, but even the king was controlled by priestly and wealthy classes. The only difference is that, the position is now occupied by the bourgeois political leadership.

Communist leadership of India has decided that the world-accepted work
of the great Karl Marx, "Das Capital" and its valuable contents, do not
apply to them. Indian capitalism and the exploiting classes in India
have been promoted since the 1950s for the last three-quarters of a
century, even after the Communist Party has completely disappeared. That
is the cause of request that the COMMUNIST PARTY LEADERSHIP OF INDIA,
if they are not ready to change the Party Program, and
to accept the Party Program of "SOCIALIST INDIA", kindly change the
name of the party as "COMMUNIST PARTY" and avoid using the name and
photos of Karl Marx, Engels and Lenin; as they were spent their life
only for a SOCIALIST SOCIETY, AN EXPLOITATION FREE WORLD.

They do not
understand that monarchy has disappeared from the world and that it was
only the ability of the philosophy of Marxism. If the Soviet Union had
lost the war against Germany in World War II, the world would not be
where it is today. It is the victory of the philosophy of Marxism and
the world WORKING CLASS UNITY. In India, every citizen of India now has
the political power that was held only by the British Queen before 1947.
Any Indian citizen can hold any office in India as the people decide.
The CPI(M) leadership does not understand that. They are not ready to
make any change in the 1950s position. They cannot even grasp that
everything is always subject to change and it proves that they are
declining science, as science always admitting changes.

to Karl Marx, all WRITTEN HISTORY are the history of CLASS STRUGGLE and
unfortunately, nobody in the leaders of Indian Communist Leaders were
understood. In ancient Rome, the riot of slaves under the leader ship of
SPARTAKUS were among them. The history of Socrates, Crusade of Jesus
also among them. It is through spiritual exploitation that the
foundation of the economic exploitation experienced by the working
people is laid. The exploiters understood that if they taught
that everything was God's destiny, there would be no opposition. In
India. Spiritual exploitation took the form of Brahminism. Sri.Buddha,
who tried to defeat the Brahminical system that did not see anyone as
human, was exiled from India by the Brahmin religion. Brahminism killed
about five thousand Buddhist monks in India. The rest escaped to Nepal
and China. Spiritual exploitation and economic exploitation are promoted
by the Communist movement in India along with the promotion of
capitalism. Communist leaders do not understand that the struggle
against economic exploitation is the struggle for the socialist system.
Spiritual exploitation cannot be eliminated except through that. The
scientific weapon for that is materialism and contradiction-based
materialism. If socialism is not the goal, there is no need for it. As a
result, Brahminism became the ruling power in India. Communist
movements in India still see no defect in any of this. That is the
reluctance to accept the goal of Socialist India.

Karl Marx said that all written history is the history of class struggles. It was just a fact in India too and in India as Brahmin supermacy. But still no one realizes that there is such a thing in India. Otherwise, there would not have been struggles throughout the past years, for no one and against no one. Normally a CPI (M)Party Congress only discusses the "Draft Political Resolution" approved by the CPI (M) Central Committee. The draft political resolution that has now been approved is based on the view of late former general secretary Sitaram Yechury that only the Indian National Congress can save India. On the other hand, it has been proved by the elections of 2019 and 2024 that only BJP/Hindutva rule can be established. The true face of the Indian National Congress is that of extreme Hinduism rather than secularism. And also anti-socialist. The true meaning of Sitaram Yechury's stand was that there is no need for a Communist Party in India. Anyone can understand without any explanation that there is no need to have a communist party which cannot save India. The draft political resolution gives an indication that the Central Committee of the CPI(M) is firmly standing there. There cannot be any discussion against it in the CPI(M) Party Congress. In a situation where there is no possibility of left wing candidates for the SOCIALIST SYSTEM in India, nothing else can be expected. If such a situation should arise, there should be an amendment in the Party Program of the CPI(M). There are currently no such indications. It means that CAPITALISM will continue to promote in the future also. If the decision is made that "Draft Political Resolution "24th CPI(M) Party Congress has been approved", the political future of India will not be based on the current Indian Constitution and democracy. It is only clear now that there is no one in the CPI(M) Central Committee who can foresee it. No one can be convinced that people's democracy cannot be established by promoting capitalism. The party leadership can always say that it will "stand firm on socialism" as shown in the Party Constitution even though as long as "promoting capitalism" is mere useless words and cheating everybody.

Narendra Modi and Amit Shah know that if the decision of the Supreme Court's five member -judge bench can be overturned on the formation of the Election commission, then everything else can be overruled. Rahul Gandhi is just a harmless pet. CPI(M) not even that much. If
the CPI (M) PARTY CONGRESS of 2024 does not take decisions to bring
about political change in India, things will turn too dangerous in
2029. It seems that there are no chance of the party program changing
now. Those who do not understand anything will only decide to strengthen
the party like in the old days. Only Hindutva terrorism will become
stronger. It is very remote chance that the party will even hold a
"PARTY CONGRESS" to take another decision in future.
