565. THERE ARE ONLY THICK DARKNESS BEFORE THEM.
Ninety percent of the party members remain in the party till the end of their lives only as ordinary members. It is the dream of a good social order that motivates people to participate in all demonstrations, foot marches and strikes and perform all the duties assigned by the party. They only have the opportunity to listen to "reporting" like they always hear the news on TV. They can only speak at branch meetings. It will never go above the local committee member. The next step is social media. Experience from what I have been doing since 2014 is that that too will not do anything. The last basic words heard was that "the party does not think that SOCIALISM can be established by "PARLIAMENTARY" means'".
//
The "Communist Party" which have been been working in India for a hundred years but, for 73 years since 1950; even as the party is disappearing all over India is not ready to give up its stance of "Promoting Capitalism". Anybody
those who have even remote understanding at least one word of Karl Marx
will not admit to promote CAPITALISM. Unfortunately even one man to
raise anything against PROMOTING CAPITALISM not remains in the POLIT
BUREAU OR CENTRAL COMMITTEE of CPI(M) is quite wonderful. The CPI(M) Polit Bureau will continue to conduct "PARTY CONGRESSES" without even thinking about how a Communist Party can "promote capitalism". It will remain impossible to convince the CPI(M) Politburo and Central Committee that the Communist movement in India will not go forward without admitting the Party "PROGRAM" of "SOCIALIST INDIA".
THERE ARE ONLY THICK DARKNESS BEFORE ORDINARY PARTY MEMBERS.

Com. EMS with all due respect, please see on page 53 of his book "The Science and Art of Working Class Politics" it is necessary to look at what he says, "It is impossible to establish socialism by parliamentary means, even social reforms . (These are the basis of the decision that "PARTY DON'T THINK THAT SOCIALISM CAN BE ESTABLISHED THROUGH PARLIAMENTARY MEANS"). The people of India today suffer from the fact that EMS did not know what democracy, what capitalism and what is the aim of the philosophy of "Marxism" formulated by Karl Marx. Otherwise he would not have spoken of "the free growth of capitalist society." People move forward by learning lessons from history. It is clear that we cannot go to "armed revolution" which applies only to the old monarchy. What happens in democracy is that the "political power" that was concentrated only in the king in the monarchy is transferred to every citizen. Before India gained independence in 1947, the sovereignty of India, which was concentrated only in the British Queen, changed to every citizen of India when democracy was implemented. An Indian woman named "Draupathi Murmu" became the President of India because she also deserved it. Whatever the political intentions of the Hindu communalists, EMS failed to understand that the sovereignty of every citizen in democracy is most conducive to the establishment of a socialist state. Freedom of speech or freedom of the press in democracy provides opportunity to express Marxism and socialist ideas in any public forum and in any large gathering. Before 1947 and during the monarchy, the Communist Party did not even have the freedom to work and the change in the situation also EMS did not understand. Another feature of democracy is that elected Legislative Assemblies are empowered to enforce the rule of law in a country. In monarchy, this power rested only with the king. The greatest advantage of democracy is that it has the opportunity to make any citizen politically conscious. That is why four-fifths of the Indian population voted in favor of socialism. Neither democracy nor the Constitution can regulate how political parties should act. It is quite unfortunate that in India, "COMMUNIST" parties deadly against SOCIALISM, and promoting CAPITALISM. Deadly against Marxism; those the Indian National Congress, the political leadership of India's big monopoly-landlords, nor their version, the Hindu communalists, could implement true democracy or the equality of all citizens as enshrined in Article 14 of the Indian Constitution. Only communist movements in India can do that. It is hoped that communist movements with a hundred years of active tradition will come forward to perform that task. Since SOCIALISM can be implemented only according to the conditions of each country, it cannot be repeated in India in the same way in another country.

COMMUNIST MOVEMENTS OF INDIA WILL NEVER CHANGE THEIR ECONOMIC POLICY following since 1950 -- "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIAN CAPITALISM"?
//
The current political situation in India will not change unless the "LEFT PARTIES" demand that public sectors in India should be protected. The biggest danger facing the Indian people is that they are not ready for it. How can "Hinduism" be against common "PUBLIC PROPERTY? "LOKHA SAMASTHA - SUKHINO BHAVANTHU" is the ancient vision of India. Even that can be countered against Hindu communalists; by "LEFT" parties, but they are not presenting before the Indian people. BJP looting public property and selling as stolen property. In that regard, the Indian National Congress's position is also accepted by the Left. No
one could convince "Indian National Congress" that the beginning of
the downfall of the Congress was its hostility to socialist views. They
do not understand that the importance given to the public sector in the
mixed economy of Nehru's time was part of the
socialist vision. Privatization began in 1990 with the sale of the
highly profitable Bauxite (Aluminum) company "BALCO" to an American
company. Unless the Indian National Congress returns to its mixed
economy structure, it cannot defeat the BJP. No one can convince them of
that. Because their aim is also the kingdom of Ram Raj. "LOKHA SAMASTHA - SUKHINO BHAVANTHU" is also the basic principle of socialism. Indian view is that education and medicine should be free. It is also the basic principle of socialism.
//
In post-Independence India, Public Sector Undertakings were considered as temples of the nation. The most important fact is that Public Sector Undertakings are the wealth of the country. The profit from them belongs to the state; they can be used for the welfare of the people, there is no black money and tax evasion; quality can be ensured, price rise can be prevented; appointment with reservation to eligible communities with adequate living wages are the merit of PSUs. Giving employment opportunities also merits of it. When the Indian National Congress decided to abandon the old "mixed economic structure" and privatize them all, the Communist movements in India also decided to fully cooperate with it. No
one could convince "Indian National Congress" that the beginning of
the downfall of the Congress was its hostility to socialist views. They
do not understand that the importance given to the public sector in the
mixed economy of Nehru's time was part of the socialist vision.
Privatization began in 1990 with the sale of the highly profitable
Bauxite (Aluminum) company "BALCO" to an American company. It was a
company that had a reserve of Rs 500 crore at that time. Unless the
Indian National Congress returns to its mixed economy structure, it
cannot defeat the BJP. No one can convince them of that. Because their
aim is also the kingdom of Ram Raj with ANTI SOCIALIST base. This is because the communist leadership also stands for the "free growth of capitalist society". Even though I had requested to give up this stand, it is clear that this position should not be accepted by any communist parties, and it is a complete collapse of the party and pathetic surrender before the exploiters. Current economic policy; the fact that the complete victory of capitalism will not change, means that the "PARTY PROGRAM" also will not change in the near future.
//
The position that only the Indian National Congress or the BJP should rule in India means that the COMMUNIST MOVEMENTS OF INDIA are not ready to make any change in their stance of promoting capitalism since 1950 as they want only CAPITALISM. Paragraph 6.5 of the party program states very clearly that "public sectors will have a crucial place". But the party decided not to "oppose privatization" of the public sector, abandoning the content of the programme. As long as the CPI(M) Polit Bureau and the Central Committee continue to take the stand that they will not change that decision, BJP rule will not end in India will be resulting to completely eliminate the relevance of left wing movements. CPI is also seen as giving full support in this regard. It is understood that the Communist parties will not make any changes in the economic policy that has been in place since 1950, even as the party has disappeared in all the states where elections are held.
//
The economic policy of the Indian National Congress in the 1950s was "mixed economic structure". They abandoned it and switched to full capitalism. Following the developments in the Soviet Union in 1991, the World Imperialism imposed completely anti-socialist policies in the name of globalization economic policies on the whole world. As a part of that, when the Indian National Congress changed its position in India and took the position that there is no need for public sectors, the communist parties also taking positions against the people by giving full support to Congress. Part of it is Congress's declaring war on the people, the elimination of all public sectors, and the withdrawal of the government from things useful to the people. Anti-SOCIALIST measures adopted by the Congress in India to maximize un-employment were later followed more vigorously by Hindhuthwa. Unfortunately the Communist movements in India also give full support to all of them. Part of that is favoring the privatization of the public sector and taking the stand that India should be ruled by the Indian National Congress or the BJP. Now only in Kerala, there is a left-wing government, unless it is not ready to change the economic policy, it is very rare to go ahead for a long time. The fact is that there is not even a view that the Indian National Congress or the Hindutvadis are political movements to be opposed. It is part of continuing to promote capitalism; Marxism is completely abandoned. To remain in the present position only means that one has not understood anything about Marxism. As long as the current position remains, the people can do nothing but decide not to vote. That doesn't mean they are anti-left or anti-socialist. It is just that they will not vote for the Communist parties for the economic policies pursued by the Indian National Congress and the Hindutvaists. BJP rule will continue in India as it is now and it seems by following the current economic policy..

Avoid paying wage as much as possible; a common characteristic of CAPITALISM, bourgeois and exploitative classes is to pay as little as possible when they do. Old slavery system was not even seeing the worker as a human being. It should be re-established. That is the position of Hindu Communalism. The shortcut they found was to bring back the old "Rama Raj". The special feature of RAMA RAJYA" is that most of the exploitation takes place in the name of gods. This is the position of the Indian National Congress also. Compared to other states, poverty is reduced in Kerala due to better wages compared to other states. That is the reason why Congress and BJP have united to eliminate the left Government in Kerala. The reason for the increased arrival of guest workers to Kerala. If workers get a fair wage of at least five hundred rupees across India, it will improve the lives of workers. It will not only increase India's domestic purchasing power but also improve the standard of living in India as a whole. For that, India's ruling should change to a socialist perspective, because the politics of Congress and BJP are Anti-Socialist..
//
The
position of those who are waiting for the maximum age limit allowed to
be in the Politburo and Central Committee is in the good faith that if
the Indian National Congress gets a majority in the 2024 general
elections, they can do the job of guarding the remaining time to prevent
the BJP from returning to power. The only goal before them is the free
growth of capitalism. Farmers who commit suicide without getting a
single rupee for a kilo of onion and the poor agricultural laborers
who depend on them are not the things that bother them. Those in the
Politburo and the Central Committee should not know that the Indian
National Congress, which ruled India for more than 65 years, kept them
in that position and handed over the governance of India to the BJP.
Those who managed to reduce the CPI(M) from having more than two hundred
members to a single member in the Bengal Assembly could never think of
the same situation as the whole of India.
