563. SCIENTIFIC CONCEPT OF SOCIALISM.
"Socialism" can only be established in a sovereign country. The total wealth of the nation belongs to all citizens; the basic principle of socialism is that they should benefit. In India's Parliamentary Democracy, every citizen have political freedom, so the majority of the people of the country empowered to express their interest through their vote. This facility was not available in other countries.

The democratic view is that all natural resources of a country are owned by all the people. Capitalism does not accept this and leaves them entirely to the rich.Corruption and scams, which are an integral part of capitalism, are considered as their right by the political parties that stand for capitalism.

According to Indian Constitution, India is "SOVEREIGN, SECULAR, SOCIALIST, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC". Every Indian CITIZENS are bound to be implemented the true concept of "CONSTITUTION" in its true value. As the 4/5th portion of Indian CITIZENS approved the amendment of the content of "SOCIALISM", the above CITIZENS are still existing in India, they want it must be implemented. A single "VOTE" is enough for it. Your lapse will cause to cease even our "CONSTITUTION" itself.

The scientific and essential of socialism is that man is a social being. No man can live alone. Nature's design is such that all living things must live together. In the early stage of human development, it is necessary for fighting enemies, self-preservation and also for reproduction as a whole. Its first element is the birth of a new child as a unit of man and woman. When the female body was given the genetic structure to bear a child, nature gave the male the responsibility of protecting her at any stage. What gave him the strength to do so was the intention of her guardianship; but the position of all religions is to treat her cruelty. It is a genetic defect caused only by lack of normal intelligence. Except for humans, no other species has such a problem. Atrocities faced by women sports personnel under SANGHAPARIVAR, rule are just one of them. Depriving women of education in "Afghanistan" is nothing short of brutal ill treatment to women in general.

Indian Parliament already admitted the target of SOCIALIST INDIA with 4/5th majority and CONSTITUTION changes also admitted accordingly and the peoples verdict is still existing even though INC failed to implement it. Those peoples also still living in this country and they want Socialist economy. Certainly "LEFT FORCES" will implement it in INDIA. Due to poor grasping cpacity of "COMMUNIST" leaders about democracy and also they are ignorant even USSR is now only in history, they are reluctant to admit content of "SOCIALIST" mentioned in Indian Constitution. But they are bound to admit the "PEOPLES" verdict as 4/5th portion of Indians admitting the contents of SOCIALISM. Their negligence in implementing the contents of Constitution such as SOCIALIST; SECULAR; DEMOCRATIC concepts will be destroyed by "HINDUTHWA" forces and the attempt to support Indian National Congress will never reach anywhere as BJP and INC are following the same politics in entire field even "HINDUTHWA". In democratic society, only the 'vote' of the people is required to bring about social changes.

In "capitalism", it is socially established that "MONEY" is above all else. The vision of socialism is that it should be for "MAN AND HUMANITY". "MONARCHY" was a social system that existed for a long time. As it has become "DEMOCRACY", a system where human beings and humanity will have the highest place over money, caste and religious domination have to be established soon.

All the essentials used by man are produced directly and indirectly with the participation of the entire society. Historical social participation is also important in it. All knowledge has come one after the other. Even if one gram of sugar is sugarcane cultivation, the agricultural laborer working there, the working tools and the farmer are all necessary.A product in any field is a raw material in the next step. The best example of this is electrical energy. But the nature of capitalism is indifferent to know how workers live anywhere as they are keen only to increase profit more and more. Capitalism is rooted in anti-social in all its forms. Capitalist doctrine is that "profit" is enough. But nobody noting that without physical labor, nothing can be made out. Only in SOCIALISM, the amenity of everybody is ensured. The fact that those who earn very large amounts of money by adopting the capitalist system cannot increase their life span proportionately means that those who earn very large amounts of money cannot use it.

While SOCIALISM protects the interests of society as a whole, CAPITALISM only cares about the profit of some one. In socialism it must be ensured that food, shelter, employment with adequate living wage, free medical care, education for all should be the right of the entire society, capitalism takes the position that they should be denied. Agriculture is the source of the resources needed for food for all. The Constitutional provision states that all citizens are equal (Article 14 of Indian Constitution) in a democratic system it is up to the "STATE" to ensure that. The democratic view is that there should not be more benefits for those who have financial capacity and nothing for those who do not have it. Economic inequalities that have existed for thousands of years need to be rectifide. Agriculture must flourish so that there is enough food grain for all. Only if the agricultural sector, where no significant profit can be expected, is under a socialist system, will it be possible to ensure that sufficient quantities of food grains are produced to meet the needs of the vast majority of citizens. Everyone knows the sufferings and suicides of farmers in the agricultural sector in India. The Indian National Congress, which ruled post-independence India for sixty-five years, and the Hindutvadis who came to power in their downfall have shown that they have no responsibilities in any of these matters. Farmers' strikes in India in 2020-21 have also proved that no amount of flagging struggles will yield any results in the capitalistic way that only aims at profit. In that struggle, about a thousand farmers sought refuge in suicide.

As per "SURPLUS VALUE THEORY" of Karl Marx, out of 8 hours of per day work, at least one hour man power will get the employer without payment of wage. If thousand employees working in a firm, thousand hours of manpower will get the employer per day. In India, we can count as at least 50 Crores workers working and 50 Crores hours of manpower will get employers and thus capitalism will get this amount per day. Admitting Indian "CONSTITUTION" means admitting the contents of "SOCIALIST" also. When admitting the target of SOCIALIST INDIA, by using this value, the whole country can be built up as heaven in the EARTH. The "strength" behind CHINA is only it get the surplus value of manpower of employees to the nation. If INDIA is also in the way of SOCIALISM, certainly INDIA will overcome CHINA also within a short period, as the natural resources of India are far better than China.

If the party program of "Socialist India" is accepted, the whole of India will require reorganization of the party, because the present party is not organized for a socialist system. Since the 1950s, it has been working without even the goal of socialism for a long time, so that even the basic notions of socialism have disappeared. Socialism is concerned with the interests of society as a whole, while capitalism is based solely on profit. Education sector, health sector, agriculture etc., where profit should not be considered, are neglected as they are not profitable. Food, house, and employment for all are the only target of socialism. Those who are now mobilized in the party cannot mobilize the people for socialism without a basic understanding of such matters. Party is now a profession for many; It is a means of livelihood, not just for social changes. When the party is an instrument of social change, one must act as an example to the whole society. That is where socialism is needed as a program of action. Even then it is not difficult to get things to the people as every citizen has political freedom and media freedom as compared to monarchy. That was not the case when India was under British rule.

At present doing ANTI SOCIALIST classes, in the name of PARTY CLASSES to justify capitalism getting since 1950s, when the decision to promote capitalism. So my efforts to restore SOCIALIST target is too tough to get effect. All CPI(M) PB Members and CC members are deadly against SOCIALISM as they got classes were only for CAPITALISM.
