307. "CLASS STRUGGLE" IS IMPOSSIBLE IN ELECTIONS; WHILE PROMOTING CAPITALISM..
..........As long as CPI(M) following the economical policy "to promote Indian CAPITALISM" it cannot consider the participation in elections as "CLASS STRUGGLE" or present the major issues in general elections. So at present; no fruitful effect will get us during participating in "ELECTIONS" or to get any political benefits.
..........As a general matter; we must admit that only when getting chance to rule INDIA, we can do any considerable actions to change the life of INDIAN CITIZENS. While participating in individual STATE RULE; only we can follow those who conducting ruling INDIA as a whole because according to the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA; major powers are vested in CENTRAL GOVERNMENT. Including Income Tax; major portion of revenue will get only Central Government. A State Government can do only ruling according to the actions of Central Government. So our target must be to rule INDIA; not individual States of India. (At present no such consideration or taking anything seriously).
..........It is considering that while participating in elections; we must present only development of local areas such as roads; bridges; hospitals; schools; etc. and I also admit that these are inevitable points redressed by the representatives of peoples such as MLAs; MPs and other delegates. But these will only facilitates to maintain the normal life of ordinary peoples. But as a whole; the development of the nation is vested on the up-gradation of life of the peoples only by increasing their income and means of existence through planned actions of the ruling force. For example; the value of agricultural products is protected by the GOVERNMENT to maintain and secure the normal life of farmers; (not by waving of loans) that will surely increase the standard of farmers and that will strengthen industrial sector also. It is a very good example of rubber farmers of Kerala; and bourgeois political parties safe guarding the interest of INDUSTRIALISTS; because only they will get scam from industrialists.
..........IT IS ONLY A NATURAL JUSTICE THAT THE BENEFIT OF THE ASSETS OF THE COUNTRY SHOULD BE PLANNED TO REACH EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE COUNTRY. ALL KINDS OF NATURAL RESOURCES SHOULD BE BENEFITED TO ALL ITS CITIZENS. CAPITALISM DENYING THIS NATURAL JUSTICE. THE BASE OF CAPITALISM IS ONLY "SELFISHNESS" OF SOME ANTI SOCIALS OF THE SOCIETY.
..........Unfortunately no such things will bring to the attention of peoples during even GENERAL ELECTIONS because our target is to promote INDIAN CAPITALISM. We are not bothered about the poor situations of the country; how peoples of India living or any others problems they are suffering. We will never mention about the privatisation of PSUs; because CPIM PARTY PROGRAM stands for "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM". It is only wonder to note that why CPIM not considering bourgeois political parties; while their all actions to promote CAPITALISM even privatising all PSUs.
..........Now party considering that through agitations; we can change bourgeois political parties actions and strengthen them. It is not the way of MARXISM; because it stands to eradicate bourgeois from their power and to establish a exploitation free world of WORKING CLASS.
..........So Indian peoples will never vote CPIM considering its peculiar stands to various issues relating to public life even though they will vote for NOTA. Only when admitting the target of a SOCIALIST INDIA; our fight in elections will also become a part of CLASS STRUGGLE. Only then the political field of India became in CLASS WAR between WORKING CLASS VS. BOURGEOIS.
..........Some comrades are considering that "CLASS STRUGGLE" is a routine process of W/C to be conducted for ever. Actually CLASS STRUGGLE should end when establishing a SOCIALIST SOCIETY.
..........UNFORTUNATELY; In INDIA there is not even a target of establishing a SOCIALIST SOCIETY; instead to promote CAPITALISM.
