479. "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM".
(As CPI(M) PB is stern its Party Programme which is actually based on to "promote Indian CAPITALISM", and without changing the stand, INDIA cannot overcome HINDU FUNDALISTS IN THE GENERAL ELECTION OF 2024). The stand of CPI(M) PB is that either INC or BJP is more better for capitalism than CPIM. So I am forced to place some more details here) (See my blog 125/206) also in this regard). CPIM PB don't know what is MARXSISM AND HOW IT WILL WORK IN WORKING CLASS AND COMMON PEOPLES. It is a fact that behind the power of CHINA, only IDEOLOGY OF MARXSISM AND SOCIALISM WORKING).
. .As "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM" was the "message" of EMS, (See my blog 125/206) CPI(M) Polit Bureau is on the firm stand that they will lead India upto its maximum, in its actual spirit, without considering that the final stage of capitalism is "IMPERIALISM". They can't consider the issue that it was only foolishness, as when promoting capitalism, the "CLASS STRUGGLE" theory of marxsism will vanish from working field as the cause of "CLASS STRUGGLE" are contradictions between "slave" and "slave owner" or between employee and employer and when promoting slave owner or employer, CLASS CONTRADICTIONS will not function, and the employee will have to suffer his poverty and hardships for ever. The same had happened and 99.9999% employees working under BMS or INTUC whose "leaders" are purposely cheating them. The same also happening those who gathered under CITU or AITUC, because basic policy is the same and one of Indian Bourgeois to maximise exploitation on working class. Indian working class will not co-operate with CPIM OR CPI as long as following the policy to maximise exploiting them. Ignorance of marxsism will not allow them to change their policy.
As CPIM became completely emerged in CAPITALISM in all aspects and the late Karl Marx introduced MARXSISM only for SOCIALIST society, it is better to avoid the letter "M" from its name "CPI(M)" as everybody will misunderstand Karl Marx also spent his entire life for capitalism. It is only a mercy action, as MARX had spent his entire life only for exploitation free social system, SOCIALISM.
. .CPI(M) PB is admitting "CAPITALISM" in its all evilness and so they had accepted 10 Crores from DMK along with CPI 15 Crores in 2019 as "ELECTION FUND" even though DMK is not a commerrcial establishment. In 2016, LDF Kerala had invited one Kerala Congress leader KM Mani to LDF with the knowledge as he was a known culprit in lot of scam issues while Sr leader Com.V S Achuthanandan was deadly against.
. .In Bengal, CPI(M) had done not only capturing farm land from 9127 farmers; about 1,00,000 Acres and handing over to TATA for car factory for "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM". But even though there was 34 years continuous ruling, "LAND REFORMS" hadn't done there, because they had decided "LAND REFORMS" will adversely affect the "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM" by admitting the bourgeois argument against LAND REFORMS. In Kerala, the action of handing over farm land to actual farmers and the very poor occupants, caused a slight progress in poor sectors. In Bengal, due to neglecting poor peoples even in land reforms, the peoples in general decided no CPI(M) candidates should go to Bengal Assembly. The negligence in land reforms affected not only prevent the development of poor peoples, but the caste menace (four caste system) have also kept their grip in its full effects; which is helping BJP to hold their strength in full force. According to the stand of CPI(M), when admitting capitalism as the main agenda; it is considering that "progress" should be only with bourgeois, automatically the same will adversely affect common peoples along with working class. The same is happening in all over India. According to the stand of CPI(M) PB, its policy which implemented in "Bengal" should accept the peoples in all over India; and they know that will never happen, but PB is not ready to change even any word of present "Party Programme" as they are considering the "document" is very "HOLY" in nature, they know nothing other than "CAPITALISM" with its top "selfishness".
They know that in "FEDERAL SYSTEM" the super power vested in Parliament and Central Government, they know the limitations of "STATE GOVERNMENT" which suffered in Bengal for 34 years while INC in power; they want to continue the present system, because they are actually against "LAND REFORMS" in all India level as they had done in Bengal; because they want only "free development of capitalism" and the development of working class is not in their agenda. So, the "PARTY PROGRAMME" should continue for ever as at present. They will blame the bourgeois political parties as they are not conducting land reforms even though they are not admitting MARXSISM, the actual fact is that CPIM is deadly against land reforms. Cheating is the main moto of "PARTY PROGRAMME" as promoting capitalism using the word "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY", by a "COMMUNIST PARTY" and PB is considering that they are doing their actual duty. But nobody can cheat everybody for ever. As the peoples of India recognised the actual "POLICY" of CPIM which implemented in Bengal, as long as CPIM PB is stern in its stand, there are no possibilities to change "peoples of India" will change their stand and nothing will happen in Indian politics; and the actual wishes of Yechuri will be in success, as the ruling of HINDUTHWA for ever; and all other PB and C C members as all of them want only capitalism for ever as the history of one CENTURY is nothing to understand.

If CPI(M) PB actually wants to implement "LAND REFORMS" as a part of "India became in a way of "SOCIALIST COUNTRY", the target ("PARTY PROGRAMME") of "SOCIALIST INDIA" must be placed before Indian peoples and peoples will certainly give their "PEOPLES VERDICT" as better than they gave to Indian National Congress in 4/5 majority. Only when getting majority in Indian Parliament both in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha; through by sitting together Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, "LAND REFORMS" act can be passed; and can be implemented in all India level itself. But there should be clear understandings about the ideology MARXSISM and understandings about "SOCIALISM AS THE LAW OF NATURE" is inevitable. It is impossible to presume that CPI(M) Polit Bureau can achieve such a stage of information as at present they are acting as "deadly" against a socialist socieity.

Actually if CPI(M) wants to overcome the crisis of India, facing 135 Crores Indian peoples, from the ANTI DEMOCRATIC AND ANTI CONSTITUTIONAL activities of HINDU FUNDAMENTALISTS, it should admit the "CONSTITUTION OF INDIA" with its full effect, as its contents are "SOVEREIGN, SOCIALIST, SECULAR, DEMOCRATIC" spirit, and get peoples verdict by changing the present attitude and ANTI MARXSIST stand following "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM". Certainly the peoples of India will admit "LEFT DEMOCRATIC FORCES OF INDIA" as the ruling force of India and CPI (M) will have a dominating role in it and MARXSISM will be its regulating force. But the chances for it is very remote as Polit Bureau doesn't like such remedies as they are deadly the concept of "SOCIALIST INDIA" because they are not ready to fight even against Privatisation of entire Public Sector undertakings, as "PRIVATISATION" as "prestige issue" of PB.
