         143. WITHOUT A DECISION OF "PARTY CONGRESS"; WB CPIM CANNOT CO-OPERATE WITH INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS IN WEST BENGAL. IF THERE IS ANY SUCH DECISION IS TAKING; THAT MUST BE IN ALL INDIA LEVEL ONLY. THE ADMITTED STAND IN LAST PARTY CONGRESS IS THAT CONGRESS AND BJP ARE ONLY TWO SIDES OF ONE COIN. THEY ARE ACTUALLY IMPLEMENTING GLOBALIZATION IN INDIA; WHICH DESTROY OUR PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS AND INDIANS SUFFERING PRICE HIKES AND ALL EVILS OF CAPITALISM. THOSE WHO DESTROYED THE IMAGE OF CPIM IN WEST BENGAL ARE TRYING TO COMPLETE THEIR WORK BY CO-OPERATING WITH INC. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS CONGRESS AND THEY ACTUALLY EMERGED WITH BOURGEOIS POLITICS AND CONGRESS CULTURE. FROM THE PAST 34 YEARS RULING WE SAW WHAT A STATE RULING CAN DO. WE CAN RETURN IN WEST BENGAL WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF CONGRESS. NOBODY WILL QUIT THE PARTY ON THE REASON THAT THERE IS NO RULING OF PARTY IN A STATE . BUT WHEN SHARING WITH INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS; THOSE WHO KEEPING A RED FLAG IN THEIR HEART WILL QUIT THE PARTY. AT LEAST 20% OF PARTY MEMBERS WILL QUIT THE PARTY. THAT HAD HAPPENED IN CPI. AND THEIR GAINS IS NOTHING. BRAHMIN COMMUNISTS AND KSHATRIYA COMMUNISTS WILL NOT UNDERSTAND THIS. ACCORDING TO THEM POLITICS IS ONLY PETTY BOURGEOIS POLITICS. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS RED FLAG. THEY ARE FULLY ENJOYING CAPITALISM AND THEY HAVE NO POLITICS OTHER THAN CONGRESS. THEIR ‪#‎MARXISM‬IS ONLY CAPITALISM. WHEN CONGRESS IS RETURNS IN POWER; WE SHOULD ADMIT THEIR UGLY POLITICS IN ALL ITS WORTH. AFTER ALL THE PRESENT TRUSTINESS AMONG OTHER LEFT PARTIES WILL LOSE.     ...No Party Congress was ended without a decision to strengthen the party in all India level; especially in Hindi belt; but nothing had happened so far; instead going downwards. In Kerala; as a routine; get ruling within an interval of 5 years. ...When the party  had only one edition for "Deshaabhimani" daily ; we got up to 42% of the population; (Up to 1957)  but at present almost all districts have edition; the 42% is not changing.  Almost all dist. head quarters are INC forts. With very expectations; we had started a Channel; but now we are realizing that the same have nothing to do to improve our position. The channel; now have only one concept; only to exist. They can do nothing; even other channels are doing...........(2)  In West Bengal; after a ruling of 34 years; we realized that without the help of Congress; we cannot expect anything. For that; we are ready to admit the prostitution/scandal based culture of Congress. This will certainly be a drawbacks in WB and other states; because working class will take this as a cheating of ideas only. We must examine why peoples of West Bengal rejected us and should correct and wait when they accept us again; should not admit Congress because peoples of West Bengal rejected them. We are not bothered why Indian peoples rejected Congress to a mere number of 44. Even though; if the Mamatha is accepting the help of BJP; the case will be more worse; again. They are not bothered; what will be the position of party in other States; except West Bengal. They can't make any voice against Congress.
