140. IN 1964; WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF FORMATION OF CPI(M).

CPI(M) PB is not ready to give up the policy "PROMOTING CAPITALISM" following since 1950s and admitting SOCIALISM as PARTY PROGRAMME. They are ready to admit the ruling either BJP or INC for CAPITALISM. But when admitting SOCIALISM, it should be only COMMUNIST PARTY to rule in India, but it is impossible to admit CPI(M) PB. Actually, this is main political issue. If we have a target, we will try to get the target. But when there are no target and the target is capitalism, PB is calm and quite to rule India by anybody.

The CPI(M) Polit Bureau only stressing that they are not ready to fulfill the responsibilities pointed out by Marxism to safeguard the interests of the working class, just running away from mandates. It is better that they should declare their inability to implement MARXSISM; else they should not surrender the ideology before bourgeoise and elite group of India.

Since the 1950s, SA Dange and his colleagues have tried to subjugate the communist movement in India to the Indian National Congress. It was not easy as there were many comrades, including EMS, who had a communist consciousness, to consciously rally against it. It is a fact that the resolution presented in the "Palakad Congress" in 1956 was defeated by three-fourths of the opposition. Due to stand of Dange and others the Communist Party (Marxist) was formed in 1964 because Dange and his colleagues were adamant about it. All those who loved the communist ideology joined the Communist Party (Marxist) along with EMS-AKG; JYOTI BASU; Etc. Comrades. Completely neglecting to all such facts, all Central Committee members and Polit Bureau members under the leadership of Sitaram Yechury are preparing without any hesitation to make the entire Communist Party (Marxist) of India a dependent of the Indian National Congress. The state secretary of Kerala "M V GOVINDAN" acting as Junior Dange in making moves to completely eliminate the communist movement in India without holding any discussions with the party as a whole to please Sitaram Yechury and his team are making all conspiracies in this regard along with C C members those came in the party through students wing of elite groups without any kind of commitments to actual working class and poor peoples of India just like "PROFESSIONAL COMMUNISTS" and they don't know anything about MARXSISM. They got the "PARTY CLASSES" are only against SOCIALISM and jujstifying CAPITALISM. They will only give full support to Yechuri to eliminate COMMUNIST MOVEMENT of INDIA.

(During 1985; in reply to my letter; Com.C. Achutha Menon admitted that the cause of split in the party was the issue of coalition with Indian National Congress; EMS and others were deadly against for that). Even though we are claiming that CPIM is the real Communist Party of India; it is a deviation of the old party; Communist Party of India. When S A Dange; C. Rajeswara Rao; etc. decided to share ruling with Indian National Congress; headed with Jawaharlal, etc. and majority of the then National Council was with S.A.Dange; it was inevitable to protect the party with its Marxist ideology; to form a new Communist Party and hence Communist Party of India (Marxist) formed. (Actually S A DANGE corrected MARXISM as DANGEYISM in those days) In 1964; they were not ready to admit the conception to join hand in hand with Congress; the same had happened as a fact in Kerala in 1969. And the coalition of CPI longed for 10 years; and due to the coalition with CPI; Indira Gandhi lead Congress gained a good image. CPI had claimed that the coalition with Congress will make India a great force and a wonderfully developed country; but nothing had happened; instead Congress was not ready to accept CPI as an all India level coalition; because Congress had enough strength in other states. Later CPI had realized that Indian Working Class were not ready to admit the coalition with Congress; they lost their old strength in Bihar; Maharashtra; Andhra Pradesh etc. Even in Kerala also, the ruling of CPI in the leadership of C. Achutha Menon with Congress were not able to make the strength of CPI to a better level. The huge majority of the old National Council with S.A Dange were proved only fools to understand the actual spirit of Marxism when they decided to share ruling with Congress.

As CPI(M) P B know nothing about MARXISM, they are considering CPI(M) is only a "PETTY BOURGEOIS POLITICAL PARTY". So they are ready to make coalition with any bourgeoise or petty bourgeois parties for one or two seats and thereby they will surrender the ideology in total and help them in elections in all States. But as those bourgeois parties knew actually the ideology "MARXSISM" will never allow their anti social activities and they will never vote CPI(M) or left political parties. This is happening in Bengal; Tripura and each and every states in India. Unfortunately, as CPIM PB MEMBERS ARE ONLY INTERNATIONAL FOOLS, THEY WILL NEVER CONVINCE IT. According to THEM, they have "no enmity to anybody" (Not admitting "CLASS CONTRADICTIONS, CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY, OR CLASS LESS SOCIETY). But Including Indian National Congress, bourgeois or petty bourgeois parties will never VOTE CPI(M) anywhere in India. But if CPI(M) PB admitting SOCIALIST INDIA as PARTY PROGRAMME, it will conquer India as a whole, within a few years. "MARXISM" is enough for it; only need freedom to work it in political field; except "PROMOTING CAPITALISM".

................ 2. Will repeat the old mistake of CPI again in Indian Politics through CPI(M) - Congress coalition; with CPM leadership? Implemented and proved as "UTTER FAILURE TO DEFEAT BJP - IN 2019 GENERAL ELECTION; without considering the stage of Bengal and Tripura? BEYOND THE RESULT AT WEST BENGAL AND TRIPURA? Can anybody consider as "Indian National Congress is against BJP"? Ignoring the basic fact that Indian National Congress is representing BOURGEOIS AND LAND LORDS OF INDIA AND BASIC POLITICS IS ONLY HINDUTHWA AND ANTI SOCIALIST AND ANTI COMMUNIST?

Without realizing that it was actually the Congress that restored the BJP ruling in Uttara Pradesh; without realizing that it was only the Congress that restored the BJP ruling in Tripura; CPI(M) should not pretend to be a fool anymore without understanding what Congress is. Congress politics is only anti-socialist and anti-communist. Even democracy is only mask for the exploiting classes; INC and BJP. The president of KPCC in Kerala, K Sudhakaran, is the Congressman all over India. When get chance, "Sudhakaran" will come out in all of them. Please don't give up communist politics. Do not deceive the working class. Congress won four seats in Tripura too even though, there was zero. . The Left's seats have reduced from 16 to 11. Wherever there were no Congress candidates, the Congress voted for the BJP. CPI(M) leaders cannot understand this as they are utter fools. They immediately announced.. "Congress alliance will continue." Poor left leaders who chew green water and drink. This had happened in Bengal also in previous years.

Again history will repeat the same mistake through the "majority" of Central Committee? Then they will only "fools" majority like Dange's majority; which will certainly a very big tragedy to Indian Working Class movement; very hard to overcome; even the present stage. Will go their pure selfishness to such an acute tragedy? It is only a fact that they don't know Marxism; for what purpose Karl Marx invented the theory; even from the 73 years of experience - to promote capitalism. This economical stand is behind CPI(M) Polit Bureau and Central Committee to plan such a coalition with Congress; because Congress is also promoting capitalism; with the same "multi phased" economic target of our party which is Congress implementing since 1947 in the name "Mixed Economy". As the Indian population is above 140 Crores; even 1% of the Indian peoples are not ready to admit party as "their party" due to this economic policy. When the party is ready to change this policy; ie, to promote Indian capitalism to a socialist economic system through actual "PEOPLES" democracy; then only majority of Indian peoples will consider CPM as their party. Party must admit this fact from the 73 years experience in Indian politics. When Dange and party decided to promote capitalism; instead of admitting a socialist India; Indian Working Class Movement derailed. We should restore the original target; a SOCIALIST INDIA; then only party will be in the real track again. No doubt comrades; Marxism will show its strength in India also. The "duties and liabilities" which is placed before the working class at present can be fulfilled then only and we will proceed to SOCIALISM. Till then; Indian working class will continue the present approach to us; they will not admit a Communist party to establish capitalism. Now somebody is trying to repeat the old "CPI" foolishness again. We should find out our own base in India; other than CAPITALISM; and for that we should correct from 1950s. Next five or ten years will not be a very span of time; considering the last 73 years. There should be a RED FLAG in our mind; that is enough and more for our target; a SOCIALIST INDIA.
