137. WHY DEFLATION OF CURRENCY HAPPENS?
. .It is quite common in India that deflation of currency happens regularly and reasons findings for this is only superficial. Actually this shows the poor economical growth of the country. It is a basic fact that when printing currency; that must be in accordance with the formation of goods.
If cost of one Apple is Re. 1, printing currency should be only for 1.
When printing currency for 1000, apple only 100, there will be
shortage of 900. Similarly, without any Apple, printing
currency going on, cost of currency will be zero. This is only an
example. Cost of LPG going very fast for one cylinder, currency will
be zero values. Contribution of Karl Marx in this regard is universally admitted; his famous book "Das Capital" is starting with the following words:

.........."The wealth of those societies in which the capitalist mode of production prevails, presents itself as “an immense accumulation of commodities,”[ its unit being a single commodity." He describes - actually what is "wealth" is meant as "commodities". And he goes about "commodities" are made out only through utilizing the manpower of workers which includes actual exploitation on working class. Without utilizing the manpower of workers; nothing can be made out; and society cannot go forward. So, the society in total is going only utilizing the man power of workers; and they are suffering all hardships; poverty; all risks; even lose of life. So "MARXISM" is based on workers; inevitable parts of their manpower; and thus they are the builders of the world. But this will not admit capitalism (bourgeois) and according to them - everything is money; and will do anything to get money (currency). According to bourgeois political parties; politics is a kind of business; to earn money. According to them - democracy means freedom to do anything; to earn money; to cheat the public. ..............
.............(2) Through the implementation of Globalization; without considering the development of the country; Congress and BJP; tried their best to demolish our public sector undertakings; which was the foundation of Indian economy; and gave them to national and foreign Corporates only on paper currency manner; which reduced the production of commodities in all sectors. In the past; when agricultural field considered the base of actual development of the country; all steps were taken to promote them; because only through agriculture; where the raw materials for industries is created. Only through agriculture; humanities of any country can exist; to eat anything can be made only through agriculture. When globalisation implemented; the motive of governments were changed; the function of governments; considered to protect industrial sector and bourgeois only.

............There are no responsibilities on government to protect the public. Everything should be considered only on the basis of profit to Corporates. If the main sectors of all field in Public sector; bourgeois will not capable to control the government; so "they" decided there should be nothing in public sector; only in private sector. Bourgeois will pay the bourgeois political parties as what they wants; and above. Almost all our natural resources were handed over to private sector; and most of them is not functioning or part functioning only. Due to the neglect of the administration; during the last 10 years; about 3.5 lakhs farmers committed suicide; and this will tell us the situation clearly. Rubber farmers in Kerala (and other parts of the country) is another example. Another fact is that without any consideration; when crude oil price is going down; Government raising tax as much as possible to higher stage; to help Ambani; etc. which resulting only currency making without any consideration of commodity making.
.............3. Capitalism is based only on exploitation of everybody; bourgeois and bourgeois political parties will only try to cheat voters/peoples; to get money and power. So our fight must be to end CAPITALISM and to set up a SOCIALIST SOCIETY; then only our currency as well as our peoples will be protected. As Marxism is based on working class and working class unity; only Indian working class can solve this problem. In India; working class are scattered and under control of most of them by bourgeois political parties; working class must understood; for what purpose bourgeois political parties, organizing labor organizations; only to safe guard the bourgeois interests and making vote banks; and that will make only chains to themselves; should be gathered in one flag; only in RED FLAG.
.............4. Raising the prices of PETROLEUM PRODUCTS causes heavy deflation of currency; because it makes currency notes only; without supporting of actual commodity production. Merely raising the prices and Govt. also raising the tax. The same also causes the rate of deflation in very high rate. These exercises are going on for a very long period also. Ruin in the agricultural sector also causes deflation of currency.
