392. TO PREVENT PRICE HIKES OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.
. .To save Indians from the price hikes of petroleum products, PETROLEUM sector should be only in PUBLIC SECTOR and it is possible only if the ruling of INDIA is being done by RED FLAG through "PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC FRONT" and through any kind of agitations, INC or BJP will not change their actual stand because bourgeois political parties treating "POLITICS" only as commercial manner as capitalism based only on the selfishness of bourgeois politicians. Even up to 1985, INDIA could discovered 75% of CRUDE OIL deposits in India itself; but the same had been abandoned and Indians subjected to pay the entire requirements such as importing from abroad. Indian National Congress and BJP are responsible for the present stage of petroleum price hikes, they can't control its price hikes. And also they had declared through their actions they are deadly against the SOCIALIST CONCEPTS in politics. After all, politics of "hinduthwa" (BJP) is horrible in nature.
. . To get the ruling in India, RED FLAG should have candidates in over all India, in all the ASSEMBLY AND PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUENCIES. From the growth of one CENTURY, "red flag of India" have the strength to place candidates in all ASSEMBLY AND PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUENCIES of India. So I request the Central Committee of CPI (M) to take steps to place RED FLAG candidates in all STATES OF INDIA. "Red Flag" means only those who admitting MARXISM AND SOCIALISM and all those who can be admitted and should be clear in all ANTI SOCIAL ACTIVITIES such as corruption, etc. in social life and cam be call as they have only "one father" only means they should be clear in personal life. Basic concept of socialism is that all kind of national wealth (natural resources) of the country must be benefited to its citizens and in capitalism, it is impossible.
. .If the PEOPLES OF INDIA admitting RED FLAG as their rulers, it can effectively control the price hikes not only in PETROLEUM PRODUCTS, but it can easily deal the problems of FARMERS OF INDIA, now they are facing and the cause of their historical agitation causing the ANTI FARMERS LAWS passed by BJP Govt. of India.
. .SOCIALISM is possible only through socialist planning and through so many years utilising the wealth of the country in every field. Only WORKING CLASS MOVEMENT can lead the country to become a socialist society only through the way of MARXISM which can show lights in SCIENTIFIC WAY OF SOCIAL issues.
. .To built up a country in a developed stage of socialism is possible only through several years; which is impossible through promoting capitalism because even the basic concept of capitalism is exploitation of all by a few of elite group; while in socialism; it is to redress the problems of working class and also those participating the process of maintaining the social life of the society. No country can proceed to socialism through CAPITALISM, because developed stage of capitalism is only imperialism. Karl Marx only considered the then growth of English East India Company, which had a growth as "SUN NEVER SET KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN", but old USSR or present China were very backward stage of capitalism when they had started the process of building up of socialism.
. . It is a fact that Majority of peoples like actually CORRUPTION FREE POLITICS and leaders of COMMUNIST MOVEMENTS are welcome by common peoples. All COMMUNIST leaders including Com. EMS, Jyothi Basu, A K Gopalan, etc. were known for their crystal clear personalities and Communist movement can claim that WORKING CLASS movements always keeping corruption free politics through their life. Please see the result, of A A P at Delhi Assembly Election 2020, they got 62 out of 70; only on the image of "AGAINST CORRUPTION AND HELPING POOR PEOPLES IN NORMAL LIFE". They had done only some minor concessions for the peoples and peoples admitted actually their slogan "CORRUPTION FREE POLITICS".
. .So CORRUPTION FREE POLITICS should be the weapon of PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC FRONT to attain the target of PEOPLES DEMOCRACY. If the PROGRAMME OF CPI (M) changed and admitted a new Party Programme; "SOCIALIST INDIA, THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY", peoples of India will certainly admit as their rulers through the Parliamentary system, existing in India.
