375. "National assets should be the wealth of the country and its benefit should be entitled to all CITIZENS of the country. This should be inscribed in the CONSTITUTION itself".

This should be an ELECTION propaganda, including "SOCIALIST SOCIETY" and when getting majority in Parliament, this can be implemented. Only those political parties having SOCIALISM as agenda can present such slogans in GENERAL ELECTION. In India COMMUNIST MOVEMENTS should present this before Indian Peoples along with social justice of SCIENTIFIC SOCIALISM.

Any political parties can present in GENERAL ELECTIONS and if get majority, that party can implement. Then there are "PEOPLES VERDICT FOR SOCIALISM" AND THEN "PEOPLES" WILL DECIDE TO IMPLEMENT SOCIALISM.

While propagating among peoples, we can say to the peoples about the justification of SOCIALISM on the base of SCIENTIFIC CONCEPT" based on MARXIAN IDEOLOGY, as every commodities are making involving the man power of humanity in total directly or indirectly, as everybody doing anything as a continuation of others work; as such as instruments; raw materials or anything else. To convince this; everybody will take at least one cup of tea; it is only through merging by society in total as the "tea" is coming from "TEA ESTATE" where thousands of workers are engaging. In a cup of TEA, tea is only one item. Even a cup of "tea" wants not only TEA, but even the glass, sugar, milk, water, gas stove, gas etc etc are inevitable parts of tea and each items represents each sector of social life with thousands of common peoples and they also deserves normal life. Denying social justice is against the interest of humanity in total. Actually here, we can see that SOCIALISM is only social justice.

. .Also, through presenting in GENERAL ELECTIONS; every body can express their opinion through their VOTE as they supporting SOCIALISM or not.

We should use the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA as a weapon against bourgeois as before Article 14 of it,. everybody are equals, but bourgeois are trying to neglect and overcome it. And Art. 19, freedom of opinion and Art. 51A(h) (SCIENTIFIC TEMPER) also will become torture on bourgeois because these are the merit and contribution of Dr BR Ambedkar, and also BJP deadly against these contents. So, our fight to protect the contents of Constitution also as weapon. Nobody considering the situation of India, before 1947 and after our present CONSTITUTION. The contents of Party Program (PROMOTING CAPITALISM) is only our burden. So, till changing it, we should have ignore the contents "promoting capitalism".

Without scientific concept, it is impossible to provide natural justice among the CITIZENS of the country unless nobody can prevent the anti humanist concept of MANUSMRUTHI which is a heavy burden of Indian history. According to nature, only humanity prevails and the discrimination with different caste and religions are only artificial bifurcations of uncivilised culture of narrow mindedness, which causes only rivalry among peoples. Then everybody can say others, to become a human being in every aspects.

Actually, the landed property system now existing in most part of India, is only a part of history; which was a part of old feudalism (KING'S REGIME). During Kings' regime, the feudal lords had liability to protect the King by rendering soldiers when required and to protect the soldiers, King had entrusted a large portion of land with the land lords and which land is even now, enjoying their predecessors have to be reviewed as Kings' regime only a part of history and now, the period is democracy. In democracy, as the KING became a part of history, "LAND LORDS" also have to be demolished and so the landed property system have to be reviewed. As a general concept, "LAND" must be owned by the COUNTRY, and it must be inscribed as the wealth of the country. But the possession and enjoyment can be decided by the "STATE GOVERNMENT" and can be entrusted with LOCAL GOVERNMENTS (LOCAL BODIES).
