350. TO ESTABLISH SOCIALISM IN INDIA.

"TO ESTABLISH SOCIALISM IN INDIA" all comrades are considering that everything that had happened in old RUSSIA have to be repeated in India again. They are not considering that even USSR is not existing now.

"SOCIALISM"is a stage of the society, where every citizens have to live in prosperity with availing the wealth of the nation benefited to all its citizens which can be possible only through socialist planning with a social consciousness, which is possible only through several years and only all India basis. The landed property system prevailing since feudal period have to be reviewed and for this; certain amendments in our Constitution also required; and without such process; the contents of the Constitution will not be fulfilled as it based on "DEMOCRACY" and "SOCIALIST" and nobody can do justice to "dalith" and other backward sectors. It is impossible in CAPITALISM, where only exploitation of bourgeois and wicked nature will continue; and they are handling politics also; and poverty and hardships will be a common phenomena. Those handling "religions" wants the continuation of poverty and hardships because they are considering that it can be a tie up with religious concept also as everything are "FATE" of God. .

///// The question of "capturing power" only necessitating in a KINGS' regime where nobody have right to change the ruler; where in Parliamentary democracy existing; every body have right to exercise their option to change the "RULER" (GOVERNMENT) through their adult franchise system within a span of time (every five years), where "street riots" will be considered as out dated and cannot consider as the "PEOPLES VERDICT"; only as anti social activities.

////Karl Marx considered the IMPERIALIST NATURE OF ENGLISH EAST INDIA COMPANY; WHICH WAS THE RULER OF INDIA (during the life period of Karl Marx (1818 - 1883) and also which gave "GREAT BRITAIN"; a "SUN NEVER SET KINGDOM" meanwhile Russian Revolution (October Revolution); then Russia; were very backward in industrial growth; Lenin insisted the importance of SOCIALISM; (he knew that without SOCIALISM; MARXISM is nothing.

////And also he understood that the highest stage of capitalism is only imperialism. ///Everything which was used yesterday; will be out dated today, such as old STEAM ENGINE AND DIESEL ENGINE OF TRAIN; TYPEWRITER; OLD COMPUTER etc. and nothing can be preserved for ever from CAPITALISM. ///At the time of Russian / Chinese Revolutions there were no possibilities to teach about MARXISM OR SOCIALISM in general public; but in India; after 1950s, anybody can teach about Socialism; Marxism etc.and Marxism even included in the Academic sector also.

////We can see the attitude of general public against corruption / scandal in politics and AAP Ministry of Delhi Assembly was win with very good margin (62/70) in the Election of January, 2020; and also P K Vasudevan Nair and Pannian Ravindran of CPI had elected from Thiruvananthapuram without considering their POLITICS; but only on the merit of clear image and corruption free politics. If CPI(M) placing SOCIALISM THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY; which "PEOPLES" democracy should be actual "PEOPLES" democracy (FREE FROM CAPITALISM AND UGLY BOURGEOIS POLITICS) WHICH SHOULD BE OUR TARGET OF PARTY PROGRAMME.

And also CPI(M) great leaders Com. EMS, Jyoti Basu; Nrupan Da, etc. were attracted by the general public admitting their very good personality of corruption free politics which should be our weapon also for placing PEOPLES DEMOCRACY AND SOCIALIST INDIA; placing before Indian working class and common peoples as our Party "PROGRAMME".

TO ESTABLISH SOCIALISM IN INDIA; NO ARMED REVOLUTION IS NECESSARY; but without sacrificing anything, it is impossible to get the nation and working class, common peoples and without rigid and stern action, nothing can be done in getting the target. Then ideology of MARXISM will function as the "SOUL" of WORKING CLASS and ideology will find out its physical energy in WORKING CLASS. Then the agitations will not for getting them mere monetary benefit; but to stop the bourgeois exploitation on working class and poor peoples.

.........If Party admitting the Party "PROGRAMME", and admitting SOCIALIST ECONOMY through "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY", privatisation of PSUs will never admit in any way. To protect PSUs and Indian Railway; CPI (M) can mobilise in each City at least 25,000 (MINIMUM) men in each point; only four places in India; Thiruvananthapuram; Bombay, Delhi and Kolkotta; with proper publicity and giving warning to the PEOPLES of India; to avoid journey on that day; to STOP PRIVATISATION OF INDIAN RAILWAYS AND OTHER PSUs. Through this agitation program, our main intention is to teach the peoples actually what is bourgeois politics, what is capitalist form of exploitation, and also we will teach the public actually what is Marxism; without mentioning the word Karl Marx or "Marxism".
..........As human being is only one among living things in nature; and nature created everything intended to everybody in the inhabitants of nature; we can present "SOCIALISM" is the decision of nature or "GOD"; as actual "CREATOR" is "NATURE". See, the history of human beings is starting from ancient "STONE AGE", then there were not any kind of "GOD" or "LANGUAGES". Our intention is only happy living of everybody without poverty and hardships and communal enmity. Sure Communist movement of India will get 4/5 majority in Indian Parliament within a short period. We are not against to any religion or god; anybody can believe any god or religion; but nobody should claim that only their religion or god is only actual god because that will adversely affect communal harmony.
..........Action plan should be only on the BANNER OF CPI (M) AND ALL PARTY LEADERS SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN THE STRIKE INCLUDING P B MEMBERS. Those who are arresting by POLICE should not avail the facility of "BAIL" and should remain in jail till the decision of Government stopping privatisation process. Jails should be filled as much as possible. We can see; how much they will arrest and for how much period; they will kept us at JAILS. Everybody will die one day; and if our death will be benefited to the crores of INDIANS; we should admit that also as a valuable death instead mere death of everybody. But the society will not allow for such incidents; but they will admit our firm stand and integrity".

........But as long as the present "PROGRAMME", party will never admit such action plans, and also to promote CAPITALISM; now there are decisions to allow all actions for privatising PSUs. Perhaps; Party is considering that one day, Ambani; Adani will implement socialism in India? For how much period will continue the present non sense programme?

Till then, there will be no MARXISM in action, in Indian Political field.
