TO ESTABLISH SOCIALISM IN INDIA....
Almost all Comrades and common peoples are keeping this question in their mind: "Why Communist movement is in stagnation in India?"
Those Communist Party leaders should decide to establish SOCIALISM in a country, but unfortunately in India; the leaders of the Communist movement under the leadership of S A Dange, hadn't taken a decision to establish socialism in India during 1950s, on the misunderstanding that socialism is possible only by armed revolution; as what had happened in old Russia; during 1917.
............Nobody can repeat old USSR or any other countries as such again in India.
...........All comrades and leaders are thinking that either to promote CAPITALISM or ARMED REVOLUTION is only possible in India.
SINCE 2002, I am trying very hard to understand the PARTY that in India; no armed revolution is necessary and nobody can establish socialism through ARMED REVOLUTION, because socialism is a stage of the society where the needs of the peoples meet through economic development through socialist planning and wholehearted co-operation of working class based on Marxian ideology. And also without parliamentary procedure, no legal and judicial establishment is possible. In a socialist society, working class are not working for merely wages; but also to set up a society where exploitation will not occur; and also their all kinds of amenities will be attended by the socialist society.
Nobody can present these in 5 or 6 minutes in any party meetings; and even in Party Congress; only PB and CC will decide what should be discussed in Party Congress. So, I am submitting before the CPI (M) members and leaders through out India in social media for examination of all comrades and those who wants a bright future of India.
And also nobody knew that old Russia; were actually starting from "ZERO" industrial position; and due to the "Rebel Anti Revolution War" (for four years since revolution in 1917, everything were ruined. USSR started everything from zero; there were nothing as raw material; at the time when starting the process of establishing socialism, no industries where there and nothing to utilise such as capital; technology; raw materials; technicians, etc. But the working class and poor men; farmers with the socialism and the support of Marxian theory, there happened the wonder in the world. 25,000 employees formed themselves and they made wonderful things there.
But in India, when decided to promote capitalism; working class are helpless; see the experience of India. Here they can suffer only all hardships of capitalism. .
...........In India; Party in total including PB members are still in 19th century and they can't even imagine about socialism without ARMED REVOLUTION. They are incapable to grasp about socialism what I am saying, it is a process of implementing social and economical development throughout the country and which requires so many years and which is impossible through"ARMED REVOLUTION"...........
..........I am also helpless. I don't know how can I understand the peculiarities prevailing in India after Independence and after 1950s with a CONSTITUTION, containing with the contents of SOVEREIGN, SECULAR, DEMOCRATIC, & SOCIALIST REPUBLIC" and there are no definition for SOCIALISM and the peoples of India can decide what should be the nature of socialism in India. There are no ban on working class movement or anybody to organise political party and to propagate ideas of Marxism and Socialism. This was not the stage before Independence in India.
.........If Party placing the target of "SOCIALIST INDIA" by changing the present Party Programme; Indian Working Class and almost all common peoples will come forward and they will do their maximum for establishing a SOCIALIST SOCIETY; and only CPI (M) can take up such responsibilities. Then CPI (M) will also become the ruling party of India; only CPI (M) can do it.
..........And how can I convince them; how MARXIAN ideology will work in working class and common peoples; as they have not any ideas of real MARXISM? How I can convince them why the ideology worked in old RUSSIA and CHINA?
.........Lenin had decided only in 1901 to establish SOCIALISM in old Russia; (the book "What is to be done" was wrote only in 1901) but "October Revolution" became a fact in 1917. He had understood how the ideas will work in actual working class. The "power" behind the success of old USSR was MARXISM. But in India; it is impossible to convince anybody.
We must at least give up the concept to promote the Indian capitalism by changing the "Program".

Kindly peruse the SUBMISSION, placing before Central Committee of Communist Party of India (Marxist) to restore my Party membership declined by Kottayam Dist. Committee of our party during 2005; as I had done only my duty as a party member following our principles, MARXISM-LENINISM. You know, promoting CAPITALISM is deadly against MARXIAN ideology; especially Karl Marx and Lenin insisting proletarian dictatorship over bourgeois (capitalism) to establish a SOCIALIST SOCIETY; unless they will never allow working class movement to establish SOCIALISM; otherwise they will certainly do their hard to destroy their existence by establishing SOCIALISM. And also convince our experience for the last 70 years; since 1950s, Communist Movement of India under the leadership of S A Dange decided to promote Indian capitalism neglecting the target of SOCIALIST INDIA. In 1952, there were 32 Communist MPs in Indian Parliament under the leadership of A K G; now it is only one.
Actually, the concept to promote CAPITALISM; is only on a misunderstandings that industrial development only a part of capitalism; which are basically mistake. Industrial development will certainly occur in SOCIALISM also, then how can we assess that industrial development is a part of capitalism?
"CAPITALISM" is a social system which is the continuation of old slavery system and feudalism which Dange and others failed to understand. Brahmanical supremacy is only a part of old slavery system which is against Indian Constitution also.
The subject of establishing SOCIALISM is a very vast subject and I am narrating it in its every details through my so many blogs in my social media and you and party can examine it in so many "groups" of our movement. Establishing socialism is a process which requires so many years and through "ARMED REVOLUTION", it is impossible. Unfortunately, our old leaders thought that establishing socialism is impossible in Parliamentary democracy; but I am stressing that Parliamentary democracy is an inevitable part of socialism; because without Parliamentary procedure; legal and judicial establishmnt is impossible. In our present circumstances prevailing in India; there are no hindrances to teach the working class and poor peoples, what is Marxism, what is capitalism; what is socialism because even our Constitution is also including "SOCIALIST"; where there are no definition for SOCIALISM, and the peoples of India can decide what should be it.
Kindly take steps to renew the PARTY PROGRAMME and please restore my old membership. Now I have the membership since 2015 only in Alappuzha dist. in Kerala.

Dear Comrades,
Since 1969, I am following the Communist Movement of India and Marxian ideology with a view to establish a SOCIALIST INDIA. Even though I had started my working class politics along with CPI, I couldn't admit the CPI politics with coalition of INC, and during 1974 I had withdraw from CPI politics and since I was in Kerala Govt. Service from 1976, I am along with CPI (M) politics and became a worker of Kerala NGO UNION, and I had retired from Govt. Service in 2004 December.
During 2002, in a Party Class, I could understood that the basic concept of CPI(M) Party Programme is based on promoting CAPITALISM even in the name of "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" which is impossible in CAPITALISM where it will be only BOURGEOIS DEMOCRACY, and I knew it is deadly against MARXISM and I wrote about 22 letters to the then CPI (M) General Secretary Com. Harkishan Singh Surjith narrating the conflict with Marxism while promoting capitalism as since MARXISM stands to eradicate capitalism from the world itself. But as Party was firm with the concept to promote Indian capitalism; and in West Bengal; Com. Budhadeb Government had done his best to establish the "TATA CAR PROJECT", (NANDIGRAM) and the final result is we lost even the peoples support in West Bengal.
As the "criticism" on "PARTY PROGRAMME" have to be examined by the Party Members in all India level; and we cannot change the Programme, without examining the members in all over India; I had published a book with basic principles of MARXISM and criticism on Programme in Malayalam in 2005 (WHY SOCIALISM IS NOT ESTABLISHING IN INDIA?) Party Kottayam Dist. Committee (Kerala) declined my membership and during 2015, I had again got membership (through basic group) and now I have an ordinary party membership in Alapuzha dist. in Kerala where now I am residing. I request to restore my party membership which Kottayam dist. committee denied and to examine the criticism on Party Programme; otherwise we cannot fulfil the interest of working class of India.
I got party membership in CPI during 1969 only to establish a SOCIALIST INDIA and admitting MARXISM, I am in firm stand to establish a SOCIALIST INDIA through MARXIAN IDEOLOGY; and I knew CPI(M) is actually based on this subject.
Please see only CPI (M) can save India from the present communal extremist ruling. Without understanding what is MARXISM and SOCIALISM, it is impossible to understand that how it will work in working class and public. Lenin and Mao could understood this and old USSR and CHINA became a fact. By understanding its actual spirit and meaning; I am assuring that if PARTY PROGRAMME IS CHANGED; CPI (M) WILL BE THE RULING PARTY OF INDIA. It is impossible to understand anybody by words; but that will be a fact and become a fact in India.
ONLY COMMUNISTS CAN CHANGE THIS WORLD.
IDEAS OF KARL MARX WILL LEAD THE WORLD IN FUTURE.

334. CRITICISM ON CPI(M) 'PARTY PROGRAMME".

1.AS LONG AS THE PRESENT PROGRAMME CONTINUING; THERE ARE NO TARGET TO BE ACHIEVED; BECAUSE "CAPITALISM" WILL NEVER BECOME A TARGET OF A COMMUNIST PARTY. DEVELOPED STAGE OF CAPITALISM IS ONLY "IMPERIALISM". (REFER THE BOOK OF LENIN; IMPERIALISM IS THE HIGHEST FORM OF CAPITALISM)

2. SOCIALISM IS POSSIBLE IN A SOVEREIGN COUNTRY. IN INDIA, THE SUPREME POLITICAL POWERS VESTED IN INDIAN PARLIAMENT AND GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. MAJOR INCOME SUCH AS INCOME TAX, EXCISE TAX, CUSTOMS DUTY; ETC. WILL BE VESTED IN CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT WILL ALLOW SOME PORTIONS OF IT TO STATE GOVERNMENTS. AT PRESENT; CPI (M) PARTY PROGRAMME IS NOT CONSIDERING SUCH MATTERS.
A PARTY "PROGRAMME" SHOULD BE BASED ONLY ON THE RULING OF INDIA AS A WHOLE.
"STATES" OF INDIA ARE ONLY DEPENDENT OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.
3. According to the CPI (M) PARTY PROGRAMME; 6.2 it is only possible by replacing the BOURGEOIS - LANDLORD to establish PEOPLES DEMOCRACY. While deciding to promote CAPITALISM it is possible only BY PROMOTING BOURGEOIS-LANDLORDS BECAUSE THEY ARE INDUSTRIALISTS. ANYBODY CAN PROMOTE MUKESH AMBANI; ADANI ETC. IN ANY WAY. BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED to establish "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY". HOW IT WILL BECOME PRACTICABLE? Please convince its impracticability since 1950s; for the last 70 years in India and the result thereafter since 1950s.

4."MAN POWER EXPLOITATION" IS ONLY ONE SIDE OF A COIN OF CAPITALIST EXPLOITATION AND THE OTHER SIDE IS "SOUL" (ATMEEYA)" BY WAY OF CASTE/RELIGION/GOD AND "HINDUTHWA" IS ONLY A NATIONAL HIGHWAY OF IT.
..........To conceal the process of exploitation from working class; Bourgeois will convince working class and poor peoples through priests (BRAHMINS & OTHERS) that their life in the earth is not actual life, everything are deciding by God; actual life begins only after their death and for securing a better position in heaven, all are based on their fate; they should pray to the God, otherwise they will be placed in hell by God. This is only cheating the poor peoples and to continue the exploitation there were continuing for thousands of years. By applying "FOUR CASTE SYSTEM", according to "HINDU" ideology; there are no human beings; only some castes.
Actually everything are creating by working class of all castes and religions. We can see that every "products" those humanity consuming are the out come of working class and nobody can split it on the base of caste or religion. Actually "God" is only an idea of somebody. In all parts of the world; there are no unanimity for god; in each parts of the world; God had different name and shape.
(To defend this is only by applying MATERIALISM AND DIALECTICAL MATERIALISM means there should be "SCIENTIFIC VIEW" of social issues. But when promoting capitalism, it is impossible)..
5.ACCORDING TO MARXIAN ECONOMY AND SURPLUS VALUE THEORY...at least one hour of work; out of eight hours; will get the bourgeois in one day's work as wage less man power otherwise he will not engage any worker in his firm.
THIS, WE CAN CALCULATE, OUT OF 130 CR. INDIAN CITIZENS; AT LEAST (MINIMUM) 50 CRORES OF MAN POWER WILL GET INDIAN BOURGEOIS (CAPITALISM) PER DAY; AND THIS IS ACTUAL EXPLOITATION ON MAN POWER AND THIS IS ACTUAL BASE OF CAPITALISM AND WHEN DECIDING TO ESTABLISH A SOCIALIST SOCIETY; THIS WILL BE DEMOLISHED BECAUSE THIS IS THE BASE OF SOCIALIST ECONOMY AND WITHOUT TAKEN A DECISION TO STOP EXPLOITATION; WE CANNOT BUILT UP A SOCIALIST SOCIETY. WHEN PROMOTING CAPITALISM; IGNORING CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY, PROMOTING EXPLOITATION; NO MARXISM WILL FUNCTION.
6. AS PER PARA 6.5 OF CPI (M) PARTY PROGRAMME; ECONOMIC POLICY IS "MULTI PHASED, WITH VARIOUS FORMS OF OWNERSHIP" IS ONLY "MIXED ECONOMY" OF INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS, AND THEY ARE ALSO WITH CAPITALISM; CPIM BENGAL COMRADES AND G S YECHURI ARE FIRM WITH COALITION WITH INC BECAUSE OF SAME AND ONE ECONOMIC POLICY IGNORING THE HISTORY OF DANGEY AND CPI. WITHOUT CHANGING PARTY PROGRAMME; NOBODY CAN CORRECT THOSE COMRADES NEGLECTING MARXISM AND CLASS STRUGGLE THEORY.
7. Actually CLASS STRUGGLE is between SOCIALISM Vs CAPITALISM. While USSR was a fact, all imperialist forces were tried hard to demolish SOCIALISM from the world. Dangey and others were stood on IMPERIALIST SIDE.
CLASS STRUGGLE IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT WEAPON OF MARXISM TO FIGHT AGAINST BOURGEOIS; AND ACCORDING TO LENIN; (WHAT IS TO BE DONE?) STRIKES OF WORKING CLASS IN CAPITALISM SHOULD BE WITH A VIEW TO MAKE A SENSE OF CLASS UNITY; AND WHICH SHOULD LEAD TO CLASS STRUGGLE AND THAT SHOULD END ONLY IN DEMOLISHING CAPITALISM AND SUPREMACY OF BOURGEOIS IN CAPITALISM; ESTABLISHING A SOCIALIST COUNTRY.
AS LONG AS THE PRESENT PROGRAMME IS GOING ON; IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.
8. IN CAPITALISM; NOBODY CAN PROTECT FARMERS.
