92. "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" SHOULD BE ACTUAL "PEOPLES" DEMOCRACY.
The present "Peoples democracy" in the Party "PROGRAMME" of CPIM, must be changed as ACTUAL "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY". The word "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" derived from the name of "PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CHINA" and there is it with socialism.
The present Indian democracy (capital democracy or bourgeois democracy) must be changed to that as PEOPLES DEMOCRACY AND IT IS POSSIBLE ONLY BY CHANGING the economical structure of the country to Socialism. To that process we have to do a Himalayan task; that we must study the peoples of the country what is bourgeois democracy which is actually the democracy of bourgeois and cheating and exploitation on working class is its main features. Money (capital) will play a big role in BOURGEOIS DEMOCRACY. All social evils like communalism and corruption; scam is with capitalism because it is the theory of exploitation. It is the history of exploitation for which MARXISM stands to eradicate it.
In 1950s we had lost the aim, SOCIALISM and hence our present stage. When MARXISM & SOCIALISM were in our agenda, BJP was only a "PAPER TIGER" and when it misplaced, BJP became real tiger and done its real nature in Gujarath; UP; AND ALL OVER INDIA. If socialism and real Marxism returns, BJP will certainly go as "paper tiger." At present; CAPITALISM is our hidden agenda; and this should be changed. The innocence of peoples are behind the victory of AAP at Delhi, which will be the weapon of us, for which we must also innocent in all its aspects.
SUCCESS OF AAP AT DELHI IS A CLEAR ATTITUDE OF ORDINARY PEOPLES TOWARDS A CORRUPTION-SCANDALLESS GOVERNMENT. WORKING CLASS MOVEMENTS OF INDIA ARE CLEAR IN THIS REGARD. BUT THE ATTITUDE OF WORKING CLASS MOVEMENT CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE ORDINARY PEOPLES. AT PRESENT OUR STAND IS THAT ALL EVILS OF CAPITALISM MUST SUFFER THE PEOPLES LIKE BHOPAL-PLACHIMADA-CHALAKUDI, AND PRICE HIKES ETC. SO THE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CAPITALISM MUST BE CHANGED AND WE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE ORDINARY PEOPLES THAT ACTUAL STAND TO THESE ASPECTS. PROMOTING CAPITALISM IS PROMOTING PRICE HIKES AND ALL EVILS. SO THE "TEN CRORES SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN". ARMED REVOLUTION IS NOT NECESSARY IN INDIA BECAUSE A STRONG PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM IS EXISTING. WE HAVE SEEN HOW A A P CAME IN POWER AT DELHI AND THE SAME WILL HAPPEN IN OUR CASE ALSO IF THE ''PROGRAMME'' IS CHANGED AND SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE ''TEN CRORES SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN'' IS CONDUCTED. OUR PARTY MUST TAKE UP THE SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN WITH A SPIRIT OF CONDUCTING ARMED REVOLUTION. THE REVOLUTION MUST HAVE IN THE MINDS OF WORKING CLASS AND POOR PEOPLES. I AM SAYING THIS WITH UTMOST CONFIDENCE BECAUSE I KNOW THE POWER OF MARXISM AND HOW IT WILL WORK IN THE MINDS. GIVING HOUSES TO THOSE WHO HAVE NOTHING WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM IF THE RULING OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IS WITH US. IF THE PROGRAM IS CHANGED OUR PARTY WILL BE RULING PARTY OF INDIA WITHIN TEN YEARS.
