221. UNDERSTANDINGS OF INDIAN PEOPLES ABOUT CPI(M).
Indian peoples are considering CPI(M) only on the experience of the 34 years continuous ruling at West Bengal. Even though there was continuous ruling at Bengal for 34 years; the net result was not satisfactory. They don't know what was the relation ship of State Government and Central Government; what was the attitude of Central (Congress) Government had done to West Bengal; major financial revenues, including Income Tax; will go to Central Government; etc. Actually; the powers of a State Government is very minute; and only Central Government can decide what will be done by a State Government. Whatever it may be; the peoples of Bengal decided that the ruling of CPIM is not necessary for them in Bengal. When the peoples of Bengal deciding so; can we expect more anything in other states; while they judging us comparing with Bengal? Please see our votes in last Election to Delhi Assembly was 2276 for our three candidates while AAP win 67/70 seats. And the CPIM comrades of Bengal decided to start a Car factory through TATA and forcibly took over the farm land of about 9000 farmers and this became a gigantic blow on the farmers confidence on a CPIM led Government. And also they shown their indifference towards the problems of working class and poor peoples as they could not do anything within the financial position of a State Government under a different attitude of Congress led Central Government.
In all India level; this will certainly affect the image of CPIM. Unfortunately; no comrades are ready to understand the fact behind the working of CPIM led Bengal Government; after all; the took over of farm land from farmers are inspired by the "PROGRAM" and the concept to promote INDIAN CAPITALISM. Unfortunately; no comrades are found anything worse in promoting CAPITALISM; those who are claiming that they are following "MARXISM" and RED FLAG on behalf of INDIAN WORKING CLASS. Bengal comrades are worry only in the absence of power; and they not found anything worse in making coalition with CONGRESS to regain the power. As long as we are following the present concept to promote capitalism; and following in the present "PROGRAM" we cannot return in power in Bengal.
Being a party member; I had done my all efforts to invite attention of Party leaders to various impacts and difficulties in implementing the program; and also the necessity of admitting a policy of "SOCIALIST INDIA; THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" in my FACE BOOK; and through my book published in January; 2005 for the last several years. It is impossible to present the entire matters in normal party meetings or Conferences in 5-6 minute discussions. As the Party Congress is coming; I request the leaders of CPI(M) to consider to change the "PROGRAM" and without doing so; we cannot do justice to Indian working class and poor peoples; we cannot do justice to RED FLAG; we cannot do justice to the memory of Karl Marx and we cannot prevent the attack of Communal forces; those who destroying INDIA in total.
