189. NATURAL JUSTICE OF SCIENTIFIC SOCIALISM.
(TO IMPLEMENT SOCIALISM IN INDIA, ONLY POLITICAL DECISION OF CPI(M) POLIT BUREAU IS NECESSARY; AS "INDIAN CONSTITUTION" ALSO ADMITTING "SOCIALIST INDIA".)
//.Indian Parliament already admitted the target of SOCIALIST INDIA with 4/5th majority and CONSTITUTION changes also admitted accordingly. It is the fundamental duty of every citizens to admit the peoples verdict. Admit the target of SOCIALIST INDIA, only admitting Indian Constitution, which is prepared by Dr. B R AMBEDKAR and there are enough and more for a SOCIALIST INDIA, if there are minimum COMMON SENSE. But it can implement "LEFT" IDEOLOGIES only. As there are no "definition" insisting in the CONSTITUTION that what should be "socialism", certainly it can be decided by the "PEOPLES" of the country, and there are no objection to change the CONSTITUTION, if there are peoples verdict for it. The "VOTE" of the citizens are actually there opinion, and certainly 99.99% of peoples will admit the target of a "SOCIALIST INDIA".

Socialism is also a part of "democracy" in modern times. Democracy has to be practiced in its fullest sense. Antisocials will try to enforce the rule of money and "GOON" acts through their "ANTI SOCIAL ACTIVITIES". Certainly it can be blocked through the interferences of "PEOPLES" then and there. Most of the states in India have a religiously based social system and a feudal land ownership system. There needs to be democratic jurisprudence. The life rights of the laborer cannot be established except on the basis of the social science of Marxism. For that, "democracy" should be implemented in its full meaning.

Now it is became the duty of WORKING CLASS MOVEMENT as without MARXIAN IDEOLOGY, SOCIAL JUSTICE IS IMPOSSIBLE , because only MARXSISM admitting HUMANITY IN GENERAL without the narrow views of caste and religion; and only considering the basic fact in manufacturing each and every items of commodities are made out with using manpower of society as a whole. The prosperity of the nation is the "fruit of labour" of the entire society. Social justice in socialism is that it should benefit society as a whole.

Article 51A(h) insisting SCIENTIFIC TEMPER is most important to fight against brahmin supremacy. And Art. 19, freedom of speech and expression of opinion which are the basic of democracy and impossible in MONARCHY. If we neglecting these items, anti social and anti socialist political parties like INC, BJP etc. will misuse our CONSTITUTION, and neglect the contributions of Dr. AMBEDKAR also as the contents of our Constitution were the merit of Dr. B R AMBEDKAR. We have to do justice to Dr. B R Ambedkar also, who spent his life for the actual working class of India.
Kindly try to understand what is "ADWAITHA" of SHANKARACHAARYA// ITS MEANING IS THAT ONLY ONE "GOD" IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY LIVING THINGS IN THE EARTH. IT IS INCLUDING "HUMANITY" IN GENERAL WITHOUT THE NARROW VIEW OF HINDU/CHRISTIAN/ISLAM AND ALL OTHER LIVING THINGS IN NATURE// (SO "HINDUTHWA" IS DEADLY AGAINST "ADWAITA")//THEN EACH AND EVERY ITEMS IN THE NATURE OR EARTH ALSO INTENDED TO ALL LIVING THINGS// ITS ACTUAL MESSAGE IS THAT "SOCIALISM" IS ALSO ONLY NATURAL JUSTICE"//

Only a "SINGLE VOTE" is enough and more for implementing SOCIALISM in India. No necessity to repeat any other countries as such in India and the same is impossible in India. Please see SOCIALISM is the law of nature as "nature" intending everything to everybody just like AIR, WATER, SUN LIGHT and EARTH is also a common factor to all living things in EARTH. Unfortunately only human "CULTURE" made it difficult to live some peoples in the earth without "LAND" for their normal life even for their natural necessities.

NOBODY SHOULD DIE ON THE ROAD SIDE FOR WANT OF RESIDENCE IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR FINANCIAL WEAKNESS AND POVERTY.
. .Actually, the landed property system now existing in most part of India, is only a part of history; which was a part of old feudalism (KING'S REGIME). During Kings' regime, the feudal lords had liability to protect the King by rendering soldiers when required and to protect the soldiers, King had entrusted a large portion of land with the land lords and which land is even now, enjoying their predecessors have to be reviewed as Kings' regime only a part of history and now, the period is democracy.
..........As human beings are only one among living things in nature; and nature created everything intended to everybody in the inhabitants of nature; we can present "SOCIALISM" is the decision of nature or "GOD"; as actual "CREATOR" is "NATURE". See, the history of human beings is starting from ancient "STONE AGE", then there were not any kind of "GOD" or "LANGUAGES". Our intention is only happy living of everybody without poverty and hardships and communal enmity. Sure Communist movement of India will get 4/5 majority in Indian Parliament within a short period. We are not against to any religion or god; anybody can believe any god or religion; but nobody should claim that only their religion or god is only actual god because actual "GOD" is "nature" which will not react to prays.
But religion should be only in their private life, should not be in politics of the country.
............Capitalism is ANTI SOCIAL AND ANTI NATURAL because nature created the EARTH and all its resources intended to all its inhabitants including all human beings. But unfortunately only in human beings a lot of them suffering acute scarcity for living in the earth for want of their livelihood; making hut for their residence or to meet their natural necessities including even burial places when they became dead. When they facing acute hardships to run their normal life; a very few percent of the society enjoying major portion of the wealth of the country even though actually they don't know how to enjoy them.
...........CAPITALIST FORM OF EXPLOITATION is in two way such as exploitation through economic way and through "SOUL" (ATHMEEYA). Exploitation through "ATHMA" (SOUL) is the NATIONAL HIGH WAY OF EXPLOITATION OF NATIONAL ECONOMY AND MANPOWER OF WORKING CLASS WHICH IS THE WAY OF ALL BOURGEOIS POLITICAL PARTIES. ALL BOURGEOIS POLITICAL PARTIES considering POLITICS only as BUSINESS to earn money and power and they are not considering any kind of ANTI SOCIAL ACTIVITIES as inhuman and they will call it as "DEMOCRACY. "
.........Bourgeois will convince working class and poor peoples through priests (BRAHMINS & OTHERS) that their life in the earth is not actual life, actual life begins only after their death and for securing a better position in heaven, all are based on their fate; they should pray to the God, otherwise they will be placed in hell by God. This method is admitted by all religions and every religion will claim that the heaven is only in their religion.
Here wants to enquire the concept about "GOD" and actually what is it, and why humanity in general not admitting a GOD in general. Why there are quarrels within humanity about GOD and actually which is actual GOD? According to MARXISM, every things are creating by nature and it requires no praying and by praying nothing can be changed.
To explain this is only way applying MATERIALISM AND DIALECTICAL MATERIALISM means there should be scientific view of social issues.
AND THE SECOND IMPORTANT ASPECT OF SCIENTIFIC SOCIALISM IS; IT SHOULD BE BASED ON "MARXISM" BECAUSE MARXISM IS A SOCIAL SCIENCE. ONLY WHEN ADMITTING "MARXISM" as a social science SOCIALISM WILL BE "SCIENTIFIC" and when admitting "MARXISM" as a basic structure of the society, the peoples of the country will be equals in all aspects; otherwise COMMUNAL AND RELIGIOUS views will be a burden of the society and without a scientific temper; various types of exploitation cannot be ruled out.
..........Through his famous work "DAS CAPITAL" Karl Marx describes how working class and poor peoples of a country being exploited by bourgeois through exploitation of MAN POWER under the banner "SURPLUS VALUE THEORY". Through man power exploitation, bourgeois could do their exploitation, physically. ACCORDING TO MARXIAN ECONOMY AND SURPLUS VALUE THEORY...at least one hour of work; out of eight hours; will get the bourgeois in one day's work as wage less man power otherwise he will not engage any worker in his firm.
THIS, WE CAN CALCULATE, OUT OF 135 CR. INDIAN CITIZENS; AT LEAST (MINIMUM) 50 CRORES OF MAN POWER WILL GET INDIAN BOURGEOIS (CAPITALISM) PER DAY; AND THIS IS ACTUAL EXPLOITATION ON MAN POWER AND THIS IS ACTUAL BASE OF CAPITALISM AND WHEN DECIDING TO ESTABLISH A SOCIALIST SOCIETY; THIS WILL BE DEMOLISHED BECAUSE THIS IS THE BASE OF SOCIALIST ECONOMY AND WITHOUT TAKEN A DECISION TO STOP EXPLOITATION; WE CANNOT BUILT UP A SOCIALIST SOCIETY.
To defend this is only way applying SURPLUS VALUE THEORY OF KARL MARX, means there should be scientific view of social issues. But when promoting capitalism, it is impossible.
Landed property system is following from feudalism (KINGS' REGIME' which should be abolished which will be possible ONLY in SOCIALISM.
Only Communists can do it. Bourgeois will claim that those properties are the blessings of god, which DIALECTICAL MATERIALISM (Scientific approach of Marxism) considering foolishness only.
POVERTY IS THE GIFT OF CAPITALISM. FREE EDUCATION AND FREE TREATMENT MUST BE ENSURED BY THE GOVERNMENT WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE FINANCIAL STATUS OF EVERYBODY THOSE WHO WANTS IT. BOURGEOIS POLITICAL PARTIES WILL NOT ADMIT THIS AND THEY SHOULD BE EXPELLED FROM POWER. BOURGEOIS POLITICAL PARTIES CLAIMS BRIBERY IS THEIR NATURAL CLAIM. TO GET A BRIBERY FREE INDIA; TO GET A DEMOCRACY WHICH IS FREE FROM CORRUPTION AND COMMUNAL CLASHES; WE MUST FIGHT FOR ACTUAL "PEOPLES" DEMOCRACY; ALL BOURGEOIS POLITICAL PARTIES SHOULD BE THROWN OUT FROM THE POLITICAL FIELD.
