124. CPI(M) CANNOT IMPLEMENT THE PRESENT PARTY "PROGRAMME"

During the life time of Karl Marx, English East India Company were capable to establish a SUN NEVER SET KINGDOM of Great Britain and Marx considered as the utmost stage of CAPITALISM. But in India, nobody could understood what Marx considered about the growth of CAPITALISM.
.. (1)As long as we are continuing the concept "to promote Indian capitalism" we cannot implement the program because for implementing PEOPLES DEMOCRACY, we must replace the bourgeois - landlord lead government. For promoting capitalism; we must promote Indian bourgeois and land lords because they are the industrialists. Bourgeois cannot do the duty of ruling the country, so they formed bourgeois political parties, such as Congress; BJP, etc. (What bourgeois can do; was saw during 2008 when we withdraw the support given to UPA Govt.; Reliance spent One thousand Crores to purchase MPs and saved UPA. In return; Congress given the entire treasure of Natural Gas found in Krishna-Godavari sector to Reliance. Actually RELIANCE is controlling the Oil Sector of India). We cannot do promoting bourgeois & land lords (capitalism) and replacing them simultaneously. Our party is trying to do this for the last 69 years (from the days of SA Dange). For the last 14 years I am trying to invite attention of the party to this matter; but I could not do so far. Our older Comrades didn't cared what will be the result when decided "to promote capitalism" (bourgeois) and for what purpose Karl Marx invented Marxism including Com.EMS...
..............(2)While promoting bourgeois; we cannot conduct CLASS STRUGGLES; because bourgeois are our friends) our struggles became only opposition strikes or issue based strikes. As long as we are on the concept that bourgeois (capitalism) must be promoted; our political tactics will not be against them; only against working class and poor peoples; because they are the victims of capitalism; they will not with us. For the last so many years, we are conducting annual strikes to "prevent price hikes" without considering why prices are hikes, and we will not go to the causes of price hikes. Our strike done on Sept.2,2015 and Sept. 2, 2016 will not give us any political benefit as usual because we are not against bourgeois and bourgeois political parties; actually responsible for price hikes.We will not mention the name Mukesh Ambani; who is playing the exact role in this....
..............(3) We cannot establish PEOPLES DEMOCRACY in CAPITALISM because MONEY ..(BOURGEOIS) will be the fact deciding authority in capitalism. It is the basic understanding of Marx that only economical structure of the country will decide the political and economical upper structure. .....
.............(4) It is impossible in capitalism to establish a "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" because only bourgeois will decide who must be their rulers; they will not allow a communist party as their rulers..... .
............ (5) In capitalism; only bourgeois parliamentary democracy is possible; please see the experience of past 70 years; impossible to establish "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY". .....
............(6) (Party PROGRAMME 6 (5)... Our "multi-structure with various kinds of ownership" is only the "mixed economy" of Congress; which is existing in India since 1947. Our stand is to promote capitalism; Congress is also for the same. So WB Comrades arguing for coalition with Congress. YECHURI (G S) IS ALSO FIRM WITH THEM ONLY ON THIS REASON. Due to our present stand comrades of other states will also place demands for the coalition with Congress and they have the right according our economical stand.
...........(7) So I request our stand must be for a SOCIALIST INDIA. I request party may kindly form a Sub Committee of PB/CC to examine these aspects considering an opinion of an Indian Citizen; who has the right to submit an opinion before the party. Only when the target of socialism as working program before us; the ideas of MARXISM & SOCIALISM will become a physical force before us. Only when SOCIALISM before us as working program; working class can find the ideas of MARXISM as their SOUL (ATHMEEYA) ENERGY. Otherwise, the PLEANUM which is proposed to be conducted in Dec., 2015 will become a mere exercise; we cannot defend BJP. We had conducted so many PARTY CONGRESSES; and what is the net outcome of such Congresses? What is the position of our party from Bihar to Tamil Nadu even after near one Century? When the concept to promote capitalism accepted; the party derailed which is proving from the experience of 69 years; since 1950s. .. (6---9---2015)... Behind the present situation in West Bengal is the concept to promote capitalism. WB comrades not seeing any contradictory in class struggle theory in making alliance with INC; because bourgeois or bourgeois political parties are not our enemy in class struggle concept. Actually we had conducted in Bengal was only Anti-Revolutionary act. (Capturing land from farmers and giving them to bourgeois; like TATA) and peoples of WB gave us their maximum penalty.
Unfortunately our comrades can't understand the gravity of their acts. Our targets must be a "SOCIALIST INDIA; THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY".
