614. "COMMUNIST PARTIES SHOULD GET PEOPLES VERDICT FOR "SOCIALIST INDIA"

FIGHT AGAINST 'COMMUNAL ISM" AND REACTIONARY IDEAS ARE MOST IMPORTANT. WITHOUT SOCIALISM, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

The exploiting classes want their class rule to continue forever. The working classes want it to be abolished forever. The "communist" leadership in India has no such issues. The lesson of the "LEFT" defeat in Kerala, despite providing over six lakh houses, is that no matter what benefits are given to anyone, without bringing socialist ideas to the people, it will not lead to the strengthening the party. There will also be no change in the stance that there are no class enemies in the part of Communist movements in India.

"SOCIALISM" is possible only in a sovereign "STATE". The sovereignty of India lies with the Indian Parliament and the Central Government. None of the "states" in India have economic sovereignty or political sovereignty. Therefore, socialism cannot be established exclusively in any of the "states" in India. Even Com. EMS couldn't understand such things and he states in his book "Arts and Science of "WORKING CLASS POLITICS"; in page 53 that "SOCIALISM" not possible as even though get the chance to rule, that wouldn't complete five years as had in Kerala during 1957 and 67. We also have the experience of ruling Bengal for 34 consecutive year The central government has the power to collect income tax from all states and citizens of India. All big industries are under central control. They all come under the economic powers. Powers like whether states are necessary or not come under political power. If any law is to be passed, Central approval is required. That is what the title of "Governor" is for. The sovereignty of the courts lies with the Supreme Court. That means the states do not have sovereignty over the judicial system either. Ignorance of such matters is the basis of the CPI(M) " Party Program". What was found instead was the "free development of capitalist society" and the decision that each state is a sovereign unit. We cannot see things in the way that India is our country. It is not even possible to think about establishing socialism in India. That is why we are planning to hold a "plenum" in Bengal in August and a "plenum" in Kerala. No one would understand if we said that we must accept the goal of socialism in India and win the mandate of the Indian people for it. CPI(M) Polit Bureau is not convincing the necessity to change the Party Program even swallowing BJP , INDIA as a whole and to admit MARXISM. Even if we say that the defeat of the Left in Kerala is the victory of the Indian exploitative class rule; their political leadership, the Communist leadership in India will not understand. It is not possible to eliminate the Indian exploitative class rule and fulfill the responsibility that Marxism has entrusted to the working class without bringing socialist ideas to the people.

In
one of his biography, Marx had opined that the economic changes in a
society should have done only with the consent of the society as a
whole. Only this is possible in democracy. The people as a whole wants
freedom also. When getting majority of the people for SOCIALISM, through
democracy, there will be PEOPLES VERDICT FOR SOCIALISM. It is
impossible to get peoples verdict using any kind of "ARMS". During the
period of Indira Gandhi, even Indian National Congress had got 4/5
majority for SOCIALISM in 1976 in India. And INDIRA GANDHI managed to
change Indian Constitution with 4/5 majority admitting SOCIALISM also a
Part of Indian Constitution. This shows that above 90% peoples of the
country will admit SOCIALISM when seeking peoples verdict in democracy.
In a society only one percent have criminal mind, but they can control
everybody through their MONEY IN CAPITALISM.

Everyone
forgets that since the 1950s, Communist movements in India have been
asking for votes for capitalism. There
can be no Communist party in a country unless there is a "socialist"
system as target. It is a very sad fact that the Communist leadership
in India has not realized this even from the experiences of the last 75
years since 1950 even the extreme pathetic condition of the Communist movement in India.. What
happened in India at that time was a political disaster caused by the
misconception that socialism could not be established even in a
parliamentary democracy. "Political sovereignty", which was vested
solely in the king during the monarchy, became vested in each citizen
when democracy was implemented. What happens when you
vote in an election is that you acknowledge that every citizen has the
right to decide who should govern their country. In a democracy,
"voting" is the people's approval to make any political change that
meets their needs. Before India gained independence in 1947, this power
belonged to the British Queen. It was only because the communist
leadership of the 1950s did not understand what democracy was that they
decided to promote Indian capitalism rather than take the political
decision to establish socialism in India. The current stance of the
CPI(M) and CPI party leaderships in India is that the decisions of the
Communist leaderships of the 1950s should never be changed by anyone.
The leaderships of the CPI(M) and CPI parties in India are not convinced
that the Hindutva terror regime in India cannot be eliminated except
through a socialist system that accepts Marxism.

How
can the Communist parties' acceptance of "SOCIALISM," which is also
accepted by the Indian Constitution, be an obstacle to their continued
existence in the current "India Alliance"? But only fools would think
that the Indian National Congress has a politics of eliminating Hindutva
BJP, rather than eliminating leftist parties in India. It is too hard
to understand what is "CLASS ENEMIES" the Communist leaders of India. In
democracy,
every citizen has political freedom. To subvert that; to subvert true
democracy is the need of the bourgeoisie. Congress and BJP are one in
that regard. The reason why there are so many communist parties in India
is because they do not understand what democracy is. Communist parties
that can accept the goal of a socialist India should unite in India. If
don't accept "socialism", it only means don't accept Marxism. The basis
of Marxism is humanity. The vast majority of people are humane. They
will vote for socialism. If there is majority of people, changes in the
CONSTITUTION can be made.

Since
the Hindutva BJP is a party that does not accept democracy, they will
do anything to subvert it. No matter which symbol you vote for, your
vote will be for the BJP in the lotus symbol is only one item of their
tactics. Another item is that even if no one votes, the BJP candidate
will ultimately get the votes. Anything can be done with the electronic
voting machine. The Election Commission is just their employee, so no
matter what
anyone says, the BJP will have won. What was done in Maharashtra was
done in Bihar as well. It will be done in Uttar Pradesh soon. If there
are candidates from Left parties, resistance will be possible to some
extent. But the Left parties are only willing to avoid contesting as
much as possible across India. If, as was done in Bihar, the Left
participates in the elections by giving full support to the BJP's
economic policies, including corruption, no one will vote for it because
actually there no "left". As long as becomes part of the "INDIA"
alliance, that stance is impossible. The basic approach of the "Left" is
to somehow "correct" and strengthen the Indian National Congress. There
are no signs anywhere that the "Left" is embracing the goal of a
Socialist India.

"SOCIALIST INDIA" is presented before the people as an election target
and the people's "mandate" is achieved, then no one will be above
the people's verdict. But since the 1950s, the Communist Party of India
has been asking the people for votes
for capitalist growth. The people are not responsible for that. If it
is decided that socialism will not be established through democratic
means, the only result that will happen is that the Communist Party
will not exist in India. India has a history of giving the Indian
National Congress a four-fifths majority for a socialist India and a
CONSTITUTION that recognizes a socialist India.

No one remembers that promoting
capitalism is an anti-Marxist stance. This is because the theory of
class struggle has been completely abandoned. The fact that all written
history is the history of class struggles was implemented in the form of
Brahmin superamacy in India. Classes and class contradictions - by

contradiction between selfishness and social consciousness. The
contradiction between working class politics and exploiting class
politics was not understood. They did not understood that when
capitalism is promoted, it is the exploiting classes that are being
promoted, and that class conflicts do not then lead to class struggles.

Anybody those who can't understand any ideas, will not convince how such ideas will work in people. So nobody can convince them how socialist ideas will work among the peoples. Now it is proving CPIM and CPI will follow the present stand that CAPITALISM will promote for ever, they are nothing understanding, that how much things I am presenting. BJP totally neglecting the Indian Constitution and democratic systems in India. Congress and BJP have jointly passed a law in the Maharashtra Assembly that "Leftists can be imprisoned till death without trial." "Communist" leaders also fail to understand that the Left in India can be imprisoned without any reason. They are thinking that nothing will hurt them in any way. . Poor Comrades........

If the Communist Parties in India accepting the Party Program of "Socialist India" means declaring "WAR" against all reactionaries in India, including the "Sangh Parivar". War in democracy means ideological struggle. The weapons in that war will be the basic principles of democracy and the Indian Constitution itself. Those who understand what democracy is and what the Indian Constitution is will understand that the Sangh Parivar's claim that it accepts the Indian Constitution and democracy is a pure lie. The danger that Hindutva extremists are now ruling India is a result of the Communist parties' stand for "capitalism". If socialism was the real goal of the Communist parties, the Indian people would not vote for anyone else in India. Unfortunately, the Communist parties are asking for votes for the free growth of Indian capitalism. They don't even contest elections as much as they can. The Indian Constitution, prepared under the leadership of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, can only be implemented by those who truly accept Marxism. Articles 14 and 15 of the Constitution guarantee equality in all respects to all citizens. But the Indian National Congress or the Hindutva activists cannot do anything about this. Dr. Ambedkar resigned from Nehru's cabinet in 1951, realizing that the Indian National Congress could not implement Articles 14 and 15 of the Constitution.

Hindutva activists, who do not know what true democracy is, are treating political hooliganism as "democracy". Their politics is cheating in any way and to them, there are no CITIZENS, but only enemies those who are against their "HINDHUTHWA" ideology. So they will purchase other Parliament members elected through other parties also. Their understanding is that democracy is a majority in parliament. Hindutva BJP , who do not accept the basic values of the Indian Constitution, such as Sovereignty, Socialism, Secularism, and Democracy, are killing it from the moment they take the oath of office. Anybody those who admitting Indian Constitution know that according to the Constitution of India, a "HINDHU RASHTRA" is impossible. So, before HINDHUTHWA BJP, there are only one thing is possible - to kill Indian Constitution and they are killing the Constitution in each and everyn moment. According to Article 51(A)(h) of the Constitution, Scientific approach is the fundamental duty of every citizen. All of that is rejected by taking an oath. Those who do not know what Democracy is or what the Indian Constitution is cannot say that the BJP does not accept democracy and the constitution.

The "Sangh Parivar", which stands for the Brahmin-dominated Chaturvarna system, is proceeding as it did in the old monarchy. The Sangh Parivar is only willing to implement things according to "Manusmriti". The parliament elected by the people is not a concern for them. There are no such thing as impartial judicial system; impartial administration, impartial media etc. when Sanghaparivaar ruling going on. . The Narendra Modi administration had no difficulty in overturning the Supreme Court's Constitution Bench's decision that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court should be involved in deciding the Election Commission. When they decide on an Election Commission that fully accepts the decisions of the Sangh Parivar, they are able to implement elections across India according to the decisions of the Sangh Parivar. The wealth of the country must be entirely in the hands of those who support them. The people must be absolutely poor. For this, permanent appointments will be abolished and working hours will be increased to the maximum.

The stance that Communist parties adopted is that they will not ask for votes for a Socialist system will also destroy true democracy. When people learn what capitalism is, they will decide not to vote for it. That is what is happening to the Congress all over India. To overcome this fact, BJP finds technic through mal practice in EVM and using Election Commission also. But if the communist parties decide not to ask the people for votes for a socialist system, the majority of the people will decide that no one ready to vote. The peculiarity of democracy is that if there aren't many people to run, whoever submitted the nomination will decide who won. That is what happened in a parliamentary constituency in Gujarat in the 2024 elections. The candidate decided by the Congress joined the BJP without contesting. The BJP paid money to withdraw the other candidates. Only the BJP candidate is in the fray. The Communist Parties did not field anyone. People were fooled into not being able to vote. The stance of the Communist Parties will ensure that this happens all over India in the future.

When it is stating that the actual base of MARXISM is "humanity" not everybody will convince because even MARX never saying so anywhere. But Marx proved so through his life. When Marx started his life as a journalist, he had to write up the living conditions of workers. He had convinced the fact that how much hard the workers had to work, their life going only with poverty and hardships. Marx could understood the exact positions of the workers all over the world. As Marx was an extraordinary genius, his ability caused the invention of MARXISM. His attitude and mental stage can only be treated as "humanity". The quality of Marx could found the cause of poverty of working class all over the world only due to the exploitation through spiritual and economic way throughout their life.

Unfortunately, the Communist Parties in India are unable to accept that the basis of Marxism is "humanity". They don't care how the vast majority of India's more than one hundred and forty crores people live. Seventy-five percent of the total Indian wealth is held by just ten percent of the population. Of that, seventy-five percent is held by just sixty-five families. That means ninety percent of the population is experiencing hardships in life. Unfortunately, the Communist Parties in India have been working hard since the 1950s - including through strikes - for the free growth of Indian capitalism. In India, it is simply known as the "Communist Party". A Communist Party that takes the position that there are no class enemies will only create astonishment in anyone who understands Marxism. Even the fact that the number of members in the Indian Parliament decreases with each election is not an issue for them. No matter what, they will not ask the people to vote for a socialist system. There are problems in India that can be solved if fair prices for agricultural products and a minimum wage of at least Rs. 500 for agricultural workers can be ensured. But that is possible only when a political change happens in India through the working class movement. Farmers in India waged a fierce strike that lasted for over a year in 2021. About a thousand farmers committed suicide during that strike. The stance taken by the Indian National Congress in that struggle was in favor of the Hindutva Government and Corporates. The communist parties are taking refuge in the Indian National Congress, which the Indian people abandoned after realizing that it could not solve any of India's problems after ruling India for more than 65 years. Because the position taken since 1950 is that there is no such thing as class enemies in India. That is the basis of the position that Indian capitalism should be promoted. Despite I have been doing my best efforts against this since 2002, experience so far has been a miserable failure.

Karl Marx could understood the contradictions in the interests between the slave and the master and between the worker and the employer. Without understanding the living circumstances which the "slaves" were suffered in "SLAVERY PERIOD", nobody could grasp the "contradictions" between the "SLAVE AND THE MASTER". Any idea, any tool will be useful only for actually what it is intended. Marxism will not work if it is used against the working class and common peoples. That is happening in India since 1950s. Attempts to promote capitalism means only to exploit working class and common peoples more and more. Marx's findings that all recorded history is the history of class struggles, like all other Marxist ideas, has been misunderstood by the Communist leadership in India since the 1950s. It has a history dating back to the slave revolt "led by Spartacus" in ancient Rome. It can also be described as the terror of evil against goodness. The poisoning of Socrates, the crucifixion of Jesus who stood against injustice, and the Brahminical rule in India are part of it. Capitalist countries, including the United States, are working to ensure that Marxism and working-class politics should not exist under any circumstances. For that, the Indian National Congress, the BJP - Hindu Communalists and all other communal evil forces are trying their best in India. Unfortunately, the leadership of the Communist Party of India is also standing with them. They are not ready to make any change in the position that has been in place for 75 years since 1950, namely that Indian capitalism should grow. The position they also take is the free development of capitalist society. They don't know the fact that they are promoting Hindhu Communalists and Indian Corporates simultaneously. They don't know only when admitting the target of SOCIALISM the situation will change. They don't know even the purpose of the philosophy Marxism was introduced. The stance they take is that they will not field candidates in India for socialism and will not ask for votes. No matter how much experiences that people will not vote for the Communist Party in India for the economic policies of the Congress and the BJP, they will not change their stance. Because they know nothing except capitalism. Their mindset is that any Harihara Kurup who can only express his opinion through social media will not survive for long. They are turning a blind eye because their goal is to completely eliminate the ideas of Karl Marx. Just like Jesus prayed that the comforts of heaven should be on earth, only the image of Marx should remain on earth. In democracy, they will not ask for votes for socialism.

But the class enemies are not ready to make any concessions on the fact that there should be no working class politics in India. That's why Congress leader Rahul Gandhi declared that they sees the RSS and the CPI(M) as their enemies in India. But it is a fact that "RAM RAJ" was the target of Gandhiji also. If Communist movements are asking for votes for socialism, India will be ruled by the Communist Party. The Indian Constitution itself has been approved by the Parliament "Socialism" with a four-fifths majority of the Indian people. What the Communist parties in India need to do is get the peoples verdict to implement it.

The Indian National Congress and the Hindutva BJP are just small versions of the old English East India Company. If they get the chance, they will show the same character of the old East India Company. It is the reason they are showing intolerance to WORKING CLASS POLITICS. Once INC had burned alive five CPI(M) workers during Election Work at Cheemeni in Kasargod dist. and killed many students leaders of SFI all over India only the reasons that they are working for SOCIALIST society. There should not exist WORKING CLASS POLITICS IN INDIA in any way. That is the stand of BJP and INC and to that extend, they will become one and same. They think they can do anything to the poor. Those who work should never live well. They should not have a good house. If they get sick, they should not be treated. Their children should not get a good education. He should suffer in hell in his old age. He should die in an accident. Women should always be subjected to cruelty. There is no difference between Congress and BJP in any of this. The Sangh Parivar even supported the old (1920) Jallianwala Bagh massacre. They were even sympathetic to the British rule. They even killed Gandhiji. The Congress and the BJP are one on the issue of Ram Raj. That is Brahmin rule. Sri Ram is the one who cuts off the head of a Shudra (a Shudra) who is doing penance. Leaving Sita in the forest is part of Brahmin rule. The Congress and BJP are united in their stance against the Communist Party in India only because both parties are united in their stance towards the poor. No one should think that everyone is human. Riots in the name of caste and religion should be a continuation of the process.

When the Communist government of Kerala in 1957 introduced a law protecting the "right to hut" of poor agricultural workers, the Indian National Congress sided with the landlords of Kerala. The Communist Government was dismissed using the Congress's Central Government. The Congress, which had ruled all over India for a long time, had no sympathy for the miserable living conditions of the poor workers and they stood always with Land Lords. Another form of Anti Labor step is a Central Congress leader, K C Venugopal, criticized the actions of LEFT Government giving meager social pension those over the age of 60, treating as "bribe" to get their "vote". And also they are not giving such pension when they ruling in other states. The Congress, which has ruled India for a long time, is not organizing workers to do anything beneficial for the workers in any way, but only as feeder organizations only as vote banks. That is the reason for the hostile stance towards giving social security pensions. Communist Governments giving such pensions are considering the services they had rendered for the society throughout their life. Bourgeois political parties like the Congress and BJP consider "politics" to be a business without investment. They want to gain power and money by any means. Their only intention is that the people should not know about it. That is why it is common in bourgeois politics being accused for illegal wealth acquisition.
