587. SOCIALIST INDIA, THROUGH "PEOPLES" DEMOCRACY.
The truth is that if people actually understood what is "capitalism" really, no one would vote for it. That is what the exploitative classes are deceiving the people by mistaking it as "democracy". In capitalism, all the sectors of social life, corruption and public evil will exist like shadow of capitalism. But a socialist system based on humanity and selfless mutual cooperation should also before the people to choose. Marxism is the only philosophy that accepts that everyone is human. Man cannot live without society. While religions divide people as inner parts with silly opinions, Marxism emphasizes the unity of workers and the examination of how to solve their life problems through mutual cooperation. Religions take the position that the dominion over the land that existed long ago or when the monarchy existed is the result of the evil mind that the poverty and suffering of the laborers will never end. Their reasons for such actions are that the life in the earth as nothing, but actual life starts only after their death. This is the real phase of cheating, because actually death is the final of everybody. None other than the Communist Party which accepts the goal of Socialist India can implement the equality of citizens under Article 14 of the Constitution of India. Capitalism cannot solve any problem of the Indian working class and the working class of India as a whole. Anybody can compare India and China, a country which accepted the way of SOCIALISM, and going on in prosperity in each and every aspects, while India remains backward in every aspects in the world. It is only need India should also accept the way of SOCIALIST COUNTRY, only according to the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA with its each and every contents.

For the last 74 years since the 1950s, the Communist Movements in India (CPI; CPI(M)) has adopted the independent growth of Indian capitalism as its party program without accepting the goal of Socialist India. No problems of Indian working class and entire working population of India can be solved by Indian Communist movements without admitting the Party Program of Socialist India through PEOPLES DEMOCRACY. The philosophy of Marxism is applicable to nothing but an exploitative free social system, socialism. Marxism became irrelevant when the "view" that capitalism should be promoted was put into practice without actually being excepted in the party program. The communist movement, which grew steadily from 1920-25 to the 1950s, stagnated throughout India after the 1950s.

In 1964, the Communist movement in India split into two parties, the CPI and the CPI(M), but there was no difference of opinion on economic policy. In Karl Marx's philosophy, "Marxism" the economic system is given the most importance. Slavery; feudalism and capitalism are economic systems. The cause of origin of "STATE" was to maximize the exploitation of slaves and legalize the slave system; the Marxist view is that the initial stage of the "STATE" was that protecting the interest of the slave owners even though the head always "KING". Promoting capitalism in modern times means siding with the ancient slave owners. The slave's interest is freedom from cruel exploitation and torture. The interest of the slave owners was to maximize their wealth by exploiting the slave as much as possible.
To promote capitalism is to completely deny the theory of class struggle. The situation is that it is not admitting that there is an exploitative class rule exists. Then there is no necessitates a non-exploitative social system or a socialist system. The problem is not what a political party is called; but what is economic policy. If a socialist system is the goal, the working class will be with it. That was the reason for the success of the old Soviet Union. In What Should Be Done?, Lenin states that "the importance of socialism should not be underestimated. To underestimate it is to allow the growth of bourgeois ideas." The reason for the rise of Hindutva rule in India was that the communist parties took the position of growth of Indian capitalism which exactly counted Lenin in his work, during 1901 itself. But the goal of the Communist Party is capitalist growth, although the capitalists will not be there, and neither will the workers. Political parties of capitalists or exploiting classes are always with them. Their interest must not be under any circumstances a socialist system that could ever endanger them. For that, working-class politics or the Communist Party should not exist in any way. No one can dispute that in India the Indian National Congress, and BJP; political party of Hindu communalists, are stern that working class politics or the Communist Party should not exist in India.//No one will disagree that the Communist movement in India began its work since 1920-25 with the target of an exploitation-free social system,SOCIALISM. My aim is the old undivided Communist Party with such a "Party Program".

To deny it is to deny Marxism. When it becomes a party with the same "program", gradually there will be unity of the Communist Party also will be a fact. But it is a very difficult task to convey the basic goals of Marxism, including the fact that socialism is right, to the lovers of the communist movement all over India, as it has worked only in justification of capitalism for 74 years. Because the posts should be in Malayalam and English. And they should be delivered all over India. It is very difficult for most people to understand things. That is what even the Maoists do not understand what democracy is. In democracy, every citizen has political power. In monarchy it was reserved only to the king. Anyone has freedom in democracy to adopt any politics, form political parties and become the ruling power of India. It was not there in the monarchy and the only remedy was "ARMED REVOLUTION". Before 1947, the sovereign "POLITICAL POWER OF INDIA" was British Queen, and after Independence and became "DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC", each and everyone CITIZEN holding political power. Maoists do not accept democracy because they do not understand what democracy is. To achieve the goal of socialist India through people's democracy, the philosophy of humanity called "Marxism" must be brought to the masses. Comrades who agree with my aims are expected to cooperate as much as possible.

Without understanding what "democracy" is, no one can understand what "democracy is not". All
we heard about Motilal Nehru, the father of Jawaharlal Nehru, the first
Prime Minister of India, is that he had the wealth to buy India itself.
That is also the basis of the dominance of the Nehru family in the
Indian National Congress. The democracy represented by the Congress is
only dominated by wealth. That is why the people removed the Congress
which ruled India for a long time from power. "Hindutva, who still
remain in the ancient tribal positions, aim only for Rama Rajya and
Brahmin supremacy. Hindutva who stand for monarchy do not accept
democracy. People who don't knew what "democracy" treating that democracy is about making money by making fools the people on the basis of money, caste and religion, and using power to corrupt and making money anyway. Of course it is "bourgeois democracy" under capitalism. But "political sovereignty" in democracy empowers every citizen to transform it into true democracy or people's democracy. "Of the people; by the people; for the people" is the universally accepted basic tenet of true democracy. Part of it is the Parliament/ Assembly, which is elected by the people; (House of Representatives) an impartial judicial system; impartial administrative system (executive); impartial press or freedom of speech for every citizen. But the truth is that none of these are accepted by the rich class or the bourgeoisie. Real democracy is being killed by the rich class whose only aim is to exploit the poor by any means and make maximum wealth. They are taking maximum advantage of the lack of education of the majority of the society. That is why they are keen to deny education and are careful not to reach the people as far as possible. It is a matter for everyone to understand that the Indian National Congress, which ruled India for 65 years, and the Hindutvas who came to power after that, are trying to keep the vast majority of the Indian people uneducated.

The Aryans crossed the Indus River into India between 2,000 and 1,000 BC. The Hindu communalists working in India now have the same tribal attitudes as the old Aryans. They are ordering always to say "Jai Shri Ram" as part of their position that they do not accept democracy and accept only gods of their choosing. They decide what other people eat. No living being can decide what other living things should eat. No living being can violate the laws of nature except to obey them. Elephants, cows and buffaloes eat only plants. Tigers, lions etc. eating only meat. It is a law of nature that living things are created as well as how they must perish. Their basic aim is how to subvert democracy in which every citizen has political power. If any sections do not accept democracy and adopt hooliganism, there is no other option but to deal with them in other kind. But killing animals for anything other than food is also against nature. . Unfortunately the old "tribe" who came to India as "Aryans" still continues their old behavior of attacking others. Now they are running in the name of "Hindu Rashtra". Actually their "Hindu Rashtra" is only "four caste system under Brahmin rule. They call it "Rama Kingdom". It is monarchy. The attack and killing of thousands of innocent people in Gujarat in 2002 was part of it. Another one was implemented in the Indian state Manipur. They are not ready to consider anyone as people or human beings. Their basic politics is to treat the working people as enemies. Their position is that the administrative structure should be "Manusmriti" composed in ancient times. For that they are completely abandoning the Indian Constitution which have been accepted by a very large majority of Indian citizen. They are completely rejecting the basic principles of democracy including the judicial system including the Supreme Court. According to the "Manusmriti" the matter which cannot be decided by the king should be referred to the Brahmin council. According to Manusmriti the duty of "Shudra" is the servant duty of the other three castes (Brahmins; Kshatriyas; Vaishyas). Therefore "SHUDRAS" should not earn money; If thus earned, they will not do the servant duty of others. If they earn money, the Brahmin can take it. (MANUSMRUTI, CHAPTER 7). Part of its implementation is eliminating permanent employment for anyone; eliminate fixed income; increase working hours to twelve hours; abolish labor laws; The purpose of the proceedings etc.

Not only the "Aryans" but other religions also retain the character of the ancient tribes. Islam and Christianity are known as Semitic religions. Realizing the change in times and the need for modern people to live in harmony, the method of democracy will be beneficial to mankind. Other than humans, no other species competes for wealth or accumulates wealth to the point of no benefit. Nature has determined the total life span of an organism and the amount of food that can be consumed at each stage of growth. Because only some of the people work with the intention of making all the wealth of the earth their own, life is difficult for others.

In democratic system, if any sections do not accept democracy and adopt the politics of the old tribal era and trying to take the society back to the old tribal era, it must be fought and defeated. The path they are taking is definitely anti-democratic and thuggish. They are trying to bring back the old slave system which has been in place for a long time and is not ready to see man as man. In a democratic way anyone has chance to explain things to the people. Based on that, everyone has the opportunity and right to contest and win the elections. But when they face it all in a gangster style, they will have to react in their own way. But the fact is that India has a structural duty to deal with such people. If those working in proletarian politics and the philosophy of Marxism do not do their duty in such matters, the whole people will move into dire situations.

The basis of democracy and general justice of socialism is that all members of the society participate directly and indirectly in the existence of the society and none of them can be separated on the basis of caste or religion.
