530. A REQUEST BEFORE INDIAN CITIZENS.
//At the 23rd Party Congress, I had expected that CPI(M) might have changed its party programme, considering the decline in states including Bengal and the CPI(M)'s dismal defeat in the 2019 parliamentary elections. "Promoting capitalism" isn't even really in the party program. It was also hoped that the party would accept the "Socialist India" programme, which was accepted by 4/5ths of the Indian population, abandoning the stance of "promoting capitalism" which had been going on for the last 73 years since 1950. In that situation, I had prepared a request during the life and death struggle of Indian farmers in 2021. Unfortunately, the CPI(M) Polit Buro has come to the conclusion that there is no need for socialism in India in future also in any way.
But one of the points made as part of the CPI(M) Kerala state conference's explanation about its "development line" was that the party did not think socialism could be established by "bourgeois parliamentary system". The stand that CPI(M) is not ready to admit the content of Indian Constitution including India as "SOCIALIST COUNTRY", which is the "PEOPLES VERDICT of 4/5th PORTION OF INDIAN POPULATION is certainly a challenge to Indian Constitution as well as the citizens of India and Indian democracy in total. Meanwhile we must consider that the Sitaram Yechury's position that "only the Congress can save India" and "there are no permanent class enemies"; We must also take into account the CPI(M) state secretary's (M V GOVINDAN) position that "materialism based on contradictions does not apply to India". It should also be read with the Politburo's position (the party does not think that socialism can be established in a "bourgeois parliamentary way"). The goal of "socialist India" is unlikely to be accepted in the future and the decision to merge with the Indian National Congress under the guise of "opposition unity" is very likely to be made at the next party congress . Without even considering the circumstances of the CPI(M) being formed in 1964; It could also be considered as a precursor to forming an "opposition unity" on an all-India basis with the Indian National Congress, regardless of the CPI's status. A K ANTONY, THE SENIOR CONGRESS LEADER KNOW THE LEAST POSSIBILITY OF CONGRESS RETURNING IN POWER IN INDIA, EVEN THOUGH GETTING 20 SEATS FROM KERALA AND HE KNEW THE CHANCE WHEN "LEFT FORCES" ADMITTING SOCIALISM AND BECOME THE RULING FORCE OF INDIA. TO AVOID SUCH SITUATION, HE PREFER BJP AGAIN IN POWER AND HE SENT HIS SON TO BJP. HE HAD NEVER SAID ANYTHING AGAINST BJP/RSS IN HIS LIFE. SITARAM YECHURI ALSO KNEW THIS SITUATION AND HE ALSO SEEKS INC COALITION TO AVOID ANYTHING AGAINST INC AND DEADLY AGAINST SOCIALIST IDEAS AND THUS BJP AGAIN RESTORE AFTER GE OF 2024 AS HIS BRAHMIN TACTICS. Only a "SINGLE VOTE" is enough and more for implementing SOCIALISM in India. No necessity to repeat any other countries as such in India and the same is impossible. Please see SOCIALISM is the law of nature as "nature" intending everything to everybody just like AIR, WATER, SUN LIGHT and EARTH is also a common factor to all living things in EARTH. Unfortunately only human "CULTURE" made it difficult to live some peoples in the earth without "LAND" for their normal life even for their natural necessities.

Due to the drawbacks in USSR, "IMPERIALISM" decided to maximise their exploitation policy through out the WORLD and its after effects were formed as "GLOBALISATION" and its actual meaning is cheating and exploitation on working class and poor peoples. All BOURGEOISE POLITICAL PARTIES considered it as "GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY" and they are implementing GLOBALISATION using face mask as "democracy". After "GLOBALISATION" the directions of IMPERIALISM is that "GOVERNMENTS" should withdraw from each and every responsibilities which were admitted as the liabilities of GOVERNMENTS due to the concept of SOCIALISM. Now BJP Government is considering that "TERMINATING" employment facilities is only their duty and business; to satisfy IMPERIALISM. So BJP stoping each and every permanent employment facilities throughout India; and as the routine of common peoples going on only depending "PERMANENT" income holders; the industrial sector as well as normal life of youth will be in struck, and the country as a whole will be in danger. As "HINDUTHWA" deadly against reservation to SC/ST; when terminating entire "PERMANENT" employment opportunities that will completely eliminate the progress of those backward sectors also. The future of INDIA will be only in utter "DARKNESS".

Indian Parliament already admitted the target of SOCIALIST INDIA with 4/5th majority and CONSTITUTION changes also admitted accordingly and the peoples verdict is still existing even though INC failed to implement it. Those peoples also still living in this country and they want Socialist economy. Certainly "LEFT FORCES" will implement it in INDIA. Due to poor grasping cpacity of "COMMUNIST" leaders about democracy and also they are ignorant even USSR is now only in history, they are reluctant to admit content of "SOCIALIST" mentioned in Indian Constitution. But they are bound to admit the "PEOPLES" verdict as 4/5th portion of Indians admitting the contents of SOCIALISM. Their negligence in implementing the contents of Constitution such as SOCIALIST; SECULAR; DEMOCRATIC concepts will be destroyed by "HINDUTHWA" forces and the attempt to support Indian National Congress will never reach anywhere as BJP and INC are following the same politics in entire field even "HINDUTHWA".

As there are no "definition" insisting in the CONSTITUTION that what should be "socialism", certainly it can be decided by the "PEOPLES" of the country, and there are no objection to change the CONSTITUTION, if there are peoples verdict for it. The "VOTE" of the citizens are actually there opinion, and certainly 99.99% of peoples will admit the target of a "SOCIALIST INDIA".

. .Through the ruling of over 65 years, Indian National Congress proved their inability to save and protect India as they haven't any ideology and handed over India to BJP seeing politics everything as part of commercial dealings.//BJP also proved their incapability to save Indian peoples because both INC and BJP have only some feudal and exploitation based capitalist method of ruling which will only intended to secure the capitalist, four caste based elite wing of India. And also anybody voting for INC considering that INC is a secular party; nobody can confirm that the elected Congress men will be there for ever as basically INC and BJP are same and one for "RAM RAJ" and Gandhiji also were admitted "Varnashrama". Without permission of AMBANI & ADANI, both BJP & INC will do nothing. So the fate of Indian FARMERS or the price hikes of PETROLEUM items will not change until LEFT ideology reaching in power in India in 2024.

. .Even RAHUL and MAMATA had admitted that they are not sure whether their men will be with them, when BJP sacking them, how can peoples trust INC and TMC? But RED FLAG are in firm belief with its members. Now Indian CITIZENS are suffering too hardships and poverty and became the lowest stage in world level. 75% of the wealth of the country enjoying by only 10% elite wing and so 90% peoples are suffering acute poverty. So CPI(M) and LEFT DEMOCRATIC FORCES OF INDIA asking the peoples verdict to become INDIA to be a SOCIALIST COUNTRY only as per the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, as according to the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, India is a SOVEREIGN, SOCIALIST, SECULAR, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC.

. .Indian Parliament already admitted the target of SOCIALIST INDIA with 4/5th majority and CONSTITUTION changes also admitted accordingly. Now CPIM only asking a chance to implement it before the PEOPLES OF INDIA. In 1952, there were 32 COMMUNIST PARLIAMENT MEMBERS IN INDIAN PARLIAMENT under the leadership of Com AKG, while then "BJP" had only two members in Parliament. If COMMUNIST PARTY placing candidates in all parliamentary constituencies, certainly peoples will vote them with utmost confidence. Communist leaders should come forward such decisions, otherwise BJP regime will exist for ever. Please see peoples had lost the confidence in INC and all other petty bourgeois political parties like "BSP Etc.," political nuisances of India because they are considering "politics" only as commercial dealings through corruption and cheating the ordinary common peoples. They have to be buried in Indian soil as political waste of India.

INC AND BJP PROVED THEIR INCAPABILITY TO PROTECT INDIANS FROM POVERTY AND HARDSHIPS. A "SINGLE VOTE" FOR "LDF IN INDIA" WILL PROTECT INDIANS FROM INC & BJP MENACES. TO AVOID FARMERS' SUICIDE, FOR THE PROSPERITY OF INDIA, TO CONSIDER "FARM LABORERS" ALSO "HUMAN BEINGS"; ALL PSUS SHOULD BE IN OLD STAGE AS PSUS ARE THE TEMPLES OF INDIA.

.If FARMERS getting adequate price for their products to maintain their life; that will be a help to promote industrial sector also, as they will purchase lot of items for their routine life. And also that will help the "AGRICULTURAL FARM LABORERS" as if they are getting at least Rs.500 per day, they can also maintain their life; which will also help all other sectors; because purchasing capacity of everybody will lead development of industrial field also.

.It is quite justice to do actual working class to live in amenity like all other citizens as they are doing their maximum for the wel being of the country, please see at present most of them sleeping in road side and dying through hitting vehicles, meanwhile those black marketers and cheaters of the society enjoying every thing, actually denying those deserves. We do justice to them also, and that is the message of socialism. Nobody can believe that either BJP or Indian National Congress will protect them by giving them amenities to live just like an ordinary citizens in India. Only RED FLAG can protect them and make their living conditions to a better level.

ONLY SOCIALISM WILL PROTECT INDIA. THE PERIOD OF INC & BJP IS OVER, AS IT IS PROVED BEYOND DOUBT THAT THEY CAN'T PROTECT INDIA. YOUR ONLY ONE "VOTE" WILL PROTECT INDIA. INDIAN CONSTITUTION IS ENOUGH & MORE FOR IT. (See my blog 232 also regarding implementing socialism in India. Nothing to repeat any other countries as such in India as India is a sovereign country in all aspects. But "scientific temper" should be followed is a must in every aspects).

.IMPORTANCE OF PUBLIC SECTOR.
According to the concept of SOCIALIST ECONOMY, "PUBLIC SECTOR" will be considered as part of "exploitation free" means of production, as the "PROFIT" of the firm will be used for the welfare of the country, and that will certainly make better the living conditions of employees. That is the quality behind China; which enables China become developed in all sectors, including OLYMPICS.
.Public Sector undertakings were considered as the "TEMPLES" of India during 1960s, but Narendra Modi destroying all "TEMPLES" of India even neglecting all democratic manners such as even a word as discussion in the Parliament. His ignorance about "DEMOCRACY" causing the destruction of India. Peoples should react against the ill motivated intention of BJP in each and every ELECTIONS of India when conducting in Assemblies and Parliamentary constituencies. While considering PSUs are the wealth of nation, it was not only profit; but also quality of products, preventing black money; ensuring sufficient quantity of products, but also ensuring employment opportunities with sufficient wages for employees including reservations for backward also; because for the development of industries; it is essential proper wages to employees is a must. Now BJP is considering denying employment opportunities both forward and backward as a policy matter of "HINDUTHWA". BJP considering only the huge profit of CORPORATES ignoring all qualities of PSUs only for mere scam.

As the basic policy of bourgeois political parties such as INC, BJP, etc is exploitation of working class and society in total, they are deadly against PSUS. Only in socialism, the wealth of the country will be benefitted to all its CITIZENS. Everybody know the fact India is having plenty of natural resources in first class in world level itself such as iron, bauxite etc.
When using natural resources of India in a socialist means of production, INDIA can become more developed than China, because their resources are far below than INDIA.

Now everything only enjoying a few wicked of the country, denying its benefits to the entire citizens of the country.
So the fight for protecting PSUS will be for exploitation free society, SOCIALISM itself.
. .Article 14 of Indian Constitution, insisting the "equalities" of everybody. Before, 1947 we cannot imagine these facilities. At present as per Indian Constitution, we have this benefit also. Now it became our duty to implement this article. And Art. 51A(h) insisting SCIENTIFIC TEMPER also, which also requires our strict involvement to implement. And Art. 19, freedom of speech and expression of opinion. If we neglecting these items, anti social and anti socialist political parties like INC, BJP etc. will misuse our CONSTITUTION, and neglect the contributions of Dr. AMBEDKAR also as the contents of our Constitution were the merit of Dr. B R AMBEDKAR. We have to do justice to Dr. B R Ambedkar also, who spent his life for the actual working class of India.

. .Surplus value theory of Karl Marx only stressing the man power exploitation of working class. In a SOCIALIST SOCIETY, the "GOVERNMENT" will be responsible for the welfare of "WORKING CLASS" and all others considering their contribution in the well being of the society. But in "CAPITALISM" bourgeois politicians will never take up such responsibilities and they will only enjoy wealth of the country along with bourgeois neglecting the actual facts that behind the wealth of the country, working class and others (farmers etc.) rendering their manpower. All wealth of the country is actually created by working class engaging their manpower; but the life of working class in a pathetic condition; for ever and they should suffer all hardships and poverty; where as the life of bourgeois will be in the midst of luxury without suffering any hardships.
