422. Since 1950s, in all PARTY CONGRESS DISCUSSIONS always only about how make coalitions with bourgeois political parties like INC etc and the result is the party in overall India. Even at least 23rd Party CONGRESS of CPIM should discuss about the circumstances Indian Peoples sufferings and how to solve. With such a view, I had placed some points to be discussed in Party CONGRESS as "DRAFT POLITICAL RESOLUTIONS" which should have lead INDIA in a SOCIALIST way of progress. Kindly comrades please note the points I had submitted before CPIM Central COMMITTEE for considering in next CPIM Party CONGRESS.
Please see without "SOCIALIST IDEOLOGIES" we cannot move forward as without SOCIALISM, MARXISM is nothing
and it is a fact that as per our CONSTITUTION, 4/5th of Indians are admitting a SOCIALIST INDIA.

51A(h) of Indian Constitution is enough for demolishing the Caste based Indian social system with Dialectical Materialism of Marxism is enough for it. See, this is the quality of Dr. B R Ambedkar. Article 14 also based on it.
2. On behalf of FARMERS' agitation, MODI GOVERNMENT should get new peoples verdict as he failed to solve farmers problems.
ANTI FARMERS BILL IS AGAINST CONSTITUTIONAL CONTENTS AS IT WAS NOT PASSED IN RAJYA SABHA, not subjected to voting process.
3. 5.78 lac farmers committed suicide between 2004 & 2021. ANTI FARMERS LAWS ARE OVER THEIR BURDENS WHICH INC & BJP GOVERNMENTS IMPOSED.
THERE ARE NOT ANY MOVE TO REDRESS THEIR PROBLEMS. FARMERS MUST GET ADEQUATE PRICE FOR THEIR PRODUCTS WHICH SHOULD BE CAPABLE TO METE THEIR NORMAL LIFE..

4. IT IS GUARANTEEING MSP OVER ALL IN INDIA, IF RED FLAG get majority in Indian Parliament.

7.IT WILL RESTORE ALL PSUS IN OLD STAGE If it getting majority in Indian Parliament. Public Sector Undertakings will be taken over by the PEOPLES GOVERNMENT as the benefits being enjoyed by them during the period those under them as compensation. Including Railway, our Public Sector undertakings are built up through using budget provisions and they are the wealth of the Government and owned by actually the peoples of INDIA. But BJP Government is giving those assets of the public to those they likes Ambani; Adani etc. considering every things are only waste items and without considering what part those firms in public life and employees at present in those firms.

8. In order to control petrol / diesel / cooking gas prices, the oil and natural gas sector needs to be kept in the public sector as a whole. The increase in prices in these sectors will directly and indirectly affect all sectors of life. The Modi government is making the lives of the people miserable by increasing taxes unjustly without any criteria based only on the revenue of the exchequer alone. Thus, there is a risk of depreciation of currency value due to tax hikes because printing of currency notes should be only in accordance with formation of goods. There needs to public opinion formation also.

9.IT WILL RECAPTURE CURRENCY VALUE.
Value of currency can be protected only by increasing the production of industrial sector as well as agricultural sector. This can be possible only by increasing the purchasing capacity of common peoples and all sectors of working class. For this purpose, it is essential ensuring employment opportunities with adequate income to everybody. At present BJP Govt. is determined to destroy all employment opportunities and peoples became zero earnings to all.
10. IT WILL PROVIDE EVERYBODY HOUSES.
11. IT WILL PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT TO EVERYBODY.
IT WILL PROTECT INDIAN CONSTITUTION IN ITS TRUE VALUE.
12.There will RED FLAG CANDIDATES IN ALL INDIAN PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUENCIS,. Anybody those who admitting MARXISM can become part of RED FLAG, and without admitting MARXISM, scientific concept will not remain.
13.Red Flag is admitting Indian Constitution, as it reflects SCIENTIFIC TEMPER as per 51A (h) as fundamental duty of all CITIZENS and also it is including SOCIALISM. In the CONSTITUTION, there are no definition for SOCIALISM, Indian Peoples can decide what should be it.

It is a fact that India is a country of plenty of natural resources such iron ore, Bauxite, Coal, etc.

When decided to allow all PSUs for privatisation, PB neglected even PARTY PROGRAM, wherein it is said that PSUS will have dominating role in PEOPLES DEMOCRACY. A GS, of a COMMUNIST PARTY should not think that he can do anything even neglecting MARXISM and working class as GORBACHEV had done in old USSR.
