The Citizenship Amendment Act is just a shortcut to overcome the Indian Constitution and make "Hinduism" the basis of citizenship. "Religion" is not the basis for Indian citizenship, according to the Constitution since its past. In order to become "religion", the "CONSTITUTION" must first be amended. Narendra Modi should not be allowed to do that. But it is "mandatory" to submit "eligibility certificate" validating "religion" of an applicant under C A A. Any "PRIEST" of local religious firm can issue such "CERTIFICATE". Indian National Congress will be always with Modi. The Sangh Parivar who stands only against the Indian Constitution and Dr. BR Ambedkar, who played a major role in shaping it, completely rejects SANGHAPARIVAR. Part of that is trying to "religion" base for Indian citizenship. Efforts to establish "HINDU RASHTRA. .The Indian Constitution and Indian democracy cannot be saved unless the Sangha Parivar is completely defeated in the 2024 elections. In a SOCIALIST SOCIETY, the main concept is free from exploitation of manpower of working class, and so the method of production as far as possible will be under public ownership. Then the profit of the firm can be utilised for the welfare of the country, the quality and quantity can be controlled by the state, prices of each items can be controlled by the state, and also preventing "BLACK MONEY" and "BLACK MARKETTING", tax evasion, providing employment opportunities to youth with adequate income with reservation benefits to SC/ST and others, which only lead the country to industrial growth, etc. When admitting as a part of SOCIALIST ECONOMY under MARXIAN IDEOLOGY, the case will be entirely different and employees themselves will make sure that the firm will be in profit and an ASSET of the country. It is possible only when the country as a whole admitting SOCIALIST ECONOMY only under MARXIAN IDEOLOGY and under working class leadership. Only then the country can be considered as a SOCIALIST COUNTRY. But in a capitalist society, even the profit of the firm can be used for the country as as whole. But bourgeois rulers are not ready to admit such facts as they are considering politics also as a commercial item, they will do anything with utter selfishness and a spirit of their earnings and exploitation of the total society is the main moto of bourgeois politics. So in a capitalist society, public sector undertakings will always in lose and burden of the State.
//At the time of JAWAHARLAL NEHRU, the Public Sector Undertakings were considered as the TEMPLES of India. But after the drawbacks of USSR, later INC also changed their policy and started actions to destroy them. Now BJP is completing the demolishing of PSUS to acquire their target of "RAM RAJ" where no PSUs will be allowed in any way as only BRAHMINS AND KSHATHRIYAS should be in well position. Through demolishing PSUS, the BJP GOVERNMENT is targeting so many facts. they are
1. Total eradication of Trade Unions. When demolishing a firm, it is quite natural that there will be no employees and thus "TRADE UNIONS" also will be vanished. Now there are decisions that there should be no permanent postings to BSNL, Railway, Banks, etc. When anybody get permanent employment in any major firm with adequate salary, they will start their life including marriage life; thus they should have purchase a lot of items from market; somebody will make their houses; will purchase Car or two wheelers, and that will help to promote industrial sector also. Through anybody getting permanent employment, when they stgarting their life, their life will cause helping so many other field also. Anybody making their house, purchasing Car, etc. that will help to move other "NON PERMANENT SECTOR" also. Actually, the society in total moving through the income of those "PERMANENT INCOME HOLDINGS" and when BJP preventing "PERMANENT" employment facilities to the society in total, the country in total will be blocked. And also each and every income through SGST/CGST will be "END" as nobody have any purchasing capacity in future. It means, there will be "NO INDIA" in future, as what is now existing. As BJP have no common sense in any way, India cannot escape the tragedy which our country is going to face. But without permanent employment, youth will remain unmarried, their life will be in trouble, certain will commit suicide, and downfall of industrial sector also. Including SBT, a lot of Banks merged in SBI, and now SBI decided that there should not permanent postings in CLERICAL posts; only temporary postings for three years with very low consolidated payment and they will have not any claims for further postings. Certainly all other Banks will follow SBI, and thus nobody will get any employment in any Banks This will be the position of employment opportunities in all PSUs and thus no employment, no income, no industrial growth of the country, total destruction of everywhere. So BJP will be happy that they are carrying everybody to actual "HINDURAJ" as was in the story of Sri. RAM.

2. FREE FROM "RESERVATION" SYSTEM.
As the basic policy of BJP is "TACTICS" to cheat everybody because they want only the prosperity of "BRAHMINS AND KSHATHRIYAS", at the same time they want others support such as LADIES, VYSHYAS AND SHUDRAS (as they are not eligible for MOKSHA" to ensure their VOTE, they will hide everything from the general public. When their actual intention is to overcome "RESERVATION", they will never say the actual fact; but eliminating permanent posting, the "RESERVATION" will be in "AIR".
According to the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, there are reservation for 50% of employment opportunities to all backward sectors is existing and through this benefit, a large number belongs to various sections got employment opportunities and thus there are slight progress in those sectors are a fact. As the policy of BJP is stoping PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT scheme, the "reservation" benefit also will not avail in future is a fact. BJP politics is limited only welfare of Brahmins and Kshathriyas, they cannot admit any kind of progress among backward sectors as according to them "SHUDRAS" should do only the servant duty of Brahmins, Kshathriyas and Vysyas and if "SHUDRAS" acquired any kind of wealth; they will become reluctant to servant duties, so if anything acquired by SHUDRAS, can be taken over by BRAHMINS. (Chapter VIII, Manusmruthi). Those outside the purview of "FOUR CASTE SYSTEM", will be treated only as "MLECHAS" as per MANUSMRUTHI.

According to Chapter IX, Slog 32, of Bhagatvat Gita; Ladies, Vyshyas and Shudras are not eligible for "MOKSHA. " (here, we must understand that "ladies" including Brahmin Ladies denied "moksha" while male "Brahmins" were placed at the top of the society). Only Brahmins and Kshathriyas are eligible for Moksha as per BG, Chapter 9; Sloga 32. (Actually there are no heaven in the sky; only space; but 99% peoples believing that there are something there). 3. Should not get any kind of income to government in any way. So many PSUS such as ONGC, LIC, Banks etc are having enormous profit gives to government, but BJP dislikes such income to government. And also by getting employment to youths with adequate income, in Banks, PSUS etc. they will start their life and accordingly industrial sector will improve as there are market with enough economy, thus government will get money by tax revenue from industrial sector. By denying employment, tax revenue will also lost to government. This is considering a good effect by BJP.

While demolishing all employment facilities through demolishing PSUs and Banks, actually BJP only going to their actual "HINDUTHWA" politics; which common peoples should consider how it will affect their future life, they should suffer more and more, thus they will turn to God, Sri. Actually NARENDRA MODI and others don't know what is democracy and nobody taught them actually what is it and also, mentally, they are still living only in "MANUSMRUTHI" period. As they are far away from common sense, they can't understand anything by themselves. According to them, if peoples elected them, they can do anything as a king in olden days. It is only foolishness. In democracy "Peoples" electing only for a short period and they can withdraw those elected, by not voting as peoples giving only a chance to test them. "DEMOCRACY" should be considered as "RELAY RACE" in sports, which will certainly should go forward with the gains already "PEOPLES"availed during the past, and anything corrections can be made only through the peoples verdict by series of discussions in all field of democracy as democracy is consisting of four pillars such as legislative, judiciary, executive and media. But "NARENDRA MODI GOVERNMENT" is evading even any kind of discussions in the Parliament itself. According to the concept of SOCIALIST ECONOMY, "PUBLIC SECTOR" will be considered as part of "exploitation free" means of production, as the "PROFIT" of the firm will be used for the welfare of the country, and that will certainly make better the living conditions of employees. That is the quality behind China; which enables China become developed in all sectors, including OLYMPICS. But BJP is deadly against the contents of "sovereign, democratic, socialist, secular" those basic words of the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

Anything which affecting India in total implementing without any kind of discussions in the PARLIAMENT means only total rejection of Indian Democracy. Narendra Modi Government, when privatising each and every property of INDIA including those Nationalised Banks, implementing without any kind of discussions in Indian Parliament. Abolishing permanent employhment system in total in India even in MILITARY, were implemented without any kind of discussions in the Parliament. It is only demolishing the DEMOCRACY of India, as "DEMOCRACY" means not the "ELECTIONS PROCESSES" itself. Public Sector undertakings were considered as the "TEMPLES" of India during 1960s, but Narendra Modi destroying all "TEMPLES" of India even neglecting all democratic manners such as even a word as discussion in the Parliament. Peoples should react against the ill motivated intention of BJP in each and every ELECTIONS of India when conducting in Assemblies and Parliamentary constituencies. While considering PSUs are the wealth of nation, it was not only profit; but also quality of products, preventing black money; ensuring sufficient quantity of products, but also ensuring employment opportunities with sufficient wages for employees including reservations for backward also; because for the development of industries; it is essential proper wages to employees is a must. Now BJP is considering denying employment opportunities both forward and backward as a policy matter of "HINDUTHWA". BJP considering only the huge profit of CORPORATES ignoring all qualities of PSUs only for mere scam.

The main features of democracy is that every CITIZENS are having political freedom and the right of freedom of opinion or freedom of media and the right to become eligible to hold any elected post of administration of the country. But BJP is not ready to admit these facts and they will charge them under sedition laws and put them in prison if anybody enjoying these benefits of democracy. And even SC itself warned against misusing sedition laws against CITIZENS in a DEMOCRATIC country, and actually SC don't know BJP is not admitting Indian DEMOCRACY as their target is only RAM RAJ, which are based on MANUSMRUTHI, where are only BRAHMIN SABHA considering as SC. Now BJP is trying to cease judicial system of India by their GOON acts.

As far as possible, they will not allow other parties to function or to participate in general elections by physical action by force and those who win under other parties, they will try to purchase them through "black" money.
As BJP is admitting only RAM RAJ, which is only KINGDOM, where will have no political freedom to anybody and the law of KING is only his wishes and desires. So nobody can change BJP through their AGITATIONS including FARMERS, only possibility is to remove them from POWER. And only it is possible through RED FLAG because nobody can guarantee an INC member will remain in INC for ever as they also believing in RAM RAJ as Gandhiji was also believed in RAM RAJ even though HINDUTHWA killed Gandhiji.
We want do justice to Dr. B R AMBEDKAR also, who was behind our CONSTITUTION and fought for liberation of all INDIANS from the clutches of BRAHMINS, Four caste system, for which Sri. Budha also spent his life.
Keep away from those selling Dr AMBEDKAR also like MAYAVADI, SP, BSP etc. only for protecting Brahmins..
