380. ALL EXISTING LAWS, CUSTOMS AND BELIEFS ARE CREATED BY EXPLOITATIVE
CLASSES.....for their protection and continuation of exploitation for ever.
//
I had heard the above sentence in a Camp of AIYF organized under the leadership of Com. K Damodaran in 1971 at Aluva, in Kerala. Those who understand things will convince the facts are true themselves. Those who praying daily as "Ram, Ram..." will only vote to BJP as they believing that certainly "Ram" will save them unless they are extra ordinary brilliant. 99.9999999% of common peoples will come under this category as praying to god continuing as hereditary. This is the case of all religious believers. Because they have a firm belief that God will save them. Otherwise they must be someone who has understood historical materialism and scientific thought from Marxist perspective. The common sense will realize that the hostility shown by all religions towards scientific thought is only for the purpose of continuing exploitation in the name of God. Part of the scientific approach of Marxism is that no ideas come out of a vacuum and that all works are the result of the thinking of the organic matter that is the brain of their creator. That is, all gods are the product of the imagination or thought of their creators. All human beings have grown up around some religion. Children will grow up according to the beliefs of their parents. Most of the people have only common sense.//If those who have adopted proletarian politics do not understand the historical material argument and study this subject and teach it to others, they will not be able to lead the proletariat to the fundamental goal of Marxism, namely an exploitation-free social system.
//
"Man" (human) is only one of the many living things in nature. Categorizing people on the basis of caste-religion is against the laws of nature. In the early stages of human cultural development; there was no knowledge of how Earth quake; thunder and lightning; storm; torrential rain; the tide; etc. occurs. But now man is getting the scientific knowledge of all of them. At a time when there was no knowledge of anything, man thought that "God" was the only one who knew everything. That is the reason for the concept of "God knows". But natural phenomena are absolutely amazing. Reproduction of all living things; total life; food; Breathing and exhalation are subject to the laws of nature; None of them can be replaced by anyone's "prayers".
//
The bourgeoisie is afraid of science and truth. So they are keen to avoid education to the working class and backward classes as far as possible. So, even in MANUSMRUTHI", there are versions as "SHUDRAS" should not hear or say "VEDAS". Even in this era, the Indian National Congress, which ruled India for 65 years after independence, and the Hindutvas who are ruling now, have the same position that education should not reach the backward sections of India. The real facts must be taught to the working class and poor peoples. Therefore, the Communist movement in India has to undertake the task of bringing literacy to the whole of India as part of the socialist vision.
//
Another thing Lenin had said that "philosophy finds its physical strength in the proletariat while the proletariat finds its spiritual strength in philosophy." That was what lead to Russia's Bolshevik Party, despite being quite a small party, the strength to survive four years of civil war in the old Soviet Union. Unfortunately not yet noticed it in India, so far. When admitting SOCIALISM as Party Program, that will repeat in India also to handle every ANTI SOCIALS.
Those who are poor no matter how much they work; the poverty and misery of the working people will not end and the vast majority of the country will work and a very small percentage will not do any work and become more and more rich; when the working class is convinced that the existing exploitative class rule is the result, then the working class will change that social system and take up the task of establishing a social system free from poverty and suffering. That is what happens in countries that accept socialism. But if the Communist Party itself stands up for capitalism, the working class will be helpless. That is what is happening in India.
//
Marxism has no relevance unless we accept that it is exploitative class rule that remains. Because it belongs only to a non-exploitative social system. "We should be proud of Arsha Bharatha culture and the necessity of "free development of capitalism" is the stand of CPI and CPI(M) is that even after 74 years since the 1950s, most of its leaders have not abandoned the stand of doing anything for the free growth of capitalist society. It is the reason that the "COMMUNIST LEADERS" will not attack the economic policy of Indian National Congress and Bharathiyee Janata Party (BJP) and they will keep the election campaign will only based on "DEVELOPMENT" and even corruption of bourgeois political parties will not place anywhere. And also the stand that only INC can save India also based on this. It is hoped that both CPI and CPI(M) will correct the present stance of promoting capitalism, if they are convinced. Since 1950, the goal of the party itself has changed as "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM" with "ARSHA BHARATHA CULTURE WITH FOUR CASTE SYSTEM AND BRAHMINICAL SUPREMACY" in 74 years, but there is no guarantee that the Communist movement will admit to the target of SOCIALIST INDIA IN PEOPLE DEMOCRACY as a socialist social system that accepts, Marxism even now. Just because of age does not mean that the leadership could be convinced of the matter as their basic policy is escapism. If the decision of the next 24th Party Congress comes out to strengthen the party by promoting capitalism as in the past, nobody can do anything. Those who decide will reach old age and go back to retirement. It is too strange that the future of a country of 140 Crores people is at stake will not be considered. If Marxism accepts Darwin's theory of evolution and Lewis H. Morgan's anthropology, it must accept that the history of the human race begins with the Paleolithic period. Also part of it is Friedrich Engels's "The Origin of the Family, Private Property, and the State".. The work of Com.K Damodaran" "The MAN" (in Malayalam) has also reference for it.
//
Changing of PARTY PROGRAM will be too remote chance as the CC Members and delegates will be the same of last so many years and they can do nothing in the matter as their "knowledge" is only how to justify CAPITALISM. So nothing can be expected from the next 24th CPIM Party Congress also.
And also there are nobody like EMS, AKG, JYOTIBASU etc. at present to understand exact situation as in the past.
//
Another thing Lenin said was that "philosophy finds its physical strength in the proletariat while the proletariat finds its spiritual strength in philosophy." That was what gave Russia's Bolshevik Party, despite being quite a small party, the strength to survive four years of civil war in the old Soviet Union. Unfortunately not yet noticed it in India, so far.
//
Everybody had heard that "LENIN SAID -- You should study from the people and also should taught them". Unfortunately nobody had learned that "what should taught the people?"
//
A few years ago a very senior CPI leader was quoted in the editorial page of a leading newspaper as that "Lenin had said "learn from the people; teach the people" and that "the vast majority of the people are believers in God". "It was the mistake of the Communist movement in India not to understood that". It was only clear that he had knew nothing what was the intention of Lenin by saying that "should teach the people". It is no use blaming that poor senior comrade. He has only been able to understand what the leaders of the 1950s taught him. But when the Brahminism and the Chaturvarna system were very strong, the Communist movement and socialist ideology in India grew very strongly from 1920-25 and in the 1952 elections, the undivided Communist Party was able to win 32 members of parliament in the first general election. That was just thirty years of growth from 1920/25.
//
Religion in its full intensity exists in all nations even though in various names and forms. When Lenin said as "must learn from the people; teach the people". Its intention was; study about the problems of proletariat, and that people should be taught what the poverty and hardships caused is not God or God's destiny, and God cannot solve them. During the monarchy, the king gave all the land to the nobles and maintained the slave system. Matters were decided by the kings who ruled all the kingdoms. They were the ones who protected the priestly classes. The priestly classes "educated" the people about God, heaven, and hell, or did their duty while enjoying the benefits of the king. In India it was the work of the Brahmins, but in Europe it was the heads of the Christian Church who did the work. Their basic aim was the preservation of wealth anywhere. The poor people were made "God-fearing" and taught slavery as God's will to await the "heavenly pleasures" of the afterlife. Those who possessed earthly wealth enjoyed the "heavenly pleasures" on earth itself. That was the real goal of the rich man.///In Lenin's What Is To Be Done, The importance of socialism saw a little of the relevance of socialism, but the result would be to lead to bourgeois ideas and "What is to be done?" It is said in the work. No one understood that. No one understood that. But in the 1952 elections, the then "Bharatiya Jan Sangh" BJP had only two members in the then Indian Parliament. They are ruling India now. What Lenin said in 1901 happened.

HISTORICAL MATERIALISM..
// -
The history of "mankind" (HUMANITY); is starting from ancient "STONE AGE" where nothing as GOD; RELIGION; LANGUAGES were existed. Through passing about more than one lac years, humanity could reach up to the present living standards. And also it is entirely different from other living things because of its peculiarities of the brain and body. Only a human being can stand on his two legs; and by standing on two legs; he could see more clearly than all other animals those standing on four legs. An elephant; standing on four legs; could see only one side at one time; and it is seeing some other things through its other eye. No other living things have brain as that of a human being. He could understood more about the nature and circumstances in which he was living. By seeing more clearly; he could understood more and more; and due to the thinking power; he gained so many advantageous to make life more better and the outcome of ideas from brain of somebody. So many ideas came from human beings in the past and now also it is continuing. Mathematics are ideas came from brain of intellectuals of the past. "GOD" was also such ideas formed during these period. In the early stages of growth of humanity; "SUN"; "AIR" was also considered as "GODs".
//
During the period where human culture beginning, "TRIBES" were formed in various parts of earth; and fight was also common between tribes. Those got victory over some tribes; defeated became slaves, and their property such as farm field; cattles etc. were taken over by the attackers. Later, the "CHIEF" of tribes became "KING" and his supporters became "LAND LORDS" and owners of "SLAVES". Those introduced "GODs" were described as "GODS" are responsible for everything such as controls everything; and GOD is creating everything such as earth quake; thunder; storm; etc. and the position of the "KING" and his supporters were blessed by GOD; and the sufferings of "SLAVES" are the punishment of GOD; for which slaves had done something against the GOD in their "previous life" and if they pray to god; god will bless them; and after their death; GOD will provide them "heaven", where everything will be safe and luxry, etc. This was to pacify the slaves and to become silent and patients to their sufferings, etc. Then "INTELLIGENT" were introduced about "SOUL" and "heaven" etc. During that period, those "intelligents" of the past found that "GODS|" can also use as "tools" of exploitation and so they "taught" the oppressed people about the "Spirit" and "heaven" to escape the protests and wrath. The "human being" also thought that if he endured all the suffering on this earth, he would die and go to heaven, and he would be saved. His long exhalation is based on that. Everything Marx said about religion will be relevant there. The meaning of what Marx said about religion, "Religion is the long breath of the oppressed," can only be understood if we understand that all existing customs, social laws and beliefs are created by the exploiting classes for their class rule.
