136.സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സമ്പദ് ഘടന - ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ.

 

136. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സമ്പദ് ഘടന - ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തി" ലൂടെ എന്നതാകണം പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി.

ഏത് രാജ്യത്തും നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചു് മാത്രമേ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടികൾക്ക് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുവാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ. നൂറ്‌ വർഷങ്ങൾ ആയി ഇന്ത്യയിൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി പ്രവർത്തിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് എങ്കിലും നൂറ് വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ അല്ല ഇപ്പോൾ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നിലനിൽക്കുന്നത്. 1976 ൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടന തന്നെ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്‌ത "പരമാധികാര; സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ്; മതേതര ജനാധിപത്യ റിപ്പബ്ലിക് " ആണ് നിലവിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടന. അത് പ്രകാരം ഇപ്പോൾ ഏതൊരു ഇന്ത്യൻ പൗരനും രാഷ്ട്രീയ അധികാരം കൂടിയുള്ള ആളാണ്. 1920-25 കാലത്ത് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പരമാധികാരം ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് രാജ്ഞിക്കായിരുന്നു.

1848 ൽ "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് മാനിഫെസ്റ്റോ" പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ കാറൽ മാർക്സിനും ഫ്രെഡറിക് എന്ഗൽസിനും നിലനിൽക്കുന്നത് ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗ വാഴ്ചയാണെന്നും "ഭരണകൂടം" ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങളുടെ മർദ്ദനോപകരണം ആണെന്നും അതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനം സമ്പത്തിന്റെ കേന്ദ്രീകരണം ആണെന്നും പൂർണ ബോദ്ധ്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിന്നു. അതാണ് ഭരണ കൂടം തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തിന്റേത് ആകാതെ ചൂഷണം ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ ആവില്ല എന്ന് ചൂണ്ടി കാണിച്ചത്. നിർഭാഗ്യവശാൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ അതിന് ശേഷം രണ്ട്‌ നൂറ്റാണ്ടോളം ആകുമ്പോഴും ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് നേതൃത്വങ്ങൾക്ക് മാർക്സും എന്ഗൽസും പറഞ്ഞത് മനസിലാകുന്നില്ല. ദീർഘകാലത്തെ പരാജയങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷവും നിലപാടിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ ഒരുക്കമല്ല എന്നത് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നത് കാര്യങ്ങൾ അറിയാതെയല്ല; ബോധപൂർവം ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി നിലകൊള്ളുകയാണ് എന്നാണ്. അതാണ് വർഗശത്രുക്കളേയില്ല എന്ന നിലപാടിന്റെ അർത്ഥം. ചൂഷക വർഗ വാഴ്ച ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനും സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യമേയില്ല എന്നത് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് നേതൃത്വങ്ങളെ ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തുകയാണ് വിഷയം. നിലവിൽ അത് അസാധ്യമാണ്. അത് കൊണ്ട് ദയവായി കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി എന്ന പേരും മാർക്സ്, എൻഗൽസ്, ലെനിൻ തുടങ്ങിയവരുടെ പേരുകളും ചിത്രങ്ങളും പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി മാറുന്നതിനുള്ള തീരുമാനം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ബോധ്യമാകുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ദയവായി ഉപയോഗിക്കാതിരിക്കുക എങ്കിലും ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് 24 മത് സിപിഐ(എം) പാർട്ടി കോണ്ഗ്രസിലേക്ക്‌ പ്രതിനിധികൾ ആയി പോകുന്ന സഖാക്കൾ അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കണമെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ സാമൂഹ്യനീതി; തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ്ഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന്റെ സത്യസന്ധതയും അതിലെ സാമൂഹ്യ നീതിയും തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ്ഗത്തിലും സമൂഹത്തിൽ ആകെയും ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തി കൊണ്ട് അല്ലാതെ മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം നേടാൻ ആവില്ല. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ അങ്ങനെ ഒരു വിഷയം ഉള്ളതായി ആർക്കും ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ല എന്നതാണ് പ്രശ്നം. എവിടെയെങ്കിലും ഭരണം ലഭിച്ച് എന്തെങ്കിലും ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകിയാൽ ആരിലും സ്ഥിരമായ രാഷ്ട്രീയ മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല എന്നത് ബോധ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ല. അതിന്റെ ഫലം ആണ് ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ബംഗാളിലെ സ്ഥിതി പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. മാനസികമായി രാഷ്ട്രീയ മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടാകണം എങ്കിൽ സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ സാമൂഹ്യനീതി ജനങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കണം. 

 

ആശയം ആയുധമായി പ്രയോഗിക്കൽ.

നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ സാമൂഹ്യ നിയമങ്ങളും ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ അവരുടെ വർഗ വാഴ്ച്ചക്ക് ആയി നിർമ്മിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവയാണ് എന്നത് മനസിലാക്കാതെ ആത്മീയചൂഷണം എന്താണെന്ന് മനസിലാവില്ല. അതിൽ ഒന്ന് മാത്രമാണ് "ദൈവങ്ങൾ"  .ചാതുർവർണ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്. സ്ത്രീകളോടുള്ള ക്രൂരതയും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്.    "അടിമത്തം" നിലനിന്നിരുന്നപ്പോൾ അത് ദൈവ വിധി ആണെന്ന് "പഠിപ്പിച്ചാൽ" അടിമ മോചനത്തിന് ശ്രമിക്കില്ല. മരണാനന്തര ജീവിതമാണ് യഥാർത്ഥ ജീവിതം എന്ന് കൂടി പഠിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ മരണാനന്തര ജീവിതത്തിനായി അവർ പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചുകൊള്ളും. അടിമയുടെ മേലുള്ള കൊടും ക്രൂരത അടിമ ഉടമ തുടരുകയും ചെയ്യും. പഴയ അടിമയുടെ പിന്മുറക്കാരായ ആധുനിക തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം എത്താതിരിക്കാൻ പരമാവധി ഇപ്പോഴും ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ കാരണവും അവരിൽ അറിവ് എത്തരുത് എന്ന സവർണ താൽപ്പര്യമാണ്. എല്ലാ മതങ്ങളിലെയും മേധാവികൾ ഈ കാര്യത്തിൽ ഒരേ മനസാണ്‌. അതിന് കണ്ടെത്തുന്ന എളുപ്പ വഴിയാണ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം കഴിവതും പണച്ചെലവുള്ള കാര്യമാക്കി തീർക്കുക. സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളിലെ ചിന്താ ശൂന്യത കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ മാറ്റം വരാതിരിക്കുന്നതിനും ഇട വരുത്തുന്നു.

 

ദൈവങ്ങളുടെ അത്രയും മാരകമായി പ്രയോഗിക്കാവുന്ന മറ്റൊരു ആയുധവും ഇല്ലെന്നതാണ് വാസ്തവം. എല്ലാ മതങ്ങളുടേയും ചരിത്രം അതാണ്. കൊല നടത്തുന്നവർക്ക് അതിൽ കുറ്റബോധം അല്ല; "നിർവൃതി" ആണെന്നതാണ് അപകടകമായ സവിശേഷത. തങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവം അല്ലാതെ ദൈവം ഇല്ല. ഇത് എല്ലാവരുടെയും നിലപാടാണ്. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ബിസി രണ്ടായിരത്തിനും ആയിരത്തിനും ഇടയിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ച ആര്യന്മാർ ആദിമ നിവാസികൾ ആയിരുന്ന ദ്രാവിഡരെ പരമാവധിയും കൊന്നൊടുക്കി. അതിൽ ഒരാളാണ് കേരളത്തിലെ ഓണത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനമായ "മാവേലി ചക്രവർത്തി". കൊല്ലാൻ പറ്റാത്തവരെ അടിമകളും ആക്കി. "അസുരന്മാർ" എന്നുവിളിച്ച് നടത്തിയ കൊലകളാണ് "ദേവാ--അസുര" യുദ്ധം. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന അയ്യായിരത്തോളം ബുദ്ധ ഭിക്ഷുക്കളേയും ബ്രാഹ്മണാധിപത്യം വധിച്ചു. 2002 ൽ ഗുജറാത്തിൽ നടത്തിയതും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്. ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ തന്നെ നടത്തുന്നതാണ് ഇസ്രായേലിൽ നടത്തുന്ന കൊലകൾ.

എല്ലാ കഠിനാദ്ധ്വാനങ്ങളും സഹിച്ച് എവിടെയും രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ സമ്പത്ത് സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നത് തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗമാണ്. എവിടെയും ദാരിദ്ര്യം അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നതും അവരാണ്. അത് പഠിപ്പിക്കാതെ മുതലാളിത്ത പാത സ്വീകരിച്ചത് കൊണ്ട് തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയം എന്താണ് എന്നത് പോലും ഇന്ത്യയൊട്ടാകെ അന്യമായിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിന്റെ മറുവശമാണ് എങ്ങനെയൊക്കെ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാലും തീർക്കാനാവാത്ത അത്രയും സമ്പത്ത് അപൂർവം ചിലരിൽ മാത്രം കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരാളുടെ വിവാഹത്തിന് ആറായിരം കോടി രൂപ ചെലവിടുക. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഒരു പ്രമുഖ വ്യവസായിയുടെ മകന്റെ വിവാഹത്തിനായി ചെലവിട്ടതായി അറിഞ്ഞതാണ്. മറുഭാഗത്ത് കൂലി കുറഞ്ഞത് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്‌താൽ ഭീകരമായി മർദിച്ച് കൊലപ്പെടുത്തുക. അതിലെ വൈരുദ്ധ്യം മനസിലാക്കാൻ കഴിവില്ലാത്ത കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് നേതൃത്വവും. അതൊന്നും തങ്ങൾ അറിയേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ അല്ലെന്നതാണ് അവരുടെ നിലപാട്. അതാണ് വർഗ ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല; സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന് ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല എന്ന നിലപാട് ഉണ്ടായത്. എന്നാൽ ലോകമൊട്ടാകെ സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന് എതിരായി എത്രയൊക്കെ ശക്തമായാണ് നിലകൊള്ളുന്നത് എന്നതിന്റെ തെളിവാണ് ചെങ്കൊടിക്ക് എതിരായി എല്ലാ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വിരുദ്ധരും യോചിക്കുന്നത്. മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ സാമൂഹ്യ നീതി ഒന്ന് മാത്രമാണ്--അത് ലോകത്തിൽ ദാരിദ്ര്യം അനുഭവിക്കുന്നവരായി ആരുമുണ്ടാകരുത്. അവിടെ കാറൽ മാർക്സ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജീവിത സഖിയോട് പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കുകളാണ് - "ലോകത്തിലെ മുഴുവൻ ആളുകളുടെയും ദാരിദ്ര്യം ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ നമുക്ക് നമ്മുടെ ദാരിദ്ര്യം സഹിക്കാം". മനസ്സിൽ നന്മ ഉള്ളവരെല്ലാം അതിനോട് സഹകരിക്കും.

നിലനിൽക്കുന്നത് ചൂഷക വർഗവാഴ്ചയാണെന്ന കണ്ടെത്തലിൽ ആണ് ചൂഷണ രഹിത സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യം മാർക്സിസം മുന്നോട്ട് വയ്‌ക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ 1950 കളിൽ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചത് മാർക്സിന്റെയും എന്ഗൽസിന്റെയും കണ്ടെത്തലുകളോട് യോചിച്ചു കൊണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. നിലനിൽക്കുന്നത് സാമ്പത്തിക ചൂഷണവും ആത്മീയചൂഷണവും ആണെന്ന് അംഗീകരിച്ചാൽ അത് പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ പ്രശ്നമേയില്ല. സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന യഥാർത്ഥ ബഹുജന അടിത്തറയിൽ യാതൊരു വളർച്ചയും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നില്ല എന്നതാണ് ബംഗാൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിൽ പരാജയങ്ങൾ തെളിയിക്കുന്നത്. യഥാർത്ഥ വസ്തുതകൾ പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വങ്ങൾക്ക് മനസിലാകുന്നില്ല. അത് തന്നെയാണ് പാർലമെൻറ് തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ കേരളത്തിൽ സംഭവിക്കുന്നതും. പാർലമെന്റ് തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പും സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഭരണത്തിനുള്ള തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പും തമ്മിലുള്ള വ്യത്യാസം പോലും കേരളത്തിലെ നേതൃത്വത്തിന് മനസിലാവില്ല. എല്ലാ ജില്ലകളിലെയും ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങളുടെ സ്വാധീനത്തിൽ യാതൊരു മാറ്റവും സംഭവിക്കുന്നില്ല. ലക്‌ഷ്യം സോഷ്യലിസം ആണെങ്കിൽ ഭൗതികവാദം ആത്മീയ വാദത്തിന്റെ പൊള്ളത്തരം തുറന്നുകാണിക്കും. എല്ലാ മതങ്ങളുടേയും അടിസ്ഥാനം മരണാനന്തര ജീവിതം ആണ്. "മനസ്" അല്ലെങ്കിൽ "ആത്മാവ്" എന്ന് കരുതുന്നത് മനുഷ്യന്റെ തലച്ചോറിന്റെ ഭാഗമായ അറിവുകൾ സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഭാഗമാണ്. ആരുടേയും മരണം സംഭവിക്കുമ്പോൾ മസ്തിഷ്ക മരണവും സംഭവിക്കും. ശ്വാസം നിലക്കും എന്നല്ലാതെ ആരുടേയും ശരീരത്തിൽ നിന്നും യാതൊന്നും പുറത്തേക്കും സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലേക്കും പോകുന്നില്ല. എന്നാൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം "മുതലാളിത്തം" വളരണം എന്നും ചൂഷണം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കണം എന്നും ഉള്ള നിലപാടിൽ നിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ ആരും ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇല്ല എന്ന നിലപാടിലും മാറ്റം വരില്ല. ഫലം ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാഴ്ചയിലും മാറ്റം വരില്ല. വിദ്യാർത്ഥി സംഘടനകൾ എത്രയെല്ലാം വളർന്നാലും; യുവജന സംഘടനകൾ എത്രയെല്ലാം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചാലും അവയെല്ലാം ചൂഷണം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ ആകുമ്പോൾ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം മുന്നോട്ട് പോകില്ല.

കാറൽമാർക്സ് "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റു മാനിഫെസ്റ്റോ" യിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഇന്ത്യൻ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ്ഗത്തിന് സ്വീകരി ക്കാതിരിക്കാനാവില്ല.

"തങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം സമുദായത്തെയാകെ സർവവിധ ചൂഷണത്തിൽ നിന്നും മർദനത്തിൽ നിന്നും വർഗ വ്യത്യാസ ങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും വർഗ സമരങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും എന്നന്നേക്കുമായി മോചിപ്പിക്കാതെ, ചൂഷണവും മർദനവും നടത്തുന്ന വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ - ബൂർഷ്വാ സിയുടെ - പിടിയിൽ നിന്നും ചൂഷണ വും മർദനവും അനുഭവി ക്കുന്ന വർഗ ത്തിന്; തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തിന് - രക്ഷ നേടാനാവില്ല". "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സമ്പദ്ഘടന; ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ" എന്നത് പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയായി അംഗീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങളുടെ മർദ്ദനോ പകരണമായ "ഭരണകൂടം" തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തിൻറെതാകണം എന്ന കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് മാനിഫെസ്റോയിൽ തന്നെയുള്ള സന്ദേശം ഇന്ത്യൻ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം സ്വീകരിക്കുകയാണ്.

അപ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ ഇന്ത്യൻ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗത്തിന് നേടിയെടുക്കാൻ ഒരു ലക്ഷ്യം ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളു. മാർക്സിസം ബൂർഷ്വാസിയെ നന്നാക്കി ശക്തരാക്കാൻ ഉള്ളതല്ല. മുതലാളിത്ത ചൂഷണം എന്നന്നേക്കുമായി അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുവാൻ ഉള്ളതാണ്. 1950 കൾക്ക് ശേഷം അത് പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നതായി. അതോടൊപ്പം "ആർഷ ഭാരത സംസ്കാര"വും സ്വീകരിച്ചു. ഇപ്പോൾ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ നല്ലശതമാനവും "ആർഷ ഭാരത സംസ്കാരവും ഉൾക്കൊള്ളു ന്നവരാണ്. അതാണ് ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിനെ എന്നെന്നും ആശ്രയിക്കണം എന്ന നിലപാടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനം. മാർക്സിസം ആവശ്യമാണോ അല്ലയോ? ചൂഷണം തുടരണമോ വേണ്ടയോ? തുടരേണ്ടതില്ല എങ്കിൽ പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി മാറണം. ഭീരുക്കൾക്ക് ഒരിക്കലും സംശയങ്ങൾ മാറില്ല. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ച് 1950 കാലം വരെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം ചൂഷക വർഗ വാഴ്ച അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നത് ആയിരുന്നു. 1920 - 25 കാലം മുതൽ അതിവേഗം വളർന്നു വന്ന കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം ലക്‌ഷ്യം ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങളെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നത് ആയപ്പോൾ വളർച്ചയും ഇല്ലാതായി.

മുതലാളിത്ത ചൂഷണം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പി ക്കുന്നത് മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ്‌ വിരുദ്ധ നിലപാട് ആണെന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് നേതൃത്വങ്ങൾക്ക്" മനസിലാവുന്നില്ല എന്നത് മാർക്സിസം എന്താണെന്ന് മനസിലാകാത്തത് കൊണ്ടാണ്. എന്നാൽ നേതൃത്വത്തെ തിരുത്താനും ആർക്കും ആവില്ല.

എന്താണ് "മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന് യാതൊരു അറിവും ഇല്ലാത്ത "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്" പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വങ്ങൾക്ക് വർഗ ശത്രുക്കൾ എന്നത് ഒരു വിഷയമേ ആവില്ല. എന്നാൽ മാർക്സിസം എന്താണ് എന്ന് വർഗ ശത്രുക്കൾക്ക് നല്ലത് പോലെ അറിയാം. അത് കൊണ്ട് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ചെങ്കൊടി പാടില്ല എന്ന കാര്യത്തിൽ ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയതക്കും ഇസ്ളാം വർഗീയതക്കും ലോകത്തിലെ എല്ലാ പിന്തിരിപ്പന്മാർക്കും യാതൊരു സംശയവും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. എല്ലാവരും "മനുഷ്യർ" ആണ് എന്ന മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിലേക്ക് ജനങ്ങളെ എത്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അല്ലാതെ വർഗീയ ഭീകരതയെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. എല്ലാവരും "മനുഷ്യരാണ്" എന്ന മാർക്‌സിസ്റ്റ് വീക്ഷണത്തിലേക്ക് ആളുകളെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നതല്ലാതെ വർഗീയ ഭീകരത തുടച്ചുനീക്കാനാവില്ല. അതിനായി, "ഭൗതികവാദം" എന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കാനാവാത്ത വസ്തുതയാണ്. മനുഷ്യരാശിയുടെ ചരിത്രം പുരാതന ശിലായുഗം മുതൽ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നു, അന്നാകട്ടെ ജാതിയോ മതങ്ങളൊ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. മനുഷ്യർ മാത്രം.

സാമ്പത്തിക ചൂഷണവും ആത്മീയ ചൂഷണവും.

സാമ്പത്തിക ചൂഷണവും ആത്മീയ ചൂഷണവും മാനവരാശി അനുഭവിക്കുന്നത് മുതലാളിത്ത ചൂഷണത്തിന്റെ രൂപത്തിലാണ്. എന്നാൽ അതിനുള്ള പാത ഒരുക്കുന്നത് ആത്മീയ ചൂഷണത്തിലൂടെയാണ്. എല്ലാവരും മനുഷ്യർ ആണ് എന്ന് കരുതാൻ ഒരുക്കമല്ലാത്ത മത മൗലിക വാദികൾക്ക് "ദൈവം" യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ആയുധം മാത്രമാണ്. ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയ വാദികൾക്ക് "ശ്രീ രാമൻ" ദൈവം അല്ല. ആയുധം മാത്രമാണ്. അതാണ് ബലമായി "ജയ് ശ്രീ റാം" എന്ന് പറയണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഒരു മതവും മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ ദൈവത്തെ അംഗീകരിക്കുകയില്ല. കഴിയുന്നിടത്തോളം കൊന്നുകളയുകയാണ് മതങ്ങളുടെ നിലപാട്. അതാണ് 2002 ൽ ഗുജറാത്തിൽ നടത്തിയത്. ഇസ്രായേലിൽ നടക്കുന്നതും അത് തന്നെയാണ്. ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ ഉള്ള മാറ്റം മാത്രം. പക്ഷെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ കൊലപാതകങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും രക്ഷിക്കാൻ ആരുടേയും ദൈവങ്ങൾ എത്താറില്ല.

"ഹിന്ദുത്വ" വാദികൾ മറ്റുള്ളവർ

എന്ത് ഭക്ഷണം മാത്രമേ കഴിക്കാവൂ എന്ന് ശഠിക്കുന്നതും അതുകൊണ്ടാണ്. അവിടെ "പശു" വിനേയും ആയുധം ആക്കുകയാണ്. പ്രകൃതിയിൽ ഒരോ ജീവിക്കും അതിനാവശ്യമായ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാം. എന്നാൽ ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയവാദികളുടെ നിലപാട് അത് അനുവദിക്കില്ല എന്നതാണ്. പക്ഷെ അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ് പൊതുമേഖല പാടില്ല എന്ന കഠിനമായ നിലപാടും. പൊതുമേഖലകളും ഹിന്ദുത്വവുമായി എന്താണ് ബന്ധം? അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എങ്ങനെയാണ് പൊതുമേഖല ഹിന്ദുത്വത്തിന്‌ എതിരാകുന്നത്? കാരണം വ്യക്തമാണ്. പൊതുമേഖലയിൽ നിന്നും തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഫണ്ട് ലഭിക്കില്ല. അതിനായി പൊതുമേഖലകൾ സ്വകാര്യ മുതലാളിമാരെ ഏല്പിക്കും. അവർ എത്ര ലക്ഷം കോടികൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും അഴിമതിയായി നൽകും. അങ്ങനെയുള്ള പണം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ജനാധിപത്യം അട്ടിമറിക്കും. അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ് സ്ഥിരം നിയമനങ്ങൾ പാടില്ല എന്ന നിലപാട്. ഹിന്ദു മത മൗലികവാദികളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാന ഗ്രന്ഥമായ "മനുസ്മൃതി" അനുസരിച്ച് "ശൂദ്രന്" ധനം സമ്പാദിക്കാൻ അർഹതയില്ല. അവൻ ധനം സമ്പാദിച്ചാൽ മറ്റ് മൂന്ന് വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ (ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ; ക്ഷത്രിയൻ; വൈശ്യൻ) ദാസ്യവൃത്തി ചെയ്യില്ല. അങ്ങനെ സമ്പാദിച്ചാൽ അത് ബ്രാഹ്മണന് എടുക്കാം. അതാണ് ആർക്കും സ്ഥിരം ജോലി പട്ടാളത്തിൽ പോലും പാടില്ല എന്ന തീരുമാനത്തിന്റെ കാരണം. കരാർ നിയമനം എന്ന പേരിൽ തൊഴിലാളിയെ കൂലി കൊടുക്കാതെയോ പരമാവധി കുറച്ച് മാത്രം കൊടുത്തോ ജോലി ചെയ്യിക്കുക. കഴിയുമെങ്കിൽ പഴയ കാല അടിമ വ്യവസ്ഥ പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കുക. അവിടെയാണ് സാമ്പത്തിക ചൂഷണവും ആത്മീയ ചൂഷണവും ഒരേ നാണയത്തിന്റെ രണ്ട് വശങ്ങൾ ആകുന്നത്‌. അതിൽ നിന്നൊക്കെയുള്ള മോചനത്തിനാണ് മാർക്സ് സാമ്പത്തിക ചൂഷണത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള മോചനത്തിനായി സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ മുന്നോട്ടു വയ്ക്കുന്നത്. പക്ഷെ അത് ഒരിക്കലും അനുവദിക്കില്ല എന്നതാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ "കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്" നേതൃത്വങ്ങളുടെ നിലപാട്. കാരണം ജനാധിപത്യം പോലും അവർക്കും മനസിലാകില്ലാത്ത വിഷയമാണ്. ആത്മീയ ചൂഷണത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള മോചനത്തിന് ആണ് മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായ "ഭൗതികവാദം". അത് എന്താണ് എന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വങ്ങൾക്ക് മനസിലായിട്ടില്ല. അതാണ് അവയാകെ ദർശനങ്ങളാണ്‌ എന്ന നിലപാട്. സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കുക എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിച്ചാൽ ഭൗതിക വാദം ദർശനം അല്ല; ആത്മീയ ചൂഷണത്തിനെതിരെയുള്ള ആയുധം ആണ്. എന്നാൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ചൂഷണമേയില്ല എന്നതാണ് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയുടെ നിലപാട്. അപ്പോൾ മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യവും ഇല്ല. അതാണ് ദയവായി കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി എന്ന പേരും കാറൽ മര്കസിനെയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആശയങ്ങളെയും പൊതുജനങ്ങളെ വിഡ്ഢികൾ ആക്കുന്നതിനായി ഉപയോഗിക്കരുത് എന്ന് ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ പൗരൻ എന്ന നിലയിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്.

ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികൾ (ബിജെപി) ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനാധിപത്യവും ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടനയും അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടിയല്ല. രാമരാജ്യം രാജാവാഴ്ചയാണ്. ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ അവിഭാജ്യ ഭാഗമാണ് സ്വതന്ത്രമായ പത്ര പ്രവർത്തനം. അത് അനുവദിക്കുകയില്ല എന്നത് ജനാധിപത്യ നിഷേധം മാത്രം. തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷനെ തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നതിൽ സുപ്രീം കോടതി ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റീസ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം എന്ന ഭരണ ഘടന ബെഞ്ചിന്റെ തീരുമാനവും അവർ തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞു. പണം കൊടുത്ത് വോട്ടു വാങ്ങുക; ജനപ്രതിനിധികളെ വിലക്ക് വാങ്ങുകയെന്നതും ആ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടിയിൽ സാധാരണയാണ്. 2021 ലെ തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് സമയത്ത് 7 ചാക്ക് കറൻസിയുമായി പോലീസ് പിടിയിൽ ആയതും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗം മാത്രം.

ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയുടെ വകുപ്പ് 14 പൗരന്മാർക്കിടയിൽ "സമത്വം" അനുശാസിക്കുന്നു. അതാകട്ടെ മാർക്സിസം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ നടപ്പിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയൂ. മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ ലളിതമായ ചുരുക്കം മനുഷ്യത്വത്തിന്റെ തത്വ ശാസ്ത്രം എന്നത് മാത്രമാണ്. ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്കും അന്തസായി ജീവിക്കാൻ അവകാശം ഉണ്ട് എന്നതാണ് അതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനം. ഡോ ബി ആർ അംബേദ്ക്കറുടെ മഹത്വം നമുക്ക് ആ വകുപ്പിൽ കാണാൻ കഴിയും; യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഭരണഘടനയിൽ ഉണ്ടാകാൻ കാരണം ഡോ ബി ആർ അംബേദ്ക്കർ ഇന്ത്യൻ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗത്തെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ചത് കൊണ്ടാണ്. നെഹ്‌റു ഭരണകൂടം "ഭാരതരത്ന" നൽകി ആദരിച്ച ഡോ.ബി ആർ അംബേദ്ക്കറുടെ മഹത്വം അംഗീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയുടെ ഹൃദയത്തെയാണ് ഇന്ത്യൻ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിൻ്റെ ഭാഗത്ത് സംഭവിച്ച പരാജയം യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ മാർക്സിസത്തെ അംഗീകരിക്കാത്ത ബൂർഷ്വാ രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടി ആയത് ആയിരുന്നു.

ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടന അനുസരിച്ചു് ഇന്ത്യ ഒരു "പരമാധികാര, സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ്; മതേതര; ജനാധിപത്യ റിപ്പബ്‌ളിക്" ആണ്. 1976 ൽ 42 മത് ഭരണഘടന ഭേദഗതി പ്രകാരം "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ്" എന്ന വാക്ക് കൂടി ഭരണ ഘടനയിൽ ചേർത്തത് ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് ആണെങ്കിൽ പോലും അങ്ങനെയൊരു ഭേദഗതി അംഗീകരിച്ചത് ഇന്ത്യൻ പാർലമെന്റിലെ അഞ്ചിൽ നാല് (4/5) പാർലമെന്റ് അംഗങ്ങളുടേയും പിന്തുണയോടെ ആണെന്നതും അത് യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയുടെ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയോടുള്ള താൽപ്പര്യം വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു എന്നതും ജനാധിപത്യം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന ആർക്കും നിഷേധിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. സോഷ്യലിസത്തിനായി കോൺഗ്രസിന് വോട്ടുചെയ്ത ജനത ഇപ്പോഴും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ തന്നെ ഉണ്ട്. അത് നടപ്പിലാക്കാനുള്ള ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം നൂറുവർഷത്തെ പ്റവർത്തന പാരമ്പര്യം ഉള്ള ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പ്റസ്ഥാനം ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും ആ കാര്യത്തിനായി ജനവിധി നേടാൻ തയ്യാറാവുകയും ചെയ്‌താൽ ജനങ്ങൾ ആ ചുമതല കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്നത് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ വൻകിട ബൂർഷ്വാ ഭൂപ്രഭു വർഗ്ഗങ്ങളെ ആണെന്നതിനാൽ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയിലേക്കുള്ള മാറ്റത്തിന് കോൺഗ്രസിന് ആവില്ല എന്നതാണ് തുടർന്നുള്ള വർഷങ്ങളിൽ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകളിൽ നിന്നും പൂർണമായും പിന്മാറിയത്തിൽ നിന്നും വ്യക്തമായത്.

ഒരു കാരണ വശാലും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ ഭൂമുഖത്ത് അനുവദിക്കില്ല എന്ന ഉറച്ച നിലപാടുള്ള സാമ്പ്രാജ്യത്ത-പിന്തിരിപ്പൻ ശക്തികളെ നേരിടാൻ കേവലം "മൊട്ടുസൂചി" മാത്രം മതി.

ജനാധിപത്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയും "സോഷ്യലിസം" കൂടി അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭരണ ഘടനയും നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന രാജ്യമാണ് ഇന്ത്യ. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ "സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കുക" എന്ന "പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി" അംഗീകരിച്ചാൽ ഒരു കാരണ വശാലും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ ഭൂമുഖത്ത് അനുവദിക്കില്ല എന്ന ഉറച്ച നിലപാടുള്ള സാമ്പ്രാജ്യത്ത-പിന്തിരിപ്പൻ ശക്തികളെ നേരിടാൻ കേവലം "മൊട്ടുസൂചി" മാത്രം മതി. കാരണം എതിരായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നവരും ഇപ്പോൾ എതിർക്കുന്നത് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയങ്ങളെയല്ല. കാര്യങ്ങൾ ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ എതിരായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നവരിൽ 99 ശതമാനവും നമ്മുടെ കൂടെ വരുന്നവരാണ്. നമ്മുടെ കയ്യിൽ മൊട്ടുസൂചി ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ, ആവശ്യമായി വന്നാൽ അത് ഉപയോഗിക്കും എന്ന് മനസിലായാൽ അവരാരും അടുക്കുകയില്ല. എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ അവസ്ഥ ചെറിയ അവസരം ലഭിച്ചാൽ പാർട്ടി സഖാക്കൾ ഓടി രക്ഷപ്പെടുക എന്നതാണ്. അതാണ് 2021 ൽ ത്രിപുരയിൽ നൂറിൽ താഴെ ബിജെപി പ്രവർത്തകർ അവരുടെ കൊടിയുമായി ത്രിപുര സിപിഐ(എം) സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റി ആഫീസ് ആക്രമിക്കുകയും ആഫീസിന് തീ വയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ സംഭവിച്ചത്. ആരും അവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. പാർട്ടി സഖാക്കളിൽ തന്നെ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി സിപിഐ(എം) നിലനിൽക്കേണ്ടതില്ല എന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവരും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും. എന്നാൽ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ എന്നതാണ് പാർട്ടിപരിപാടി എങ്കിൽ കാര്യങ്ങൾ എങ്ങനെ മാറും എന്നതും നേരിട്ട് മനസിലാക്കാൻ ഒരു പക്ഷെ നമുക്ക് അവസരം ലഭിച്ചേക്കും. അങ്ങനെയുള്ള സന്ദർഭങ്ങളിലും ഇന്നത്തെ ഇന്ത്യൻ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ നമ്മുടെ കയ്യിൽ മൊട്ടു സൂചി മാത്രം മതി എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്. പക്ഷെ ആവശ്യം വന്നാൽ മൊട്ടുസൂചി എങ്കിലും ഉപയോഗിക്കാനുള്ള മാനസിക അവസ്ഥയും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.

എന്നാൽ മൊട്ടുസൂചി പോലും ആവശ്യമായി വന്നാൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കും എന്ന മാനസിക അവസ്ഥ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കുക എന്നത് വളരെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുള്ള കാര്യമാണ്. കാരണം 1950 കാലം മുതൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ 74 വർഷങ്ങളിലും മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന നിലപാടിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയും മറ്റെല്ലാ പാർട്ടികളും പോലെ ഒരു രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടി. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഒന്നും തന്നെ ഇല്ല. ബൂർഷ്വാ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളോട് ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ സീറ്റിനായി യാചിക്കുക. അഥവാ സീറ്റ് നൽകിയാൽ തന്നെ അവർ തോൽപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കും. സോഷ്യലിസം എന്താണെന്നോ അത് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ആവശ്യമാണെന്നോ യാതൊരു ധാരണകളും പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വത്തിന് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന് എതിരായി നിലകൊള്ളുകയും മുതലാളിത്തത്തെ ന്യായികരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക ആയിരുന്നു. വർഗ്ഗ ശത്രുക്കൾ എന്ന വിഷയമേയില്ല. എതിരാളികൾ ഏതെല്ലാം വിധത്തിൽ ആക്രമിച്ചാലും അതൊന്നും തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ്ഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന് നേരെയുള്ള ആക്രമണങ്ങൾ ആണെന്ന് കരുതുകയില്ല. എതിരായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നവർ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ എതിരാളിയുടെ പ്രതിച്ഛായ നശിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ തന്ത്രമാണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുക. അതിനായി അവർ ഏത് നുണയും പ്രയോഗിക്കും. അതിന് അവർക്ക് വളരെ വിപുലമായ സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ ആണ് ഉള്ളത്. അതിൽ ഒന്ന് മാത്രമാണ് അവരുടെ പത്രങ്ങൾ. എന്നാൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി നേതാക്കൾ തികച്ചും ദുർബലമായ പ്രതിരോധങ്ങൾ അല്ലാതെ എതിരാളികളുടെ എത്ര വലിയ സത്യമായ വസ്തുതകൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും അവയൊന്നും പ്രത്യാക്രമണമായി ഉപയോഗിക്കില്ല. അവയൊക്കെ സത്യവും ഒരുകാരണ വശാലും പൊതുരംഗത്ത് നിൽക്കുന്നവർ സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തത് ആണെങ്കിലും അവയൊന്നും എതിരാളികൾക്ക് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതിനായി ഉപയോഗിക്കില്ല. കാരണം അവർ ആരും എതിരാളികൾ അല്ല എന്നതാണ് നിലപാട്. തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിലെ സമ്പൂർണ പരാജയം ആയിരിക്കും അതിന്റെയൊക്കെ ഫലം. ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെയുള്ള അങ്ങനെയുള്ള സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ മാറ്റിയെടുക്കുകയും സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന് എതിരായ നിലപാടുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവർ വർഗ ശത്രുക്കളോ അവർക്കായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നവരോ ആണെന്ന് മനസിലാക്കുക എന്നതാണ് വിഷയം. വർഗ ശത്രുക്കൾ ഏത് മുഖം മൂടിയും സ്വീകരിക്കും എന്നതും മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ ചേരിയിൽ അണിനിരക്കുന്നവർ ഓർത്തിരിക്കണം.

ഇന്ത്യൻ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തെയും ഇന്ത്യയിലെ പണിയെടുക്കുന്ന സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളെയും കൃഷിക്കാരെയും പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്ന ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങളുടെയാകെ താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയുടെ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഉള്ളടക്കം അംഗീകരിച്ച് നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള രാഷ്ട്രീയകടമ ഏറ്റെടുക്കണമെന്ന് സിപിഐ - സിപിഐ(എം) നേതൃത്വങ്ങളോട് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. മാർക്സിസം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ പ്രത്യേകത ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന തൊഴിലാളിവർഗം, കൃഷിക്കാർ തുടങ്ങിയ സമൂഹത്തിലെ എല്ലാ വിഭാഗം ജനങ്ങളുടെയും ജീവിതം ദാരിദ്ര്യവും ക്ലേശങ്ങളും ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിന് ഭരണകൂടത്തിന് ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ഉണ്ട് എന്നതാണ്. അങ്ങനെ യാതൊരു ഉത്തരവാദിത്വവും തങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇല്ല എന്നതാണ് മുതലാളിത്തം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന ബൂർഷ്വാ രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടികളുടെ നിലപാട്. സാമൂഹ്യജീവിതത്തിൽ ശാസ്ത്രീയ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകൾ അത്യാവശ്യം ആണ്. ആയതിലേക്ക് സമൂഹത്തെ നയിക്കുന്നതിന് മാർക്സിസം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന സാമൂഹ്യവീക്ഷണം സാമാന്യ ജനങ്ങളിൽ എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയുടെ 51A (h) വകുപ്പ് ശാസ്ത്രീയ വീക്ഷണം പൗരന്റെ മൗലിക കടമയായി നിഷ്‌ക്കർഷിക്കുന്നത് മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് വീക്ഷണവുമാണ്. സിപിഐ(എം) ന്റെ അടുത്ത് നടക്കാൻ പോകുന്ന 24 മത് പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസ് ഇങ്ങനെയൊരു രാഷ്ട്രീയകടമ ഏറ്റെടുക്കുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. യഥാർത്ഥ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗത്തിന് മാത്രമേ സാമൂഹ്യമാറ്റത്തിനുള്ള കരുത്തും ഉത്തരവാദിത്ത ബോധവും ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളു എന്നതിനാൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടികൾ അതിനുള്ള നേതൃത്വം മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് തത്വശാസ്ത്രത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ മാർഗദർശകമാവുക യാണ് ആവശ്യം.

ആരെങ്കിലും "എന്താണ് ജനാധിപത്യം" എന്ന് മനസിലാക്കിയിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ അതിന്റെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം ജനാധിപത്യത്തിനല്ല. 2024 ൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ പാർലമെന്റിലേക്ക് നടന്ന പൊതു തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ജനങ്ങളുടെ ഭൂരിപക്ഷ പിന്തുണ ഇല്ലാതെയാണ് ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികൾ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം നടത്തുന്നത്. മാർക്സിസം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നവർ മുതലാളിത്ത ചൂഷണം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് പോലെയുള്ള ജന വഞ്ചനയാണ് ജനപിന്തുണ ഇല്ലാതെ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ ഭരണം നടത്തുന്നത്. സ്വഭാവ ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവർ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികളായി ഉണ്ടാകുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ജനങ്ങൾ നിസ്സഹായരാകും. കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടികൾ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷം അസംബ്ലി സീറ്റുകളിലും പാർലമെന്റ് സീറ്റുകളിലും സ്ഥാനാർഥികളെ മത്സരിപ്പിക്കാതിരി ക്കുമ്പോഴും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തികച്ചും കളങ്കിതരായവരെ സഹായിക്കുന്ന നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കുമ്പോഴും ജനങ്ങൾ നിസ്സഹായരാണ്. ജനങ്ങളുടെ നിസ്സഹായ അവസ്ഥ ചൂഷണം ചെയ്തും ചിലപ്പോൾ കുറെ കാലത്തേക്ക് ഭരണം ഉണ്ടാകും. അതും ഒരു പരിധി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ജനങ്ങൾ ഒന്നാകെ ജനാധിപത്യം സംരക്ഷിക്കാനായി രംഗത്ത് ഇറങ്ങേണ്ടി വരും. അതാണ് ശ്രീ.ലങ്കയിലും ബംഗ്ലാദേശിലും സംഭവിച്ചത്. ജനാധിപത്യം നിലവിൽ വന്നത് ജനങ്ങളുടെ ദീർഘകാല ത്യാഗങ്ങളുടെ ഫലമാണ്. ജനാധിപത്യ ത്തിൽ ഒരോ പൗരനും ലഭ്യമാകുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ അധികാരങ്ങൾ പഴയകാല സായുധ വിപ്ലവങ്ങൾക്കും നൽകാൻ കഴിയുമായിരുന്നില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ജനങ്ങൾ ഏത് ത്യാഗം സഹിച്ചും അത് സംരക്ഷിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. അതിലേക്കാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ജനങ്ങൾ നീങ്ങുന്നത്. വളരെ വലിയ ജന പിന്തുണയോടെ നിലവിൽ വന്നിട്ടുള്ള ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടന പൂർണമായും നിഷേധിച്ചാണ് ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികൾ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം നിർവഹിക്കുന്നത്.

ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ വോട്ടു ചെയ്യുന്ന ജനങ്ങൾ തുടർന്നുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു കളിലും അവർക്ക്‌ തന്നെ വോട്ട് ചെയ്തു കൊള്ളാമെന്ന് യാതൊരു ഉറപ്പും നൽകു ന്നില്ല. സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങൾ ധരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് പോലെ ജനങ്ങളുടെ അഭിവൃദ്ധിയോ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വികസനമോ ഒരിക്കലും ബൂർഷ്വാ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരന് വിഷയമേ ആവില്ല. "രാഷ്ട്രീയം" ധനം സാമ്പാദിക്കുന്നതിനും ആർഭാഡ-- സുഖജീവിതത്തിനും ഉള്ള മേഖലകൾ മാത്രം. അതാണ് ദീർഘ കാലം ഉത്തരപ്രദേശ്‌ ഭരിച്ച ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് 2022 ലെ ഉത്തരപ്രദേശിലെ അസംബ്ലി തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ 403 മണ്ഡലങ്ങളിലും മത്സരിച്ചിട്ടും ഒരിടത്ത് പോലും വിജയിക്കാൻ കഴിയാത്തത്.

ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ നേട്ടം തെരെഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെടുന്നവർ ജന ഹിതത്തിനെതിരായിട്ടാണ് ഭരണം നടത്തു ന്നത് എങ്കിൽ പിന്നീടുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു കളിൽ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് അവരെ ഭരണത്തിൽ നിന്നും എന്നന്നേക്കുമായി ഒഴിവാക്കാ മെന്നതാണ്. രാജവാഴ്ച നിലനിന്നിരുന്ന പ്പോൾ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് അപ്രകാരം അവസരം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.

"സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സമ്പദ്ഘടന; ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ" എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയുടെ മുമ്പിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുകയും ഇന്ത്യൻ പാർലമെന്റിൽ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തിന് നിർണായക ഭൂരിപക്ഷം നേടിയെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടല്ലാതെ ഇന്ത്യൻ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തിൽ അർപ്പിതമായ കടമകൾ പൂർത്തീകരിക്കാനാവില്ല.

ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ പ്റത്യേകത എല്ലാ പൗരന്മാർക്കും അവരുടെ അഭിപ്രായം അവരുടെ "വോട്ടവകാശം" വഴി രേഖപ്പെടുത്താൻ അവസരം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു എന്നതാണ്. രാജ വാഴ്ച നിലനിന്നപ്പോൾ അപ്രകാരം അവസരങ്ങൾ ആർക്കും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ടു തന്നെ പഴയ കാലത്തെ "തെരുവ് കലാപങ്ങൾ" ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ അപ്രസക്തമാണ്.

ആധുനിക പാർലമെന്ററി ജനാധിപത്യം നിലവിൽ വന്നത് "മാർക്സിസം" എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്രം സോഷ്യലിസത്തോടൊപ്പം എങ്ങനെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കും എന്നതിന്റെ കൂടെ തെളിവാണ്. 1917 ൽ നിലവിൽ വന്ന പഴയ സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയൻ ഒക്ടോബർ വിപ്ലവത്തിലൂടെയാണ് രൂപം കൊണ്ടത്. അവിടെ സോഷ്യലിസത്തിനും സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയനും എതിരെ ലോകത്തിലെ അമേരിക്ക ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള സാംബ്രാജ്യത്ത--പിന്തിരിപ്പൻ ശക്തികളുടെ പിന്തുണയോടെ നാല് വർഷത്തോളം നീണ്ടുനിന്ന പ്രതി വിപ്ലവ അട്ടിമറി സമരത്തെ തികച്ചും ചെറിയ പാർട്ടി മാത്രം ആയിരുന്ന ബോൾഷെവിക് പാർട്ടിക്കും മഹാനായ ലെനിനും നേരിടാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത് മാർക്സിസം എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്രം തൊഴിലാളി വർഗം ഏറ്റെടുത്തത് കൊണ്ടാണ്. 1939--45 കാലത്ത് നടന്ന രണ്ടാം ലോകമഹായുദ്ധത്തിൽ ജർമനിയുടെ ആക്രമണത്തെ സ്റ്റാലിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയന് അതിജീവിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത് ഒന്നര കോടിയോളം ജനങ്ങൾ മരണപ്പെട്ടിട്ട് ആണെങ്കിലും സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെയും മാർക്സിസം എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്ര ത്തിന്റെയും ശക്തിയാണ്. അവിടെ പഴയ സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയൻ പരാജയപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ വിജയിക്കുന്നത് നാസി ജർമനിയും ഇറ്റലിയും ജപ്പാനും അടങ്ങുന്ന ഫാസിസ്റ്റ് ശക്തികൾ ആകുമായിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ സംഭവിച്ചിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ലോകത്ത്‌ മാർക്‌സിസമോ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആശയഗതിയോ ആധുനിക പാർലമെൻററി ജനാധിപത്യമോ ഉണ്ടാകുമായിരുന്നില്ല.

ഫെഡറൽ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിലുള്ള ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടന അനുസരിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പരമാധികാരം ഇന്ത്യൻ പാർലമെന്റിനും പാർലമെന്റിൽ ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ഉള്ള കേന്ദ്ര ഭരണത്തിനുമാണ്. പാർലമെന്റും കേന്ദ്ര ഭരണകൂടവും അംഗീകരിക്കാത്ത മാറ്റങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ നടപ്പിലാക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. രാഷ്ട്രീയ അധികാരങ്ങളിൽ കേന്ദ്ര ഗവൺമെന്റിന് മാത്രം അധികാരം ഉള്ളവ എന്നും സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് മാത്രം അധികാരം ഉള്ളവ എന്നും കേന്ദ്ര ഭരണത്തിനും സംസ്ഥാന ഭരണത്തിനും അധികാരം ഉള്ളവ എന്നും മൂന്നായി തിരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ആയതിനാൽ സംസ്ഥാന അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ അടിസ്ഥാന മാറ്റങ്ങളൊന്നും സാധ്യമാവുകയില്ല. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ട ലക്ഷ്യം ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭരണം എന്നതായിരിക്കണം. സാമ്പത്തിക പരമാധികാരം ഉള്ള രാജ്യത്ത് മാത്രമേ സോഷ്യലിസം സാധ്യമാവുകയുള്ളു. ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനം "ജനങ്ങൾ; ജനങ്ങളാൽ; ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി" എന്നതായതിനാൽ വോട്ടു ചെയ്യുന്ന യഥാർത്ഥ ഇന്ത്യൻ പൗരന്മാരുടെ താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കുക എന്നതായിരിക്കണം അടിസ്ഥാന ലക്‌ഷ്യം. മുതലാളിത്ത വ്യവസ്ഥയ്ക്കായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്ന ബൂർഷ്വാ--പെറ്റി ബൂർഷ്വാ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന നിലപാട് "സമ്പത്ത് ഉള്ളവരുടെ താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കുക എന്നതും അവരിൽ നിന്നും സമ്പത്തിന്റെ "വിഹിതം" സ്വീകരിച്ചു് അവരും സമ്പന്നരാവുക എന്ന നിലപാടാണ്.

ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സി പി ഐ (എം) പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി അനുസരിച്ച് "ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം" സ്ഥാപിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് പാർട്ടിയുടെ ലക്‌ഷ്യം. അതിന്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക നയം "വിവിധ ഉടമസ്ഥതാ രീതികളോട് കൂടിയ ബഹു ഘടന സംവിധാനം" (6.5) ആയിരിക്കും എന്നും പറയുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇത് പ്രായോഗികമായി ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെ "മിശ്ര സമ്പദ് ഘടന" ആണെന്ന് മനസിലാക്കാം. ഇതോടൊപ്പം 1950 കാലം മുതൽ തുടരുന്ന "ഇന്ത്യൻ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക" എന്ന സാമ്പത്തിക നയം കൂടി ചേർത്ത് വേണം ഈ കാര്യം പരിശോധിക്കാൻ. (മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിച്ചാണ് ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം സ്ഥാപിക്കേണ്ടത്). ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം എന്ന വാക്കിന്റെ അർഥം ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആധിപത്യം എന്ന് തന്നെയാണ്. രാജ വാഴ്ചക്ക് ശേഷം നടപ്പിലായ ഭരണ വ്യവസ്ഥയാണ് ജനാധിപത്യം.

ജനങ്ങളെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പഠിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഒരിക്കൽ തെരെഞ്ഞെടുക്കപെട്ടവർ വീണ്ടും തെരെഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർ ആരും അല്ല എന്നതൊന്നും ജനാധിപത്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് യാതൊന്നും അറിയില്ലാത്തവർക്ക് ധാരണയില്ല. ജനാധിപത്യം എന്ന വാക്കിൽ തന്നെ അതിന്റെ അർത്ഥവും ഉണ്ട്. ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആധിപത്യം. അത് അങ്ങനെ അല്ലാതാക്കാൻ, പണത്തിന്റെയും മറ്റു പലതിന്റെയും ആധിപത്യമാക്കാൻ ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ ശ്രമിക്കുകയാണ്. അതിലൊന്നാണ് ഹിന്ദുക്കളുടേയോ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും മതങ്ങളുടെയോ ആധിപത്യമാക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമങ്ങൾ. പണത്തിന്റെയും ജാതി--മത ശക്തികളുടേയും ആധിപത്യം ഇല്ലാതാക്കി പണിയെടുക്കുന്നവരുടെ താത്പ്പര്യം സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥ ആക്കി "ജനാധിപത്യം" സ്ഥാപിച്ചെടുക്കുക എന്ന ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ആണ് ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ നേടിയെടുക്കേണ്ടത്. അതാകട്ടെ സോഷ്യലിസത്തോടൊപ്പം മാത്രമേ സാധ്യമാവുകയുള്ളു. "മുതലാളിത്തം" പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നാൽ ജനാധിപത്യത്തെ പണത്തിന്റെ ആധിപത്യം മാത്രം ആക്കിത്തീർക്കുക എന്നാണർത്ഥം. അതാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. എന്താണ് "മുതലാളിത്തം" എന്ന് മനസിലായാൽ ജനങ്ങൾ ആരും അതിന് വോട്ട് ചെയ്യില്ല. ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കൽ വോട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നവർ പിന്നീടും ആവർത്തിച്ചു കൊള്ളാമെന്ന യാതൊരു ഉറപ്പും ആർക്കും നൽകുന്നില്ല. അതാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് സംഭവിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. ബിജെപിയുടെയും ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ വിജയം സ്ഥിരം ആയിരിക്കില്ല. എന്നാൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പ്രസ്ഥാനവും എന്നെന്നും മുതലാളിത്തത്തിനായി മാത്റം നിലകൊള്ളുന്നതായാൽ ജനങ്ങൾ നിസ്സഹായരാകും. അവർക്ക് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിക്കും വോട്ടു ചെയ്യില്ല എന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കാൻ മാത്റമേ സാധ്യമാവുയ്കയുള്ളു. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ എല്ലാ പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും സ്വകാര്യവത്ക്കരിക്കുന്നതിൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മൗനാനുവാദം വികസിത മുതലാളിത്തം മാത്റം ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. അതൊരിക്കലും സോഷ്യലിസത്തിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുകയില്ല. മാർക്സിസത്തിന്റെ പാതയും അതല്ല. ഒരു രാജ്യമാകെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെയും വിദേശത്തേയും കോർപ്പറേറ്റുകൾക്ക് അടിയറ വയ്ക്കുന്ന നിലപാടാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതോടൊപ്പം നൂറ്റിനാൽപ്പത് കോടിയിലധികം ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് എന്ത് സംഭവിച്ചാലും തങ്ങൾക്ക് പ്രശ്നമല്ല എന്നതാണ് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി നിലപാട്.

ഒരു സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയല്ല "മുതലാളിത്തം" എന്നതുകൊണ്ട് അർത്ഥമാവുക; അടിമ കാലം മുതൽ തുടരുന്ന സമ്പത്തിന്റെ ആധിപത്യവും ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ അവരുടെ താത്പ്പര്യങ്ങൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനായി നിർമിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള നിയമങ്ങളുമാണ്. അടിമക്ക് യാതൊരു മനുഷ്യാവകാശങ്ങളും അനുവദിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല എന്നത് അതിന്റെ തുടക്കം മാത്രമാണ്. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ബ്രാഹ്മണാധിപത്യവും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി. സമ്പത്ത് ഉള്ളവന്റെ സമ്പത്ത് സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനായി നിർമിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവയാണ് എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും. ജനാധിപത്യം നിലവിൽ വരുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് സമ്പത്ത് ആയിരുന്നു പൗരാവകാശത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനം. വോട്ടവകാശം "നികുതി" (കരം) അടക്കുന്നവർക്ക്‌ മാത്രം ആയിരുന്നു. ആധുനിക പാർലമെന്ററി ജനാധിപത്യം നിലവിൽ വന്നപ്പോഴാണ് വോട്ടവകാശത്തോടെയുള്ള "പൗരത്വവും" നിലവിൽ വന്നത്. സ്ത്രീകളുടെ സാമൂഹ്യ പദവിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനം പോലും സമ്പത്ത് ആയിരുന്നു.

സോഷ്യലിസത്തിലെ സാമൂഹ്യ നീതിയും ശാസ്ത്ര സത്യങ്ങളും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസവും സാമാന്യ ബുദ്ധിയും ഉള്ളവരാകെ അംഗീകരിക്കുമെന്നു ള്ളതിന്റെ തെളിവാണ് സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ സ. ഇ എം എസിനെപ്പോലെ ബ്രാഹ്മണരെന്നോ അല്ലാത്തവരെന്നോ വ്യത്യാസം ഇല്ലാതെ എല്ലാ ജാതി--മത വിഭാഗങ്ങളും 1950 കാലം വരെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ അണിനിരക്കാൻ ഇടയായത്.

"ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ ചൈന" എന്ന ചൈനയിലെ സോഷ്യലിസത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉള്ളതിന്റെ "ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം" എന്ന വാക്കു മാത്റം സ്വീകരിച്ചു. മുതലാളിത്ത വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ അത് അപ്രായോഗികം ആണെന്ന് കാലം തെളിയിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരി ക്കുകയാണ്. വർഗ സമരം ബൂർഷ്വാസിയും തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗവും തമ്മിലാണെന്നും മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. ചൂഷകരും ചൂഷിതരും തമ്മിലാണെന്ന് മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന "കാഴ്ചപ്പാട്" സ്വീകരിക്കുമായിരുന്നില്ല. നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ആചാരങ്ങളും വിശ്വാസങ്ങളും ചൂഷക വർഗ വാഴ്ചക്കായി അവർ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് എന്നും മനസിലാക്കിയില്ല. അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായ "ദൈവങ്ങൾ" അവരുടെ മാത്രം സംരക്ഷകരാണ്. മനുഷ്യ ചരിത്റം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത് പ്രാചീന ശിലായുഗം മുതലാണ് എന്ന ചരിത്റ സത്യം ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ മാത്റമേ ഈ വസ്‌തുത ബോധ്യപ്പെടുകയുള്ളു.

മുതലാളിത്തം വളർന്നാൽ എത്തിച്ചേരുക "സാമ്പ്റാജ്യ" മായിട്ടാണ്. ഇഗ്ളീഷ് ഈസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ കമ്പനി വളർന്നാണ് ബ്രിട്ടന് "സൂര്യൻ അസ്തമിക്കാത്ത" ബ്രിടീഷ് സാമ്പ്രാജ്യം ഉണ്ടാക്കികൊടുത്ത്. മുതലാളിത്തം ഒരിക്കലും ഒരു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റു പാർട്ടിയുടെ ലക്‌ഷ്യം ആവില്ല. കാറൽ മാർക്സ് മുതലാളിത്തത്തെ വിലയിരുത്തിയത് ഇഗ്ളീഷ് ഈസ്ററ് ഇന്ത്യ കമ്പനിയെ കണക്കിലെടുത്താണ്. അത് ഇ എം എസ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആർക്കും മനസിലായില്ല. എന്നാൽ ലെനിന് അത് മനസിലായതുകൊണ്ട് റഷ്യ വികസിത മുതലാളിത്തം ആകാൻ ലെനിൻ കാത്തുനിന്നില്ല. ഇൻഡ്യയിലെ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക്‌ സ്വീകരിക്കാവുന്ന ഏക വിപ്ളവ പാത "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സമ്പദ്ഘടന - ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ" എന്നത് മാത്രമാണ്. അതാകട്ടെ നേടിയെടുക്കേണ്ട ഒരു ലക്‌ഷ്യം എന്ന നിലയ്ക്കാണ് അംഗീകരിക്കേണ്ടത്. അപ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന് ചൂണ്ടി കാണിക്കാൻ ഒരു ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളു. അപ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ പ്രസ്ഥാനം യഥാർഥ മാർക്സിസം- ലെനിനിസം എന്ന തത്വ ശാസ്ത്രത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ.

സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ; ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ" എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ എല്ലാ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും എന്താണ് സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന് ജനങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കാം. എന്താണ് "യഥാർത്ഥ ജനാധിപത്യം" എന്ന് ജനങ്ങളെ പപ്പിക്കാം. മുതലാളിത്ത വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ ജനങ്ങളെ ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ആത്മീയ ആധിപത്യവും ആത്മീയ അടിമത്വവും എന്താണെന്ന് പഠിപ്പിക്കാം. മുതലാളിത്തത്തിൽ ബൂർഷ്വാസി "രാഷ്ട്രീയം" എന്ന പേരിൽ നടത്തുന്ന ബൂർഷ്വാ ചെറ്റത്തരങ്ങൾ തുറന്നുകാണിക്കാം. തൊഴിലാളി വർഗം അനുഭവിക്കുന്നചൂഷണം എന്താണെന്ന് "മിച്ചമൂല്യ സിദ്ധാന്തത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തെ പഠിപ്പിക്കാം എന്നതാണ് ഏറ്റവും വലിയ മെച്ചം. മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിൽ നിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ നമുക്ക് അത് പറയാൻ ആവില്ല. ചൂഷക വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന സമ്പത്തു് അവർക്ക് ദൈവം കൊടുക്കുക്കുന്നതല്ല; ചൂഷണം ചെയ്തു ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതാണ് എന്ന് പറയാനുള്ളതാണ് ഭൗതികവാദം. എല്ലാവരും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള "സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ" എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തിൽ എത്തിച്ചേരാൻ ദീർഘ ദൂരം യാത്റ ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരും. എന്നാൽ ലക്ഷ്യം എപ്പോഴും വ്യക്തമായിരിക്കണം. ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സ്ഥിതി ലക്ഷ്യം മുതലാളിത്തം ആണോ? അല്ല. സോഷ്യലിസം ആണോ? അല്ല. മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന്റെ ദോഷങ്ങളൊ സോഷ്യലിസത്തിന്റെ മെച്ചങ്ങളൊ പറയാനാവാത്ത സ്ഥിതി. ഒരു ലക്ഷ്യവും ഇല്ലാത്ത പ്റസ്ഥാനം തുടക്കത്തിൽ തന്നെ (1950 കളിൽ) നിൽക്കുന്നു.

പഴയ സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയനിലെ ചരക്ക് ഉത്പാദനരീതിയിൽ നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്തമായി സ്വകാര്യ പങ്കാളിത്തം സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ചരക്ക് ഉത്പാദനത്തിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത് നൂതനാശങ്ങളും കണ്ടുപിടുത്തങ്ങളും സമൂഹത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിക്കൊണ്ടിരി ക്കുന്നതിന് സാഹചര്യം ഒരുക്കും. . ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ മാറുന്നതിനനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്പാദന രീതികളിലും മാറ്റം വന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കാതിരുന്നതും പഴയ സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയന്റെ പതനത്തിന് ഇടയാക്കിയ കാരണങ്ങളാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടു തന്നെ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും രാജ്യങ്ങളെ ആവർത്തിക്കാനും ആവില്ല. ഇന്ത്യക്ക് ഇന്ത്യൻ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചു മാത്റമേ മുന്നോട്ടുപോകാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ. എന്നാൽ ജനാധിപത്യ വിരുദ്ധ രീതികളിലേക്ക് സമൂഹത്തെ നയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള വർഗീയ - പിന്തിരിപ്പൻ ശക്തികളുടെ നീക്കത്തെ ബോധപൂർവം പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തുകയും വേണം. മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന്റെ കൂടപ്പിറപ്പായ ജനങ്ങളെ വഞ്ചിക്കലും അഴിമതി -കുംഭകോണങ്ങൾ സംഭവിക്കാരിക്കാൻ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയം ജാഗ്രത പുലർത്തുകയും വേണം.

"സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ; ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ" എന്ന ലക്‌ഷ്യം അന്ഗീകരിച്ചാൽ "ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം" ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങൾക്ക് എതിരായ അതിശക്തമായ ആയുധമായി മാറുകയാണ് ; മാറ്റുകയാണ്. പണത്തിന്റെയും ജാതി-മത ശക്തികളുടെയും പിടിയിൽ നിന്ന് ജനാധിപത്യത്തെ മോചിപ്പിക്കണം. യഥാർഥ ജനങ്ങളുടെതായി "ജനാധിപത്യം" മാറണം. "രാഷ്ട്രീയം" പണം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഏറ്റവും നല്ല മാർഗം ആയി കരുതി ജനങ്ങളെ കബളിപ്പിച്ച്‌ വോട്ട് നേടി അഴിമതി നടത്തി പണം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന "രാഷ്ട്രീയ-ക്ഷുദ്ര ജീവികളി" ൽ നിന്നും ജനാധിപത്യത്തെ സംരക്ഷിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുമാത്രമേ ആ ലക്ഷ്യത്തിൽ എത്താൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ. "സാമ്പത്തിക അടിത്തറയാണ് രാഷ്ട്രീയവും സാംസ്കാരികവുമായ ഉപരിഘടനയെ നിർണയിക്കുക" എന്ന മാർക്സിന്റെ അധിപ്രധാനമായ കണ്ടെത്തലിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിൽ ജനാധിപത്യത്തെ മാത്രമായി മോചിപ്പിക്കാനാവില്ല. അമ്പാനി; അദാനി, തുടങ്ങിയവർ കോടികണക്കിന് രൂപ ഭരണകൂട ശക്തികൾക്ക് കൊടുത്താണ് ഭരണ കൂടത്തെ തങ്ങളുടെ വരുതിയിലാക്കുന്നത്.

മിക്കവാറും സഖാക്കൾ കരുതുന്നത് പോലെ സായുധ വിപ്ലവത്തിലൂടെ സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കാനാവില്ല. സായുധ വിപ്ലവത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തി രാജ വാഴ്ചയോടൊപ്പം ഉള്ള ഫ്യൂഡലിസത്തിൽ മാത്രമാണ്. പാർലമെന്ററി ജനാധിപത്യം നടപ്പിലാകുന്നതിനു മുമ്പുള്ള സ്ഥിതി. ആർക്കും ഒരിക്കലും ചരിത്രത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് തിരിച്ചുപോകാൻ ആവില്ല. മുതലാളിത്തത്തിൽ ചരക്ക് ഉൽപ്പാദനത്തിന്റെ പരമമായ ലക്‌ഷ്യം കൂടുതൽ കൂടുതൽ ലാഭം ഉണ്ടാക്കുക എന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ സോഷ്യലിസത്തിലാകട്ടെ ജനങ്ങളുടെ നാനാവിധമായ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കുക എന്നതാണ്. കാര്യമായ ലാഭം പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത കാർഷിക മേഘലയിൽ ബോധപൂർവമായ ഇടപെടലിൽ കൂടി മാത്രമേ കൂടുതൽ മെച്ചപെട്ട രീതിയിൽ കൃഷിയെ മാറ്റിയെടുക്കാൻ ആവുകയുള്ളൂ. ഒരു കാരണ വശാലും കൃഷിക്കാരൻ ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്യാൻ ഇടവരാൻ പാടില്ല. കാർഷിക മേഘല വ്യാവസായിക വളർച്ചയുടെ അടിത്തറയാണ്. അങ്ങനെയുള്ള കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിൽ കൃഷിക്കാരനെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുകയും സഹായിക്കുകയും വേണം.

The emptiness of thinking in the common people also prevents things from changing. It is the working class that creates the wealth of the nation everywhere by putting up with all the hard work. But the fact that all the anti-socialists are against the red flag is proof of how strongly the world is against socialism. The social justice of Marxism is only one--that there should be no one in the world who suffers from poverty. There are the words of Karl Marx to his life partner - "Let us endure our poverty to end the poverty of all the people of the world". All those who have goodness in hearts will cooperate with it.

Marxism puts forward the goal of a non-exploitative social system based on the discovery that what exists is exploitative class rule. But the decision to promote capitalism in the 1950s did not agree with the findings of Marx and Engels. Nothing goes out of anyone's body and into heaven except when the breath stops. But while the communist movement maintains that "capitalism" must grow and promote exploitation, the position that no one has enemies will not change. As a result, there will be no change in Hindutva rule. No matter how many student organizations grow; No matter how much the youth organizations work, the communist movement will not go forward when they are all about promoting exploitation.

FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION AND SPIRITUAL EXPLOITATION.

Economic exploitation and spiritual exploitation are experienced by humanity in the form of capitalist exploitation. But the way is prepared by spiritual exploitation. For religious fundamentalists, those who are not ready to think that everyone is human beings,

"God" is really just a weapon. For Hindu Communalists, "Shri Rama" is not God, just a weapon. That's what they demands to say "Jai Shri Ram" forcefully. No religion will accept other's god as "God". The stance of religions is to kill as much as possible those belongs to other religions, when they get mere occasion. That is what was done in Gujarat in 2002. The same is happening in Israel also. Only change in the name of God. But no one's gods come to save them from the murders of their enemies That is why "HINDU FUNDAMENTALISTS" insist on what food to eat. There the "cow" is also being used as a weapon. In nature, every living thing can eat what it needs. But the position of Hindu Communalists is that it will not be allowed. But part of it is the strict stance that the "PUBLIC SECTOR" should not be allowed in any way. What is the relationship between PUBLIC SECTORS and Hinduism? Or how the public sector is anti-Hinduism? The reason is obvious. "ELECTORAL BONDS" will not be received from the public sector industries through corruption. For that, public sectors will be handed over to private investors. They will pay as many lakhs of crores as corruption. Democracy will be treated as COMMERCIAL ITEM with such money. Part of that is the stance that there should be no "PERMANENT APPOINTMENTS". According to "Manusmriti", the fundamental text of Hindu religious fundamentalists, "Shudra" is not entitled to earn money. If he earns wealth he will not perform the servitude of the other three classes (Brahmin; Kshatriya; Vaishya). If thus earned, it can be taken by a Brahmin. That is the reason for the decision that no one should have a permanent job even in the army. Employing the worker for no wages or minimal wages in the name of contract employment. "CLASS ENEMIES" are not an issue for the "Communist" party leadership who have no idea what "Marxism" is. But the class enemies know very well what Marxism is. With that, Hindu Communalism, Islamic Communalism and all the reactionaries in the world will not have any doubt that there should be no red flag in India. Communal terrorism cannot be eradicated except by bringing people to the Marxist point of view that everyone is "human". But maybe we will get a chance to understand directly how things will change if the party program is socialist India. In such cases and in today's Indian situation, it is said that we only need a needle in our hand. But if the situation arises, one should have the mental condition to use the needle at least.//But it will be very difficult to create in the Communist movement in India the mental condition that even a bare needle will be used if necessary. Because since the 1950s and in the last 74 years it has been promoting capitalism through surredering MARXIAN IDEOLOGY before Indian BOURGEOIS. Now like all other parties the Communist Party also. There is no particular goal to reach except "free development of capitalism. Beg to bourgeois political parties for one seat or two. But even they give; they will defeat certainly in any way. But all other seats, "COMMUNIST LEADERS" will render all support for their each and every anti-social activities. The party leadership had no idea what socialism is or that it is needed in India. It was to stand against socialism and justify capitalism. There is no issue of class enemies. No matter how the opponents attack, they will not be seen as attacks on proletarian politics. Opponents use the political strategy of tarnishing their enemies" image in democracy. They will use any lie for that purpose. They have very extensive facilities for that. Their newspapers are only one of them. But the Communist Party leaders will not use any of the actual facts as a counter attack. Even though all of them are true and should not be accepted by public figures for a reason, but none of them will be used to make trouble for opponents. The utter failure in elections will be net result. The point is to understand that those change such conditions all over India. The point is to understand that those who take positions against socialism are class enemies or stand up for them. It should always remember that those are in the side of MARXISM AND SOCIALISM, the enemies of SOCIALISM and their supporters will take all steps to defeat working class politics in every occasions. In India, in such a stage, the fight against CAPITALISM and BOURGEOIS will be too hard, even using silly pin itself.

If someone does not understand "what is democracy" is not the fault of DEMOCRACY. After the general elections to the Indian Parliament in 2024, the Hindutvas are actually ruling India without the proper majority support of the people. The armed revolutions of the past could not have provided the political powers available to every citizen in democracy. That is what happened in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Democracy came into existence as a result of long sacrifices of the people. Therefore people will make any sacrifice to protect it. That is what the people of India are moving towards. The Hindutvas are ruling India by completely denying the Indian Constitution, which has come into existence with huge popular support.

According to Karl Marx, "Class Contradictions" were started from the beginning of "slavery system" and "private property system". And Marx insisted in the Communist Manifesto itself that "only demolishing the economic supremacy of bourgeois, working class can escape from the chain of exploitation". Karl Marx could understood the contradictions in the interests between the slave and the master and between the worker and the employer. Hence the "street riots" of old are irrelevant in democracy.

That is why the Indian National Congress, which ruled Uttar Pradesh for a long time, could not win a single seat in the 2022 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections despite contesting in all 403 constituencies.

The COMMUNIST MOVEMENT OF INDIA representing Indian working class and the general population as a whole, it has the responsibility to fulfill the desire and interest of Indian Citizen, I request the Communist Party of India (Marxist) Central Committee and the leaders of Communist Party of India (CPI) leaders to take up the matter and implement the content of SOCIALIST INDIA. I request the CPI(M) leaders to take up the matter in the next 24th Party Congress, and take all steps to implement accordingly. Scientific perspectives are essential in social life. In order to lead the society towards that, the social outlook accepted by Marxism needs to be brought to the common people. Article 51A (h) of the Constitution of India enshrines scientific perspective as a fundamental duty of the citizen and is a Marxist view. In CAPITALISM, bourgeois political parties are not ready to take up such responsibilities and they are keen to put the people in all kind of blind believes.

As the structure of India is a "FEDERAL NATURE", and according to the Indian Constitution, the sovereignty of India is vested in the Parliament of India and the Central Government with majority in the Parliament. The ruling in "STATES", if not approved by the Parliament and the Central Government cannot be implemented in the states. Political powers are divided into three categories: Central Government only, States only, Central Government and State Governments (Concurrent list). Due to the ignorance of this fact, caused the draw back in Bengal and Tripura even though ruled there in considerable period. So, it must be confirmed that only when getting majority in Indian Parliament, the Communist Party can do considerable steps according to Marxian ideology. If the Communist Party is working with the target of SOCIALIST INDIA through MARXIST IDEOLOGY, this target can be implemented without more time. Socialism is possible only in a country with economic sovereignty. The basic aim should be to protect the interests of the real citizens of India who vote as the basis of democracy is "of the people; by the people; for the people". The position adopted by bourgeois--petty-bourgeois political parties for the capitalist system is "to protect the interests of those who have wealth and to take their "share" of wealth from them and become rich." Four-fifths of the people of India have decided that India should be a socialist country by registering their precious right to vote and it has become part of the very structure of Indian government. The fact that they voted for the Indian National Congress and the Congress did not implement it does not extinguish the people's desire for socialism. There are still people in India who voted for Congress for socialism. If the Communist Movement of India, which has a hundred years of revolutionary tradition, takes up the responsibility of carrying it out and is ready to get a mandate for it, the people will hand over that task to the Communist Movement. It is just that the current "promoting capitalism" position must be abandoned. Only through this can the now accepted goal of "people's democracy" be reached. (In capitalism, only the totalitarianism of money or wealth is viable).

When admitting "Socialist India"; People can be taught what socialism is in every state. when they accept the goal of "through people's democracy" people can be taught what "real democracy" is. There are no meaning as "CAPITALISM" for the word "democracy". But according to bourgeois, they are giving the name "democracy" for their ANTI SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, what they want to do secretly, bribery; cheating the people, and spoiling thye entire politics. Their top selfishness carry them to do anything. Let's teach what spiritual domination and spiritual slavery are used to exploit people in the capitalist system. Is the current state the goal of capitalism? no. Is it socialism? no. The disadvantages of capitalism or the advantages of socialism cannot be said. Movement without a goal; stands at the very beginning stage of 1950s.

"MODERN PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY" must be compared to the ancient "KINGS' REGIME" where no "POLITICAL FREEDOM" to anybody and everybody had been considered only as dependent of the KING, and the "KING'S authority were considered as "established by the "GOD" and the authority of the "KING" were considered as permanent. When anybody misleading DEMOCRACY through their money, religion, etc. cannot be a reason to blame "democracy" as those are actually not the default of democracy, only misleading and cheating the general public. And also "VOTERS" not guaranteeing to anybody that they will vote anybody for ever and the vote will depend the actions those elected, that is the merit of democracy. The "democracy" prevailing all over the world after 20th centuary providing some thing other than what was existed at the period of Karl Marx. Its main features are each citizens having "POLITICAL FREEDOM"; which was impossible during the period of actual KINGS' regime. Every citizens having the right to become a candidate to any post and also they can nominate anybody to any post as candidate to be elected. And also they have right to form POLITICAL ORGANISATIONS, and can decide who must rule them, and they can "VOTE" them as expressing their "OPINION" as their decision to rule. The most important aspect of democracy is that the VOTE is secret which will protect the VOTER and which will give him self confidence also to take suitable selections. These facilities are the main features of democracy, which were unimaginable during pre-democratic period (KINGS' REGIME).

Exactly, "MODERN PARLIAMENTARY" democracy have some effect of the birth and the growth of old "USSR" and situations were changed all over the world after 2nd WORLD WAR. To defeat Germany, about 1.5 Crores men of old USSR had lost their life and their victory was very hard which was actually the power of MARXISM, and if USSR had failed, the victory of NAZI/FACIST forces had been prevented even the present Modern Parliamentary democracy. A very good effect of "democracy" is freedom of opinion/media which give right of information, which enables COMMUNIST MOVEMENTS have right to teach about MARXISM AND SOCIALISM IN WORKING CLASS AND COMMON PEOPLES; and if the victory of 2nd world war with NAZI/FASCIST FORCES; these benefits will certainly denied. The word 'people's democracy' means the rule of the people. Democracy is the system of government that followed the monarchy. In capitalism, only "capital" (money) will decide the nature of politics. Those who do not know anything about democracy have no understanding of the facilities to teach the people and that those who are once elected are nothing if they are not re-elected. The word democracy itself has its meaning. Dominion of the people. To make it not so, the exploiting classes are trying to dominate money and many other things like Communalism, corruption, etc. It is the responsibility of establishing "democracy" through people's democracy to eliminate the domination of money and caste-religious forces and to establish "democracy" as a system to protect the interests of the working people. And that is possible only with socialism. Encouraging "capitalism" means making democracy dominated by money. That is what is being done now. There is no guarantee that those who vote once will vote again. It is a fact that no "VOTER" is guaranteeing to any political party that they will repeat their vote for ever to political parties. That is the merit of democracy that they can remove them from power, after the prescribed period over, if their actions are against the public interest.

The old Soviet Union itself was the result of World War I and the great Lenin and how the philosophy of Marxism works with socialism. World War I was from 1914 to 1919. The "October Revolution" takes place in 1917, when the Tsarist Russian army was at war with Germany. After the war, the T"zar's army returned and waged a four-year "counter-revolution" under the leadership of "Kolchak" against the Soviet Union, but the Soviet Union was victorious in the end.
