83. Why "PROGRAMME" must be changed?

...............84.Submitting before the General Secretary, CPI(M), AK Gopalan Bhawan,  New Delhi by P S Hariharakurup, Sisiram, Varenikal  PO, Mavelikkara-690107, Kerala.                                                                                                                     I am, P S Hariharakurup, Aged 65, a former member of CPI (M) requests to restore my CPI(M) membership. I was expelled from the party on the charges that I had published a book by name "Why Socialism is not establishing in India" with the contents that basic principles of Marxism and a study of "programme".    I had submitted so many requests to restore my membership; but all in vain. Local comrades states that only P B/CC can restore my membership because I had criticized the "Programme".  I was under the thoughts that our basic principles are "Marxism" and the programme have only second preferences.  By requesting to change the programme I doesn't mean that I am denying to obey the "programme" as a party member. I have the understanding that the discipline of a party member is not as such the discipline of military; only obedience; and the discipline is with an obligation to point out any mistakes found in the way of party line also.  In fact there are no chances to request to change the programme, even in Party Congress; whereas there are chances to amendments in Draft political tactics line.  And also no criticism will be allowed by the chair to "programme".   And also it is impossible to explain the entire matters in 5 minutes or 6 minutes as allowing in conferences.   (2) In my Face Book (harihara.kurup@gmail.com) I am requesting to change the programme and an action plan "10 Crores signature campaign; demanding to protect public sector undertakings as PSUs are the wealth of nation; to save India-Secular India; An India ie, corruption/scandeless India.  10 crores signature campaign is to get us 100 crores votes and this campaign will certainly change the political map of India and will lead to the ruling by Red Flag. (3)During 2002, I had sent 22 letters to the then Genl Secretary, Com.Harkishan Singh Surjith,  requesting to change the programme; but nobody cared the contents.  By including the contents in my book, only to consider the party as a whole, but party without careing the contents, merely expelled me from the party. Now 10 years have been elapsed; and how party going downwards even in West Bengal; than to 2005.   In Kerala; during the election in 1957; we got 65 MLAs in Kerala Assembly; and now also we have 65 MLAs in Kerala Assembly Total LDF).  So I request to restore my party membership; and Party can treat this 10 years as a penalty for publishing such a book.  Even though party had expelled me from Membership; I was always with my party; and I had published 25 page pamphlets requesting  to withdraw the support given to UPA government during 2008; in Malayalam.          With red salutes, P S Hariharakurup. (3rd March; 2015)          ....84(a) .Why "PROGRAMME" must be changed?                                                 The features of the "programme" can be seen from the growth rate of our movements since the very first stage up to the present period ie,  reaching nearly one century and so that even  1% of Indian population is not with us. Upto 1950s it shows gradual growth.  According to the basic understandings of Karl Marx; only economical structure of the country will decide the political and cultural upper structure.  Because of this, Marx spent his entire life for the study of economical position of the society. Because of this he wrote his book "DAS CAPITAL" which is considered the bible of working class of the world.   In India, the leaders of working class movements in 1950s (S A Dange, C. Rajeswara Ravu; Ajaya Ghosh;  M Basava Bunnash) are not considered the basic understandings of  Marx that "economical structure only will decide the upper structure such as political; cultural; educational upper structure" and merely decided to  promote Indian capitalism because the "capitalism is not mature" to establish socialism. May be, SA Dange, etc. were not understand this fact. But Karl Marx is considered a great man because of his findings are true and facts only. In capitalism, only "capital" (money) (bourgeois) will decide the factors.  From the very first stage of "Government" (STATE) which starts from starting private property and slavery systems starts, "Government" is considered to protect the wealth of rich peoples.    Capitalism is the continuation of old slavery system which is based only on exploitation of working class. The theory of class struggle is based on this. Materialism is intended to prevent exploitation on working class by bourgeois.  According to capitalism, financial hardships of working class and poor peoples are their fate. When we are admitting capitalism, we cannot defend this and we must admit as their fate. Considering these facts, whatever hardships have done by us, we cannot implement the present "program" because working class will not admit this and bourgeois will not allow us to destroy their existence.  For trying to bring these facts before the party through my book published in 2005, party don't cared to note these facts, instead expelled me from the party.
