600. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE IN THE CPI(M) PARTY PROGRAM?
As long as the Comrades in the CPI(M) Politburo and Central Committee see nothing wrong with promoting capitalism, the Party Program will not change. It only the PB members couldn't understood the spirit of MARXISM. 75 years of experience since 1950s not capable to understand the fact that MARXISM not for CAPITALISM, or promoting exploitation. There are no signs yet of any change in the CPI(M) party program, which is based on the vision of "the free development of capitalist society." If LDF get a third term in Kerala, continue to rule. In any case, it is unlikely that will get as long in Kerala as got in Bengal or Tripura. Because no matter which party rules at the Center, there will be severe discrimination in states ruled by the Left. That was what experienced when the LDF ruled Bengal and Tripura. It has been proven that the Indian National Congress has no politics other than maximum corruption. Even if the Hindutva BJP decides to reject the Indian Constitution and not hold elections in the future, the CPI(M) will move forward accordingly because CPI(M) have no politics other than capitalism. Otherwise, there is no way in the Indian politics of the CPI(M) to accept a party program based on a socialist state by accepting a federal state structure according to the Indian constitution. Because no one will raise any comment or opinion in the Polit Bureau or Central Committee of CPI(M). And they haven't any obligation to accept anything suggesting by anybody elsewhere. It is clear from the circumstances that there will be no other issue in the party other than capitalist growth. No one can even imagine the relevance of the Communist Party to capitalism.

When "socialism" becomes the party program, people are being asked to vote during elections to solve all the problems of farmers and agricultural workers. It will be something that will affect the India as a whole.. That is when there will be an opportunity to teach the people what working class politics is and what socialism is. When socialist perspectives emerge, people can be taught the importance of social participation in producing essential goods. This, in turn, will also become a fight against communalism.

Only the CPI(M) Politburo knows why the party program of a socialist system that accepts "Marxism" has not been accepted as a political target by the CPI(M) in India. No matter how many years we wait, there is no other way. Otherwise, we must declare that the goal of socialism has been abandoned forever. If kill Indian citizens one by one like the Maoists are doing, there will be no socialism in India. If teach them politically, they will do what is necessary.

Not accepting class contradictions only means not accepting Marxism. Promoting present bourgeois means promoting "old slave owners". The only thing that means that the contradiction-based materialism does not apply to India is that there is no one in the CPI(M) Politburo or Central Committee who knows anything about it. The exact reason for not amending Party Program is ignorance of every things. But they are not ready to admit their ignorance and skipping from the responsibilities which very seriously affecting 140 Crores Indian citizen. That has been going on since 1950. That is why the working class movements in India will never be able to move forward in the future also.

Those who use words without understanding the meaning cannot do justice to the meaning of that word. They just treated to be empty words. They kept using "MARXISM" without any idea what it meant. They seldom used the word "CLASS STRUGGLE" without understanding what is the meaning of "CLASS CONTRADICTIONS". They had no hesitation in telling anyone that the "PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REVOLUTION" will be the "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM". But they will never convince that actually only the meaning representing that word. Those who listen will only feel the repetitive boredom. It will not produce any kind of results. Which happened in India for the past 75 years since 1950s. They don't understand the enthusiasm that poor people showing to the party. The word "working class" doesn't seem that serious just because they came through a student organization and elite group of the society. Even if such people accept the word "SOCIALISM", the intention in their minds will be "it will not work" because they haven't convinced its necessity. When someone who doesn't know the meaning of the word "sadness" acts sad, it also becomes a comedy. Those "who" are not convinced that socialism is the need of one hundred and forty crore people in India will only remain a disaster for the country. It is difficult to convince them that in effect, "PEOPLES; DEMOCRACY" will be used as weapon to be used against "bourgeois democracy" or class enemies, because to them "class enemy" also meaningless word. They have no politics other than letting the years pass anyway. That is the "message" conveyed by the CPI(M) draft political resolution for 24th Party Congress.

It is astonishing that an All India organization of Agricultural Workers, (AIAWU) which operates throughout India, has no political responsibility for how agricultural workers across India live. The All India President of that organization is a member of the CPI(M) Politburo and the General Secretary is a member of the Central Committee. If agricultural products do not have a price, it will not only affect the farmer but also the agricultural worker. One can also imagine the plight of agricultural workers when farmers commit suicide without getting even a rupee per kg of onion. Anyone who believes in Communist politics will understand that neither the Indian National Congress nor the Hindutva BJP can solve the problems of the entire country, the farmers and agricultural workers, in India. The Indian National Congress ruled all of India for more than 65 years. One of the reasons for the liberation struggle to overthrow the Communist government that came to power in Kerala in 1957 was that it had taken a small step against land-lords by protecting the tenancy rights of agricultural workers. Despite the long Congress rule across India, the lives of agricultural workers in India have only become more and more miserable. The BJP, on the other hand, stands for restoring the old days of slavery. In the protests and struggles that are being carried out as part of the struggle to implement socialism as recognized by the Indian Constitution, If we include the demand that the daily minimum wage for agricultural workers across India be at least five hundred rupees, we can make agricultural workers part of the movement as well. But for that to be possible, fair prices for agricultural products must also be ensured. For that, farmers must also be made part of the protest movement. This will only be possible if India has a government led by the farmers and the working class. Only when there is a Left-led government in India will the lives of farmers and agricultural workers become suicide-free. For that, it is enough to raise the demand for the full implementation of the Indian Constitution, because it includes socialism, democracy, and secularism. That, in turn, will become a fight against Hindutva activists. But even there, the most importance should be given to the socialist views in the Constitution. Through that, we also pay homage to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar also.

The All India President of the Farmers' Organization of India, (AIKS) who is also a member of the CPI(M) Politburo, is no stranger to the hellish life experienced by farmers in India. Its general secretary is also a member of the CPI(M) Central Committee. I wonder if they don't know that the problems of India's farmers cannot be solved except under a socialist system. In socialist China, the prices of agricultural products are set by the government. In India, farmers' protests lasted for more than a year. Anyone can understand the fervor of that struggle when knowing that more than one thousand farmers committed suicide. The fact that no lasting benefits could be achieved through the struggle of that time was due to the stance adopted by the CPI(M) on the free growth of capitalist society. It was hoped that at least at the 23rd Party Congress, the party would adopt the program of Socialist India. Nothing happened. Capitalism will not accept any humane considerations except to drain the blood of the people. The stance taken by the CPI(M) Politburo towards capitalism cannot be described in any other way than as horror. But no one can change the Politburo's stance. There is no need to show false sadness when a farmer commits suicide after not getting even a rupee for a kilo of onion. All you have to do is cast your vote for the socialist system that the Indian Constitution also recognizes to ensure fair prices for farmers' produce. Not only farmers but the entire Indian people will vote for it. But it is impossible to change the position of the CPI(M). The only decision that will be taken by the Left parties is not to field Left candidates in the Hindi region.

To prevent the fraud activities of of BJP , which they are being carried all over India, there should be LDF CANDIDATES should have in each and every ELECTIONS in all over INDIA from local bodies up to Parliament elections. In all elections held in states like Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, etc., there should be clean candidates who are stern from the Left ideology. It is also necessary to know whether the party exists there and whether it is growing. The propaganda should be teaching people that the poor and the working people have the right to live on this earth; that their children also deserve a good education; that no matter how long the Indian National Congress and the BJP rule, nothing will change. Left parties should take up literacy work as much as they can. Otherwise, there will be no party in the whole of India. We should always expect attacks from anti-social goons. We should respond without causing any loss of life. Our aim should be that they too come with us after realizing their mistake. We must always remember that Hindutva activists are deadly against democracy. That is why they always resort to hooliganism. That is what destroys democracy. There is no such thing as hooliganism in democracy.

The surprise and hardships I had when I first heard it in a party class in 2002 was that no one else in India had it, it's just that no one else knows what Marxism is. It is certain that the party program will never change, as no one in the CPI(M) Politburo or Central Committee understands what true Marxism is. To them, MARXISM is only promoting capitalism. Because there will be no difference of opinion from someone who knows nothing. At the same time, there are no people in the party leadership who are capable of understanding the Indian situation, no matter what is said. To them, India is still during 1950s. The change in the party situation in India during 1950s and happened up to 75 yeas does not convince that Marxism is not for capitalism. They will not change anything they have heard about what democracy is or what feudalism is. And hence their stand is socialism is impossible in bourgeois democracy and to them; democracy means only "bourgeois democracy". My suggestion is that socialism is possible only along with 'PEOPLES" democracy. It is understood that the CPI and CPI(M) parties will not bring about any change from the conditions of the 1950s. When hearing the decisions of the party congress as "GUN SHOT", only can commit suicide and nothing else to do. Those who don't understand anything can call it "destiny". Since 1969, 56 years of hard work and dedication have led to a good social system ending as big ZERO.

600. സിപിഐ(എം) പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയിൽ യാതൊരു മാറ്റവും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല?

മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിൽ യാതൊരു തെറ്റും സിപിഐ(എം) പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോയിലേയും കേന്ദ്ര കമ്മിറ്റിയിലേയും സഖാക്കൾ കാണുന്നില്ല എന്നിടത്തോളം പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി മാറില്ല. "മുതലാളിത്ത സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സ്വതന്ത്രമായ വളർച്ച" എന്ന കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിലുള്ള സിപിഐ(എം) പാർട്ടി പരിപാടിയിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും മാറ്റം വരുന്ന യാതൊരു സൂചനകളും ഇത് വരെയും കാണുന്നില്ല. രാജവാഴ്ചയിൽ രാജാവിൽ മാത്രം കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചിരുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ അധികാരം ഓരോ പൗരന്മാരിലേക്കുമായി മാറിയതിനാൽ; ജനാധിപത്യം അംഗീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അല്ലാതെ ലോകത്തൊരിടത്തും ഭാവിയിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം സ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. പാർട്ടി നിരോധിച്ചിരുന്ന കാലത്ത് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ലക്ഷ്യം ചൂഷണ രഹിത സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥ; സോഷ്യലിസം ആയിരുന്നു. വീണ്ടും 1950 ന് മുൻപ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ലക്ഷ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കാതെ; ഇന്ത്യയാണ് നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യം എന്നത് അംഗീകരിക്കാതെ എത്രയെല്ലാം സമരങ്ങൾ നടത്തിയാലും അത് എല്ലാം ജല രേഖകൾ ആയിമാത്രമേ മാറുകയുള്ളു എന്നത് പഴയകാലത്തെ അനുഭവങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് എങ്കിലും ബോധ്യപ്പെടണം. കേരളത്തിൽ മൂന്നാം തവണ കൂടി ലഭിച്ചാൽ തുടർന്നും ഭരിക്കുക. ഏതായാലും ബംഗാളിൽ ലഭിച്ച അത്രയും കാലം കേരളത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ സാധ്യത ഇല്ല. കാരണം കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ ഏത് പാർട്ടി ഭരിച്ചാലും ഇടതുപക്ഷം ഭരിക്കുന്ന സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ കടുത്ത വിവേചനം ഉണ്ടാവുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. ബംഗാളിലും ത്രിപുരയിലും ഇടതുപക്ഷം ഭരിച്ചിരുന്നപ്പോൾ അനുഭവിച്ചിരുന്നതാണ്. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് പരമാവധി അഴിമതി നടത്തുക എന്നതല്ലാതെ മറ്റ് യാതൊരു രാഷ്ട്രീയവും ഇല്ലെന്ന് തെളിഞ്ഞു കഴിഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങളാണ്. ഹിന്ദുത്വ ബിജെപി ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടന റദ്ദ് ചെയ്ത് ഭാവിയിൽ തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് തന്നെ വേണ്ടെന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചാലും സിപിഐ(എം) അത് അനുസരിച്ചു് മുന്നോട്ട് പോകും. അത് അല്ലാതെ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടന അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള ഫെഡറൽ രാഷ്ട്ര ഘടന അംഗീകരിച്ച് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് രാഷ്ട്രം എന്ന അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യം സിപിഐ(എം)ന്റെ ഇന്ത്യൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. കാരണം അങ്ങനെയുള്ള യാതൊരു അഭിപ്രായവും ആരും പാർട്ടിയുടെ ഒരു ഘടകത്തിലും ഉന്നയിക്കുക പോലും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. മറ്റാരെങ്കിലും നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന യാതൊന്നും സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ അവർക്ക് ഒരു ബാധ്യതയുമില്ല. മുതലാളിത്ത വളർച്ച എന്നത് അല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊരു വിഷയവും പാർട്ടിയിൽ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല എന്നതാണ് സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മനസിലാകുന്നത്. മുതലാളിത്തത്തിന് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയുടെ പ്രസക്തിയെന്താണ് എന്നതൊന്നും ആരുടേയും ആലോചനയിൽ പോലും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല.

"സോഷ്യലിസം" പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി ആയി മാറുമ്പോൾ തെരെഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് അവസരങ്ങളിൽ കൃഷിക്കാരുടെയും കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികളുടെയും എല്ലാം പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കാൻ ആണ് ജനങ്ങളോട് വോട്ടു ചോദിക്കുന്നത്. അത് ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ ആവുകയും ചെയ്യും. അപ്പോഴാണ് ജനങ്ങളെ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ രാഷ്ട്രീയം എന്തെന്നും സോഷ്യലിസം എന്തെന്നും എല്ലാം ജനങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ അവസരം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത്. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകൾ ഉണ്ടാകുമ്പോൾ അവശ്യ വസ്തുക്കൾ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിൽ സാമൂഹ്യ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തി ജനങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കാം. അതാകട്ടെ വർഗീയതക്ക് എതിരായ പോരാട്ടം കൂടി ആയി മാറുകയും ചെയ്യും.

"മാർക്സിസം" അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ എന്ന പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ സിപിഐ(എം) രാഷ്ട്രീയ ലക്ഷ്യമായി അംഗീകരിക്കാ ത്തത് എന്ന് സിപിഐ(എം) പൊളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോക്ക് മാത്രമേ അറിയുകയുള്ളു. തീർച്ചയായും അത് അറിയാനുള്ള അവകാശം ഏതൊരു ഇന്ത്യൻ പൗരനും ഉണ്ട്. അറിയിക്കാനുള്ള ധാർമ്മിക ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം സിപിഐ(എം) പൊളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോക്കും ഉണ്ട്. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ജനങ്ങളോട് വോട്ട് ചോദിക്കരുത്. ഏതൊരു രാഷ്ട്രീയ നേതൃത്വവും ജനങ്ങളോട് വിശ്വസ്ഥത കാണിക്കണം. ഒരു പക്ഷെ എന്താണ് ജനാധിപത്യം എന്ന് മനസിലാകാത്തത് കൊണ്ടായിരിക്കാം. എന്തായാലും അത് വിവരക്കേട് മാത്രമാണ്. രാജവാഴ്ച നിലനിന്നപ്പോൾ രാജാവിൽ മാത്രം ആയിരുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ അധികാരം ജനാധിപത്യം നടപ്പിലായപ്പോൾ ഒരോ പൗരനിലേക്കുമായി മാറി. ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരോ പൗരനും രാഷ്ട്രീയ അധികാരമുള്ള വരാണ്. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് രാജ്യത്തിനായി വോട്ട് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് അഭ്യർഥിച്ചാൽ ഏതൊരു പൗരനും അതിനോട് സഹകരിക്കും. 1947 ന് മുൻപ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പരമാധികാരം ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് രാജ്ഞിക്ക് ആയിരുന്നു. അന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ പൗരന്മാർ പോലും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. ഇന്ത്യൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ വന്നിട്ടുള്ള മാറ്റം സിപിഐ(എം) പൊളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോക്ക് മനസിലായിട്ടില്ല. മാവോവാദികൾ ചെയ്യുന്നത് പോലെ ഇന്ത്യൻ പൗരന്മാരെ ഒരോരുത്തരെയായി വധിച്ചാൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. അവരെ രാഷ്ട്രീയമായി കാര്യങ്ങൾ പഠിപ്പിച്ചാൽ ആവശ്യമായത് അവർ ചെയ്തുകൊള്ളും.

അതിന് പകരം ആർക്കും വേണ്ടി അല്ലാതെയും ആർക്കും എതിരെ അല്ലാതെയും സമരങ്ങൾ നടത്തി ക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. അംബാനി; അദാനിമാർക്ക് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഭരണം നടത്തുന്നവർക്ക് എതിരെ ആവില്ല സമരം. മുതലാളിത്ത വളർച്ച തൊഴിലാളിവർഗത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യം അല്ല. അതാണ് ആർക്കും വേണ്ടി അല്ല; ആർക്കും എതിരെ അല്ല സമരം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്. മാർക്സിസം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ചൂഷക വർഗങ്ങളുടെ മർദ്ദനോപകാരണം ആയ "ഭരണ കൂടം" തൊഴിലാളി വർഗത്തിന്റേത് ആകണം എന്ന തീരുമാനം ഉണ്ടാകണം. അതിന് സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥ എന്ന പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി അംഗീകരിച്ചാൽ മാത്രം മതി. അത് ഒരു ലക്ഷ്യം ആണ്. അത് അംഗീകരിക്കാത്തിടത്തോളം യാതൊരു ലക്ഷ്യവും ഇല്ല. മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക ഒരിക്കലും തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ ലക്ഷ്യം ആകില്ല. അതിന് തയ്യാറല്ല എങ്കിൽ മാർക്സിസം അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ തയ്യാറല്ല എന്ന് മാത്രം ആണ് അർത്ഥം. മുതലാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പി ക്കുന്നതിൽ യാതൊരു തെറ്റും കാണുന്നില്ല എന്നതിന് അർത്ഥം മാർക്സിസം എന്താണ് എന്ന് മനസിലായിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രം. വർഗ വൈരുധ്യങ്ങൾ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നതിന് അർഥം മാർക്സിസം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രം. അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചൊന്നും അറിയുന്നവർ ആരും സിപിഐ(എം) പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോയിലും കേന്ദ്ര കമ്മിറ്റിയിലും ഇല്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമാണ് വൈരുധ്യാധിഷ്ഠിത ഭൗതിക വാദം ഇന്ത്യക്ക് ബാധകമല്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതിന് അർത്ഥം. അതാകട്ടെ 1950 കാലം മുതൽ തുടരുന്നതുമാണ്. അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഭാവിയിൽ ഒരിക്കലും ഇന്ത്യയിലെ തൊഴിലാളിവർഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് മുന്നോട്ടു പോകാനും ആവില്ല.

ആശയം മനസിലാകാതെ വാക്കുകൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ആ വാക്കിന്റെ ആശയത്തോട് നീതി പുലർത്താൻ ആവില്ല. അവർക്ക് വാക്കുകൾ ആശയ ശൂന്യമായി മാത്രമേ തോന്നുകയുള്ളൂ. "മാർക്സിസം" എന്നത് എന്താണ് എന്ന് യാതൊരു ധാരണയും ഇല്ലാതെ അത് തുടർച്ചയായി ഉപയോഗിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു. വർഗ സമരം എന്താണ് എന്ന് മനസിലാകാതെ അതും തുടർച്ചയായി ഉപയോഗിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിന്നു. അവർക്ക് ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ വിപ്ലവം എന്നത് മുതലാളിത്ത സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സ്വതന്ത്രമായ വളർച്ച ആണെന്ന് ആരോടും പറയാൻ യാതൊരു മടിയും ഉണ്ടായില്ല. പക്ഷെ ആശയങ്ങളാണ് വാക്കിന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശം എന്ന് അ വർക്ക് മനസിലാവില്ല. കേൾക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ആവർത്തന വിരസത മാത്രമേ തോന്നുകയുള്ളു. ഫലം ചെയ്യില്ല.
1950 മുതൽ 75 വർഷം മുതലാളിത്ത സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സ്വതന്ത്രമായ വളർച്ച ക്ക് കൊടുത്ത പേരാണ് ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യ വിപ്ലവം. പാർട്ടി പൂർണമായും ഇല്ലാതാകു മ്പോഴും ആർക്കും യാതൊരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും ഇല്ല. പാവപെട്ട ജനങ്ങൾ പാർട്ടിയോട് കാണിക്കുന്ന ആവേശം അവർക്ക് മനസിലാവില്ല. തൊഴിലാളിവർഗം എന്ന വാക്കും വിദ്യാർത്ഥി സംഘടനയിലൂടെ എത്തുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം അത്ര ഗൗരവം ഉള്ളതായി തോന്നുകയില്ല. അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവർ "സോഷ്യലിസം" എന്ന വാക്ക് അംഗീകരിച്ചാൽ പോലും അവരുടെ മനസിലെ ഉദ്ദേശം "അത് നടക്കില്ല" എന്നത് ആയിരിക്കും. ദുഃഖം എന്ന വാക്കിന്റെ അർഥം അറിയാത്തയാൾ ദുഃഖം അഭിനയിക്കുമ്പോൾ അതും കോമഡി ആയി മാറും. ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ സോഷ്യലിസം എന്നത് നൂറ്റി നാല്പത് കോടി ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആവശ്യം ആണെന്നത് ബോധ്യപ്പെടാത്തവർ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ ദുരന്തം ആയി മാത്രം അവശേഷിക്കും. ജനകീയ ജനാധിപത്യം എന്നത് ബൂർഷ്വാ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിനെതിരെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാനുള്ള ആയുധം ആണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ അവരെ ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തുക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്. എങ്ങനെയും വർഷങ്ങൾ കടന്നു പോവുക എന്നത് അല്ലാതെ മറ്റ് യാതൊരു രാഷ്ട്രീയവും അവർക്കു ഇല്ല. അതാണ് കരട് രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രമേയം നൽകുന്ന "സന്ദേശം".

പ്രകൃതി വിഭങ്ങളും മനുഷ്യാദ്ധ്വാനവും ചേരുമ്പോഴാണ് അവശ്യ വസ്തുക്കളും എല്ലാവിധ സമ്പത്തും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത്. എല്ലാ അവശ്യ വസ്തുക്കളും സമ്പത്തും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത് തൊഴിലാളികളും കൃഷിക്കാരും കഠിനാദ്ധ്വാനം ചെയ്യുന്നതുകൊണ്ടാണ്. എന്നാൽ മുതലാളിത്ത വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ എല്ലാ സമ്പത്തും ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ നിത്യ ദാരിദ്ര്യവും കഷ്ടപ്പാടുകളും അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടി വരികയും സമൂഹത്തിലെ വളരെ ചെറിയ ഒരു വിഭാഗം എല്ലാ സമ്പത്തിന്റെയും ഗുണ ഫലം അനുഭവിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. അവരാകട്ടെ അതെല്ലാം ഉപയോഗിക്കാനാവാതെ മരണപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യും. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഒരു വ്യവസായി ആയ മുകേഷ് അമ്പാനി എന്നയാളുടെ ഒരു മാസത്തെ ശമ്പളം പതിനഞ്ച് കോടി രൂപയാണ്. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് അത് എത്ര വേണമെങ്കിലും വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കാം; അദ്ദേഹം അത് ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. പതിനഞ്ച് കോടി രൂപയിൽ മൂന്നര കോടി ആദായനികുതി കൊടുത്താലും ബാക്കി പതിനൊന്നര കോടി ഒരു മാസം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ഒരു തരത്തിലും ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. ഇതിന്റെ മറ്റൊരു ചിത്രമാണ് ഉത്തരപ്രദേശിൽ തുച്ഛമായ കൂലിക്ക് ജോലിക്ക് പോകാൻ തയ്യാറാകാതിരുന്ന ഒരു ദളിത് യുവാവിനെ പൈശാചികമായി തല്ലിച്ചതച്ച് അയാളുടെ കാൽ വിരലിന്റെ നഖം പിഴുതെടുത്ത് പട്ടിയെവിട്ട് കടിപ്പിച്ച് കൊന്നത്. ഇന്ത്യ ഭരിക്കുന്ന ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികളുടെ "ഹിന്ദുത്വ--സനാ-ധന" സംസ്കാരം എന്താണ് എന്നതിന്റെ ഒരു നേർചിത്രം മാത്രമാണ് അത്.

ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെയുള്ള കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികൾ എങ്ങനെയാണ് ജീവിക്കുന്നത് എന്നതിൽ ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ അഖിലേന്ത്യ സഘടനക്ക് യാതൊരു രാഷ്ട്രീയ ഉത്തര വാദിത്തങ്ങളും ഇല്ല എന്നത് ആരെയും അമ്പരപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആ സംഘടനയുടേയും അഖിലേന്ത്യ പ്രസിഡന്റ് സിപിഐ(എം) പൊളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ മെമ്പറും ജനനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി കേന്ദ്ര കമ്മറ്റി അംഗവുമാണ്. കാർഷിക ഉത്പ്പന്നങ്ങൾക്ക് വില ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ അത് കൃഷിക്കാരനെ മാത്രമല്ല ബാധിക്കുക; കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളിയേയുമാണ്. ഉള്ളിക്ക് ഒരു കിലോക്ക് ഒരു രൂപ പോലും ലഭിക്കാതെ കൃഷിക്കാരൻ ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ സ്ഥിതിയും ഊഹിക്കാം. ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെയും കൃഷിക്കാരുടെയും കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികളുടേയും ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെയുള്ള പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോണ്ഗ്രസിനോ ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികളുടെ ബിജെപിക്കോ സാദ്ധ്യമല്ല എന്നത് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്ന ഏതൊരാൾക്കും മനസിലാകും. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് 65 വർഷത്തിലധികം ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ ഭരണം നടത്തിയവരാണ്. 1957 കേരളത്തിൽ അധികാരത്തിൽ വന്ന കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് മന്ത്രിസഭയെ താഴെ ഇറക്കാനുള്ള വിമോച നസമരത്തിന്റെത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന കാരണങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്ന് കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ കുടികിടപ്പ് അവകാശം സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ ജന്മിത്തത്തിനെതിരെ ചെറിയ നടപടി സ്വീകരിച്ചതാണ്. ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ ദീർഘ കാലം കോൺഗ്രസ് ഭരണം നടത്തിയിട്ടും ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ ജീവിതം കൂടുതൽ കൂടുതൽ ദുരിതപൂർണം ആവുക മാത്രമാണ് ചെയ്തത്. ബിജെപി ആകട്ടെ പഴയ അടിമ കാലം പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ നിലകൊള്ളുന്നവരുമാണ്. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടന അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന സോഷ്യലിസം നടപ്പിലാക്കാനുള്ള സമരത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി നടത്തുന്ന പ്രക്ഷോഭ സമരങ്ങളിൽ ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ പ്രതിദിന മിനിമം കൂലി ചുരുങ്ങിയത് അഞ്ഞൂറ് രൂപ ആയിരിക്കണം എന്ന ആവശ്യം കൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാൽ കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികളെയും പ്രക്ഷോഭത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാക്കാൻ കഴിയും. എന്നാൽ അത് സാധ്യമാകണം എങ്കിൽ കാർഷിക ഉത്പന്നങ്ങൾക്കും ന്യായ വില ഉറപ്പായിരിക്കണം. അതിനാകട്ടെ കൃഷിക്കാരെയും പ്രക്ഷോഭ സമരത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗം ആക്കണം. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ കൃഷിക്കാരുടേയും തൊഴിലാളിവർഗത്തിന്ന്റെയും നേതൃത്വമുള്ള ഭരകൂടം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിൽ കൂടി മാത്രമേ അത് സാധ്യ മാവുകയുള്ളു. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇടതുപക്ഷ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള ഭരണമുണ്ടാകുമ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ കൃഷിക്കാരുടെയും കാർഷിക തൊഴിലാളികളുടെയും ജീവിതം ആത്മഹത്യ കൂടാതെയുള്ള ജീവിതം സാധ്യമാവുകയുള്ളു. അതിനാകട്ടെ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടന പൂർണ അർത്ഥത്തിൽ നടപ്പാക്കുക എന്ന ആവശ്യം ഉയർത്തിയാൽ മാത്രം മതി. കാരണം അതിൽ സോഷ്യലിസവും ജനാധിപത്യവും മതേതരത്വവും എല്ലാം ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. അതാകട്ടെ ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികൾക്ക് എതിരായ പോരാട്ടവും ആയിമാറും. എന്നാൽ അവിടെയും ഏറ്റവും അധികം പ്രാധാന്യം നൽകേണ്ടത് ഭരണഘടനയിലെ സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകൾക്ക് ആയിരിക്കണം. അതിലൂടെ നാം ഡോ ബി ആർ അംബേദ്ക്കർക്ക് ആദരവ് അർപ്പിക്കുക കൂടി ആകുന്നു.

ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കൃഷിക്കാർ അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന നരകീയ ജീവിതം എന്താണ് എന്ന് അറിയാത്ത ആളല്ല സിപിഐ(എം) പൊളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ അംഗം കൂടിയായ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കൃഷിക്കാരുടെ സംഘടനയുടെ അഖിലേന്ത്യ അധ്യക്ഷൻ. അതിന്റെ ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി ആകട്ടെ സിപിഐ(എം) കേന്ദ്ര കമ്മിറ്റി അംഗം കൂടിയാണ്. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ അല്ലാതെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കൃഷിക്കാരുടെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല എന്നത് അവർക്ക് അറിയില്ലാഞ്ഞിട്ടാണോ എന്നറിയില്ല. സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് രാജ്യമായ ചൈനയിൽ കാർഷിക ഉത്പ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ വില നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്നത് ഭരണ കൂടമാണ്. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ കൃഷിക്കാരുടെ ഒരു വർഷത്തിലധികം നീണ്ടുനിന്ന പ്രക്ഷോഭങ്ങൾ നടക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. ആയിരത്തിലധികം കൃഷിക്കാർ ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്തു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ ആ സമരത്തിന്റെ തീക്ഷ്ണത ആർക്കും മനസിലാകും. സ്ഥിരമായ യാതൊരു ഗുണവും അന്നത്തെ സമരം കൊണ്ട് നേടാൻ കഴിയാത്തത് സിപിഐ(എം) സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മുതലാളിത്ത സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സ്വതന്ത്രമായ വളർച്ച എന്ന നിലപാട് മൂലമാണ്. 23 മത് പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസിൽ എങ്കിലും സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ എന്ന പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി സ്വീകരിക്കുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്നു. യാതൊന്നും സംഭവിച്ചില്ല. ജനങ്ങളുടെ രക്തം ഊറ്റിക്കുടിക്കുക എന്നതല്ലാതെ മാനുഷിക പരിഗണനകൾ യാതൊന്നും സ്വീകരിക്കില്ലാത്ത മുതലാളിത്തത്തോട് സിപിഐ(എം) പൊളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന നിലപാടിനെ ഭയാനകം എന്ന് അല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊരു തരത്തിലും വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല. പക്ഷെ പൊളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ നിലപാട് തിരുത്താൻ ആർക്കും ആവില്ല. ഒരു കിലോ ഉള്ളിക്ക് ഒരു രൂപ പോലും ലഭിക്കാതെ കൃഷിക്കാരൻ ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കപട ദുഃഖം കാണിക്കുകയല്ല ആവശ്യം. കൃഷിക്കാരന്റെ ഉത്പ്പന്നങ്ങൾക്ക് ന്യായ വില ലഭിക്കാൻ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണ ഘടന കൂടി അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥക്ക് ആയി നിങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു വോട്ട് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ മതി. കൃഷിക്കാർ മാത്രമല്ല ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനത ഒട്ടാകെ അതിനായി വോട്ടു ചെയ്യും. പക്ഷെ സിപിഐ(എം) നിലപാടിൽ മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടാക്കുക അസാധ്യമായ കാര്യമാണ്. ഇടതുപക്ഷ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികളെ ഹിന്ദി മേഖലയിൽ മത്സരിപ്പിക്കേണ്ട എന്ന തീരുമാനം മാത്രമേ ഇടതുപക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്നും ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളു.

ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ നടക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിലും ഇടതുപക്ഷ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് വോട്ടിങ് മെഷ്യനിൽ ബിജെപി നടത്തുന്ന കൃത്രിമങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്താനും തടയാനും ആവുകയുള്ളൂ. ഗുജറാത്ത്; മധ്യപ്രദേശ്; ഉത്തര പ്രദേശ്; ഛത്തീസ്ഖഡ് തുടങ്ങിയ എല്ലാ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും നടക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിലും ഇടതുപക്ഷം എന്ന് ഉറപ്പുള്ള നിഷ്കളങ്കരായ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. അത് അവിടെയൊക്കെ പാർട്ടി ഉണ്ടോ എന്നും വളരുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്നും അറിയാനും ആവശ്യമാണ്. പ്രചരണങ്ങൾ പാവപ്പെട്ടവനും പണിയെടുക്കുന്നവനും ഈ ഭൂമിയിൽ ജീവിക്കാൻ അവകാശം ഉള്ളവരാണ്; അവന്റെ കുട്ടികൾക്കും നല്ല വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിന് അർഹതയുണ്ട്; ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസും ബിജെപിയും എത്ര കാലം ഭരിച്ചാലും അതിലൊന്നും മാറ്റം വരില്ല തുടങ്ങിയവ ജനങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. കഴിവുള്ളിടത്തോളം സാക്ഷരതാ വർക്കും ഇടതുപക്ഷ പാർട്ടികൾ ഏറ്റെടുക്കണം. ഇങ്ങനെയല്ലാതെ ഇന്ത്യ ഒട്ടാകെ പാർട്ടി ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. എപ്പോഴും സാമൂഹ്യ വിരുദ്ധ ഗുണ്ടകളുടെ ആക്രമണം പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ആർക്കും ജീവഹാനി ഉണ്ടാകാതെ വേണം തിരിച്ചു പ്രതികരിക്കേണ്ടത്. തെറ്റ് ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ട് അവരും നമ്മുടെ കൂടെ വരണം എന്നത് ആയിരിക്കണം നമ്മുടെ ഉദ്ദേശം. ഹിന്ദുത്വ വാദികൾ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന് എതിരാണ് എന്നത് എപ്പോഴും ഓർത്തിരിക്കണം. അതാണ് അവർ എപ്പോഴും ഗുണ്ടായിസത്തിന്റെ മാർഗം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത്. അത് ജനാധിപത്യത്തെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതാണ്. ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ ഗുണ്ടായിസം എന്ന വകുപ്പ് ഇല്ല.

2002 ൽ ഒരു പാർട്ടിക്ലാസിൽ ആദ്യമായി അത് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായ അമ്പരപ്പും ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ മറ്റാർക്കും ഉണ്ടായില്ല എന്നത് തന്നെ മറ്റാർക്കും മാർക്സിസം എന്താണ് എന്ന് അറിയില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രം. സിപിഐ(എം) പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോയിലേയും കേന്ദ്ര കമ്മിറ്റിയിലേയും ആർക്കും യഥാർത്ഥ മാർക്സിസം എന്താണ് എന്ന് മനസിലാകാത്തതിനാൽ ഒരിക്കലും പാർട്ടി പരിപാടി മാറില്ല എന്ന് തന്നെ ഉറപ്പിക്കാം. കാരണം യാതൊന്നും അറിയാത്ത ആരിൽ നിന്നും യാതൊരു അഭിപ്രായ വ്യത്യാസവും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. അതോടൊപ്പം ഇന്ത്യൻ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളും എന്തെല്ലാം പറഞ്ഞാലും അതൊന്നും മനസിലാക്കാൻ കഴിവുള്ളവർ പാർട്ടി നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ഇല്ല. 1950 മുതൽ 75 വർഷങ്ങളിലെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ പാർട്ടിയുടെ സ്ഥിതിയിൽ വന്ന മാറ്റവും മാർക്സിസം മുതലാളിത്തത്തിനുള്ളത് അല്ല എന്ന് ബോധ്യപ്പെടില്ല. എന്താണ് ജനാധിപത്യം; എന്താണ് ഫ്യൂഡലിസം എന്നൊക്കെ അവർ കേട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത് എന്താണോ അതിൽ നിന്നും ഒരു മാറ്റവും അവർ വരുത്തില്ല. 1950 കാലത്തിലെ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ഒരു മാറ്റത്തിനും സിപിഐ; സിപിഐ(എം) പാർട്ടികൾ വരുത്തില്ല എന്നാണ് മനസിലാകുന്നത്. പാർട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിൽ ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്യാം. അല്ലാതെ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ ആവില്ല. യാതൊന്നും മനസിലാകാത്തവർക്ക് "വിധി" എന്ന് കരുതാം. 1969 മുതൽ 56 വർഷങ്ങൾ കഴിവിന്റെ പരമാവധി തന്നെ പരിശ്രമിച്ചാണ് ഒരു നല്ല സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥക്ക് ആയി.
