. "SOCIALISM--INDIAN MODEL" By Admitting Indian Parliamentary Democracy". Modern "DEMOCRACY" is only after effects of victory of old USSR IN 2ND WORLD WAR. If USSR had failed in 2nd World War, the present "democracy" admitted all over the world were unimaginable and even the present "China" were impossible. See USA & IMPERIALISM are deadly against SOCIALISM, as they want to continue their exploitation policy all over the world. See actual "DEMOCRACY" ousted "MONARCHY" FROM THE WORLD ITSELF; and it was the merit of SOCIALISM prevailed in old USSR, which enabled with the power of MARXSISM. Actual "democracy" only based on the political freedom of CITIZENS and unbiased journalism or unbiased judiciary and BJP Government of India deadly against Indian Democracy. All "BOURGEOISE AND ANTI SOCIALS" are one and same to fight against LDF MINISTRY of Kerala because they want to evict one "COMMUNIST" Ministry ruling in India. Actually their fear is only against SOCIALISM, and so they want to wipe out it from Kerala also. They are not admitting the actual "democracy" and they are deadly against Kerala Ministry, because their intention is against socialism.

The basic concept of SOCIALISM is that SOCIALISM guaranteeing to the citizens that it should provide employment facilities, houses those who actually want; free medical treatment; free education to those who actually deserves and it can be possible COUNTRY AS A WHOLE and it is possible through the development through several years. In capitalism; it seems denying every amenities as far as possible to the citizens.

In a SOCIALIST SOCIETY, the main concept is free from exploitation of manpower of working class, and so the method of production as far as possible will be under public ownership. Then the profit of the firm can be utilised for the welfare of the country, the quality and quantity can be controlled by the state, prices of each items can be controlled by the state, and also preventing "BLACK MONEY" and "BLACK MARKETTING", tax evasion, providing employment opportunities to youth with adequate income with reservation benefits to SC/ST and others, which only lead the country to industrial growth, etc. When admitting as a part of SOCIALIST ECONOMY under MARXIAN IDEOLOGY, the case will be entirely different and employees themselves will make sure that the firm will be in profit and an ASSET of the country. It is possible only when the country as a whole admitting SOCIALIST ECONOMY only under MARXIAN IDEOLOGY and under working class leadership. Only then the country can be considered as a SOCIALIST COUNTRY. But in a capitalist society, even the profit of the firm can be used for the country as as whole. But bourgeois rulers are not ready to admit such facts as they are considering politics also as a commercial item, they will do anything with utter selfishness and a spirit of their earnings and exploitation of the total society is the main moto of bourgeois politics. So in a capitalist society, public sector undertakings will always in lose and burden of the State.

CPI(M) SHOULD CHANGE ITS PARTY PROGRAMME AS SOCIALIST INDIA IMMEDIATELY, AS WITHOUT "SOCIALIST IDEOLOGY" PARTY CANNOT DEFEND HINDU FUNDAMENTALISTS, WITHOUT WAITING FOR ANY PARTY CONGRESS.

. .At present, as per the Constitution of India, India is a socialist country with the peoples verdict of 4/5th CITIZENS, and CPI(M) should invariably get the peoples mandate to implement it by changing the present concept of "FREE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITALISM". It is a fact that 4/5th portion of Indian peoples admitting that India should be a socialist country; and they voted Indian National Congress for implementing SOCIALISM in India; but they failed to fulfil the peoples mandate as actually INC is not a political movement admitting MARXISM or SOCIALISM. As MARXISM is only a social science with "SCIENTIFIC TEMPER" as envisaged in Article 51A(h) of Indian Constitution. Without "SCIENTIFIC TEMPER" nobody can do justice to the citizens of a country.

............There were no directions issued by KARL MARX; FREDERIC ENGELS; LENIN OR ANYBODY THAT "WHAT SHOULD BE SOCIALISM" in each country. They had invented only some ideas about the society; how the wealth of the country being built on; what is the reasons of poverty; etc. To establish SOCIALISM in India; we should have find out our own solutions; because we cannot follow any other countries as such in India.We could have corrected so many misunderstandings as almost all Comrades are keeping in their mind. And also there are enough and more Articles in Indian Constitution itself for a SOCIALIST COUNTRY, as the Constitution itself "SOVEREIGN, SOCIALIST, DEMOCRATIC, SECU8LAR REPUBLIC OF INDIA". We want only to follow strictly implementing the Articles of Indian Constitution, as it was prepared by Dr B R Ambedkar.

. .A "SOCIALIST SOCIETY" can be achieved only through several years through "SOCIALIST PLANNING" which will never can be achieved through "PROMOTING CAPITALISM" because the motive of production is entirely different in capitalism and socialism. The motive of production in capitalism is only profit and wherever profit is less; CAPITAL (DAS CAPITAL) will not attend it. In Socialism; motive of production must be changed to satisfy the needs of entire peoples of the country. This is possible only through direct involvement of working class movement. The success behind the victory of old Soviet Union was that farmers and working class taken up the responsibility for that under the direction of Bolshevik Party. In "COMMUNIST MANIFESTO" itself Marx says that "BOURGEOIS PLACED "MONEY" ABOVE ALL HUMANITARIAN CONCEPTS. According to the concept of humanity, EDUCATION and HUMAN HEALTH should not be based on profit, but capitalism considering "PROFIT" above all anything else.

. .In a SOCIALIST SOCIETY, WORKING CLASS will show very much sincereity in THEIR work, because they are convincing that there are no man power exploitation as in CAPITALISM, their poverty and hardships will be vanished and their welfare being redresed by the GOVERNMENT itself. It is impossible in a CAPITALIST SOCIETY, which is only motivated by the wicked ANTI SOCIALS AND THEIR GREEDY FOR MONEY.

............Armed revolution necessitates only in KINGS' REGIME and it is impossible to go to history again. Now each and everybody have poloitical freedom and in KINGS; regime it was impossible. In Parliamentary democracy, peoples can change the rulers within the span of five years; but in a KINGS' regime it was impossible. And also see, "STREET RIOTS REVOLUTION" have no legal credibility in Parliamentary Democracy; because PEOPLES can change the Government within the span of five years; and at the time of KINGS' regime; there were no chance for it and so only possibility for street riots. In Parliamentary Democracy; there are everybody have right to express their opinion and there are no such chances in "STREET RIOTS" and so the period of street riots were became out of date. But even now somebody is still keeping in their mind about "street riot revolution" for implementing socialism as they are considering to organise street riots are very easy than convincing the peoples about the justice of socialism. It is very pity. Actually, they don't know what are the peculiarities of the present Indian Constitution; wherein "SOCIALISM" also including and there are no definition for the nature of "SOCIALISM"; which can decide the peoples of India.

. .Actually, the landed property system now existing in most part of India, is only a part of history; which was a part of old feudalism (KING'S REGIME). During Kings' regime, the feudal lords had liability to protect the King by rendering soldiers when required and to protect the soldiers, King had entrusted a large portion of land with the land lords and which land is even now, enjoying their predecessors have to be reviewed as Kings' regime only a part of history and now, the period is democracy and the old property system have to be reviewed. Without completing this process, the Democratic revolution can't be completed and Indian citizens including Dalit and backwards can't rescued.
If CPI (M) admit socialism, we will solve this problem.

............As a best Parliamentary system prevailing in India; and as there is no ban to propagate SOCIALIST ideas in common peoples; we cannot follow any other countries. And also without parliamentary procedure, no legal and judicial establishment is possible. And also; the production method adopted in other countries also must be reviewed in India. In a society; everybody will try to find out their own livelihood in various fields; there is no necessity to prevent them in any field; as long as those are inevitable parts of the society. They must be encouraged to maximise their out put; they must be honoured as admitting their products also as a part of SOCIALIST ECONOMY; but they should not make any kind of hurt to others by unnecessary competitions resulting ruin of others. We must admit that about 90% of the common man can only follow others; and if the rest of 10% have goodness in their mind; that will help 100% citizens of the country in prosperity and to become a wealthy nation.

. .But as a general matter, LAND OWNERSHIP must be with SOCIALIST COUNTRY, and it can be handled by local self Government and can be entrusted with individuals for the production of agricultural and other products and when they are misusing, it can be taken over by the Self Governments.

............But this will help only a limited portion of the development of the nation. The country as a whole must be in socialist planning and that will only help the nation to reach entire peoples in a developed stage. Everybody can avail land and buildings according to their necessities. But as a whole the entire land of the country (mines, etc) under the control of the nation. By permitting any body to render their abilities for the development of the country; we can also see that they are doing their contribution for the socialist society. But everybody must see that the process of making any kind of goods/services are the outcome of a series of services of employees. It is a fact that every products in one stage will be a raw material in the next stage. Here we must remember the words of Karl Marx; that everything is created by the labourers by direct and indirect involvement of working class.

............"Socialism" is possible only in a sovereign country; which is impossible in any of the Indian States alone. There must be planning to reach the national wealth of the country to all citizens of the country; this is impossible in CAPITALISM under the ruling of any bourgeois political parties.

............Bourgeois political parties considering "POLITICS" only as business to make money through corruption/scandal/scam by achieving in power. They will try to reach in power using all wicked ways. To implement SOCIALISM IN A COUNTRY; we should have some restrictions on private property; such as land and other major wealth those enjoying individuals and families; it could be possible only by passing BILLS in the Parliament; and without Parliamentary procedures; SOCIALISM is impossible.
.............But actually SOCIALISM is a stage of the society; where all kinds of hardships such as poverty; unemployment etc. will be redressed by equal distribution of the wealth of the country; so that everybody should be provided land for their natural necessities such as housing; farming; burial; etc. can be possible only through a regular processes; for which stable Government is necessary; and that should be only under the leadership of Working Class; based on MARXIAN understandings.
.............In India; at present; there is no ban on WORKING CLASS MOVEMENT to propagate the socialist ideologies; and with the support of the majority of the CITIZENS of the country; no body can prevent the Government actions; if there is majority in Parliament. For that Communist movement of India should admit a program of SOCIALIST COUNTRY. At present; there is no such plans with them. So the "PROGRAM" should be changed; because at present their concept is to promote capitalism. CAPITALISM is the top of selfishness and SOCIALISM is the top of social sense. The highest level CLASS STRUGGLE is SOCIALISM Vs. CAPITALISM. This is the reason that bourgeois always fighting against socialist ideologies.
.............The multi-party system existing in India can also be admitted as DEMOCRACY; and when the majority of the peoples deciding that which party is inevitable and which party is a nuisance; they can decide through their votes. But there should have an awareness that nobody should make the peoples as fools that by merely playing "POLITICS" for cheating the peoples as to make money through CORRUPTION/SCAM/SCANDAL. There should have an awareness that all kind of the wealth of the nation are the outcome of WORKING CLASS OF ALL SECTORS OF THE SOCIETY.
..............There should have amendments in Constitution itself that the limit of landed property can be possessed by individuals and families. All kinds of mines and other natural resources should be only under the ownership of nation.

............ONLY CPI (M) CAN SAVE INDIA; ONLY WHEN CHANGING ITS PARTY "PROGRAM". DELAYING FOR IT; EVEN ONE DAY IS ONLY SAFE GUARDING BJP IN INDIA. I can't present here; how the ideas "MARXISM " will work in working class; but see; only MARXISM behind old USSR and present CHINA.

But everybody should admit that KARL MARX had introduced MARXSISM only for establishing SOCIALIST SOCIETY by eradicating capitalist form of exploitation, and when evading from SOCIALIST SOCIETY, certainly rejecting marxsist ideology in total. That had caused in India in 1950s and it must be corrected even at this very late stage.///
