               126. WHILE ADMITTING SOCIALIST ECONOMY & PEOPLES DEMOCRACY; 

party will be on actual MARXIAN PRINCIPLES. Then only we can say what is exploitation; on the basis of MARXIAN economy and how it will work when admitting the target of SOCIALIST ECONOMY. Only then we have a target to place before Indian Working class; because at present our target is to promote capitalism; but CAPITALISM will reach only in IMPERIALISM. When admitting SOCIALIST ECONOMY THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY; the basic theory of Marxian Economy including SURPLUS VALUE THEORY; Class Struggle theory and Materialism will be as working principles.

...............1. Then we can say what is socialism; what is its merit than CAPITALISM; which is based only on exploitation on working class. Now it is impossible. At present our PEOPLES DEMOCRACY is with a concept to promote CAPITALISM which is only bourgeois democracy because in capitalism; only bourgeois democracy is possible. The present Indian Democracy must be changed as actual "PEOPLES DEMOCRACY" because at present bourgeois political parties actually cheating the peoples by pretending that at present we are enjoying actual democracy; exactly bourgeois political parties only safeguarding the interests of rich peoples and land lords. Here we must see the basic understandings of Marx that only ECONOMICAL BASE will decide the political and cultural upper structure of the society; because of this Marx had done the grass root examination of CAPITALISM and the book "DAS CAPITAL". Socialism is possible only all India level; because important matters must be passed in Parliament and most economic powers are vested on Central Government. Including Income Tax; main resources are entrusted with Central Government. When we gets State ruling we will perform it as best as possible but we must say to the peoples the limitations of the State powers. We saw the ruling of Congress and BJP in Central Govt. and States also and what they could do for the peoples.

............2. While admitting SOCIALIST ECONOMY THROUGH PEOPLES DEMOCRACY; CONDUCTING CLASS STRUGGLES WILL BE WITH A VIEW TO DEMOLISH CAPITALISM AND BOURGEOIS POLITICS. This will be a great task which can be possible only narrating the exact nature of bourgeois and bourgeois politics and what is capitalism. According to bourgeois political parties; nothing is worse such as corruption; killing of ladies; raping and prostitution and they will say; that is "politics". Yes, that is bourgeois politics; and we will attack them with these items as weapons; and it is inevitable to save the public from these social evils. At present we will raise the slogan "Prevent price hikes" without considering how prices are going upward. We will not mention any of bourgeois like Mukesh Ambani; actually who is making price hikes by raising the prices of petrol; diesel etc. (because there is a hidden agenda of to promote capitalism).
.............3. WHEN SOCIALISM IS CONSIDERING THE WELFARE OF ALL CITIZENS OF THE COUNTRY, CAPITALISM CONSIDERING ONLY THE WICKED INTEREST OF A FEW OF THE COUNTRY. IT IS ONLY A NATURAL JUSTICE THAT THE BENEFIT OF THE ASSETS OF THE COUNTRY SHOULD BE PLANNED TO REACH EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE COUNTRY. ALL KINDS OF NATURAL RESOURCES SHOULD BE BENEFITTED TO ALL ITS CITIZENS. CAPITALISM DENYING THIS NATURAL JUSTICE. THE BASE OF CAPITALISM IS ONLY "SELFISHNESS" OF SOME ANTI SOCIALS OF THE SOCIETY.

(4)At present Indian citizens are not ready to vote us because they can't understand anything different from other bourgeois political parties; because we are also standing for capitalism. We are not placing before them a SOCIALIST INDIA and also we are not ready to say the benefits of socialism; we will not blame CAPITALISM in any way. When we got power at WB and Kerala we will render all support to establish capitalism. When we are placing socialism before the peoples we will describe to the peoples why prices are hikes; because everybody is trying to make money; more and more. In capitalism; everything is for making money; humanity will not be there. Please see; we have nothing to preserve from capitalism to socialism; because everything is changing day by day; even technologies.
